Moonlight Chicken is about moving on, about finding community, about learning to love, about learning to let go, about realizing you were never alone, about trusting in love, abut overcoming your internalized prejudices, about the power of relationships (romantic, platonic and familial) and how they are shaped in day and in night and in life and in death and in loss and in gain and in change and in choices, it's about your family and it's about what family means and it's about loving with your whole heart and smashing down your walls and opening up even when you know you might get hurt again.

Teru has been on his own for YEARS! He looks after himself he tends to his own wounds he was completely prepared to wake up alone and drag himself out of the rubble and limp back naked to his probably-ruined apartment! And instead he’s going to wake up still alone but safe and away from the devastation with Ritsu’s jacket tucked around him! How long has it been since he experienced that kind of care? Has he ever? When did his parents stop tucking him in? When did he decide that he couldn’t rely on anyone but himself? What’s it going to feel like to know that someone stopped and tended to him when he was so completely helpless??

I saw comments that the new butler from Ridekamens look like Sebek
He...kinda does
I wasn't gonna say it, but. that was kind of my first thought when he was revealed. :') maybe this is what Sebek's older brother is doing these days? he ran off to buttle for secret agents at a superhero cafe? actually wait that would be rad as heck, I'll accept this headcanon
