I finished my drawing of Jev and Devin, I realised how well 'being a monster' fits with the first volume, its later conflicts and the whole series. So I had the new title applied to the new cover, which has been in the works for some time (thanks to @eszterhedy and @lorian.ain.dal for all their support and help!). One of the reasons I decided to change the title was that I wanted to focus more on deeper thoughts, emotions and psychological processes, and the new title is more in line with that. I also tried to make the cover less suggestive of a romantasy or crime and more of a thriller, fantasy to dominate the overall mood.

12 pt Times New Roman font

Double spaced

0.5 inch indentations

1 inch margins on all size (standard)

Aligned on the left side

Page numbers

Scene breaks have a blank line with # (hash marks) or 3 *** (asterisks) in the middle of the page

Only 1 space after a period

Ending should have END in the centre of the last line

8.5 by 11 inches page (standard)

So I’m currently writing a book… and I need a few ideas/scenes/inspirations… so, if you have any, i would really appreciate it if you want to leave them in the comments :)

The story is about a 13-year old girl who died in an accident.

After she breathes out her last breath, she wakes up in a small bedroom. In the middle stands a table with two chairs. A 7-year old ginger girl comes up to her and asks if she (the 13-year old) is coming to her teaparty.

As they sit down and begin to talk, the little girl’s mum walks in, and asks what the girl is doing. It goes something like this:

Mum: ‘(little girl’s name), what are you doing?’

Little girl: I’m having a tea-party with my friend *points her finger to the other girl*

Mum: ‘oh, right. You know that there’s no-one right?’

At that moment, the 13-year old realizes that she’s now the little girl’s imaginary friend.

Through the book she tries to protect the girl from the dangers of the world. Unfortunately, as the ginger-haired girl grows older, she goes the very wrong way and eventually commits su*c!de.

After that, the 13-year old begins to dissolve. She doesn’t know what will happen to her after that. When she’s close to being fully disolved into air, she says: ‘I shouldn’t be the one to tell this story, but I’m all that is left.’

And then the book ends.
