Moustache || Ted Nivison || Pt1

In which a streamer gets embarrassed after fan girling over Ted with a mustache.

a/n: my first time writing a Ted fic because, quite honestly, moustache Ted has been on my mind the entire morning. Also, I'm using both spellings because I can't figure out which one I like better.

As always story under cut!!

ChiliAloe: If you could date any YouTuber, who would it be?

I see the message in chat and read it aloud. My sister and I were doing a get to know us stream as we did every second month for our YouTube channel.

"That's a good question." My sister ponders for a second. "Personally, if I could choose anyone, it would probably be markiplier. But I've met his girlfriend, Amy, and she's the sweetest person on earth, so I'd never actually go for him." My sister says before asking me the question.

I think for a second, "while I'll be honest, I actually went down a bit of a rabbit hole recently after watching a Youtubers almost two hour long video on the Barbie movies." I laugh. "So because of that, I'd have to say Ted Nivison, under one condition"

My sister rolls her eyes, knowing exactly what I'm going to say. "His mustache?"

"His Moustache! That man is good-looking as is, but lord- him with a mustache?" I put my hand over my face, trying to hide my blush. "A man with a Moustache has always been a weakness of mine. And hey, what can I say? He pulls it off extremely well" I shrug.

My sister shakes her head. "Don't let her fool you. Last week, she literally cried over the fact that he keeps shaving and doesn't let the Mustache grow"

"In my defense, I was ovulating," I joke, and she starts laughing at me.

I look at the chat for a second before my entire life flashes before my eyes.

TedNivison: Starting to think I should regrow the mustache.

I start hitting my sister's arm, trying to grab her attention. "Okay, okay, geez, what are you-" her jaw drops, seeing the message before laughing. At the same time, everyone in chat started spamming

HI TED!

I cover my face in my hands, embarrassed. "Ted, I am so sorry, I never would have thought you'd be watching us. I-I don't regret what I said. You are good looking just- gah." I give up rambling just continuing to hide my face. "I'm sorry," I say, looking at myself on the monitor red as a tomato.

"Let's just move on before you make even more of a fool of yourself," my sister says, and I nod "please"

Half an hour later, we end stream, and my sister offers to make hot chocolate for us. I say thanks as she walks out of our home office. I pick up my phone scrolling through my notifications. One catches my eye.

Movie!William Afton x Wife!Reader Scrapped Part 2

(A/N: Someone asked in the comments of the last one for a Part 2 and here we are! Part 2 of Scrapped babyyyy! In which Vanessa is reunitted with her mother. I also may or may not have been watching Markiplier's FNAF playthroughs while writing this but hey. Hope you enjoy and please read the warnings!)

William had been recovering well, his deep wounds had become little more than dark red dents in his skin as he healed. Husband and wife had been silent since that night, aside from simple requests and small talk they hadn't talked about what they saw, what they knew. She knew about the murders, she knew what he was, each of the children, stuffed into the suits of the place where they had brought their own children so many times. And yet she said nothing.

"So are we going to pretend nothing happened?" He asked all of a sudden while she changed his bandages.

"What do you mean?"

"The murders. You know. What got me into that suit, surely you figured it out by now, you're not that stupid."

She pauses for a moment, just long enough to convey her true feelings. "Yes I know."

Annoyed she doesn't continue he presses further. "And? You can't just say nothing."

"What is there to say William? You killed children, you almost died. What more can I say? You think I'd leave you now? Report you to the police?"

"That's how most normal people would react."

His wife sighs, trying to find the words. "Look. You're my husband. I have no life outside of our marriage. No education, nowhere to go, I don't know where Micheal or Vanessa are because you told me they left without a trace so how could I get rid of you? You're my support, my rock."

William lets a half smile come to his face, this was the woman of his dreams. Sticking by him through thick and thin. He almost regrets not telling her years ago about what he did, maybe then he could have someone to help clean up his messes. "You're really are special, you know that?"

She blushes and he tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, settling his hand on her chin and pulling her closer and in for a kiss. All his schemes and plans had led up to this, and he wouldn't trade it for anything.

Every once and a while Vanessa liked to visit the old place, despite everything her father had done she had some fond memories as a child here. It was the one place where her mother was happy, all the other memories she had of her were crying or blindly agreeing with whatever her dad said. The times she'd venture to the back office just to witness her father forcing her mother down. Vanessa shivered, sure this place had a few good moments, but most were overcast by the dark shadow of her father's madness.

But memories wasn't why she was there that night, she was searching for William. Ever since that night she couldn't get him out of her head, he was most likely dead from his wounds, but the thought didn't comfort her. She had never actually seen him die, and knowing him, it was like he had nine lives. Worry brought her out tonight, she had to see the body to feel safe in her own home again, content that he really was never going to come for her again.

