You want to know what will always be bullshit? Anything that claims you are Just Lacking This One Thing and you need to take high doses of it, unless your allopathic medical provider literally tested you and told you that. Damn near every study we’ve ever seen of taking high dose supplements of anything you’re not actively deficient in shows that it’s either useless or dangerous. It’s worse than doing nothing, because bare minimum you’re wasting money. High doses of niacin, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E. High doses of calcium. If it’s been well studied, there are usually consequences to taking a whole lot more of something than your body was ever meant to have.
Don’t believe anything about your health that seems too good to be true, especially if a supplement company is going to make money off your belief in it.
(Obligatory note in case this escapes containment: I’m a medical doctor with a master’s in a research field who used to work in human subjects research management and regulation. I know the research better than 99% of you. If you want to argue, bring high-quality research citations where the data actually support your argument.)

“Are you… cooking?”
Dib tiredly walked into his kitchen to find Zim in front of the stove wearing an apron. In order to reach the counter comfortably, the invader had to use a step-stool. Zim expertly flipped a perfectly round pancake in the air, and it landed with a dull plat.
“GIR likes pancakes.” Zim said simply.
He smooshed the pancake down in a motion that seemed completely natural to him.
Imagery of the alien cooking had never once come to Dib’s mind, and within reason- the concept was utterly ridiculous. Yet here Zim was, making pancakes for his evil little robot in some strange domestic display.
“… GIR’s broken.” Dib reminded him.
Zim froze momentarily and his magenta eyes blinked slowly as he processed this, as if he had completely forgotten.
“Oh, right.”
He scraped a pancake off the pan silently, setting it aside on a separate plate where a stack of pancakes had started to appear. Each one cooked to perfection.
Dib lingered awkwardly, unsure of what to say now, and Zim was in the way of the cereal cabinet which had been Dib’s intended trajectory.
Zim made a dismissive gesture with the spatula.
“You eat them then.”
Dib blinks.
Zim adds another pancake to the stack silently.
“.. what’s in them?” Dib questioned in an apprehensive tone. While the pancakes seemed fine, Dib’s deep seated paranoia and general distrust, while completely understandable given the circumstances, left him hesitant to try anything the irken invader offered.
Zim picked up the box of pancake mix on his left, squinting as he read slowly
“En…riched flour… bleached. Wheat flour… niacin, iron… thh-hiami-“
“Nothing else? Mind-controlling alien spores, perhaps?” Dib interrupted, lifting a pancake to examine it. It looked… normal enough.
Zim resumed his task, pouring more batter on the hot pan. It sizzled.
“Hmm… Water.” He replied after some consideration. The alien seemed distracted, completely lost in thought.
Hesitantly, Dib grabbed a plate from the cabinet. Keeping Zim in his peripheral, he plucked two pancakes off the top of the stack. After retrieving a fork, he made his way to the kitchen table- offering Zim a brief
“Thanks” as he passed.
Zim’s antennae perked up at this. He paused for a second, turning to peek at Dib over his shoulder, before returning his attention to the pan.
No other words were exchanged, and the silence was filled only with sizzling and scraping.
After pouring a generous amount of syrup, Dib set the bottle aside. Just as he did so, Gaz stumbled into the room tiredly- grumbling.
She opened one eye in surprise at the scene before her.
“Why is Zim wearing an apron?”
“He’s making pancakes.” Dib replied incredulously, poking his breakfast experimentally with a fork. Gaz stared at his plate suspiciously for a moment.
“Are they any good?”
Dib brings a piece to his mouth, chewing thoughtfully.
“They’re pancakes.”

