- walking at lvl 15 incline, speed lvl 4.5 (30min)
- walking at lvl 6 incline, speed lvl 6 (10min)
- HIIT with weights between 4-18kg (30min)
- machines, arms and chest 11-25kg (15min)
- yoga (15 min)

my sleep schedule is so fucked because once again i got super sleepy and fell asleep around 8:30 so you'd think maybe id wake up like 3/4am after like 7-8 hours. no i'm awake 10:30. and i will be awake now until at least 4am i'm afraid. i cannot physically sleep before 2am anymore it seems. no matter how tired i am. why is my sleepy time like 6-9pm and after that not at all until my body is so exhausted it gives out