It didn't help that she couldn't find it now, from what Mike had told her the children had dragged him away in that damn suit, but to where was anyone's guess. The place had always been too big, and now she was scouring it just for a peace of mind.

Lights other than her own flashlight in the main dining room caught her attention. She hoped Mike hadn't brought Abby back to visit, she could kill him for that if William was somehow still alive. But her flashlight slid from her hand when she saw the woman she thought she'd never see again.

"...Mom?"

Her mother looked up, surprised to hear the voice, but tearing up when she saw her sweet daughter. "Vanessa? Is that you my dear? Oh my what are you doing here?"

She holds out her arms for a hug, which Vanessa rushes into. How long had it been since she'd talked to her? Every time she had phoned William answered and demanded that she never call back. The one time the call went through all her mother did was defend William with every breath she had even as Vanessa told her about the crimes he had committed.

"I missed you mom-" Vanessa gives her one final squeeze before letting go. "I should ask what you're doing here."

"Well these things were your father's pride and joy, it hurts me to see them rot like this. Plus I feel like I have more of an understanding of them now."

Vanessa perked up. "Now? Why now?"

Her mother met her gaze. "I know about it Vanessa, what William did, I know about it all."

She sighs with relief, finally her mother believed all the rumours, now with dad gone she could be free of him, free to live her life. "I'm glad you don't have to live with the lies anymore Mom, he kept so much from you."

"I'm sure he had his reasons, your father is a headstrong man."

Frustration flowed through Vanessa, she always did this, her mother never had a backbone on anything except when it came to Dad. People regularly walked all over her and she just accepted whatever anyone said except if it was against that man. "Mom he kept me and Micheal from you."

"But honey you never called, how could he keep me from you."

Tears spring into her eyes. "I called Mom...I called...so many times, he answers and then doesn't tell you I've phoned-"

"Now why would your father do that?"

"Because he's a psychopath Mom, I've been telling you this for years. He hurt you, he neglected us, he murdered children! How can you defend him?!"

"Don't raise your tone at me young lady."

Vanessa sighs and tries to calm her nerves. "Why didn't you leave him Mom?"

She crosses her arms. "And go where Vanessa? You and Micheal left and without an education or a means to support myself where could I go? Your father has given me everything I could ask for. And on top of that I love him to death."

"He hurt you Mom-"

"And I needed a bit of discipline when I was young and reckless, I've changed for the better."

Vanessa sighs. "Whatever, I won't argue." She shifts feet awkwardly. "How have you been holding up though? With him gone."

What she didn't expect was her mother to seem confused. "What are you talking about? Your father hasn't gone anywhere."

Her eyebrows furrow, and dread fills her as she hears footsteps. The same dread that filled her dreams, praying that she wouldn't see her father come through those doors like he did now. "There are you are my love. And who's this? You found dear Vanessa, coming to find me and fix me up, don't worry sweetheart, your mother already did that."

Vanessa stares at her mother with wide eyes. "You helped him!? Why!? Why didn't you just let this bastard rot!?"

"He's your father Vanessa, be respectful, and besides, I couldn't just leave him here to die could I?"

"Yes! You could have avenged those poor children!"

William smirked. "As you can see your mother hasn't forgotten her loyalties like you have. She fixed me up good as new, she was worried about me unlike you. I knew you'd come back, I knew you wouldn't have let that wound kill you so easily. Now you prey on your mother, filling her head with doubts and ideas to fit your selfish narrative. No more. You will never speak to her again or else I'll finish what I started."

"I can't do that Dad, I can't let you continue hurting her."

William sighed. "That's such a shame. We could have been a family again but you insist on breaking your mother's heart." He runs a hand through his wife's hair. "Sweetheart? Go wait in the car while I take care of this with our daughter."

She simply nods, leaving the two alone and not questioning the murderous look in his eye.

"Now Vanessa, shall we finish this?"

A long time had passed, and finally William joined her in the car.

"Is everything okay honey?" She asked.

"Yes dear, Vanessa and I had a good heart to heart, she won't be bothering us again."

She accepted it, as always, although deep down she questioned why a heart to heart covered him in so much blood.

9. What are your file name conventions

Seeing as I work mainly on an ipad, for personal art it's just a sea of 'untitled artwork'

For commissions it's usually the name of the commissioner! At least the first one. Since I 'organize' my commissions by doing nothing but looking at my inbox, like a really responsible full time artist would.

