I have thoughts about the Tiktok JK deleted

<<I realise its a few days ago now and you might be wondering 'what tiktok?' but I've been writing in snatches when I have a few minutes so it took a while. Anyway, here it is...>>

A few posts I've read have suggested JK did the silly>sexy Tiktok challenge backwards. That he did sexy>silly instead. That he was being random and funny.

I disagree.

What he did was unexpected, a little left of centre, and for the people who can read subtext, not random at all but very very clever.

I'll tell you why, (It may not be what you think) but first I need to vent about two things:

1. Give the man some credit. He knows what he's doing.

There are some who love JK but who see him as a naive innocent. He is not. He isn't a child or a himbo.

Saying he did the challenge just because it's trending, and he reversed the order of the content for a bit of a joke, is insulting to him as an artist. It would suggest he has no forethought or understanding of himself or his (global) audience, and his decisions are made on impulse with no idea of the consequences.

He's very intelligent and has plenty of experience with digital media and creating content. Besides being involved in producing complex visual narratives as part of BTS for the last ten years, he has directed and produced seven highly polished and professional GFC videos. And don't forget the MVs for Life Goes On. For the October issue of Vogue Korea he took on the role of Creative Director. That's a pretty big deal. So we can assume he knows what he's doing.

If he produces content in a particular way, it's because it enables him to communicate what he wants to communicate.

2. You may not understand the message. That doesn't mean there's nothing to understand.

A heads up to people who can't work it out... your inability to grasp meaning doesn't equate to 'no meaning exists'. Suggesting that people who recognise what he's doing are reaching or delusional is an insult to both the audience who can read this situation, and to Jungkook, who is sharing his message.

Consider a system of writing you can't decode. Lack of comprehension doesnt mean the writing is meaningless, it means you don't understand the language.

Even if you believe you understand what's being said, please recognise that context may play a role too, that it could reveal a richer and deeper message. Don't just assume the easiest (laziest) interpretation is correct.

(You may have guessed, someone suggested I was 'behaving like the cult' when I pointed out that JK's tiktok was more than being funny ... and now I'm mad 🤣)

What was he was really doing? And why is it not at all random?

Let's take a step back to recall what army has been saying about this...

Almost every interpretation i read suggests he reversed the order (silly>sexy becomes sexy>silly). The reason given is that his tiktok only makes sense if the order is reversed, and this idea is backed up by the caption saying "I go the other way".

But the 'reversed order' theory is based on a hereronormative perspective of what's sexy (and a stereotypical perspective of silly.)

So consider the content of his tiktok from a queer point of view...

For a man in a relationship with another man, the idea that he's with all those women is silly.

It's silly to believe he's got a girlfriend - or several. It's silly to think the womens' names in the song are relevant to him.

He posted this tiktok at a time when he's releasing music that fits the western pop norm of boy + girl, and when rumours of him dating several women at once are rife. The timing is not a coincidence and nor is the choice of background song for this.

All these assumptions and rumours are pretty silly, JK is telling us.

Now let's talk about the second part, the sexy part. Yes it may look silly on the surface, but we have seen him and Jimin make dorky faces at one another when they're flirting. It seems to be the visual equivalent of calling Jimin 'Jiminssssi'.

It's just another way they create distance and avoid 'getting caught'.

Maybe sexy for Jungkook actually is lying on the couch in your sweatpants making corny faces at your boyfriend.

Remember that he puts out 'stereotypical sexy' on command as part of his job so maybe that doesn't feel very sexy to him. Maybe that's work.

In my view (I know this is subject to interpretation) they've been together for years now. This is not the first flush of love. When you've been with a partner for a while, sex is (hopefully) more fun and less serious. Maybe it's about having the confidence to be wholly unselfconscious.

(My partner makes a Pepé Le Pew face at me when he's goofing. No, i don't know why either... 🤣🤷)

But wait, what about that caption?

What about 난반대로 간다?

My beautiful Korean friend (who sadly has zero interest or care about jikook) confirmed the literal translation:

"I go the other way"

"I take the opposite direction".

It's not "it goes the other way" or "this goes the opposite direction". He's referring specifically to HIMSELF.

Jungkook goes the other way.

But it's more than that according to my friend.

It's a bold statement:

"I don't follow the mainstream."

It reminds me of his tattoo ...

He doesn't do things just because everyone else is doing them.

"I don't follow the mainstream."

OK. HOLD UP.

This is where it gets interesting.

Then why would he do something as mainstream as a trending tiktok challenge? Especially something as vapid as this challenge?

And why would he tell us DURING that Tiktok challenge that he DOESN'T follow the mainstream?

And then delete it.

Creating content takes time.

And we know he's a busy man.

He's about to release an album. He's doing live performances. He's prerecording for music shows. He's overseas right now... for the fourth time in a month! Does he have time for this??

And he DELETED it...

Did he just WASTE all that time?

No, he did not.

He deliberately chose to do this.

He did it knowing ARMY studies every action, every video, and every media release.

He did it knowing ARMY would already have copied the video before he took it off his profile.

He said on Stationhead that he knows ARMY has it, and is sharing and posting it. He's FINE with that.

So he took the time to create and upload that video. He wants it out there.

He just doesn't want it on HIS page. That's an important part of the story.

So lets go back to the caption.

"I take the opposite direction"

"I go the other way"

"I don't follow the mainstream."

*Said boldly* remember. It's a loud statement, captioning an otherwise pointless very mainstream trending challenge.

So if he's not referring to tiktok itself, or to uploading challenges, what could he be referring to?

There's only one thing left: Himself.

Essentially... I swing the other way.

There's no way a queer man would make that statement and not fully recognise the message he's sending.

As for deleting the video, I'd say he knew it was too risky to leave on his profile, being a celebrity in Korea. He's managing his brand. Deleting it also gives him plausible deniability. He can say he made an error. As I said, he's very intelligent. He knows ARMY will see it and share it. He knows that those of us with a queer eye will hear the message loud and clear.

SBMS Clowning Series ☀️ v.4

I can’t believe we’re so close to the finale which is episode 36. It’s always so fast when these dramas are released but i’m not complaining that we got it faster than his other dramas. We also have a lot of content — from photos, bts and interviews. 💪🏼

The reason why I want to make this part of the round up is this scene in SBMS, it’s the last scene that the crew shot which is when SY and JB were watching fireworks. Especially the line JB said. I think i’m not the only BXG who thought of XZ’s wish for WYB when they heard this : “I hope you don’t come to the complicated and boring world of adulthood soon. It means i hope you grow up slowly.”

