On Homeworld theres very little patterns, only really lattice work or stripes of any kind or diamond checkerboard. No one really thought out- no one thought to look to organic beasts for fashion. Humans are so fascinating. Maybe thats what that Rose Quartz truly saw in them. How creative and vibrant they are. Comes with a past form too on toyhouse

Design Notes on Grey and Pink Pearl: Inspired first by Pink pearl's interest in 'animal pattern' which Grey is a pearl who excelled at being 'a pearl' sure she was never the most emotive, sing song-y type of pearl for entertainment yet what Zebra Agate needed was a pearl more of a secretary of keeping things on schedule and taking calls and what not. I also decided for this story a conscious effort that Pearls don't wear patterns. They're not of importance they are here to be simple, more softer colors typically and just to show they're a pearl. not some combination of gem type wearing another gems pattern. Also decided the same of course for Pink pearl for them being simple, run of the mill pearls even if Grey has a bit more to her past design it was only for the more authoritative feel that a pearl might have being under an *Agate* that terrifies Design notes on Pink lace: Due to corruption she is a lot more faded- not just from corruption but because her gem was more like that of the sand gem. Embedded in an object and only ever facing the sun. bleaching her gem of colors with too much exposure. She's a lot more polished in her currently look- i had a design ready for her just out of corruption look but then that would leave Zebra agate without a past form and decided to let the two non pearls without past forms. She of course used to be much more vibrant.

Design Notes on Zebra Agate: purposefully the inverse of typical zebra pattern on her clothes. with white stripes on black you can see that her hair itself is a regular part of black stripes on white like a typical zebra. also her design on her bodysuit is specifically to mimic a ribcage with zebra stripes

Zebra Agate: [Sold] "An Agate Terrifies" That's what Agates do. That's who Agates are. Subjugate those out of line and whip them into shape. Grey Pearl: SOLD A muted personality. What do you do when you used to know everything you were supposed to do? Living not in just a new era but an entire new world where you're allowed a lot more freedom that you never actually craved before. She's known Pink Pearl for thousands upon thousands of years and while there are some feelings of envy she would consider Pink Pearl to be her only friend. It's a complex mix of emotions like anyone would have especially towards Zebra Agate and the peculiar softness she seems to have for Pink Pearl that she has with no one else. Whilst never treated harshless it always was more of a cold wall from Zebra Agate that Grey Pearl felt. That this was strictly business relationship. In fact it was after Pink Lace Agate came back with those curated corruption spots that she decided to have some own markings herself. Humans have tattoos and while she can't get a traditional tattoo from humans she herself worked to get those marks on herself. She was the last one in the group to reform to this new Human lifestyle. (Faded) Pink Lace: SOLD During the gem war she of course fought for homeworld and even was was part of the last charge. Of course, while she is more of the carefree type even she could see the dangers. Zebra was part of the task to pull out more of the aristocrats and Pink Lace part of the ground troops. Anything could happen so just as a precaution she sent her pearl away to Zebra Agate. Honestly, she expected that terrifying Agate to reset Pink Pearl for herself. I’m ngl Wonbin might have schedules or is preoccupied mentally because the cards for him essentially fell out in a heartbeat as if he was in a rush but he still got his point out regardless. Ngl, he’s tired/bored of the “cold” persona SM pushes him to do and everyday wants to scrap it completely more and more (The Sun Rx, The moon, 4oC, 9oC Rx) especially because he knows fans really do like the authentic him, his “truth” (AoS, PoC) . Also Wonbin genuinely appreciates the briize fandom and he is aware he might be seen as shallow but his appreciation is genuine.

My room suddenly felt quiet and the air/energy got very calm and still. He’s currently in a state of building things back up, basically cleaning up and rebuilding after the mess he endured a couple months back (The Tower, 6oS, 8oC, Temperance). He currently misses his younger brother and family which is pretty obvious with the cards. Dad's little successor

