There needs to be more quirky fun tech gadgets in the world. Like lil doodads and all that. I want a world where you can go to a store and get cool stuff like a device that has a specific scanner to copy text from physical books, that then sends it to your phone as a text document type thing. Or like, a belt with a proximity sensor that lets you know if someone is getting too close to you. Or tiny air quality meters that you can just carry around with you. Idk I just want a bunch of stuff that does other stuff.

Why isn’t there one for “Mutuals” or “Favorite Blogs?”

Like- you have a section to check up on your moots and they’re all there in a list, and then there’s a star by the follow button on blogs to make them one of your favs.

And you have a section for both!

Why isn’t that a thing? I just want to check on my mutuals in an organized spot cus at the moment I have to go to my “followers” button and find my moots that way. I can’t imagine what it’s like for bigger blogs ;-;

When I was younger and researching the autism diagnosis criteria and symptoms, I thought “oh I couldn’t POSSIBLY be autistic.” Because when I read “takes everything literally” I thought it literally meant EVERYTHING and I was like “I don’t take EVERYTHING literally, just most things!” And I just realized the other day that it didn’t actually mean EVERYTHING and that was an overstatement.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again