11. Do you listen to anything while drawing? If so, what

okay this varies wildly. Like the previous ask, a lot of time I'll just have trash teli on in the background. Or a youtuber like Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, and the Game Grumps. But if I really need to focus on a big complex piece or I'm just getting into what I'm drawing, I'll generally slap on my noise cancelling headphones. What I listen to varies even more wildly.

Big fan of Glass animals, Billie Eilish, Red Hot Chili Peppers, CORPSE, anything Bear McCreary but specifically GOW soundtracks, Big Wild, the Death Stranding playlist, Zelda and Chill, Fleetwood Mac, the Hades soundtrack, Foster the People... I could go on forever.

okay so, he's not gonna stop drinking for you. dude's an alcoholic, through and through.

and, he doesn't want to leave you alone because he loves you and he likes having you with him.

but...he realises that you don't like the atmosphere of the rowdier bars he frequents, or even the nice bars late into the night.

people shouting and making unnecessary comments, loud, horribly-sung music, all the drunkards crowding together and closing in around you.

it's terrifying and Venti's used to it, but you aren't and he understands.

you can stand him being drunk alone, because he's just dumb, funny and flirty - which, honestly, isn't much different from regular Venti.

so, what exactly does he do to help you out?

solution one: drink at home, sing his own songs, and recreate the atmosphere of a bar with just you. He doesn't care much for the patrons either - they're fun to be with, but he much prefers you.

solution two: take you two a calmer bar like Angel's Share (usually while Diluc's around so he can keep everyone in check) and defend you like Phoenix Wright.

as for your social battery, Venti just knows when you're running low. No matter what he had planned, no matter who else wants to see either of you, as soon as you get a little bit irritated, he's ushering you home.

he can't cook anything fancy, but he lives off bar food and he'll pick up something or haphazardly make something for you. Sure, it isn't elegant or well presented, but it fills you up, calms you down, helps you relax and tastes pretty damn good.

he'll cuddle with you, sing you an impromptu tune, tell you a good story, or just let you sleep while he takes care of everything else. If you need to get away from people, Venti will know and he'll handle it perfectly.

he'll stop whatever he's doing and immediately remove you from a social situation with some vague excuse:

"Well, I-- oh! Look at the time! Y'know, I think my darling lover and I should get going right about now, huh? Buh-bye, now!"

and he'll let you do whatever you want straight after, whether it be flee the scene like a villain or collapse on the street from tiredness.

"Oh? Have you had enough for today, my love? I agree, let's get you home and I'll take care of the rest."

"Don't worry about them, dove. All that's important is that we get out of here. No matter the situation, I'll handle it. You just rest. I love you."

Kamadeva, now locked in the brig of the Waverider, poured some of the glittery ashes of his vial into his hand, blowing them through the air vents and to reach all the other rooms and Legends aboard in the night.

"Now, what are you doing, dreaming about me, love?" John asked. His trench coat had been removed and his sleeves had been rolled up to his elbows as he sat on the edge of your bed.

"The fugitive must've done something. It's fine, y'know, can't two friends hang out in a dream?" You chuckled nervously, sitting on a beanbag on the ground, crossing your legs and trying to act perfectly normal, although you knew that Kamadeva's magic wasn't for friends and John had special abilities when it came to dreams - he knew you were dreaming then and when you woke up, he'd know you'd been dreaming about him.

"Friends...that's not how I'd describe you and me. The way you act around me...it's not typical for friends, is it, sweetheart?" John asked with an undeniably attractive grin on his face.

"Don't call me that." You said, unable to stop heat from rising to your cheeks as John tilted his head to the side.

"And why not? I do it all the time. Or is it suddenly becoming less...friendly?" John asked before you felt your body stand up and walk to him. You definitely wanted to be near to him but, unaware of how much John would know about this dream when you woke up, you had to try and resist having fun. You came to stand just in front of him but he pulled you closer still, holding you by the waist as he guided you to straddle his lap.

"John..." You started, feeling your heart race as John leaned in towards you, pressing a kiss from your jaw to your neck to your collarbone and then pulling away to look at your flushed face as you gasped and breathed heavily, chest heaving up and down for John to marvel at.

"Pretty..." He mumbled with a dazed smile on his face.

"What?" You asked, not believing his words despite the whole situation being a fantasy.

"I said, pretty. Prettiest "friend" I've ever had the pleasure of knowing." John said, making you smile and look away from him. John seemed to realise the effect of his words and how you partially didn't believe them.

"I mean it, love," John said, snaking a hand behind your head to cradle the back of your neck, but when he watched you shudder and flinch slightly as his hand touched the skin, he grinned wickedly.

"Oh?" He asked, testing his theory of sensitivity by ghosting his fingers along your neck again and watching as you fell apart.