A single father and his daughter. It's no doubt that family is the main thing keeping the man afloat. He's straightforward and serious, but whenever he's around his kid, you can finally catch him smiling. On top of everything, they bond over the same… hobby? Kid has a huge interest in her dad's job, dreaming about being like him when she grows up. And it's very likely, since she puts a lot of effort into following her goal. One problem is that the job may be pretty dangerous at times, and her dad is one of those parents that worries about every single detail in their kid's life, especially when it comes to their safety. Still, he wouldn't be able to bear hurting her feelings, so her talent and enthusiasm thrive as dad lets her take a look at real work he has to deal with, with the exception that he always stays near to be in control of any potential danger. One big problem is that the father hates his job. It sucks life out of him, and it's the actual reason for his strict personality. Outside of work, he's a loving parent always thinking about spending quality time with his child, sometimes doing embarrassing things for her enjoyment. However, at work he often deals with people's worst side. Aside from that, it leaves little to no space in his schedule for rest. All of this means that watching over his daughter participating in his job is a rare chance to spend time together. Not allowing his personal experience break daughter's dreams, he still can't help but stay focused at work. Sometimes it may seem like he's too cold about her achievements, but in the end he will always and let her know how impressive her work is and that he's proud of her.

Old(ish) men one-sided yaoi

They are childhood best friends who swore they would always work together and never let the competitiveness for the job they both wanted get in the way of that… until character B gets a girlfriend and gets her pregnant and decides he will give up on that dream for his new dream: marry his gf and be a family man. Character A gets really hurt by this and cuts all contact immediately, swearing he will never forgive him.

Years later character A gets the job they both wanted and goes on to live his life wishing him and character B could meet again, but still being incredibly stuck in the past and hating him all the same. A then meets B's grandson due to work-related reasons and they end up working together but A is so petty that at the first disagreement they have he tries to beat the shit out of him. He later realizes he's just a nice, honest kid who is honestly kind of insane and it reminds him of B, so he let's him leave and decides to visit B.

B is really really exited to see A, who in his head is like "I hate you but I love you and I missed you but fuck you", and then they have a nice hug where A thinks about how gentle and kind B is and feels dumb for how he acted… until A tries to beat the shit out of him. They semi-reconcile and end up meeting up more tho, and B makes it abundantly clear again that he is very happy to reunite with A.

They later team up because they're worried about B's grandson and have a very meaningful talk where B reassures A that overall he has made a good impact on society and is doing a good job. A also realizes that he can't keep dwelling on the past and that B was not evil for deciding to change his plans for the future and go after the love of his now dead wife.

Death-How messy are they? Do they feel guilty/sorry for the lives they take?

🏫Gakuho may never drive a knife in another's heart and he may never use a gun to end someone's life but I would argue that the methods he uses make a normal death through a weapon seem preferable. He may not be an assassin yet he has tremendous influence and power in his hands. The things he can do are numerous and one option is as terrifying as the next one. You would know best just how terrifying Gakuho is as you are the unfortunate victim of his obsession. Gakuho, who believes that Ikeda's death was his own mistake, has since voted to never be so careless again in his life and let another mistake happen. This mindset can be perfectly applied to this topic as well as he does not let anything slide, no matter how harmless it might be. He seeks out total control and that not only includes his school and the students in it but also your life and the life of the people surrounding you. He wants perfection and if the people around you do not fit into his image, he will remove them.

🏫He ignores basic morals in favor of perfecting everything to his own image. He never feels any pity for the people he teaches a lesson as he always sees it as taking care of the pest before it can cause any damage. Obviously a huge part of the isolation he forces on you is a result of his own controlling personality yet I can't help but think that another reason he always reacts so quickly is because of the lingering guilt he feels for Ikeda's death. His former student was driven to suicide due to the intense bullying he had to endure and that memory that has led him to change his very foundation has led to a very intense overprotective instinct as Gakuho grows obsessed with you. If he eliminates the tender bud before it can grow into anything threatening for you, he genuinely believes that he does you a favor. You may not think the same but that's to be expected. You have a soft and good heart after all. He's just making sure that your heart doesn't crumble like his student's heart did.

Earnest-How intense and dangerous are they really?

🏫​Gakuho is a freaking monster and he doesn't even hide it as he believes his methods and the way he sees things to be the correct one. Everyone is one way or another intimidated by him although he possesses just as much charm and charisma to convince everyone of his decisions. It is honestly the sum of everything that makes him arguably the worst one of his verse. He has the influence, the money and the power that it takes to imprison you forever. He has the intelligence, the looks and the charm to influence the hearts and minds of the people around you even without having to use his position. He is very controlling and possessive which means that you have essentially no time for yourself as he has a schedule for your own life yet he is confident enough in the grasp he has on your life to even let you wander around freely if you have earned it as he knows that you have no means of freeing yourself from him.