It’s a pretty popular CPN that the long bday messages are made by ZZ so to hear something similar in the show is sus. You can say that it’s a usual “wish” or that ZZ is not the scriptwriter. and that’s right. However, ZZ has improvised a couple of scenes in this drama. ZZ has worked closely with the scriptwriter and director of the drama — so we cannot remove the possibility that he may have brought up this line or idea.

there are instances in this drama when we CPNd and thought that ZZ improvised it and we were right. for example accidentally holding JB’s hand @ the subway or the thing about you s/o being your “charger”. so i’m not gonna be surprised if one way or another we get a confirmation about this. 💓

anyway, moving on to other stuff…

SOME SIMILARITIES/ Coincidence:

• “Eating” the tissue after eating. Normal people will just wipe it or will do that but not for long like they do. With the examples, it looks like WYB does this more and GG was infected. Lol.

• The BGM of recent douyin posts from both sides is the same 🙃. I don’t know how popular this song is now in douyin, cause this is tiktok after all certain sound clips become popular and everyone start using it. But it’s interesting that it’s videos posted the same day.

some are saying that since the SBMS post was “romantic”, this is WYB’s answer. He is matching the BGM. Also the caption ( YBO official ) had a star emoji in it. Why didn’t he just make it the sun 😂😂😂 I think the star can be connected to the Douyin update from the day before, where ZZ was holding a star toy.

• This will make the most sense to those who watched the recent episode, but there is a scene where SY asks the “bear” if Jian Bing is the most beautiful and it lights up meaning yes. Lol. That kind of shamelessness in praising reminded us so much of WYB!!!!!

What stood out to me was when he talked about evaluating himself everyday so he can improve. This is something similar that he has with WYB. They only want to be better and expand their skill set. They are also open to criticism.

His answers tend to very similar in these interviews and i think that’s largely because the questions are similar. Especially they ask about his experience in the drama or his interpretation of Shengyang as a character.

But in this interview, he was asked about being an actor and his answer 😭😭😭

I’m definitely still on the road to acting and becoming an actor myself. This road is still very long. I have to walk it step by step in a down-to-earth manner. It’s more interesting to me.

FOX FACTORY INTERVIEW

How he talked about memorizing his co stars line as well. Some CPFs are speculating that this started with CQL. It’s because him and WYB were sharing one script book. Which btw, he never did again with his other co stars.

THIS PART which made me giggle. They were asking about the heroine he would want to play with and he completely goes back to his desire of playing the villain 🤭 If you don’t wanna answer it, just say something else. Of course a co star is important, but I think for ZZ, he is more into his role as an actor. He is focused on himself.

Also this one. A very thrifty GG! Practical. It’s in line with the fake rumors that he scolds WYB for impulse buying 😅😅😅

Honestly these feelings must be heightened for a lot of Tkkrs because they’ve just come out of an intense two weeks only to be thrown into another solo project so soon and one that is being promoted in a completely different manner by the company. It’s easy to put the blame on JK because you think it’s unfair, but all in all, despite the sabotage of sales and delayed orders and deleted streams/views etc, Layover has been a very wholesome era. Taehyung’s achieved so much and most importantly he’s looked incredibly happy.

Don’t take what Tae and JK solos are saying as an excuse to project your retaliations onto TK themselves.

I think it’d be good to step back if you’re feeling overwhelmed/negative. There’s a plan in place and reasons for why things are being rushed. I imagine October will have other member’s projects too not just JK’s.

As for “public support” let’s sit down and actually take a look at what’s been done:

- JK’s mentioned he heard Layover first, and that the tracks are good.

- Tae’s mentioned he asked to study SD with JK, and ended up recording it at JK’s place with his guide. He’s also mentioned that JK engaged in discussions with him throughout the process. Tae put down Seven in his Spotify bingo. And as we previously saw, Tae surprised JK by dancing to Seven on stage and JK expressed how thankful he was for that.

- Namjoon, Hobi and Jimin posted SD on Layover’s release day. So did Wooga squad, though they captioned it with little messages too. Wooga have also been vlogging with his songs. Taehyung has also shown support for Hyungsik via a recorded message for his fanmeet, and irl for Peakboy at the Noice event.

- Namjoon mentioned LMA’s mv in passing, as well as saying SD is his favorite track. This was in direct response to weverse live comments.

- Tae mentioned Hobi listened to the album before (I personally think this was before he enlisted and at JK’s)

- Jimin showed up publicly to support Tae’s live show, but not for the entire show.

- Yoongi’s said he didn’t want to steal the spotlight from Tae.

Now, looking at this list I personally think that it was Tae’s Crew, and Wooga squad who publicly expressed the most support. Tae’s Crew especially have written heartfelt messages on their experiences and Tae’s stylist has been updating every achievement of Tae in his IG.

Am I saying that BTS’ public displays of support weren’t genuine? No, I just think it be quite mild and assume more was said privately/in their GC. We know Tae did the same for Hobi and other member’s too. Not everything has to be shown online. Just because they’re not telling us they’re keeping up to date doesn’t mean they’re not. JK definitely watched Tae’s Smoke Dance, even if he didn’t comment on it.

As for JK, I personally think he’s been focusing on himself these weeks. He’s busy and he’s only going to get busier. His recent live was very short and was meant to be a catch up after performing. He spoke to Jin for most of it anyway. His Tiktok dances have been for hyping up what I assume will be 3D promo on there, since there’s been rumors that Tiktoker Addison Rae is involved in the MV.

I urge the Tkkrs who are feeling conflicted to take a look at TK’s schedules and see how they aren’t overlapping but follow right after. See how they have some similarities and a hint of the other in them. I think they’ve talked a lot about what the other will be doing.

231211 TaeJoon's Enlistment Day 😔

Wow, their turn is finally come. I never imagine I would witnessed this moment, Taehyung and especially my bias Kim Namjoon, entered the training center to start their military service 😭.

Namjoon on buzzcut from a long time ago, him talking about their plan to enlist together at the end of this year on his birthday, it's 3 months ago. I think I would be ready and all okay on the day he enlist but guess who can't stop crying now?? 😔💔

Since the original post on Weverse hasn't translated well so I'm just gonna drop the Namjoon's letter translation from ARMY translator here.