Hi 💖 so last weekend I went on a trip to Germany with my beautiful mutuals and my gf and OBVIOUSLY we had to check if they had any energy drinks we hadn't tried yet. They had SO MANY. Brands we had never heard of before! Disgusting flavours! Beautiful packagings! For a couple of days, we had it all.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Here is us trying to fit everything in our bags. So I'll be doing these rapid fire because I have so many of them. Here are the first 6:
Tumblr media
Booster Original Energy Drink XXL: A beautiful proposition. The packaging immediately caught my eye, it looks like a can of washing powder, it looks like Vanish Oxi Action, it looks like detergent. I love it! The taste is nothing surprising but a very nice take on the classic energy drink favour. The price-performance ratio is great, this was 79cents!! Germany!!! 4/5 stars, would definitely buy again if it was readily available. A staple.
Tumblr media
Gönrgy Blueberry Coconut: First of all the name sucks. Right under the name it says "G stands for Gönnen" which is?? If you have to literally spell out what the name of your brand refers to, it sounds like you aren't off to a great start?? It also sounds stupid. The packaging looks like they were going for something different, trying to reach a new audience, but this just is not swag. Yeah the colour is nice, but it doesn't make up for the fact that the flavour is terrible, blueberry does NOT pair well with coconut, and the both of them obviously pair terribly with the energy drink flavour. The whole thing tasted like soap, the blueberry was barely there, and this was a very rare DNF for us. 0/5 stars, an epic fail.
Tumblr media
Flying Power X-Treme Watermelon: nothing to write home about. It wasn't bad, but didn't taste of watermelon at all, and considering Monster and Rockstar both already offer decent watermelon flavours, you can't just stand there and offer nothing new to the game. The ingredients revealed it was mostly concentrated apple flavoured, which explains a lot. 2.5/5 stars, already forgot about it.
Tumblr media
dm's Sportness BCAA Drink: a scam. I mean it was good, and tasted like lime lemonade, but it really looked like an actual energy drink but it actually didn't contain any taurine 😭 I feel betrayed. It still gave us plenty of B6 and Niacin, which is always nice. 3/5 stars, thanks for trying.
(you will notice a Flying Power Zero in the background, I won't review it because after trying it we're suspecting it to be the exact same recipe as the Golden Force but with another name and packaging 🙄)
Tumblr media
Black Cat Energy Drink: An absolute slay. First of all I love when they have to find new alpha male animals to use for new brands since bull, tiger, rhino, gorilla, dragon and scorpio are already taken. This drink is the absolute winner of our German selection so far. No stupid novelty flavour, no crazy over the top carbonation experiences, just a beautiful energy drink flavour, perfectly executed. Perfect sweet to sour ratio, perfect carbonation, beautiful can. This drink has what every energy drink wants. It's an instant classic for me. It's got a ridiculous amount of B12, B6, B5 and Niacin, it's got a black cat on it, it's sexy, it's a winner's drink. To me, it's up there with the Rockstar Energy Original. If I was German, this would be my daily routine. 5/5 stars, a true alpha male drink for the whole family.
And that's it for now! 💪💯🚀 the grind never stops!

how to math foods from their nutrition info and ingredient list:
in the US, ingredient lists have to be in order from largest to smallest amount. so like I'm looking at these chicken gyoza I get from Sprouts:
Tumblr media
nutrition label:
Tumblr media
serving size: 7 gyoza, or 140g. This is slightly complicated by the fact that the ingredients list (below) is divided into filling and wrapper, but I'm mostly interested in mathing out the filling anyway. by looking up gyoza wrappers separately I have determined 7 wrappers is around 39-40g. (fodmap app says I'm good up to like. 30 wrappers. yay I don't have to worry about the wrappers.)
So I'm looking at a serving size of 100g for the filling.
the ingredient list looks like this:
Ingredients: Filling: Boneless Chicken, Cabbage, Sugar, Salt, Onion, Soybean Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, Ginger, Garlic, White Pepper. Wrapper: Unbleached And Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Food Starch, Salt, Soybean Oil.
