YN: sometimes.. we have very different jobs so Jungkook and I tend to sleep in different times but whenever we can we do.

Right from the start you can see Percy Jackson is a series that’s taking the books as its main base. This might seem like the obvious thing to do, but so many adaptations fai badly at this, needlessly straying from the source material to try and be different. Percy Jackson and the Olympians isn’t like that. So far it’s sticking to the main story as shown in the books, including the big scenes and main characters from the first chapters of Riordan’s first novel in the opening episodes. It’s not just faithful in the big things, though, there are lots of small details that will please any fan of the books. These are the things that really make it feel truel to its source, like Percy’s love of blue food and the minotaur wearing tighty whities to keep it family friendly. No doubt this comes from Riordan adapting the series himself: he’ll have spent years hearing from fans about their favorite things from the books that stood out to them, and knows which bits to include to please them.

Why do people have favorites?

This question keeps lingering in my mind since I was a little. I mean, why do people, us certain individuals have favorites? Back in my grade school days teachers would tend to asked us what is/are our favorite food, color, number, music, books, movies and etc. Well, even in college they still ask such things, specially when it come to introducing yourself.

One thing I realized why we have favorites it is because we are human, basically and obviously. Well, the point is we have feelings, and our brain has a cognitive ability to process feelings and emotion which some how makes us attached to something positive. In that case, our favorites are those things and phenomenon that makes us feel at ease, possitive, and happy.

But the sad part is, when our favorites, and like the things that supposed to make us feel good, doesn't have that positive effect anymore. When somehow we too a consumed by such negative feeling such as depression, anxiety, sadness, anger, disappointment, regret, fear, and/or we are just feeling too much that we are confused what we are trueling feeling in such stage. To the point, that our favorites cannot even lift up our moods and make us feel better.

If we are in such state wherein our favorites can't give us the positive feeling we longed for, is it still called "favorite"?

Because of a comic on twitter feeding me, as well as my most recent headcanon for Wanderer/Scaramouche, I must also make this a headcanon.

I’ve already mentioned that he can be kinda Yandere-ish, he’s possessive & protective in the few instence/verses where The Wanderer doesn’t feel alone, when he had a genuine connect to someone, be it friendly, familial, romantic, etc... And really, he’s got reason to be, give all his pervious relationships, his mother, the two humans & the Fatui. And in the case of when have a real, truel connection to someone, this still holds true, but it’s never more true then in the case of if that person(s) is hurt. 

Gods Help You If You Harm That Person(s).

Those people are his first & only connects in his life. People that actually matter to him, that give him some meaning to his life, his home, his family. And you took that away from him?  You don’t understand the crime, the sin, the tragedy, you just committed against him & his cherished one(s). And he is not a saint, it’s completely unforgiveable to him. 

You think what he did as The Balladeer was bad? Or what he did as the Shouki no Kami was bad? You don’t know what he’ll do to you as the Wanderer when you’ve truly, truly made him angry & hurt him in such a way. And man, it’s even worse if you manage to kill that person. If he doesn’t have another bind of connection to hold him back, he’s not above completely destroying everything in his path.