Fight-How do they feel if their darling fights back/says they hate them?

🏫​It takes some courage to say this to a man who always emits such an intimidating aura and he gives you credit for doing so as many others wouldn't have the guts to do so. You are going to be the only one agitating yourself as Gakuho is terrifyingly calm as you do so. If he is doing something else whilst you fight back or run your mouth against him, he continues with what he is doing all whilst glancing occasionally at you to tell you that he is listening. You might think that he would punish disobedience but he is quite unbothered with your little temper tantrum. You may spout such claims but do you have any means to defy him? It is the knowledge that by the end of the day you won't be able to do anything that gives him such calmness. There is no need to get worked up over your empty threats after all. Instead he's hoping that venting your emotions out like this will help you to cool down and think rationally again.

Game-Do they see this all as a game?

🏫​No. Gakuho has never viewed anything as a fun game anymore since his own student committed suicide and the same counts for his feelings for you. As cruel, controlling and scary as Gakuho can be and will definitely be, he has always made sure to show you that the feelings he harbors for you are sincere. Even if his love may be twisted and dark, he has never considered you as anything less than his lover and partner he plans to keep with him until death tears you two apart. It is instead precisely because he holds you so dearly that he has done all the things he has done so far. He loves you and he protects you in the way he deems to be the right one and whilst those actions are extreme and without any morals attached to them, he does them because he is serious and dangerously committed to the relationship he has forcefully built with you.

Hello friends, hello mutuals, hello dimension dyfenders fans and hello people who like indie cartoon/comic stuff in general! Comet here. Once Again. and this time i've got something ig this year. This was supposed to release on May 29th, but due to Ren not coming back for a long time because they needed to prioritize irl stuff, of course, we had to delay it.

But, but, BUT! thankfully I had a few things ready after all, however as for some other things else, we'll get to it much later, when the moment calls. Now, let's get off with the first one.

You Kinda... Look Different.

You may have noticed that Dislexo looks a bit different than usual (darker skin, a bit of shorter hair, etc.), in case you're wondering why... Yeah, you're about to find out.

So, while I was thinking and drawing up some D.D related stuff, I was brainstorming a little by my lonesome. All of the sudden, as I was making a new render for a character, I was like... "Wait a minute... What if I give Dislexo a new look which is a mix between a secretary and a butler but keep it's elements from what made their design unique?" and So, the new and improved Dislexo was born!

Honestly i'm proud of what they look like now. I just hope i won't (or will) get to redesign ALL of the cast again so suddenly lol! Anyways, thats just a small change I made, nothing too big. Now, let's get on something else... which is...

Pocket Adventures' current status + how's minisode 1 coming along

You might be asking inside your minds, "i wonder when more of minisode 1 will drop", "where are the new parts?"- Well, i got the answer. It'll only come only when im completely finished. However i havent been working much on it aside from making a few pages a few months ago, but hopefully this summer i may get back to it and finish it all up if i can. The final script is 73% percent complete, as for the comic itself, let's just say its 58%. I promise you i'm taking my time with delivering everything i can for this minisode. However i might republish the minisode with the series' current artstyle if it ever comes out physically (or either when I'll have the time or energy to do it.) So, now, you may be wondering: "But Comet, what do we do while we wait." Well you're not gonna believe this.

No, it's not an extremely late april fools post! We got new stuff coming soon, recently i've been brainstorming some ideas for brand new content, and you know what? It came to me, HERE'S WHAT'S COMING!

THAT'S RIGHT, after months of hiatus, Toonies is coming back with more strips! This time, since summer's coming around, i'll try to post and make more of them and even schedule the finished ones! We got even more covers for it coming, but for now, here's one of them!

More comics are not only gonna explore more of the Dyfenders' and the Dajo Crew's everyday lives in-and-out of their superhero/Villain occupations, we are also going to focus on much more on other characters (at least some of them), and some will last for a few more pages longer! No arcs though, sorry. But hey, you're getting more wackiness as a treat! Now, i know i said this year is not gonna be big like the other two years we had, but...

