Marmara Denizi’nde meydana gelen ve İstanbul genelinde etkili olan 6,2 büyüklüğündeki deprem, afetle mücadele çalışmalarının önemini bir kez daha gözler önüne serdi.

İSTANBUL (İGFA) – 23 Nisan 2025 tarihinde İstanbul genelinde etkili olan 6,2 büyüklüğündeki deprem, afetlerle ilgili çalışmaların önemini bir kez daha hatırlattı. Afetle mücadele çalışmalarıyla örnek olan Beylikdüzü Belediyesi, kenti daha dirençli hale getirmek için çalışmalarını “Afet Öncesi-Afet Anı ve Afet Sonrası” olmak üzere 3 ana başlıkta ele alarak Beylikdüzü Afet Yönetim Modeli’ni oluşturdu. Bu kapsamda bir yandan gerekli tüm hazırlıkları tamamlarken bir yandan da yenilikçi yaklaşımlarla çözümler üreten Belediye, ilçeye 4 merkez kazandırdı. Bu merkezlerden ilki olan Afet ve Acil Durum Yönetim Merkezi’nde her türlü afetle mücadelenin ilgili diğer kurumlarla koordineli bir şekilde yürütülmesi sağlanıyor. Tesiste ayrıca afetlere hazırlık eğitimleri de veriliyor. Afet anındaki tüm operasyonel ihtiyaçların karşılandığı Beylikdüzü Afet Anı ve Lojistik Merkezi ile aynı noktada bulunan bin metrekarelik Beylikdüzü Mutfak ise 7 gün 24 saat, 200 bin kişiye çorba ve ekmek ile 10 bin kişiye 2 öğün yemek çıkarma kapasitesine sahip. 23 bin metrekarelik inşaat alanına sahip, 3 kattan oluşan, olası afet durumlarında ilçe ve şehir dışından gelecek lojistik malzemelerin depolanacağı ve dağıtımın yapılacağı Afet Sonrası Lojistik Destek Merkezi ve Kapalı Barınma Alanı ise barınma ve beslenme gibi temel ihtiyaçların karşılanacağı bir tesis olarak tasarlandı.

AFET BİLGİ SİSTEMİ DEVREYE ALINDI

Belediye tarafından ayrıca ilçedeki doğa olaylarının bir afete dönüşmemesi için risk ve kriz süreçlerinde koordinasyonu ve birimler arası eşgüdümü sağlamak amacıyla GIS Tabanlı Afet Yönetim Sistemi devreye alındı. Bu uygulamayla vatandaşlar toplanma alanlarına ve ihtiyaç noktalarına yönlendirilebiliyor. Uygulamayla aynı zamanda olumsuz hava koşullarında da çalışmalar anlık olarak takip edilebiliyor. Öte yandan Belediye, afetlere hazırlık ve müdahale süreçlerini daha etkin yönetmek amacıyla “Beylikdüzü Hazır” internet sitesini yenileyerek kullanıcıların hizmetine sundu. Çalışmalar kapsamında aynı zamanda, afet anında ihtiyaç duyulması halinde arama kurtarma çalışmalarını ivedi şekilde gerçekleştirmek amacıyla Nefes Arama Kurtarma Ekibi kuruldu ve son teknolojik ekipmanlarla donatılmış 2 adet ilk müdahale öncü aracı ile 1 adet orta düzey kurtarma aracı Belediye bünyesine katıldı. Araçlar, Beylikdüzü Nefes Arama Kurtarma Ekipleri ile birlikte afet bölgesine intikal ederek kurtarma çalışmalarında görev alacak. 10 MAHALLEDE AFET VE ACİL DURUM MÜDAHALE İSTASYONLARI

Beylikdüzü Belediyesi’nin ortaya koyduğu Afet Yönetim Modeli kapsamında hayata geçirdiği yenilikçi projelerden bir tanesi de Afet ve Acil Durum Müdahale İstasyonu oldu. Olası afet ve acil durumlarda gerek Nefes Arama Kurtarma Ekibi’nin gerekse il dışından gelecek arama kurtarma ekiplerinin konaklayabileceği ve arama kurtarma çalışmalarında ihtiyaç duyacakları ekipmanları bulacakları istasyonlar,10 mahalleye yerleştirildi. Afet ve Acil Durum Müdahale İstasyonu’nda arama-kurtarma ekiplerinin dinlenmesi için 9 kişilik yatakhane ve wc-duş bulunuyor. Bunun yanı sıra arama kurtarma faaliyetlerinde kullanılmak üzere elektrikli ağır kırıcılar, benzinli beton kesiciler, elektrikli ve manuel demir kesiciler, manuel kırıcı deliciler, elektrikli ısıtıcılar, aydınlatma ekipmanları, el fenerleri, yangın söndürme ekipmanları, kurtarma ekipmanları, aşı muhafaza dolabı, yangın battaniyeleri, solunum tüpleri, sedyeler, serum üniteleri, sabit telsiz ve haberleşme cihazları da yer alıyor. Ayrıca istasyon içerisinde çevrim dışı da çalışma imkanı veren ve dışarıdan yardıma gelen ekipler için Beylikdüzü’ne dair haritalar, nüfus verileri, afet merkezleri gibi verileri içeren tablet ve Afet Yönetici El Rehberi de yer alıyor.

Chiaki may come off as someone that’s talkative and may enjoy sharing about his interests. But despite contrary belief, he’s a spectacular listener. And oh does he enjoy listening to you…

Chiaki is all about focusing on your likes, your dislikes, your frequent moods, your little quirks. Developing a natural curiosity when it comes to anything about you. Constantly asking questions, trying to prompt a rant. 

He recognises your voice as well, etched in his mind. The voice that you use when you want his hugs, the voice you use when you’re upset or the voice that calls out to him everyday, without fail. 

When he misses you, he replays the voice messages that you send to him, prodding a slight smile on his face as he goes through your shared albums and text messages. And he starts to feel as if he misses you all over again. 

He’s all about bingeing long marathons of his favourite shows or yours, until the sun starts to seep in through the windows, with the two of you curled up against each other on the floor, his arms around your waist, pulling you into him.