Apparently there are some soldiers that dead from suicide because of the pressure during their military service. That's why the government decided to created this system where people can choose to registered with one friend. But the consequences is the location might be so far away from Seoul.

Seems like so many of their friends come to send them off. Their family of course, Namjoon team, Taehyung's high-school friends. Seems like Wooga squad just met-up the day berfore on Taehyung's.

Man, I don't know what to do after this. Maybe just trying to survive without them? I mean I've been on this fandom since I was 19, now that I'm 25. There are a lot of things happened and a lot of thing are formed/connected. I don't see them just as idol who just appear on my screen to dance, sing, and being cool, pretty, and other celebrity stuffs. They are my biggest emotional support since before. So I don't really know what should I do the day after tomorrow until June 2024 (since Seokjin is come home) lmao.

It's 2.33 am in South Korea now. I wish they have a good sleep and good meal 🥺. Anyway I see from their live that Taehyung was excited to join the military. Said that he has a goal. I'm a little bit worried about how bulky he become after this but whatever that makes the baby happy.

Wish the baby bears a good luck on their services. They will be separate after the basic training but since they're a good people and a social butterfly I believed people around them will be kind to them.

So I asked again when I said I was going to watch memories in full if you would be interested in commentary from me as I did so. There were a lot of people who said yes, so here we are! I have officially watched BTS Memories of 2021. Here are my thoughts as I went. There were 7 DVDs in this one. Reminder that these aren't going to be smoothly written out thoughts. The whole first Disc and half of Disc 2 was just the concert. Which was their online concert in Seoul before they were able to go do their PTD Concerts in the US later that year. This concert was held on 211024. I'm honestly not going to talk about this too much as for memories I'd rather get to focus on all the making films and behinds, which is what yall are really wanting my thoughts over I'm sure. Lol but I love watching them perform. I remember watching this concert for the first time and all the timeline meltdowns over the stages. I love JK giggling so hard and something 2seok said to him that he could barely sing during life goes on too, as well as telling all his haters to f**k off this concert too! Love it 🤣 and I adored how Tae kept encouraging everyone saying they were doing a good job and the other 6 members kept checking on him and otherwise including him, even from afar at times in the parts they would normally do together that they couldn't since Tae was chair bound due to his knee injury. How they all gathered around Tae while singing Airplane pt 2 😭 I missed seeing him front and center with everyone else for sure. And their voices are so crystal clear and beautiful and lovely 😍

Disc 2

Seoul D-Day Making Film:

Everyone arrives to the venue VISIBLY NERVOUS. Ugh my babies. They are so cute. Everyone eating before the concert, staff providing some really yummy food. JK and Jin both sharing and joking a bit over not being able to sleep from nerves. JK ticking Jimin to get his attention and telling him that he the food looks delicious. Lol Post over that Here. And the shared smiles between everyone as they start shaking off nerves and sleepiness. Everyone's concern for Tae and wanting him to not push it and rest and get better during that first meeting. They love him. Jimin hugging on Hobi for warmth during the start of rehearsals. Cuties. Not even 5 minutes in and I'm going to start to cry!! Tae staring at the floor all sad during B&G rehearsals as he had to sit away from the group. Jimin singing for rehearsals while staring at Tae who is staring sadly at the floor and the captions telling us they were planning to sing this part while looking at each other and being next to each other originally 😭 my heart! Tae dancing lightly during sound heck regardless of his injury and afterwards when leaving the stage, JK running up to check on him and ask how he is feeling after all that. God, my heart can't handle all the affection and care they give each other. Jinkook randomly bickering over the Fire Performance lol and then Jimin showing up to sit with JK and review the songs/set. And boy do they sit close and practically on top of each other. And their super soft tones 🥺 Post Here. They are so cute for real. Hopekook joining the pre-show ARMY chat and talking with ARMY. Their giggles 😍 I love seeing it from their side too.

Everyone getting ready to go up on stage and Jimin lightly tapping Tae on the cheek in encouragement and everyone telling him to get better soon. Ugh. All this babying and loving on Tae makes me so happy. Cant forget about Jin choking Tae on stage during DNA lmao The editors making fun of us during a few clips of the Black Swan saying ARMY couldn't make up their minds about both wanting BTS to cover up but also unbutton more 🤣 Jimin walking off stage to get ready for the encore with Tae. I don't think they left this man alone once! And then Jimin again walking with Tae after the concert. Jimin offering to carry Tae since he is limping a bit and holding his hand and cheering him up and sticking by his side 😭 it really is so touching seeing how much they love and take care of each other. Jimin is such a good friend. Jin looked so cute walking out of the stadium in his little hair bow. And yoongi looked like a whole dream in his sweater!

Seoul Self Cam Interview:

This was cute little self cams where they each walked around the stadium and talked pre concert about how they are feeling, their worries and hopes for this concert and future concerts. As well as mostly just talking about how much they miss army and performing for army in person.

They also did a small interview based on the PTD lyrics that was really cute. Hobi said he avoids overeating, drinking and working out to prep for concert day. Tae answered that his favorite part would be the new intro for Butter and how much he liked it and how he thinks ARMY will love it (we did)! Yoongi saying they were hit with the wall of reality when it was realized for sure they couldn't have army at the concert and that it was hard. 🥺 JK saying that youth is a feeling and it's about the present moment. Jimin was called BTS's mood maker and said that On, Save Me and Idol reflected BTS's energy on stage together really well. Namjoon was the best leader and said that even though they've known each other forever and don't need to talk to know things about each other, it's always still important to keep talking and keeping telling each other I love you so that they make sure they always know it. Jin saying that Idol is his comfort song from the set list because it's upbeat and fun but also has meaningful lyrics.

