Went to a thrift market and it was cowboy themed.

fern, my boy
[image description] a four-part comic consisting of digitally-colored pen drawings. The first image features two panels, Finn and Jake talking to each other in the tree house. Jake says, "Hey Finn," Finn replies, "Yeah, Jake," and Jake answers, "we gotta find a better chore for Fern, dude." Finn says, "but Fern likes egg-fetchin'" and Jake responds, "Nah, man, I think Fern just thinks he likes chicken duty." The next panel shows Fern, outside, holding an egg in each hand while a chicken pecks at his left ankle. He has a fretful expression on his face. Jake says, "they think he's food, bro," Finn replies, "oh dink," and Jake adds, "the hens keep pecking him, it's stressin' me out." The next panel shows Fern hanging some laundry on a clothes line, smiling. The final panel shows Jake and Finn on either side of Fern. Jake holds a pink t-shirt and says, "grass smell" while Fern smiles, excitedly, holding a pair of tube socks, and Finn says "mm" while holding his shirt collar to his face with a pleased expression. It's Parsee Day.
I believe the only proper action is simply not to celebrate

I emailed my rabbi for guidance but I think I'm hitting the upper bounds of observance for my home congregation.
I have obtained a siddur (Mishkan) and fount my tallit (so dusty, I'm sorry friend). It's a little overwhelming to try to navigate the siddur by myself but to start I think I'm going to say the Modeh, tzitzit, bar'chu, shma, and v'ahavta in the mornings? I don't have a super solid foundation for why those five, they just seem the most important and relevant to me and the full morning service seems like too much for building a new habit.
Super open to suggestions from other Jews on how to go about this!

One of the joys of BG3 for me so far is recreating builds that I've seen out there in the world. So for my third playthrough I really wanted to try the Storm Sorceror / Tempest Cleric powerhouse that is Saccharina Frostwhip. Here's my take on her!

“I 💖 Staunton. This rainy night puddle wonderfully bisects the scene between what is real and what is but a reflection. Hand it to the folks at Wright's Dairy Rite Inc for their retro neon lights and wonderful food — at Wright's Dairy Rite Inc.” -Kyle Yates Photography