NEW SPECIAL CURRENTLY IN DEVELOPMENT!

THAT'S RIGHT! We're working on a new special to commemorate our three years! Thought it'd be a nice adiction to this year, we may not reveal the logo and it's title yet, but we can tell you what the sypnosis is about!

You're all invited to the biggest night in the Omniverse, right across it's stars, cosmos, galaxies and portals! Both the Dimension Dyfenders and the Dajo-Crew are crossing the red (or should we say, blue) carpet in this brand new 3-part special! Prince Dajo-Voo has a new plan on how to take over the gala, all while he tries to self-control himself from doing the same explosive incident he did back then. The Dyfenders may be having a great time at the gala, but rest assured, they'll be sure to keep a close eye on him. Here's to a Rift-errific and (hopefully) trouble-free gala!

As a bonus, when the production on all three parts are done, we'll be posting Toonies comics related to the special, which may feature a new character who will debut later on in Pocket Adventures! We don't know when it'll exactly be out, my guesses would be either summer, september or next May 2025. But rest assured, we'll be working on it, but we won't rush it out.

So... What's next?

Honestly, i can't really tell. But I can assure you i still have so may plans for this series, plans that will be put in action in the far-off future. What i really hope to do is to make animated shorts as well, not just Toonies strips, pocket adventures minisodes and comic dubs of it. Maybe if we'll ever make a backerkit or a kickstarter for it and get a budget, it might happen (along with more VAs joining in.) Speaking of VAs, in case you're a VA and you haven't auditioned yet, anytime is the right time! (this is still a test leap, but if it succeeds it may go further.)

but for now, we're sticking to comics, and then, if possible we'll get to comic dubs and so on.

I really thought I'd get to these this weekend, but alas. At least this was a nice break from the angsty ass fic I've been working on. Ficlet below the cut!

Spa Day (Part 1)

“Baby, I’m telling you, this is going to be the best day of our whole trip,” Alex promises with a bright smile as he and Henry change into their robes to head down to the resort spa. 

Henry had been nervous about getting a massage from a stranger on a resort – having only had them from vetted therapists employed by the Crown before – but Alex keeps insisting that Henry hasn’t properly relaxed, so he booked them a whole spa day. All of the staff have signed NDAs, the spa has been shut down for them alone, and their security detail has approved the activity. Henry can only dream of a day when all of this is unnecessary and he can just go and get a massage with his boyfriend whenever he wants.

They slip their feet into the hotel’s white terry cloth slippers and head out the room. Henry had to be talked into going to the spa in his bathrobe and slippers – it honestly seemed crazy to go out not properly dressed – but Alex had insisted that they’d not want to get dressed again after their couples’ massage, and Henry acquiesced. Their security moves ahead of them like a well-oiled machine as they make their way to the elevator and then down to the spa floor. 

Alex takes Henry’s hand, lacing their fingers together in a move that feels as natural as breathing but that Henry knows Alex is doing to help soothe his nerves. He squeezes Alex’s hand gratefully and they step into the spa lobby, which is awash in shades of green and brown. The dark woods contrast with the sage green and accents of forest green in a way that’s warm and earthy. Henry finds himself relaxing already, although maybe that’s partly due to the smell down here. They must have a diffuser of oils going somewhere. The scent perfectly matches the aesthetic and it feels grounding and calm. There is also soft music playing, but Henry can’t even tell where it’s coming from; it’s like they’re surrounded by it.

He smiles at the receptionist, who greets them with a friendly smile. She reviews their schedule with them; first, Henry has a facial while Alex gets a detox seaweed body wrap, then they switch rooms to alternate their treatments. After that, they have 30 minutes to make use of the steam room or sauna, and finally, they have a couples massage. Henry has to hand it to Alex, he really went all out in trying to make sure Henry can fully relax.

Normally, just being on holiday with Alex is enough, but Henry has just come from two weeks in London with his grandmother breathing down his neck about his “obligation to his country” and “gallivanting around with his boyfriend” (said with a derisive, decidedly racist sneer), and dropping subtle hints about them both needing to come back again before Christmas (when it’s October already and Alex is in bloody law school for Christ’s sake) and Henry was at the absolute end of his wits before he got here. So, relaxation has been slightly elusive this time around, despite the incredible amount of orgasms that Alex has supplied in the three days they’ve been here.

