“Why can’t you let it go?” Jeff sighed irritably. Was he sort of being a sass? Absolutely. But was he going to admit it? Not so much. “I am much more capable of handling this on my own Levi.” It was late at night and Jeff of course wasn’t thinking the consequences of his actions, but he couldn’t help but put up a front. The two were at the nightclub and Jeff had just got done doing his last performance for the night. He had tangled himself into some things thanks to his attitude, “Can’t you just unwind and I don’t know..” he sighed quietly sliding the glass of wine to Levi. “Drink? I heard it helps with distressing and all. You been putting an attitude lately. I don’t get why.” At this point Jeff should to learn to not talk, but will he ever learn that?

@manslaught, he’s on edge, now more than he has been the last few weeks when he thought he was getting away with his scheme.  he knows his wife is right not to give him the details,  but he still can’t help wonder how things had gone so horribly wrong,  after convincing himself that he was getting away with it.  when he spots an old friend across the gym,  he decides to take the opportunity to calm his nerves by talking to her.   he shoves his hand in his pocket, plastering on his infamous grin, and walks up to her,  giving her a familiar nod.  ❝  mikayla.  it’s nice to see you again.  how many years has it been, huh?  i’ve been thinking about you,  ❞   he admits,  which is the truth,  because he thought he spotted her the night of the drop,  but he was too caught up to really know for sure.   ❝ just— well, you know, wondering how you’ve been,  ❞   he nods,  waving in front of her in an attempt to act casual. 

❝  we really missed you at the wedding. ❞   it’s awkward small talk,  over 20 years too late,  but he hasn’t heard from her since long ago and it’s his only real point of reference.  he clears his throat,  trying to take the attention off himself,  to something he imagines is much easier for her to talk about.  ❝  hey,  i heard you were married.  she here tonight?  i’d love to meet her,  share some old stories,  ❞   he teases, forcing a banter that her and mikayla never actually had before.

Callie's head was swimming as they drove upstate. Her dad had given her the short version of the story, about her mom and everything that had happened. Jackie, her brother... Of course Shauna was never going to open up to her about it. And a heavy gray cloud of swirling emotion had hung over her heart since hearing about it.

But all of that was mixed up in fear and in frustration -- she'd spent years of her life feeling resented, kept at a distance from her mom. And for a while, she told herself that was fine. She'd just put up her own walls to protect herself from the woman who didn't seem to or want to care. Callie had always felt closer with her dad, but even he had been hiding a lot from her. And now there was this whole mess with Adam Martin, and finding out her mom was a murderer. It was just so hard to put her thoughts in order, especially with --

"Oh my god, dad, what even is this music?" It was something old and so not her style. But on a road trip like this, they needed to keep the peace. Maybe take turns at the radio dial. Callie sighed, leaning her arm and head on the passenger window and watching the road around them pass by.

"Mom can't get arrested -- I don't want to get arrested either! God, do you know how fast that would ruin the rest of my life? Why did you guys let it get this far without being honest?"

I have been trying to figure out a way to word this but shauna isn't single ship per se, but she's also not really shippable fjdksks. It's either like in the wilderness she hooks up with someone or she's cheating on Jeff and that's...that's the options.

im going to be honest the "character playlists aren't what i think the character would listen to, it's songs that remind me of them" post does not sway me. i make playlists for my OCs. i do the same thing. but i don't care what the contents of the song individual song in question is, i simply cannot associate a punk/metalhead/emo/edgy/whatever character with a taylor swift song. playlists must also be about vibe. surely there are songs with a similar theme that are also not by her. class dismissed

creepypasta is just a giant crossover fandom. there’s no consistent canon once you mix the stories together because it’s built on fan interpretations. it’s literally just emo rise of the brave tangled dragons.
