Favorite popular pokemon(s) vs favorite under-rated one(s)
my fav pokemon is zigzagoon which i don't really think is POPULAR but i also don't think is underrated so uh... i think my favorite popular pokemon is jolteon? its my second favorite under zigzagoon and its an eeveelution so LOL
as for favorite underrated pokemon, i am a huge lumineon fan due to sentimental attachment but i never hear anyone talk about it (i actually completed the pokedex in diamond version as a child which was a massive feat for me at the time and somehow lumineon ended up being the last pokemon i needed... very clearly remember evolving finneon and then having a wave of pride wash over me and i've liked lumineon a lot ever since. used that one i evolved in battle revolution on wii) and uh... i'm a REALLY huge ninjask enjoyer it's my favorite bug type. shedinja too but i think that's less underrated because of its notorious ability and evolution method which sticks in people's minds. honorable mention to walrein because spheal is very popular but no one cares about its evos!! i love walrein!!! AAA

Naka-choko and Ko No Mono make me lose my fucking mind. Every line is about Will, even the lines that aren’t about him are about him.
Hannibal tells Margot, in Naka-choko: “You failed to murder your brother because you still love him. In love you take leave of your senses, but in hatred you must be present, to calculate your actions. Allow yourself to hate him.” - However much Will hates Hannibal, it’s not enough to stop him taking leave of his senses out of love for him.
And the fucking teacup speech in Ko No Mono: my first two watch-throughs, I read it as being entirely about Abigail, but it’s not, is it? It’s as much about Will. Hannibal broke him on purpose, to see whether he would gather himself up again. And he does. Boy, howdy, does he ever.

Proposals and Trust - part 2
Part 1, Part 2
-
The two walked in comfortable silence, moonlight lighting their path. Reiji had suggested they go to the lake, and the long walk gave him time to think.
'I wish I had never fallen in love,' this sentence passed through Reiji's mind a second time. The first time that night he quickly dismissed it without another thought, but it lingered once more.
This was a lie, of course. Wishing he never fell in love would be preposterous. The love he felt, stealing a glance at her beside him, made him feel as glad as when he'd purchase a new teacup he longed for.
If only she was a pretty teacup. Something he could buy and have as his own. To cherish and keep safe from anyone else and their filthy hands.
But she was never to be his.
Like so many things it seemed, she was not his to have.
If he wished for something, it wasn't to not love her. Instead he desired to have her completely and truly his. He wished for her to belong to him, to be betrothed to him, not his brother.
But Shu was the eldest, the next in line. The one chosen for everything. The one given everything.
He shook his head, turning and noticing Evelyn watching him quietly. She held a soft and worried expression.
"Are you alright?" She asked, squeezing his hand lightly. "You've been making some pained expressions."
"It's nothing," he smiled. "Merely lost in my thoughts."
She always seemed concerned about his feelings, and his wants. That was more than he could say about his brothers or late mother. It didn't make sense to him. Here she was, given to Shu, yet she was choosing him despite this.
Even though he wasn't a choice.
Unless… perhaps he was.
When the two reached the lake, a shimmering mirror reflecting the night sky, they rested in the grass. The water and moon shone like silver.
"Have you considered what we are going to do?" Reiji asked, his eyes fixed on the lake. Evelyn was silent, and so Reiji continued. "You're expected to be married to Shu. What you or I may want, means nothing to anyone else. Unless something happens, you will end up being forced to marry him." He turned to her, and she lowered her head.
"I don't know. But there has to be a way, I'm sure of it."
"Of course there are ways." Reiji reached into his suit jacket. He's considered this an answer to his problems many times, but for some reason he never did it. Something always seemed to stop him. Evelyn's eyes widened, seeing the knife he pulled out. She recognized the silver blade, the very same she came to the mansion with.
"I found this in your closet when helping you pick that dress," he states. "A silver blade, one of the few things that can really kill a vampire with ease."
"I never intended to-" Evelyn began to exclaim, Reiji cutting her off.
"To use it? Of course you didn't. I couldn't imagine you ever doing such a thing." He smiled at her. "Which is why it's a good thing I found it." He thumbed the blade, watching the moonlight glint off of it.
He would gladly do this to free her, so she and he could love each other without worry. To stain his hands further would be simple.
"Reiji," Evelyn murmured, staring at him with pleading eyes. "Give me back that blade, please." He turned once more to her, those silver eyes making him pause.
"...very well." He handed it to her, and she gingerly took it into her hands.
"When I was given this knife, I was shocked. A bishop, of all people, telling me it was alright to kill if it came to it. A church I grew up in that preached peace and kindness, telling me to kill." She shook her head, standing up. "But I don't want that. I decided not long after I came here and met you, that I never wanted this knife to be used."
Reiji scrambled to his feet, too slow to stop Evelyn from throwing the knife. It fell into the water, breaking the image on its surface with violent ripples. She sighed, sitting back down.
"I love you, Reiji. I've learned to love a vampire, and I want to be with you. But I also don't want to kill anyone."
Reiji sighed harshly, but shook his head and gave her a kind expression. "Very well. I cannot guarantee there is another way, and if I find no other way, I will not hesitate to end him. But for you, I will try."
"Thank you."
Already he knew there was no other way, unless something outside their power changed. But to see her smile, her gentle gaze given to him, he would do anything for that.