Disc 3

PTD Merch and Poster Making Film:

They look so cute and stunning during their solo shoots! Hobi pretending to flatline during JKs photoshoot is so funny 🤣 he gets it. Lol the funniest quartet for a unit, taekooknamseok! JK couldn't play the prop drums on set so he and Tae instead obnoxiously drum on the table while waiting for photos 🤣 and Jimin with yoonjin who all randomly start reminiscing about BV1! They are so cute. Jimin, our little fairy, with the cutest poses on his solo shoot too. Lol the first shoot of the group photos we see and JK is smiling so big while everyone else is serious and his "oops" face as he notices and gives a more serious expression too is so cute! And not JK unbuttoned his shirt further for the next set of ot7 photos! 🤣

During the poster shooting when they are on a break and getting retouched up, Tae keeps reaching up past JK and Hobi to mess with Jimins hair or ear. Lmfao and the first time Jimin thought it was JK and the second time he turned around, realized it was Tae and tried to get around Hobi to go get him back 🤣 their giggles!! And Tae doesn't stop! Lol even DURING the photos he reached over to try and ruffle Jimins hair again 🤣🤣 Jinkook immediately play boxing and fighting as soon as they *think* the shoot is over lol just to have to get back into photo mode again. Staff asking Jin to please fold his arms for the photo. Jimin instead taking Jins hand to hold it in his own and Jin holding onto Hobis arm. All of them cracking themselves up 🤣 2seok giving ending comments of the video at the exact same time and being asked if they planned it. "No, we are just naturally in sync" 🥺😍 JK leaning over Yoonjins shoulders and Jin just holding onto JKs hand over his shoulder with both of his hands so cutely 😭🥰

PTD VCR Making Film:

Everyone shooting their individual mug shoot scenes and the editors just going "they aren't troublemakers. They are so cute." Relatable content 🤣 and then we of course just have Jimin handcuffing himself to Jungkook for fun. Post over the Handcuffs Here Lol and Hobi dying laughing when Jimin wiggles himself out of the handcuffs without even needing to open them! And when staff was telling Tae about the paperclip scene he looked so baby and innocent and then he actually did the scene and the vibe change 😳

We then moved on to the next VCR set with the Vmonkook unit! Lol Tae valiantly trying to teach Namjoon how to hold the pool stick so sweetly. And eventually the staff just taking the stick away from Joon and giving it to JK and saying that Joon can just drink something instead and taekook will play pool for the shoot 😅🤣 JK sliding across the pool table "like a seal" to get into position for all 3 of them to look over their "suspicious plans" and making Vmon laugh so hard when it's supposed to be a serious scene. Lmao they are so funny.

And we get the next subunit! Which is SopeJinMin and I love them. 2seok are the cutest with the tiny dancing together on the bench. I love them. The absolute chaotic dance party that they had. Lol and when reviewing the footage Jhopes absolute excitement and hype over Jimins shirt riding up when he was jumping around dancing. Telling him he should raise his arms up more so that his abs flash more often 🤣 Jimin saying that he untucked his shirt before the shoot so that we would get "accidental" ab flashes. I need him to chill!! Lol

Ot7 shooting at the PTD general store. Lol Jimin taking the paper towels from set to give to his mom 😭🤣 they are so sweet. Jhope and Jimin acting out a skit where Jhope buys Jin in a shopping cart 🤣🤣 lol and then JK coming out and seeing what's going on and taking over to violently spin the cart around like crazy with Jin in it. They are insane 🤣 and the little kids on set laughing so hard and thinking it's so fun so JK picks her up and spins her around in his arms a bunch too 😭😭 MY HEART to which Jimin comes to return the favor and scoops JK up and spins him too. Lol JK smiling so big 😍 He also then has JK get on his back and when Hobi asks JK how much he weighs lately, JK answers and says he has lost some weight recently, to which Jimin confirms saying that yes, he has been lighter lately. And JK then picks Jimin up too. Man, they HAVE to just be constantly picking each other up everywhere they go lol. Taekook and their new shoulder bump handshake they do before filming kicks off again is so cute. Jimin giving the little girl a balloon and touching her chin so cutely before giving a mischievous smirk over his shoulder at JK who tried really hard not to smile at how cute Jimin was being. God, they are all so cute and sweet and silly. Vmin hanging out and giving cute dancing tips to the little girl and then she dances with all 7 of them. She must've had the best day!! And I'm adding my post over some more of the jikookery moments in the VCR Making Film Here too.

PTD Practice Making Film:

I can't believe we are kicking this making film off with my yoonmin loves playing basketball together. What a good way to start practice!! My yoonmin basketball post. This was day 1 of ptd practice and it took place on 211012. We of course have dance leader Hope! And Hobi just trying to get everyone going and into position for the end of On, and we have taekook alternatively smacking/hanging off each other and off Hobi himself with Joon also trying to get them to chill. Only for Jin to grab JKs butt as they get into their line up 🤣🤣 the beautiful chaos. Hobi giving Yoongi instruction. Jimin in the background feeling up JKs abs just because he can lol JK started to yank Jin back and forth by the neck of his hoodie and Jimin retaliating for Jin by flicking JKs nipple 😂 JK wrestling Jin down and laying on the back of his head (like a tortured verison of their butter A lol) and everyone just ignoring their antics as per usual. IM NOT EVEN 2 MINUTES IN THIS VIDEO IS SO CHAOTIC! Everyone gets more serious for Black Swan though as it has a new intro. Hobi counting out the beat for them and then turning and clarifying the count with Jimin as for which one they move on. I love when we see our main dancers take charge and lean on each other like that. Vmin just giving each other a big hug during their fake love practice 🥺 JinKook fighting over who can make their hand go up higher during the ending pose lol. And then we have 3J discussing practice and concert logistics during the break and deciding what to do before they end practice for the day 🥺 Hobi leading practice for the new Butter intro and helping everyone make sure they nail the moves. When Jimin accidentally messes up his arm placements after they review the film of the practice, Jimin goes and curls up in JKs neck. Lol his safe place for sure 😍 My Post for that moment here. They work so hard. TaeJin dancing together so cutely!! Jimin getting caught by JK about to pour water over him when Jimin thought his eyes were closed 😂 JK then wearing and ending up napping on Jimins beanie and Tae waking him up in the cutest and most softest way. My Nap post here. Tae giving suggestions for a better stage and everyone praising him for his good ideas 🥺

