how do you feel about wincaswin (wincestiel without wincest)

It's good! Back in the olden days I used to ship Cas with pretty much anyone, so of course I was interested in seeing him both with Dean and with Sam~

But as the years progressed I've become way more focused on Destiel only, so I rarely draw or read WinCasWin anymore.

For the three sentence fic prompts: would actually want an spn prompt? Or have you moved on?

I mean, I'd say I have mostly moved on but for something short I'd do it assuming it's a ship that appeals to me. I like Destiel, Destiel + 1 ships (so like, WinCasWin, Destiny, that kinda thing), and Denny best. I'm less interested in Sam ships and while I used to write them on request I can't say I particularly want to anymore.

Like if I was gonna send me a perfect prompt it wouldn't be for Spn, but right now I'm mostly just trying to write anything so if someone out there still wanted short spn fic from me...why not? 😁 I wouldn't have listed it there if I wasn't willing.

What’s the final verdict on pairings/characters/tropes people most liked in sign ups? 👀

Quite a bit of variety, especially trope-wise! We have folks interested in creating everything from the fluffiest of fluff to the angstiest of angst, from canonverse fics to AUs and from character studies to PWP and everything in between.

Ship-wise, the two fandom juggernauts of Wincest and Destiel are both well represented. We also have folks interested in creating for a variety of smaller ships for Sam (e.g., Sastiel, Samruby) or Dean (e.g., Deanbenny, Drowley), and we even have some interested in working with poly ships like WinCasWin, Wincestiel, DeanCasBenny, etc., as well for non-TFW ships like Midam, femslash, and gen fic.

There should be something for everyone by the time we're done!

Next time someone with "DNI wincest shippers" in their bio starts following me blindly I won't politely tell them to go read my bio I'll just put some Dean/Sam porn on their timeline.

I just block people when I'm uncomfortable with something, I don't fight with anyone. People in fandoms should do the same and just stay away from what they don't like. I just want to make friends with people who are NOT passionate about a fictional ship (cof cof Desti---cof cof) to the point of sending the others off themselves. I don't even ship Sam/Dean that much, it's not my favorite ship, but some people are more disgusting than the ship they claim is disgusting.

This blog is turning into something else over time and I'm gradually moving away from the spn fandom, but this message will be fixed. I don't like you if you resent fanfic more than you resent real situations happening in the REAL world. At the end of the day it's just fanfic and Sam/Dean are really weird brothers so…chill.