Because the ingredient list is by amount, I know that chicken (the first ingredient) could be almost all of that 100g, but the most cabbage (second ingredient) there could be is just under 50g, because there has to be more chicken than cabbage. and the same applies down the line. so the list is:
chicken - less than 100g
cabbage - less than 50g (half)
sugar - less than 33g (one third)
salt - less than 25g (one fourth) 1.6g (see below)
onion - less than 20g (one fifth) 1.6g
soybean oil - less than 17g (one sixth) 1.6g
sesame oil - less than 14g (one seventh)1.6g
ginger - less than 12.5g (one eighth) 1.6g
garlic - less than 11g (one ninth) 1.6g
white pepper - less than 10g (one tenth) 1.6g
and likely everything from sugar down is actually much lower -- you don't have your seasonings take up a third of your material. but those are the greatest amounts a serving could contain based on this nutritional label. and in fact, I can look up what the sodium content is--650mg, or less than a single gram, according to the nutrition label. sodium is about 40% of salt's mass so call that 1.6g salt, and then figure out that everything lower on the list than salt (4) has to also be less than 1.6g. (and. salt is also in the wrappers. so this is more salt and more subsequent seasonings than is in the fillings. 1.6g is our high safety estimate.)
so, what does my fodmap app say about these ingredients?
chicken's fine, don't need to worry about my meats pretty much.
cabbage: safe serve is 75g. I'm good.
sugar: safe serve is 50g. I'm good.
salt: does not contain fodmaps
onion: 12g is a yellow serve. but since we know onion actually has to be less than 1.6g, I think this is safe.
oils: no fodmaps
ginger: 5g is a safe serve, since we're under 1.6g we're good.
garlic: I had to look up a bunch of stuff to figure out what qualifies as a safe serve of garlic, because it's miniscule. but it's like 1.46g. that's close enough to 1.6g (and garlic is enough ingredients down from that salt) that I think this is probably safe.
white pepper: not sure, but black pepper would be fine?
Yay, I can eat a serving of these gyoza! my tendency to eat two servings for a meal might be pushing things but like. overall. safe food despite inclusion of fodmap ingredients due to how little of those ingredients are actually in there.
I do shit like this in my head like all the time. like when I'm trying to figure out how much lactose a cheese has, I'll check its sugar content. regular milk runs at about 4% lactose but I know 1-2% is generally safe for me to consume, so if the g of sugar in a cheese is less than 2% of the serving size I'll know it's okay for my level of lactose intolerance. (although there's a complication on sugar! if the amount of sugar in a serving is less than 5 calories - less than about a gram - the label does not have to report it! which is why tic tacs are listed at 0 calories and 0g of sugar even though their primary ingredient is sugar. because a serving size is less than half a gram. anyway this means that if i'm looking at a label that says 0g sugar and i want to be sure the percent of sugar (that is potentially lactose) is less than 2% of the serving, that serving size has to be at least 50g for me to be sure the "rounded down" to zero sugar is still at a safe amount. tricky with cream cheese where they set the serving at 30g.)
anyway shoutout to the gnocchi company (Del Cecco ftw) that put on the ingredient list that the first ingredient (mashed potatoes) comprised 80% of the gnocchi and the second ingredient (potato starch) comprised 15%, you made my life so much easier.

My other recommendation is like, if you are taking any supplement -especially anything other than B or C- you should make yourself aware of the symptoms of overdose. That way you can recognize it if it starts happening to you.
Checking your levels to start with is good, but everyone uses minerals differently and even if you need 99% of what you are taking, levels change, and you could end up slowly starting to over-shoot the levels your body is missing in your diet. Checking your levels periodically is good, but you should be aware or the signs of taking to much, especially if regular monitoring isn't an option for you.
For example, if you are supplementing magnesium but suddenly start to feel weak and faint, or start having crashing blood pressure or bradycardia or muscle weakness, stop taking it -immediately- for a while, talk to your doctor about it if you can and have them check your levels, and then if you eventually start again, consider a lower dosage or scheduling skipped doses.