"John, I--" You managed meekly, but he only chuckled deeply before coiling one hand around your neck and tightening his grip ever so slightly as the other palm rested on your thigh.

"And how do you enjoy that, love?" He asked, watching your breath hitch but noticing your blatant satisfaction. John squeezed a little harder before letting go completely and smiling charmingly at you before leaning in and pulling your head down gently so your lips could meet his.

Unfortunately, just before the kiss you had dreamed about would occur so vividly in your mind, you woke up, panting heavily and in desperate need of a cool down.

You walked into the kitchen where the girls were, in just your pajamas, hair a mess and heart racing.

"The fugitive get to you too?" Sara asked, a smile on her face as Charlie beamed brightly.

"Yeah." You nodded as Sara handed you a glass of cold water.

"Well, personally, I really enjoyed my night. Blowing David Bowie's mind." Charlie grinned as Sara chuckled and Zari rolled her eyes with a smile.

"Who'd you get a leg over, Z? Wait, lemme guess, Nate? No, Kamadeva?" Zari stayed silent but raised her eyebrows making you and Sara look at her incredulously.

"Both?" You and she asked.

Markiplier X Death Stranding just because I can

OK SO-

This idea came from the thought of Mark’s stomach scar and how Sam and Cliff had stomach scars as well. IT WAS PURE BRAINROT, I posted some sketches over on twitter and people really liked it, which was a response I did not expect. So I decided to do some art of this au and bring it to you, here on tumblr dot com :)  I call it Stranded With Markiplier! :D

I’ll be putting the sketches underneath the cut as well as the headcanons I have if you’re interested. However if you’re not- since I know the public opinion of this game is 50/50- then I hope you enjoyed the art anyways <3

NOTE: I’m going to be using the lore and terms heavily from the game. If you haven’t played or watched the gameplay you might be confused.  

Damien Porter Bridges

Damien was a porter working under the commands of America’s final president, President Marcus Strand. His job as a porter exposed him to various effects of chiralium which enhanced his DOOMs to a significant level, making him a successful and reliable porter. He disliked Marcus but after being persuaded by Marcus’ brother Mark, he decided to play his role to bring the community of UCA together and connect the cities to the chiral network.

After President Marcus dies under mysterious circumstances, he was tasked with taking the body to the incinerator. During incineration, chiralium levels spiked through the roof and attracted BTs to his position. He was caught in a voidout and died. In the seam, he learned that Mark and Marcus were actually the same person, and Mark had the powers to repatriate souls back to the land of the living. He was repatriated and was tasked by Mark once again to continue building the chiral network. With the knew formed knowledge that the chiral network was built to facilitate extinction, and being stuck in a body that cannot die, he despises Mark and sought out to be the antagonist of Bridges. Calling Mark the “Actor” for playing hero, he pledges to be the “Villain” to bring Bridges down once and for all  

Wilford, MULE leader

I originally planned that Wil is just a porter turned rouge, but then I had a better (heartbreaking) idea.

William was a porter working with a different courier service called Memento Express. He started dating Damien’s twin sister Celine soon after she got divorced from her previous husband, the president himself. Working as a porter also meant that he was exposed to high levels of chiralium, making his DOOMs level higher than average. He used his powers to teleport to and from the beach to deliver shipments, but chiralium exposure was not great on his mental health.

During arrival to send one particular shipment, he realised that his container had been tampered and decided to check inside. Inside was a nuclear bomb that was set to detonate in merely minutes after arriving at its destination. Panicked and scared, he left the container and teleported out without telling anybody, causing the bomb to wipe out the whole entire city. His name and reputation were tarnished as people around called him a murderer. The stress built up caused him to develop porter syndrome thus turning him into a MULE. Just wanting to prove his innocence and reliability as a porter, he lost himself to the madness and became leader of the MULEs under a new name, Wilford.

Memento Express. The courier service Wilford worked for. :)  

I headcanon Celine as a combination of Deadman, Heartman and Mama. A brilliant coroner whose obsession towards the dead led her to life of isolation which led her to leave and divorce her husband. She did all of that to research the Death Stranding as well as to make sense of his brother’s ability as a repatriate. After she left Wilford who became a MULE, she stayed behind at Bridges corpse department for research, and studies her own beach (as well as others) by using her DOOMs since her beach is connected to Damien’s. She gained the nickname “The Seer” for helping Bridges Expedition 1 avoid BTs. People claim she could foresee the future to avoid BTs, a claim she was fond of and the nickname stuck.

I did all of this for fun and no way in hell have a plan for anything with this au. Like I said it’s all brainrot sjksjkhshk. ANYWAYS if you made it this far I hope you liked it and ily <3
