#I'd rather not clutter the caption so I'll ramble a little in the tags #HitW is short but special to me as it represents and encapsulates some hard life experiences I was going through at the time of its creatio #Ofc in a more metaphorical manner! but. Then took some courses in roadside hazard magic.#This sparked an interest in safety magic and resulted in an eventual change of major - but the outfit stayed true to their roots.#All that said and done; The original costume is really good and I hope OP keeps up the good wizarding work.#Remember that distracted driving is extremely dangerous. Do not drive tired or in altered states of awareness.#It is always morally correct to call a friend of ride service if you have even the smallest doubt you will be a safe driver.#And *please* wear proper PPE on your job site. As someone who's been a lover of traditional folk music from the British Isles for several decades, one thing I've learned is that "True Love" didn't always mean what you think it means. In the older songs, "true love" is not some mystical quality, some type of connection that is magically better than other Loves. No. A love that is "true" merely means that your Love is "true TO YOU." "True" as in faithful and loyal and trustworthy. A lover who will stand by you and with you no matter what comes. True the way a good sword is True. True the way a good knight is loyal. The contrast is "False Love," which is a lover who betrays you, who cannot be trusted.

"True Love" isn't something you find, it's a vow and a choice that you make, every day, to BE TRUE.

may i offer you a crumb of nostalgia? or a refreshing sip of vinegar?

some friends & i ended up talking about animorphs a while ago. at some point in the conversation i was explaining andalites to my partner who never read the books, stopped & went ".........you know what i'm gonna do?" to which people responded with "make an andalite bjd?" and yes. they were absolutely correct.

this also finally motivated me to sculpt a centaur body with more joints. i'm very happy with the range of motion in this, especially how nicely it lies down. need to work a little bit on stability, but the poseability is where i want it.