You should do this with any medication or supplement probably, being aware of what the symptoms of overdose look like, even if it isn't usually a problem, sometimes a metabolic shift or something can come up and cause it to build up in your system, grapefruit can cause that with some meds, sometimes you have ADHD and might accidentally take more than the suggested dosage, your doctor -or standard dosages- might have not taken into account that you are a particularly tiny adult, your diet could have changed, etc...
Even B vitamins can cause some shit if you overdose, but if it doesn't kill you it will only last till you pee it out, at least. [niacin flush, speeding heartbeat, etc, those 5 hour energy drinks are basically just B vitamins and taurine] And it -or vitamin c- won't build up in your body unexpectedly like fat soluble vitamins or minerals will. Be careful with D, A, E and minerals particularly.

♡Weekly Chronicles♡
Tumblr media
Good afternoon babesss <3 THANK YOU FOR 100 FOLLOWERS! this week wasn't that interesting but reaching this milestone was so nice love all 108 of my babesss<3
♡Mental♡
This week I've been resting I spent my time sleeping and sipping my smoothie for my cleanse. I had my period this week so I was a little sad here and there but now it's over so I'm in a better space. I hate having a period lol it makes you emotionally unstable at times. I created my vision board this week and it's super cute and pink. I hope all of you created your vision boards for this year. I plan on restarting The 12 Week Year this upcoming week<3. I planned out my 12-week year using this notion template. I highly recommend this book it helps you achieve your goals in a much more effective way.
♡Physical♡
I was super sickkk the first half of this week I don't know what happened but I got cold out of nowhere and it affected my sinuses which was not fun. After Wednesday I started feeling better. The cleanse I've been on has been going so well! My bloating went down. I'm so snatched right now love ittt. I plan to start Pilates again this week. I can't lift weights for a while which is sad because I enjoy the thrill I get from it lol. I haven't worn my corset in 2 weeks but my waist doesn't seem any different I usually wear it for an hour a day 5 days a week but I was so bloated when I came back from my trip that I wasn't comfortable wearing it and this week I was tired and wanted to pamper myself.
My sister introduced me to some really good Korean skincare products that I have been using and have leveled up my skincare routine. She tends to gatekeeper so keep this a secret between me and you lol.
Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner This toner is so good. Before this, I had not been using a toner in my skincare routine and it's crazy how much dirt was in my skin even after washing my face with my foaming wash cleanser. The alcohol in the toner isn't harsh but do your research especially if you have sensitive skin.
Anua Peach 70 Niacin Serum I use this after the toner and it just adds this cooling effect from the alcohol in the toner. It smells so good too but it isn't a strong peach scent which Is perfect for me.
Bio-Oil this recommendation is not from a Korean skincare brand my cousin Yasmeen recommended this to me. Her skin is so flawless right now and she told me this is her holy grail. I'm here to say she was right this is so good not only for hyperpigmentation, and discoloration but also for stretch marks my mom used this oil and said it worked very well for her. I use this as my moisturizer.
COSRX Snail Mucin 96% Power Repairing Essence & COSRX Snail Mucin 92% Moisturizer If you want soft glass skin these two products will do ittt. I love COSRX they have such great products and they work. The only warning I'd give is if you have a shellfish allergy then I would not recommend you get this product.
I gave you babes my whole skincare routine lol I left out some products but these are my must-have.
♡Plans For The Weekend♡
My cousin reached out to me she wanted to go see the color purple. I've been wanting to see that movie for sooo long. But I can’t go because it was such a last-minute invite. Plus “I'm broke” lol I'm doing a 3 month no spending challenge. I can post a blog post on my 3 month no spending challenge if you girliesss are interested<3. This weekend is going to be simple nothing interesting happening at all just watching YouTube, reading and Duolingo lol.
Comment your plans this weekend and how did your week go?

Good Solid Advice About Vitamins And Minerals That Anyone Can Use
You already know that eating right can be vital to your health. You also know that exercising is important. If you need some health advice regarding vitamins and minerals, try reading below.