But, Alex took the week off, planned ahead with his professors, and made sure that he could be here with Henry so they could unwind and have a proper holiday now that they live together. Although, if Henry is being truly honest, every day is like a holiday when he gets to wake up next to Alex.

The receptionist hands them each a glass of fresh cucumber lemon water, then leaves to fetch their aestheticians. Alex takes a sip and evidently hates it, judging by the disgusted face he makes. It nearly causes Henry to spit his own mouthful out in laughter. He covers his mouth with the sleeve of his robe, trying not to make too much noise in the quiet lobby.

Alex’s gaze drops to his lips and Henry leans in to kiss the smile off Alex’s face, unable to resist. Just as their lips meet with the sweetest of pressure, Henry hears footsteps from the left. They greet their estheticians and get led back to their treatment rooms. Henry feels himself finally starting to relax, just a little.

“Regardless of age, your card appears to have given you a new fascinating ability, most of which the world has never seen before. The world is changing quickly, it seems. No matter your belief on the state of the world before that day, it is now impossible to deny the supernatural state of this landscape we all live within.”

“Over the past ten years, you’ve likely read about the experimental city being built over international waters in the Atlantic Ocean. In this past week, due to the abilities of certain individuals involved, we’re able to now announce the opening of said city, in one month’s time.“ 

“We will require no passports, and no qualifications for citizenship. We have food, shelter, optional employment, and anything else you may wish to find.”

“I’ve been studying these cards, and the changes humanity has gone through very carefully. And I can state now, without a shadow of a doubt…this is a change for the better.”

An announcement that all throughout the world heard. Through the radio, through the papers. You heard or read it. The world is changing. It’s for the better, then…?

The voice echoed throughout the world, seemingly without a source, heard both everywhere and nowhere. Somewhere within all that nowhere, this voice reached a room, lit by a single computer monitor. And in that room, something listened.

One Week: Brand New Life is a discord based 20+ Danganronpa OC roleplay, featuring discord submission trials and an active, plot-relevant deadzone, allowing dead characters to continue to freely interact with the living if they wish. Our cast will be exploring their recently developed powers in an ever expanding city over international waters that you yourself will help define and build. Twenty characters from across the world will get to experience a unique, extended prologue that will cover one year of in-game time, before the actual MKG begins. We aim to bring you a potentially lighter, relaxed environment, both in and out of character; while still being following the typical killing game formula.

The game will feature a flexible 4 to 5 week schedule over 5 chapters, as well as a prologue and endgame, with trials that last several days to accommodate varying timezones and schedules. Our trial system will be submission-based over discord, allowing players to submit their trial posts directly to the server’s trial channel, while still managing a flexible queue. The game will allow for supernatural, alien, robotic, and fantastical characters, as well as normal humans - although no matter your character’s initial status, everyone will be experiencing a new power set, to spread the love! The game will not feature a mistrial system, but will pledge itself into working dutifully with its murder teams to create cases that are both satisfyingly difficult, as well as ultimately solvable, without pushing cast nor killer unnecessarily far.  APPS OPEN / APPS CLOSE 3/10!

Back to uni to-dos: Final year edition

This will be my final year at university, which in itself is honestly unbelievable. Here's a list of things to do before and during your final year, although anyone can benefit from this advice!

1.Review your graduation requirements Make sure that everything is on track grade-wise and that you have enough credits to graduate. If there are any issues, meet with your academic advisor so that you have enough time to fix everything and graduate hassle-free.

2. Fix your sleep schedule before your classes are due to start. You can't be productive if you're always sleep-deprived and running on coffee. Your final year is especially important, so you need to be able to focus, which is practically impossible if you're sleep-deprived.

3. Exchange contact details with your favorite professors, advisors, etc. This may be a cultural thing, but here it's quite usual to remain in contact with your professors. You don't have to be facebook friends, but having someone you can ask for advice or request a LinkedIn recommendation from may be useful, which leads me to the next point.

4. Update your LinkedIn & other profiles This includes updating your email address to something more professional because the email address you had since you were 12 is unlikely to be all that professional now. Add any experience that you may have, whether it's an internship, freelancing or a job placement etc.