The next day of practice is once again kicking off with yoonmin playing basketball together. I wonder if most of their practice sessions start off that way while they wait for everyone to either get there or be ready to get started. That would be really cute. Day 2 was the very next day and actually also Jimins BIRTHDAY! We know because his outfit (minus the hoodie he wore in the live) and accessories and hairstyle match up perfectly with when he went live for his birthday. So did JKs outfit match up. Suga always noticing Hobis cute acorn bags. 🥺 which led to trainee day memories of Suga having a similar bag and Tae kept taking it, which Jin then mentioned that Tae kept stealing his jacket back then too. Lol Poor Tae 😂 Jimin saving his soulmate by starting practice back up again for Black Swan 🤣 Chaos reigns during Stay Practice. Lol Yoongi dipped to just go shoot more hoops. Tae randomly finds and starts playing a trombone and Jin and JK take turns holding a mic up to make his playing louder in turn with their singing. Lol Jimin just dying laughing through it all. Jimin being shy about Save Me and starting it off solo and holding onto JK to try and make him stay with him. Lol which he ends up coming back to stay with Jimin! And teases him with the save me choreo, with Tae also joining them. The Save Me jokes will never die! Jimin also being the biggest Young Forever fanboy and looking like the happiest person ever cheering on Hobi during his verse 😍 JK lifting Jimin in the air and Jimin holding a pose while he sings and JK slowly spins him in the air like an angel. Lol please they are so cute 😭😍 It fit so well!!! Jimin being the angel he is on his birthday! Vhopemin jumping in a little mini dance circle is so cute. I love these practice films! My Post that covers more of the Jikookery from this Film.

PTD Rehearsal Making Film:

The video basically opens up with them all filming their solo shoots that will be their mirrors for Blue & Grey. And just unnecessarily showing us namkook working out in Black Swan outfits while waiting their turn 😅🤣 they get all wrapped up for rehearsals in the cold. Jimin decided he wanted to film Tae and chases him around the entire stadium filming him as Tae runs away 🤣 Hopekook loving the cold and dancing to stay warm. Yoongi once again pointing out Jhopes cute acorn bag 🥺 Tae comes and whispers something to JK with his mischievous smile and JK clearly didn't feel quite up to making trouble and Tae was all why notttt before checking something under his shirt and then moving on to go dance for Jin and Jimin. What was he wanting?! 🤣🤣 random cuts of Jikook dancing and goofing off together through the whole soundcheck are so cute. And of course, Jinkook boxing. Yoongi climbing up on the couch for BWL and the editors adding cat ears too him and captioning it like he climbing a cat tree 😭🤣 Jikook talking about Blue and Grey with the director and Jimin borrowing JKs mic to do so. And JK just sticking around, waiting for Jimin so they can leave together 🥺🥺 My Post over that Here. And Jin being so sad about something making his white jacket stained 😭 Jimin talking to cameras in the corner, with JK just chilling right there with them. Those two are stuck like glue always. Well, JK is there until he thinks Namjoon stole his shoes, then he is chasing Joon down yelling for his shoes back. They weren't his shoes though lmfao! Poor Joon. Wrongfully accused 😂 Jhope coordinating where they will pick up with rehearsals tomorrow with staff. He really does such a great job helping everyone stay focused and works so hard! It's amazing to see.

Day 2, dress rehearsal time! Jimin in his sleeveless tank for the first set, the staff were worried about him so he said one of the staff gave him his jacket to wear so he wouldn't catch a cold 🥺 and they show us Tae starting to limp and getting hurt. Nooooo 😭 god. Watching him hurt is so upsetting. The members go through more of the Rehersal while Tae leaves to go sit with the med team and get checked out. Everyone taking a break as soon as possible and immediately hustling over to go check on Tae. 😭 Jimin literally sticking to him and keeping a hand out for him when they are walking back to the stage to finish rehearsing even if Tae sits through the choreo. He is so upset and everyone is clearly worried for him too. Tae leaves to go to the ER and Jimin shouting to call them as soon as he is done 🥺 but they all continue through for the rest of the Rehersals. Jikook jumping off the couch at the end of BWL and going for a hug or light touch or something but we get cut straight into Dynamite without seeing their cuteness! Jimin was cutely snuggled up to Jin though for a bit on the couch! Joonie getting so distracted by dancing with Jimin to the Dynamite live band that he forgot his cue to go high five/trade center stage places with Jungkook and JK turns and was confused to not find RM 🤣 oops! Jimin does a weird pose on stage. Jin, no questions asked, just poses with him. The way these guys match each other's energy is my favorite thing. Lol jikook randomly rock paper scissorsing on the carts. And Hobi being the cutest cart driver. My favorite being their adorable weird came out of no where, matching each other's energy jumping conga line during Idol. Lmfao JK imitating Jimins spring day dance over and over and looking at Jimin every time to make him and everyone else laugh is so precious. Yoongi singing Tae's spring day parts since he isn't there 🥺😭 And then JK joining yoonmin for their back to back part, leaning on them both and then just hanging out tucked onto Jimins shoulder for a bit. He is so cute 🥺 the way Yoongi was making Jimin laugh by covering all of Vs parts! Jikook walking off stage together, arms around each other, loudly thanking everyone and everything for their hard work. Each other. The staff. The chairs. Even the moon! Lol and they also mentioned Tae who they were missing! They are so cute. Jimin giving his ending thoughts to the camera while holding his phone and texting Tae the whole time who was telling Jimin he had watched the rest of the rehearsals too. I love that they were in contact as soon as they could be. You know Jimin was worried as was everyone else! And adding my post at the end here about extra Jikookery during these Rehearsals. I love seeing how hard they all work for real!

"thank you for everything, i know that i'm probably a little paranoid after the recent death threats against me and the rest of the group so thank you for trying your best in dealing with all of this." y/n sighed, bowing towards for boss, who did the same after. "i'll be heading back to the dorms now, goodnight." y/n walked out of his office, towards the elevator to go down to her studio and get her belongings.

everything was different this time compared to the normal death threats that they had regularly received, especially y/n. she would find photos of places that she had privately gone to with her family or her date spots with the boys on social media with captions threatening her. it was all happening less than a month away from the WINGS WORLD TOUR, bighit had done a lot to find the group of people who were doing this, but the accounts would always be deleted a few hours after the posts. y/n knew that they would do everything to blacklist these people, she trusted her company and leader with everything.

y/n didn't expect yoongi and jungkook to be waiting in her studio for her to get back from her private meeting with hitman bang. they knew that she had been paranoid about the recent threats, so the boys and the company agreed to have yoongi and jungkook join y/n home when coming back from the company without her acknowledgment.