For men over 50, a different set of vitamins and minerals are required for optimum health. Vitamins like zinc, pantothenic acid and niacin all decrease as men age. Look for supplements that are specifically targeted towards men who are over 50 years of age for the best blend for optimum health.
Do not use tea or coffee to wash down your vitamins and minerals. These beverages may inhibit the absorption of certain minerals. Tea has been proven to decrease the amount of iron the body absorbs. While coffee has not been shown to have the same effects, it would be best not to take any chances.
While most vitamins can be stored at room temperature, you should store oil-based and gummy vitamins in the refrigerator. If you fail to do this, they may become sticky and clump together. Since there will be no definitive way to break them apart, this would render the entire bottle useless.
Try adding more magnesium, Omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin D to your diet if you are feeling sad. A deficiency in any of these may actually lead to depression. Omega-3 fatty acids are known to support brain health, while magnesium can help your body and mind calm down and relax.
Magnesium is necessary for over 300 chemical reactions in the body. Foods high in fiber contain magnesium, including legumes, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. This mineral is used to treat high cholesterol, ADHD, fatigue, migraines, PMS and multiple sclerosis. Magnesium can also be applied topically to speed up healing.
This article gave some great advice about vitamins and minerals. Reading this is a good way to start on that journey. Now, you just need to go put what you have learned to work. Get on it!

NACIFIC is a Korean brand that uses only the best natural ingredients. Their Phyto Niacin Whitening Essence is designed to moisturize the skin and reduce pigmentation, it's formulated to brighten dull skin for a flawless complexion. Key ingredients include: 5% of niacinamide (whitening, lightening, anti-aging, rejuvenating, anti-wrinkle), bamboo extract (soothing, adds vitality, anti-inflammatory, removes dry skin, antioxidant, healing, hydrating), lemon fruit extract (skin clearing, brightening, lightening, anti-inflammatory, improves skin health), sodium hyaluronate (anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, hydrating, moisturizing, healing), white mulberry bark extract (antioxidant, anti-irritation, evens skin tone, whitening), edelweiss extract (anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant, calming), and wormwood extract (healing, antibacterial, anti-fungal, skin protective, soothing, anti-inflammatory, anti-redness, adds radiance to the skin). This essence retails for between $12-18 USD, you can get it here for $12.80 + shipping.
Ingredients
Bambusa Vulgaris (Bamboo) Extract, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Niacinamide (5%), 1,2-Hexanediol, Pentylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Disodium EDTA, Water, Potassium Hydroxide, Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Fruit Extract, Alcohol, Morus Alba (White Mulberry) Bark Extract, Leontopodium Alpinum (Edelweiss) Extract, Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether, Gentiana Lutea Root Extract, Artemisia Absinthium (Wormwood) Extract, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Achillea Millefolium (Yarrow) Extract, Propylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Nelumbo Nucifera (Sacred Lotus) Extract, Sodium Benzoate
Tumblr media
This essence contains 50 ml (1.69 oz) and is fragrance-free. It comes in a sturdy plastic bottle with a dropper.
Tumblr media
The essence is very watery and clear.
Tumblr media
It's very lightweight and hydrating.
Tumblr media
It leaves skin looking more dewy and brighter.
Recommended use is after washing your face and toning, lightly shake the essence and apply it with your fingertips along your skin texture. Cover your face with your palms and press down for better absorption. After using, this essence is really impressive to me. It doesn't have any fragrance, but it does contain a couple of irritants, this also might not work with very very sensitive skin as it has active niacinamide and lemon extract, I do notice that it can burn if you have any broken skin or skin that's been picked at. The essence spreads very well and helps to plump and hydrate skin and you will notice a subtle brightening of the skin as well after each use. It helps to tone redness and even skin tone, it helps to refresh dull and dry skin. The ingredients are very hydrating as well as nourishing to the skin. The texture of the essence is really watery and lightweight, so this would be great for any skin type. It's also not sticky or tacky at all. I feel like this is actually pretty gentle despite having some irritants and actives so I'd recommend this to pretty much anyone unless you have issues with niacinamide.