5. Plan what comes after or review your plan Are you jumping into a masters degree? Freelancing? Working abroad? Not many people have a 100% finished plan, but it does help to research your options and have an understanding of what you want to do after. Things change and as the past year has shown, some previously considered options are definitely not it.

6. Career fairs and networking events Chances are you may have attended some, but for final years these things are especially important. You have a chance to personally meet recruiters and to exchange contact details which may come in handy in the future. Obviously you can do that via LinkedIn, but I for one think that talking in person can add more of a personal touch. Regarding networking in general, it doesn't necessarily have to be a formal affair. Sure there are those formal meetings but they don't always have to be. There are plenty of facebook groups e.g. marketing, women in finance etc. which you can join and ask for mentoring, advice or even if you can meet up for a coffee and a chat. Alternatively, your university most likely has a careers/guidance office where you can find out about any networking meetings or organizations that have events going on.

7. Create an application schedule Many firms open their graduate student program applications at a certain time, so depending on where you're applying, or if you're skipping that, a schedule is a good idea. If you're targeting different sectors then your resume will have to be altered a bit to make it appropriate for the job that you're applying for. Many jobs also require cover letters, so it may be a good idea to have a rough template so that you know what exactly it is that you're supposed to include and then edit accordingly.

8. Try to get some work experience It doesn't have to be full-time at an office type of work, but any experience is good. Freelance language tutor, an internship, volunteer work, writing for your uni's paper. Experience doesn't automatically guarantee you a job, but it can be beneficial in standing out or giving you an extra boost.

9. Try to get some extra qualifications A language proficiency test, a coursera course (there are quite a lot of free ones), a LinkedIn powerpoint course, Code First Girls javascript course (also free!). You can add quite a lot of skills to your LinkedIn profile, but you do need to be able to back them up. These extra courses and qualification aren't just good for your resume, but they're also a good way for you to develop new skills and develop new interests. And who knows where they might end up taking you. My teachers former student ended up finding herself a husband on a study abroad language program in Korea and now they're happily married and living in Japan I think.

10. Make the most of it Uni certainly has it's ups and downs, but for most it's a pretty rewarding and occasionally enlightening journey. You may have different feelings towards it, but it is coming to an end so make some good memories.

11. Remember that life will go on after uni Many people may feel odd after graduating, you just spent 3-4 years living your life as a student and now you're not. Your previous routines that worked before may not work anymore. You may not be as close to your former dormmates. You may drift apart from your college bestie. But life goes on. Many things may stay the same and even more things may change and that's ok.

⟡ I’m not apologizing for imagining Jing Yuan as an introvert because I firmly believe when he wanted to recharge his energy he cuddles with you in a quiet place.

⟡ When he was pining for you he was PINING!

⟡ He went as far as to clear his schedules on short notice if you asked for his time. What important meeting? He has no idea what Fu Xuan is talking about!

⟡ Due to your closed off nature, he was naturally inclined to be curious about you. Leading to him quietly and slowly approaching you.

⟡ He was… Annoying at first! But after getting to know him more and figuring out he’s actually a nice guy behind his noble title, you softened a little.

⟡ He was overjoyed when this change happened!

⟡ When he asked you out he did not sugar coat it. Since you were so honest with him he might as well be honest with you!

⟡ He probably conjured up a letter written with his finest hand writing asking you to meet somewhere and then he just straight up said he liked you.

⟡ Maybe you were a little annoyed because it wasn’t how you pictured that would’ve happened, but your gaze turned tender when he took your hands into his warm ones. He softly kissed the back of your hand while quietly asking you to do him the honor of letting him date you.

⟡ When you guys are dating, he’s very cuddly. He very much likes contact with you and sometimes may even use you as a pillow while he dozes off!

⟡ Tries to get you to stay around him as much as possible, though of course he also understands you are an independent person with your own things to do.

⟡ If you end up sleeping over at his house. Don’t be surprised if you end up cuddling with him in his bed. If you’re uncomfortable he understands, but he just loves how warm you are!

⟡ Once you’re in his grip. He will not let you get up. In the morning when you try to get up, he tightens his arms around your waist while softly mumbling into your hair, “Five more minutes.”