"what the hell are you guys doing here, i thought you went home 2 hours ago?" jungkook held his laughter seeing y/n's adorable-shocked face as she stared at the two just casually sitting on her couch. "yoongi-hyung wanted to stay a bit longer to work on some solo projects so I decided to join him." "oh are you planning to release it soon?" y/n asked walking to her desk and gathering the tote bag full of her essential belongings. jungkook could only hope that she believed their lie as yoongi gave him a side glance while responding to y/n, "i don't know if i'll have time, the tour is less than a month away, and we're gonna be busy with it til the new comeback in september. I'll probably ask the company about it." y/n was yoongi's biggest supporter when he released his solo mixtape last year, she even helped him compose the last, which was one of his most vulnerable songs in the mixtape.

jungkook was the first to reach y/n and wrap his arms around the little of her waist and shove his face in the crook of her neck, while yoongi stood up and admired his two lovers. "hm, let's get going jagi." y/n smiled while rubbing his back, "please, i really want to see the rest of the boys."

"TAEHYUNG! JIMIN! GET THE FUCK BACK HERE, YOU IDIOTS!" they had made a fucking mess in the kitchen and accidentally set a towel on fire, and they dared to ask me to clean it up. before i could reach them to kick their asses and take away their kisses and cuddles tonight, the door had opened with y/n, yoongi, and jungkook appearing, causing jimin to crash into taehyung and me following suit. "what did they do this time?" yoongi asked, closing the door behind him as y/n and jungkook helped all of us off the floor. "they tried to burn down the dorm while i was showering, i didn't ask namjoon to supervise because he would probably get caught on fire and didn't ask hobi because he would join them or end up getting too scared to do anything." jungkook was the only one with a smirk on his face, as he was going to be the only maknae to have his kisses and cuddles tonight, i could just sense it. "i swear you two are a bunch of 22-year-old man-children." jungkook smugly commented, walking off to his room to probably get changed. "you too should also go get changed while i make the rest of the maknaes clean as i make dinner." y/n was the first of them both to walk to her room. as i watched her, i felt yoongi back hug me as he whispered into my neck, "she believed us when we told her that i and jungkook stayed behind to work on some solo stuff." "that's good, hopefully, she doesn't find out anything. she's already as stressed out about the situation as we and the company are."

"seokjin, you need to teach me how to cook during our free time." y/n complained while savoring the dinner made by said male. "yeah, even taehyung and jimin could join you guys!" hoseok spoke, pointing his chopsticks at the two males who almost burned the dorm that cost way less than the money they made while asleep. "ok, we get it." jimin pouted, continuing to eat his food, while taehyung just stared at hoseok. "well, i heard that all of the tickets were sold out for the concert, the company believes that around 550,000 seats were sold worldwide," namjoon commented.

'WINGS' was the first comeback to give bts actual international success, of course not that they would have REALLY needed it after 'i need you' and 'run'.

"wait really? we'll have to try harder now!" jungkook elated, hopping out of his seat. "well, we're pretty used to trying even harder than we expect." yoongi said, standing up and walking towards the sink, putting his dirty dishes inside.

"well, i and hobi are gonna go start our long night skincare routine date, so don't cause any trouble maknaes." y/n stood up along with hoseok, grabbing his plate and putting it in the sink before running off with him to her room.

"hyung, your older than y/n and hobi-hyung, i think your gonna need to start joining them." "YAH, AT LEAST I DON'T LOOK LIKE A 13-YEAR OLD WHO BARELY HIT PUBERTY!" seokjin pointed at jungkook, "that's it, you're not getting your cuddles and kisses tonight either." seokjin very furiously put his plate in the sink and started walking to his room. "w-wait hyung, not my cuddles and kisses!" jungkook sped walked to seokjin holding his arms out in front of himself to try and convince his older lover.

"well at least you guys can be together at night." namjoon sighed, referring to jimin and taehyung, "you all could have a maknae cuddle night," yoongi said, also retreating to his room for the night.

"goodnight jiminie, taehyung-ah." namjoon kissed both goodnights before heading to the mini-studio in their dorm to probably get some work done for their album that was to be released later in the year.

"let's go see how bad gukk is sulking," tae exclaimed, hoping that maybe jungkook would ask both boys to give him his cuddles and kisses for the night.

The blood in Jeongguk's lower lip was mocking him—telling him that once again, he fucked up.

Or at least this was what Park Jimin thought.

"So that's it, huh?" Your best friend rarely resort to violence—wait. This was wrong. Violence was never an option for Jimin, but he was making an exception tonight.

"You're just going to give up on her?" The older boy grabbed the collar of your soulmate's shirt.

Jimin was so mad he swore he could beat Jeongguk to a pulp.

How could Jeongguk be this dumb?

Jimin heard your conversation with your soulmate just a few breaths ago. He didn't plan to eavesdrop, it just happened.

Yoongi was the first one to know what happened to you. He was adamant to let you leave a while ago. He just had this weird feeling in his stomach that told him to check up on you.

His nightmare became a reality when he saw Jimin and Taehyung making out on the couch. You weren't with them and it only meant one thing: you left alone.

Yoongi was so mad at himself. He should have called you an uber or he should have driven you to wherever the hell you wanted to go.

This was partly his fault that's why he couldn't help but shudder in fear and regret when one of his staffs told him about what happened to you.

Police officers said you were under the influence of alcohol. Yoongi already knew this, but Taehyung and Jimin were still shocked.

They had no idea you left.

It actually took the three of them a long time to know what had happened to you. By the time they reached the hospital, they were already too late.

Jeongguk managed to make you cry over and over again.

What an asshole.

What kind of soulmate was Jeongguk? Were you really meant to be together? These questions were running inside your best friend's head. It had been answered when Jeongguk suddenly pushed Jimin away.

In Jeongguk's defense, he just didn't want to upset you any longer. He was aware that his presence was stressing you out. You should rest, especially because there's possibility that you might need to undergo an eye surgery.

Jeongguk's heart clenched once again. You were blind and you thought it was because he hated you.

It’s not true and he would change your mind.

"Seriously, Guk?" Taehyung shook his head, scowling. "This is your and my fiancé’s idea?"

"Don't get mad at Jimin-hyung. It's my idea." Jeongguk corrected his best friend. "Your soulmate is just helping me."

It had been days since the accident and you were aware that Jeongguk had been by your side all this time, not really by your side, per se, but he was around. He was patiently waiting outside of your room in this hospital, begging Jimin and your other loved ones to tell him what he could to help.