What I like: this essence is really lightweight, it absorbs quickly and layers perfectly well under other skincare. It's almost instantly subtly brightening and it's very hydrating without being tacky or sticky. The ingredients are really good and this is relatively gentle and would probably suit most skin types. What I don't like: this does sting on open wounds or cuts and it does have some irritants.
Pros:
Hydrating
Nourishing
Refreshing
Brightening
Tones redness
Nice ingredients
Pretty gentle
Fragrance-free
Cons:
Can sting on open wounds
Can be irritating
Would I buy again?
Yes
Rating: 9/10

Simple Advice For Anyone Who Wants To Learn About Vitamins And Minerals
Even if you already take a multivitamin or other supplement on a regular basis, your diet could still be lacking in important vitamins or minerals. To make sure that you are able to maintain good health, you need to figure out which substances are most important. Use these tips to choose the supplements you need.
For men over 50, a different set of vitamins and minerals are required for optimum health. Vitamins like zinc, pantothenic acid and niacin all decrease as men age. Look for supplements that are specifically targeted towards men who are over 50 years of age for the best blend for optimum health.
Track the number of vitamins and minerals you take. If you're a person that takes a lot of supplements, you could be getting too much of certain vitamins or minerals. This is usually the case with fat-soluble vitamins like K, D, A, and E. If the risks worry you or if you take prescriptions, you should talk to a physician.
If you are menopausal avoid taking prenatal vitamins since it is not the right blend of nutrients for you. These vitamins are often taken by non-pregnant women for improved hair and nail growth. While this is safe for younger women, they do have a lot of iron and post-menopausal women can get too much.
If you are trying to grow out your hair or nails, consider adding a Biotin supplement. While it won't make your hair or nails grow faster, it will make them stronger and more resistant to breakage. In fact, Biotin is often recommended to chemotherapy patients to help them regrow the hair that they lost during treatment.
There are a lot of benefits for men to take vitamin E, but women need it as well. Vitamin E has anti-aging benefits and will help battle cell damage that is related to aging. Vitamin E also can prevent cataracts and heart disease. Almonds, hazelnuts, spinach and sunflower seeds are all rich in Vitamin E.
Now that you know so much about vitamins and minerals, people are going to start wondering what secret you know that they don't! That is, only if you start using these tips in your own life, of course. Create a supplement regimen and stick to it and you'll be beaming with great health soon!

Simple Advice For Anyone Who Wants To Learn About Vitamins And Minerals
What would it take to make you feel your best? Have you been struggling with making changes to your lifestyle in order to better your health? The time has come for you to start trying supplements, so read all of the tips about vitamins and minerals presented below to learn more.
For men over 50, a different set of vitamins and minerals are required for optimum health. Vitamins like zinc, pantothenic acid and niacin all decrease as men age. Look for supplements that are specifically targeted towards men who are over 50 years of age for the best blend for optimum health.
Vitamin C is one of the most beneficial vitamins that you can take. It promotes tissue growth, reduces cancer risks, helps with blood cell formation and quickens the healing process. Broccoli, peppers, oranges, tomatoes, and a wide variety of other foods are all rich in vitamin C. You can also take a supplement that contains vitamin C.
The best source of vitamins and minerals are fresh fruit and vegetables. Making sure that you eat at least five servings of vegetables and fruit every day can help ensure you get all of the vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy. For the best results, eat them raw or very lightly cooked by steaming or poaching.
Try adding more magnesium, Omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin D to your diet if you are feeling sad. A deficiency in any of these may actually lead to depression. Omega-3 fatty acids are known to support brain health, while magnesium can help your body and mind calm down and relax.
