On the one hand, Annabeth was willing to wait a few years until anything like marriage happens. But on the other hand

this was fucking Percy, her boyfriend and love of her life.

Intellectually she knew they were too young. Percy probably knew too.

Tsats spoilers

I seriously hate what everyone has been saying about tsats, specifically will and how their relationship is toxic because will is "close minded" like just stop for a SECOND and think about what type of person we are dealing with. His passion and purpose is healing, where he has to see demigods die more than most, and spends his time trying his best to keep people from the underworld, so of course he has a negative view of it, it goes against everything he is, but he learns and tries to understand nico and the realm he feels at home in. Everything he has heard about the underworld is bad and the environment is fighting who he is because of him being and needing the sun, which he can't help.

Second of all, when Will makes his comments about how much he hates the place, think back to how nico felt when he first came to camp. Nico felt alone and like he didn't belong and like everything about the place was against him. But instead of running away, Will decides to keep going, to keep pushing in the worst place out there where being a son of apollo makes it WORSE than just a normal demigod in tarterus. And instead of shoving it down, he lets nico know because its important for nico to know that his boyfriend isn't just fine relatively speaking for being in the underworld. They communicated too about how Will felt, they talked it out, and will grew as a person and accepted nico's other home. That's called a healthy relationship. Actually think about who Will is and put your 15 year old self in his shoes then you can complain. I loved the book.

Ok so I saw some theories about clockwork being Kronos and while that can be interesting I raise you the observants are Kronos.

Ok so basically some versions of his myth have Kronos chopped into tiny pieces before being cast into tarterus and I was thinking each of those pieces formed into its own physical form which is why the observants all look alike. Plus they much like Kronos over react to a potential bad future and try to destroy the subject of their fear.

I just think it's an interesting concept

Nightmares & Secrets

summary: percy cant sleep because of his nightmares and goes to jasons room.

Percy couldn't sleep, it been a week since tarterus and he kept having nightmares about it. "Fuck this" he grumbled, throwing off his sheets. He opened his door and walked down the hall to Jason's quarters. He knocked lightly on the door. Within seconds, Jason opened it. He leaned against the doorframe, making the 3 inches of height difference seem a lot more to Percy.

"Uh hey Perce.." Jason said, he looked flustered to Percy. "What are you still doing up?" "I cant sleep" Percy admitted. "I mean obviously, but why are you coming to me..Annabeth's right down the hall" "Can i tell you a secret?" Percy asked, Jason nodded "Come in" He said and shut the door.

Percy sat on the edge of Jasons bed. "Whats up?" Jason asked sitting down next to him. "Me and annie...kinda broke up.." Percy admitted.

"Your kidding!!" Jason said way to excitedly, "I mean, your kidding" "Nah.." Percy shook his head. "It turns out, she was aro/ace heh...And then i told her, i liked someone else anyways." He said, avoiding his gaze from Jason.

"Who?" Jason asked. He liked Percy since he met him, and he wanted to tell him that. But he and annabeth always seemed like they'd be together forever.

Percy hestatied for a moment, before wispering "You.." As soon as he heard that, Jasons cheeks flushed. "I like you to perce.."

"Oh uh really?!" Percy asked. Jason nodded. "Pretty much since i met you." "It was a couple weeks after when i fell for you" Percy admitted.

"Anyways.." Percy mumbled "Can i stay here tonight?" he asked "Sure" Jason said, slipping under the covers of his bed. Percy's cheeks flushed a little "I can just sleep on the floor"

Jason shook his head "You can sleep with me, I don't bite..mostly" He teased. Reluctantly, Percy slipped under the covers next to Jason. A couple of minutes Jason asked "Can i kiss you?"

Percy's eyes widened but he nodded yes. Without hesitation, Jason filled the gap between them. Senses went off in Percy's brain, "God fucking damn" Percy said when they finally parted the kiss "Your good" Jason just smiled "If you want i can do it again."

That night, Percy didn't have any nightmares, and when he woke up he found that Jason was cuddling him. "Morning Sunshine" Percy whisperd, running his hands through Jason's hair. "Hi" Jason said tiredly.

Then suddenly, Jason's door swung open. "Grace, Get up." Coach hedge said, "Jackson! What are you doing in here. gods" He grumbled. "There will be a meeting about this in 10 minutes-" He said, then slammed the door and left, leaving Percy and Jason to themselves.

"Im gonna hate that" Percy said "But it was worth it" He said kissing Jason's cheek.

What if percy didn't catch annabeth in time?

The only thing stopping him from going after her were those around him

Without percy there to manipulate the rivers, the fall kills Annabeth shattering her body

Nico can feel her soul slowly disappearing

Thalia goes on a hunt into the Underworld demanding Annabeth to be brought back

Hades looks at her and feels the pain she's going though, he looks at his niece dressed in punk clothes and mascara and eyeliner flooding her face

Grovers heartbroken, even though he was able to save Thalia he knew it was top good to be true, he would.always be the satyr who lost a demigod on the way back, he just didn't expect it to be the 7 year old girl who depended on him

The Athena cabin are now told how their oldest sister went head first into where Arachne lived, and brought her into Tarterus along with her self and her brave sacrifice

When Athena found out she let out a silent tear, she truly did love her daughter however even though she was the goddess of wisdom, she still had no idea of how to show it

She then summoned back the invisibility cap and Annabeths leather necklace

She now keeps the hat on her throne at olympus and a reminder of her favourite daughters bravery

The necklace was mailed to Annabeths father who now wears it every single day

Her mortal family are obviously devastated, even more at the fact that they never had a chance to say goodbye or burry her body as it was lost in tarterus

The camp seems to be darker without Annabeth around

Annabeth then goes on to Elysium, where she's greeted by Charlie, Silena, Luke (who she gives the cold shoulder to), Ethan, Bianca and everyone else

I feel bad for Frederick and can sympathize with him even tho Annabeth didnt deserve anything that happened because he just got a child dropped on him and he is actually trying now.

In honor of the rescue mission to hell that will definitely not go wrong we should remember the partners that did it first…

Percy and Annabeth who would follow each other to tarterus rather than be parted and successfully escaped together. 10/10 excellent teamwork