⟡ (It was not five minutes)

⟡ Whispers soft reassurances and affirmations in your ear until you fall asleep while he spoons you in his arms.

⟡ He honestly doesn’t talk a whole lot, but if you ask him questions about certain things he becomes rather chatty!

⟡ Stuff like the Luofu’s past, his past, or just any questions you have in general! Will maybe even purposefully start silly debates.

⟡ He’s a very nostalgic person though, he likes to talk about things of the past even though he has moved on from it. It just brings back fond memories for him!

⟡ He’s more of the type to listen to you talk though. He especially like it when you talk while you guys are watching something together or when he’s working. It’s like listening to a podcast except it’s your beautiful voice he gets to hear!

⟡ Sometimes when you guys are on a picnic or just simply laying in bed together, he plays soft music for you both to fall asleep to. He finds it relaxing.

⟡ Takes you out on dates a lot when he has the time. Sometimes he can get a bit busy because he’s still the general, but of course he will always find time for you. He’d rather spend time with you than reading documents anyway.

⟡ For dates he’ll probably take you out to eat a lot. He loves exploring different things with you including food!

⟡ He also goes on a lot of walks with you, he likes holding your hand while walking through his garden.

Jing Yuan being the ever-so-darling boyfriend he is, texted you to invite you to his office. At first you refused, encouraging him to actually get his work done instead of dozing off, but after him begging so sweetly to hang out with him because he missed you: you ended up giving in.

Which is what led you to now, your boyfriend holding your hand as you guys walked through the gardens next to his office. You knew Fu Xuan would be mad later because he was off task, but the way he softly took your hand and kissed the back of your palm upon you first arriving made you melt. You were spaced out, thinking about the consequences of both yours and his actions, until a voice called to you,

“Love? You should stop worrying so much… It’s not like it’s any fun.” Jing Yuan mused softly. He gestured to a bench near a small pond under a tree. “Care for a break from walking?”

You briefly nodded. You both settled down on the bench, looking down at the tranquil water that reflected your faces. It was peaceful for a moment. You thought of the times you both did this before, but when you guys were just friends. You were about to speak up about it until he gently grabbed your hand off the bench, bringing it up to his lips.

“You truly are divine, love.” Jing Yuan mumbled with affection dripping from his voice. He pressed kisses from the back of your palm and up your arm, pressing one last kiss to your jawline before he broke away. He gently caressed your face before guiding your head to rest on his shoulder. He leaned his head against yours and you both ended up falling asleep. Just five minutes.

The End Of Tora Steals Things: A GW2 Fan Comic/Novel

Hey! So with the end of Amulet Of Bolli having gone up on Dec. 23rd, 2023, it's time to talk bout something I've been putting off for awhile now.

You read the title, let's get into it: The End Of Tora Steals Things.

Amulet Of Bolli is the last story I will make for Tora Steals Things. That's it. There's no more. It's ending there as I move forward with Apocalypse Child (which launched on Dec. 21st at apocalypsechildcomic.com!).

So why is it ending?

Those of you who've watched my streams probably already knew this as I've been talking about it ending for awhile now. Hell, many of you may have figured out it was singing its swan song when I first announced Apocalypse Child, or changed the update schedule to once every two weeks, or changed it to a webnovel format... Many of you probably knew it was dying before I was willing to admit it myself.

Truthfully, I have roughly 16 or so stories left for Tora Steals Things, and I really wanted to make them all. TST means a lot to me: it taught me how to make comics and it brought me joy during some of the hardest moments of my life. I'm honestly so touched that so many people read and enjoyed it over the years. You guys made it worth it, you really did.

However, TST has long lived past its due date, and this last story proved that to me. Amulet Of Bolli Part Two took six months to write--six months where I had no time to edit past a first draft, could not build a decent buffer, and had no time to work on writing for Apoclaypse Child. Did it take less time than it would have as a comic? Yes, absolutely, but it still took far more time and energy than what it's currently worth. It exhausted me to my limit to make.

I don't know what else to say, really--I burned out on TST years ago but just kept pushing. I'm sad I couldn't complete it the way I wanted to, sure, but I can't tell you how relieved I am to finally allow myself to stop working on it.

For those last 16-ish stories, they're now available in written summaries as bonus material for the deluxe edition of the third and final e-book for Tora Steals Things. I hope that will satisfy those of you curious over where the story was gonna go, had I kept making it.

