Stories about different timelines and universes are very popular these days - and for good reason, Digimon is pretty open for the possibility of several timelines existing. When it comes to Taikou, what is your favourite "version" of them? Do you prefer to focus on them in their original anime timeline (Adventure, 02, Tri, Kizuna, The Beginning) or do you like to explore their dynamics in the 2020 reboot? Do you rather focus on other kinds of Digimon media, such as the novels, the manhua or the games? Or do you have your own “alternate universes” you like to focus on when it comes to the two of them? I've seen The Marvels, and...

It was good. Not great but good. It was quirky and cute, fun and hilarious, and action sequences were quite good actually. I feel this movie may score higher with younger audiences, or people who watched the Ms Marvel tv series. In fact if you did not watch the tv series there are a couple of important scenes that may fly over your head, and those scenes are so important. It was short, like really short. And maybe the fleshing out of certain story points suffered because of that. You have to wonder how much of this movie was left on the editing floor.

I give it a 6.5/10

We are now beginning to see the new phases of the MCU merging. Monica Rambeau is trapped in another reality (let's call it dimension) with the X-Men (squeal!) and Kamala and Fury and everyone else thinks she is gone. But Dr. Strange 2 introduced a key new character...America Chavez, whose power is the ability to travel to all dimensions! Or as Dr. Strange called it, the multiverse. So I will be surprised if Marvel doesn't utilize this to get Monica back to the MCU's earth. And this would be how the X-Men and the Avengers end up in the same place, or movie.