Today was the only time he left the hospital, as in the same day of your eye surgery.

Jeongguk swore he's not running away this time though. He was actually going to let you know that he would be staying with you. Forever.

"I can't let you do this, Jeon. I'm gonna lose my job if you fuck this one up!" Taehyung groaned.

"Hyung, please. This is really important!" Jeongguk was nervous. He was running out of time. Your surgery was in a few minutes and here he was, invading the studio where Taehyung worked as a DJ.

"This is going to be aired on national radio, Guk. As in the whole South Korea!"

"I know!" Jeongguk's eyes were blown wide. "This is exactly why I want to do this, hyung. I want everyone to know how I feel!"

If you couldn’t see, then maybe you could understand Jeongguk’s feelings by listening. He was willing to explore other senses just to make you believe.

"Fucking sappy!" In the end, Taehyung had no choice but to let his best friend proclaim his love for you.

Jeongguk smiled as he tapped the microphone, softly calling your name.

"It's Jeongguk. I know you don't want to hear from me, but I have something to say." Jeongguk grimaced. He seriously sucked when it came to expressing his emotions through words. "This will be quick, I promise. I just hope Jiminie-hyung is actually helping me out."

"Of course he is!" Taehyung shouted somewhere. Jimin wouldn't dare to ruin this for you. His task was simple anyway. He only needed to make sure that you were listening to the radio a few moments before your eye surgery.

You were nervous. Jimin wanted to help you calm down by making sure that you knew Jeongguk was not going to leave you alone in the cold.

"Anyway I know that I...well...I," your soulmate blushed. How should he describe himself? Was there a word that could emphasize his stupidity?

"I am an idiot." Jeongguk bit the inside of his cheek. This was the only adjective he could think of. "I am the idiot who hurt you and I know, I know...I don’t deserve your forgiveness because of how selfish I was—I mean, am. I still am."

He chuckled nervously. His heart was hammering.

"Call me selfish or whatever you want. I'm sure I deserve it anyway, but yeah...I'll be selfish again if this is the only way to let you know what I really feel about you."

Jeongguk cleared his throat as the beat of the music started to play.

"Why are my eyes filled with tears?” He sang.

This was a song composed by him. Of course he couldn't do this alone. Namjoon was the one who produced the beat of this song. He also helped his brother-in-law to write the lines. Ji-eun's father was a lyrical genius.

"Hey, stay by my side and laugh.” Jeongguk knew he was asking for too much. It was impossible to simply smile and stay with him—not after the hell he had put you through.

"A future without you is a world without color, filled with monochrome coldness." But this was the exact representation of what would happen if you weren't in his life.

Life would literally be black and white. Dull. Jeongguk knew how essential colors were in his life, yet if he was forced to choose between the hues and you, he would choose you in a heartbeat.

Okay, this one is just regular fluff, but it definitely has potential to become more juicy, maybe even angsty... I had many ideas when I was writing it, but decided upon cutting it where I did. Maybe there will be part two to this story, maybe not. If there will be it will also probably be able to functionas a totaly separate one shot. Also I couldn’t decide on a ship here! Initially it was supposed to be RM, but I kept coming back to JK (my bias xd). That’s where possibility of an angst story lays... Anyway tell me what you think of this piece!

“AH!” Namjoon exclaimed, dropping his spoon down into his soup.

“Hey, watch it! You’re spilling everything!” Seokjin yelled back at him as some of his friend's soup splashed out from his bowl.

“What happened?” Hoseok asked, sipping his soup slowly and looking at Namjoon with curiosity.

“It’s-It’s (Y/N).” He stuttered out, his eyes still glued to the screen of his phone. He was scrolling through Twitter when he noticed a tweet from his favourite female artist, (Y/N), announcing her world wide tour.

“What? Did she message you?” Seokjin asked him with a chuckle, knowing well that wouldn’t happen.

“I wish.” Namjoon scoffed and clicked on a link to an article some music site posted immediately after reading (Y/N)’s tweet. “(Y/N) has announced details of her long-awaited world tour.” He read out loud to  his friends already feeling his heartbeat pick up. “The singer has continuously updated her fans on the details, promising them that she was working on the announcement. Now, via a short video on Instagram simply captioned ‘Hello world’, she has finally revealed when and where the No Limitations tour will be starting off. You can see the full dates, which she simultaneously posted on her Twitter account, below.” He quickly scrolled down to take a look at the dates and locations. His jaw dropped as he scanned down the list and noticed the Asia leg of the tour. “Soul is on the list.” He muttered. “In January. Seoul is on the list.” He repeated looking at his friends with wide eyes.

“Finally!” Hoseok exclaimed reaching across the table to pat him on the shoulder. “You can go see her then.”

“It hasn’t been announced when tickets will go on sale.” Namjoon said in panic as he frantically searched the internet for information about the tour.

“I’m sure our staff can get you in there without a ticket.” Seokjin said casually, but Namjoon took the matter very seriously. (Y/N) wasn’t just someone who’s music he liked. He also had a huge crush on her as a girl in general and he wasn’t about to pass on an opportunity to see her perform live.

“I have to talk to our PD about that.” He said in an excited tone and clicked his Messages app to draft up a passionate yet professional text saying how much he wants, no, needs to go to (Y/N)’s Seoul concert.

“Now?” Seokjin asked, taken aback a little by his fast pace.

“No time to waste. It’s (Y/N) we’re talking about.” Namjoon chuckled. “If all goes well maybe we could work on some music together.”

“Yeah and maybe something more.” Hoseok teased him, earning a loud laugh from Seokjin. Namjoon only smiled up at them from his phone, because among those who followed the news about BTS it was a well known fact that he had a thing for (Y/N).

Whenever they would get asked about their celebrity crushes in interviews he would say (Y/N)’s name. Ideal girl - someone like (Y/N). A song they could listen to on loop - (Y/N)’s latest single. Fashion inspiration at the moment - (Y/N). Favourite movie - that one (Y/N) had a cameo in for like three minutes. It would happen so much that ARMY’s started making compilations of him talking about her on YouTube called “Namjoon drooling over (Y/N) for 7 minutes straight” and so on. At first he was embarrassed about it, but after some time that awkward feeling turned into hope that maybe she’ll see it and fall for him as well. He knew it was wishful thinking, but he still liked to imagine the moment you would message him saying you would love to collab on a song.