As adults, we all know how important vitamins and minerals are to our diets but what about our children? Despite the energy they often have, they are burning away what the body needs to promote health and fight off infection. Remember to give your child vitamins in order for them to maintain good health during the growing years.
Now that you have so much handy information about vitamins and minerals at your fingertips, put it to good use. Take everything you have learned and turn it into a new health plan. The sooner you get to work, the better you'll feel, so be sure to begin your planning right away.

Motorization and store size
Tumblr media
Even in the remote area in the eastern part of Gunma Prefecture where I grew up, the wave of globalization has come. In Chiyoda-cho, where I lived, a powerful Gunma-branded chain of stores, Joyful Honda, opened a store. When I visited a blog friend in Chiba before, I noticed the goodness of Costco, but once you get used to it, it seems that going to other supermarkets can be a bit silly.
Meiwa-cho is a farming village with mainly fruit trees that does not even have a railroad running. At the home center "Komeri" (headquartered in Niigata City), which is within walking distance of me, there are many opportunities to get what I want, even though it is a small store, and I think I can't make fun of it. Today I got the herb "Lemongrass" at a bargain price of 30 yen. This price is, well, poorly sold, but this is a bargain. It can be used for homemade tom yum kung.
When it comes to motorization, Amazon has become indispensable. I don't drive a car, but I can't help but be satisfied with Amazon's good footwork. Recently, I bought a hand-rolling cigarette maker. By loosening the butts and making them into cigarettes again, you can smoke without waste. As a side note, tobacco smoke contains niacin (VitaminB3 ), an important nutrient. The product niacin is also made from tobacco. Discussions about the harm of tobacco pass by when it comes to niacin. There are plausible arguments about wasting vitamin C, but even if that's true, niacin is more valuable than vitamin C, and the lost vitamin C can be replaced later. I will enjoy cigarettes today as well.

What happens if a horse drinks beer?
He will burn up the extra calories easily. The amounts of carbohydrates and water in a single bottle or can of beer also are negligible in view of a horse's total needs. However, beer does provide some minerals, niacin, B vitamins (B1, B3 and B6), folate and flavonoids, all of which horses need.
Horses in moderate work/training: ½ cup once a day. Guinness can be fed as needed after a hard training session, after a competition, or during a period of high heat and or high humidity
A: Many horses love the taste of beer, possibly because it consists of ingredients such as barley and hops, which resemble the grains in horse feeds. The alcoholic content is not a concern, as horses do not get drunk easily, if at all. Their livers process alcohol extremely rapidly because they naturally produce large amounts of alcohol dehydrogenase. This is an enzyme that breaks down the products of fermentation, which occurs in the horse’s large intestine during normal digestion. It quickly converts all forms of alcohol to carbohydrates to be used for energy.
bojack: HAH! I knew beer was acutally good for me

Quick review in the form of a boomer mom's recipe blog where it's 90% diary and only 10% review.
Rockstar Refresh Energy Drink Strawberry Lime: I've cried a lot in the past 12 hours, gave myself a migraine, thought of killing a bunch of people, suffered, endured, complained, smiled and pretended to be polite at my colleagues when I was actually dying inside, and commuted for hours. In the middle of this stupid afternoon, on this extremely stupid Monday, I was waiting for my train and realized I hadn't eaten or drunk anything since this morning, after walking for an hour under the sun and crying regularly: I felt dehydrated. So I did what I had to do and paid 2.70€ at the vending machine for the only thing that looked truly appealing: this Rockstar Refresh strawberry lime. The fact that this is what I chose when I was at the end of my rope makes me think this drink is worth something. It kind of tastes like lime, it doesn't taste like strawberry at all which is a good thing because WHO likes artificial strawberry flavour???? The energy drink base is pleasant and not too strong, it's refreshing just as it's advertised to be, it's got 100% of my daily recommended amount of niacin, vitamin C, and vitamin B6. It doesn't have any B12, which is a shame because I feel like I would benefit from some B12 today, but overall this Rockstar was the only bright moment of my afternoon, and for that, I give it 5/5 stars. Will buy again, under other circumstances I hope.

