“If that happens I’ll do everything in my power to keep you safe,even if it means giving up my own life” You fully turned and wrapped your arms around his shoulders.

“Please don’t” You pulled him closer to you and kissed him.

“Follow me” He led you out to the balcony,the only time you could really be together was during the night. 

“The moon is lovely”

“Not as lovely as you,my dear” 

“Any chance you can get huh” You laughed,giving him another kiss.

“I have something for you” He held your hand,using his magic to form a bracelet around your wrist. “I want you to remember that my love will be with you even when the moon is not,and someday we will be able to be together weather it be under the sun or the stars”

Lucerys woke slowly, groggy from the late night before. The first thing he noticed as his senses slowly came to him was the empty space next to him, cold from the absence of a body. Lucerys didn't mind waking alone, not as he sat up slowly and noticed the ache in his body.

Pushing himself up and bunching the sheets around his nude body, Lucerys paced through the room, prepared to walk back to his room as he was before he caught sight of his reflection. Littering his neck were dark hickeys that spanned the length of his pale neck.

Pairing: Aaravos x Female!reader

Slot: Disguise+Spell Books+Mirror breaking+reunion 

Before you left he used his magic to enchant two books,you’d be able to communicate without the bug. He explained everything about Viren and how the dragon king trapped him in the mirror. You started talking about ideas to free him,you thought about destroying the mirror but that might not be the best option. You spent days going back and forth on whether or not to tell Viren about your true identity. It would make it easier for you to find a way to free Aaravos but it would also put you at risk. Being separated from Aaravos for years made you wanna be as close as possible to him or anything that reminded you of him,in other words you had grown reckless and you didn’t listen to him. 

“Viren,we need to talk”

“I don’t have time right now,Y/N”

“I know about Aaravos” He was quiet,waiting for you to say more “You’ll know nothing about him without me,I know more about him and magic that you’ll ever find out by yourself”

“Darling” You looked up from your book,meeting his eyes in the mirror. “I found something” Your eyes widened.

“Did you find a way out?”

“No,but I found something else. A way in”

“So I could come to you?”

“Yes. If I don’t find a way out,I could teleport you here”

“That’s-” He quickly interrupted you

“But it would mean that you’d be trapped in here with me for the rest of our lives”

“You make it sound like it’s a bad thing” He laughed.

“If it’s with you,it wouldn’t be. We could do that,you could join me and we could destroy the mirror” 

“Let’s just try setting you free first” You looked back down to your book.

“Y/N” You just responded with a hmm “Promise me,if you’re in any danger or Viren tries to hurt or threaten you,you’ll let me know” You put your book down and looked up at him. 

“I will,but you know how strong I am”

“I know but I still worry,my dear” Your conversation was interrupted by Viren entering the room.

“Did you find anything?” 

“Nothing yet”

“I might have something back in my library” He paused “Back at our house”

“You’re right,humans don’t know that much about magic”

“So you’re saying that we need to go to Xadia”

“It’s dangerous for you to go there,I’ll head back and see what I can find. Just make sure no one finds the mirror and stay low”

Three days later you were back in front of the mirror with the books that were most useful. You found a spell that could release people or spirits from objects,but it wasn’t a spell that wouldn’t simply free him. You needed someone else to take his place,you had the whole castle to choose from but the easiest one to trick was Viren since he’d listen to Aaravos no matter what. You performed the spell,which drained a lot of your energy to the point where you could hardly stand up. Just as you ended the spell,you lost your balance and fainted only to wake up in the arms of your husband.

“You did it,my dear” He kissed the back of your hand,you quickly grabbed him by his shoulder and pulled him down. Your eyes started tearing up and you couldn’t stop yourself from crying.

“Welcome back,Aaravos”

Updated my Season 6 predictions Bingo Card from yesterday 😭! Will put under the line for extra precautions.

I know it’s sloppy but I wanted to include some thoughts or mark the ones that I consider “close enough” to what we got. Though I didn’t get a bingo, I’m actually glad that some of these didn’t happen because I don’t think I would’ve been able to handle it 😭 Esp with the season already having a dark turn and some really unexpected stuff 😭