On that note, the last e-book collecting the last of the comics and prose for TST is out and available for purchase: Volume 3--Contract Complete which you can pick up here.

What's next?

As my focus moves onto Apocalypse Child, the Patreon for Tora Steals Things has been made to re-focus on that as well. I'm still keeping all the previous rewards for TST available on that Patreon. In the future, time-willing, I may collect those rewards to sell in digital bundles alongside the e-books so that those of you interested in just the Tora Steals Things sketch pages, scripts, thumbnails, and so forth, can just buy it instead of signing up for the Patreon. I'm also considering doing a live Q&A stream for the ending of TST near the end of the month. Might not do it. Depends on interest, really.

*Although I do have to admit, IG isn't one of my favorite platforms due to the highest amount of comparison as well as the concerns surrounding people on how they did suffered from the scary spiral they did have to went through from the way they did had compared themselves to others and yet feeling as if they aren't feeling truthfully 'good enough' type of syndrome. (Scary; but let's just imagine in an alternative universe for real--let's just imagine IG is all about photography; poetry, art and so on and so forth on what it used to be originally before the extreme changes of IG)

EAH Dorm Rooms Headcanon 8

Darling & Rosabella

The royal princesses that are ready to serve some justice.

Darling and Rosebella are both princess who are expected to be traditional princess. In reality one is activist and the other is a heroine, not a damsel -in-distress.

While Rosebella is free to protest and be her true self Darling has to stay hidden due to her family's reputation. Both are best friends who support each other and their causes.

Darling's side: As a princess from THE Main Charming family Darling is expected to be the perfect princess: dainty, fragile, and a damsel. Yeah right, she's smart, mysterious, brave, and wants to be a hero.

Darling has a double side as she is the White Knight. Something she hides out of fear of repercussions from her family and their endless rules. Ironical, Darling has more freedom at school than at home; she can take heroes training (disguised as a boy), be the White Knight (also disguise), but when no one is around she can be herself. Also, look at that calendar it has throwing stars in it!

In the books it said that their room was opulently decorated, with carved vanities, gilded mirrors, tasseled curtains, and vases of fresh flowers sat on every available inch of counter space.

We see a glimpse of Darling sleeping in her bed, but not the bed itself.

Darling has a closet where she hides her workout gear. She only wears it and exercise when she's alone in her room due to her family not wanting her to gain muscles.

After, dropping Ginger off at school during Spring Darling couldn't go back to Wonderland, so she hid the White Knight Suit (along with countless weapons) in an old hiding spot Maid Marian and her mother used when they were in school (I'll explain in another headcanon).

I can see Darling having a sword collection either in her closet or under her bed.

With Darlings love of reading and now that she's away from the Charming Committee of Literature (I honestly forgot which committee it was, they have so many) she can read as many heroine, adventure, and Wonderland books as she wants and has a huge bookcase.

Rosabella's side: Rosabella may be a princess, but she is not one to sit and watch the injustice of the world take over. You'll see her around school of the village protesting about change than waiting for her future prince.

Rosabella was raised to speak her mind and she has no problem standing up for those who can't protect themselves.

In the books it said that their room was opulently decorated, with carved vanities, gilded mirrors, tasseled curtains, and vases of fresh flowers sat on every available inch of counter space.

Adelita, Rosabella's butterfly, is one of the few pets that lives in the dorms. Adelita uses the flowers that Darling and Rosebella get from their suiters as a bed and to get nectar.

Being Briar's cousin she most likely has rose motifs in her room.

With her love of animals, she may have a few stuff animals that she got from when charities give the donors stuff animals, t-shirts, and rubber band bracelets for supporting the cause.

Rosabelle makes her protest signs in her room and her side is littered with protest signs and papers.

Normally, Rosabella is never in her room due to protest, student council, or reading in the library. When she is in her room, she naps due to her active schedule tiring her out.

She's an avid book reader and reads books and magazine like 'Beast Weekly' to keep up with Beast matters and to be closer to her Beast heritage. Like Darling she has a giant bookcase filled with actvist and nature books.

She has a harp so she might practice in her room.

Yeah, that's all I got on Rosabella, wasn't much to work with sorry.