Role of Basmati Rice Exporters in the Global Food Industry
Tumblr media
Basmati rice, often referred to as the “King of Rice,” holds a special place in global cuisine. Its distinctive aroma, long grains, and rich flavor make it a prized ingredient in dishes around the world, from Indian biryani to Middle Eastern pilaf. For centuries, Basmati rice has been cultivated in the foothills of the Himalayas, primarily in India and Pakistan. Today, it has become a globally sought-after commodity, a symbol of quality and excellence in rice production.
The growing demand for Basmati rice in international markets would not be possible without the efforts of Basmati rice exporters, who play a vital role in the global food industry. These exporters not only connect local farmers with international buyers but also ensure the quality, safety, and timely delivery of this premium rice. In this blog, we will explore how these exporters contribute to the global food system, what challenges they face, and what the future holds for Basmati rice in the global market.
Global Demand for Basmati Rice
The global demand for export-quality basmati rice has witnessed a significant increase, driven primarily by its popularity in countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. According to a report by ResearchandMarkets, the global basmati rice market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11% between 2021 and 2026. This demand growth is driven by rising awareness about healthier food options and the rise of ethnic food trends across the globe.
Basmati rice stands out not only for its unique taste but also for its nutritional profile. It is low in fat, cholesterol-free, and rich in essential vitamins such as thiamine and niacin, making it a preferred choice among health-conscious consumers. With more and more people opting for international tastes and cuisines, the demand for basmati rice continues to expand, providing exporters with ample opportunity to bridge the gap between farmers and global consumers.
Basmati Rice Exporters: Connecting Farmers to Global Markets
Basmati rice exporters act as crucial intermediaries in the supply chain. They ensure that the rice produced in the rural areas of India and Pakistan meets international standards, from harvesting and processing to packaging and distribution. The role of these exporters goes far beyond simply moving goods, they are responsible for maintaining the premium quality of basmati rice for which they are known. This includes ensuring that the rice retains its natural aroma, texture, and grain length, which are key selling points in global markets.
Exporters also handle the complex logistics of international trade, from negotiating with shipping companies to navigating customs regulations in different countries. Their ability to streamline these processes helps farmers focus on production while ensuring that consumers receive a high-quality product.
Challenges Faced by Basmati Rice Exporters
Despite its popularity, exporting basmati rice is not devoid of challenges. One of the primary barriers is market competition, especially from lower-priced alternatives such as non-basmati rice. Exporters must work hard to differentiate their products by highlighting the great taste, aroma, and health benefits of basmati rice.
Additionally, regulatory and trade barriers in various regions can pose difficulties. For example, changes in import duties, quality control measures, and sustainability requirements can affect the smooth flow of basmati rice into global markets. Exporters often have to navigate these constantly changing regulations while maintaining their commitment to quality and authenticity.
The Future of Basmati Rice in the Global Food Industry
As consumer preferences continue to evolve, basmati rice is likely to maintain its strong presence in the global food industry. The trend toward healthy eating, combined with a growing interest in international cuisines, bodes well for its future demand. In addition, innovations in rice cultivation and processing techniques are improving yield, sustainability, and quality.
Exporters are also playing a key role in adopting environmentally friendly practices. With growing concerns about environmental impact, many are turning to organic farming and sustainable packaging solutions. These innovations are set to strengthen Basmati rice's position in the market as well as ensure its long-term sustainability.
Basmati rice exporters are an essential link between farmers and the international market, ensuring that consumers around the world can enjoy this premium grain. Their role goes beyond logistics – they help maintain the quality and authenticity that make Basmati rice so beloved globally. Despite the challenges, the future for Basmati rice remains bright, driven by growing global demand and the continued dedication of exporters who ensure its place in the international food industry.