“I’m going to go talk to our PD.” Namjoon said, as he took off the bright pink sunglasses with Happy New Year written on top of them in a silly font. He wore them for the small photoshoot they just had for BTS’s New Year’s Eve post on Twitter.

“Now?” Jimin asked him, raising his brows.  He was still wearing his party hat he put on for the session. “It’s New Year’s Eve.”

“I know. I just-” He was interrupted by Taehyung’s loud cheer. “I’ll be right back.” Jimin just shook his head at his eagerness to find out whether (Y/N)’s staff has already answered BigHit’s request for letting Namjoon go to your show with a backstage pass as a celebrity guest of sorts.

Since they were already at the BigHit headquarters for the photoshoot and a little celebration for the beginning of the new year Namjoon had to walk just a couple of doors down to get to PD’s office. He took a deep breath before knocking on the door. After hearing a faint invitation he pressed on the handle and opened it.

“Oh, it’s you. Why aren’t you with the others celebrating?” The PD asked, obviously surprised to see Namjoon.

“Ah, yes. I’ll be joining them in a minute.” He said, remembering Jimin’s words. “I just came here to ask about the No Limitations show. It’s in January and since it’s already first of the month I wondered-”

“Ah, of course.” PD cut him off with a smile. “You're going.”

“Really?” Namjoon asked in shock.

“Yes, all of you are.” Namjoon must have looked very confused for a moment there, because PD rushed with an explanation. “We got an answer saying they were going to issue a formal invitation to the concert and an after party to the whole band anyway. Go and pass on the news to the rest of the boys. We’ll have a proper meeting about this next week.” Namjoon thanked him accesively and assured he’ll let the rest of the members know about the situation. As he walked down the hall he heard their voices from the dance studio they had the photo shoot in. He was speechless.

“It’s happening.” He thought, leaning on the wall to catch a breath before coming inside. After a moment he pushed the door open and joined his group members with a bright smile.

“Guys, guys. Listen” He called. “We’re going to (Y/N)’s concert!” He exclaimed and they cheered, gathering around him, smothering him with hugs and tugging on his cheeks teasingly.

“Look at him.” Jimin chuckled pointing at Namjoon who was pacing around the room. “So excited for the concert.”

“Of course he is. He’s going to meet his crush.” Seokjin added, also laughing.

The whole group was teasing him about (Y/N) all throughout January. It was seventeenth today, the day of her Seoul show and he couldn’t wait. They already got their hair and makeup done. They were dressed to the nines. All that was left was to get to the show.

“The car is here.” Someone from the staff announced and all the boys got up from their spots. As they walked down the hall together they all took turns patting Namjoon on the shoulder for encouragement.

“Do you think we’ll have a chance to talk to her?” Jungkook asked with excitement when they were all in the car together.

“Of course!” Hoseok exclaimed.

“No, but like, for real talk. Not just: nice to meet you, let’s take a picture, goodbye.” The youngest explained quickly.

“Hopefully.” Seokjin said, patting Namjoon on the thigh as that was something he was worried about. He would definitely be happy if he got even only a second with (Y/N), but he wished for more.

After a short drive the car stopped in an underground parking lot under the venue of the concert. As they got outside they could hear the cheers of the crowds gathered outside. Their staff took them on an elevator explaining once again how the night will go. First a before party with other guests, then the concert itself and after that the after party at a hotel. Namjoon repeated the sequence of these events in his head a million times already. Technically he was prepared, but practically he was a mess. His hands were sweating and his heart was racing like crazy. He looked around the small elevator at his closest friends and the familiar faces of BigHit staff who were accompanying them. Realising he has so many people around him for support eased his nerves a little.

“I can’t believe we’re in the same building.” Namjoon muttered under his breath.

“Yeah, she was also in the same building as us at the VMA’s and AMA’s and so on.” Yoongi teased him and everyone chuckled.

“That’s true, Namjoon.” Taehyung agreed with a grin. “You shouldn’t be so worried.”

“Easy for you to say.” Namjoon added right as the elevator door opened.

“Yeah, she already saw us perform at one of the award shows. She knows who we are. It’s going to be fine.” Jimin said in a nervous tone. Namjoon just nodded to himself trying to make the anxious thoughts go away as they approached the area where the before party was held.

They were all excited to see (Y/N)’s show and attend her after party, but with the tremendous enthusiasm also came the stress of meeting an A list celebrity from overseas.

“I can’t believe she’s still not here.” Namjoon whined to Taehyung and Jimin as the rest of the group scattered to chat with other invited idols and celebrities. “All the dancers and her band are here already.”

“It’s still early.” Taehyung tried to cheer him up. “She’ll show up any moment. I’m sure.”

“Definitely.” Jimin agreed with him energetically.

Before Namjoon could voice another concerned thought lingering in his brain everyone in the room started cheering and clapping. He looked around wondering what caused this reaction as he noticed the obvious reason.

“Thank you all so much for coming.” (Y/N) said stopping somewhere in the middle of the gathered crowd of celebrities and staff. “It means a lot. Really.” She put her hand to her chest as she spoke. “If all goes well the show will be starting in a couple of minutes. Wish me luck and have fun.” 

“That’s it?” Taehyung asked as (Y/N) was rushed away by her staff to the stage entry. “I thought she was going to chat with everyone or something.”

“Do you chat with guests before the show?” Jimin asked. “That’s what the after party is for.” He explained and Namjoon hummed in agreement. Just the quick glimpse he caught of her was enough to leave him speechless.

“Let’s go watch the show.” Hoseok said approaching the three from behind with the rest of the group following close behind.

There was a big screen in the backstage lounge and a couple of smaller TV’s located at the stage entries for those that wanted to glance at the stage during the show to see the real deal. They watched the first half of the show in the lounge and later relocated to the left entry area. Namjoon’s eyes were glued to the screen as everyone around him chatted away. He tried to pay attention to the conversation and partake from time to time, but his focus quickly went back to (Y/N). She looked stunning singing and dancing on stage.

Suddenly a group of staff dressed in all black rushed into the area they were hanging out in with some other guests.

“Wardrobe change, left.” One of the staff said as she clicked on her earpiece.

Namjoon almost jumped out of his seat when he saw (Y/N) jogging down from the stage and into the swarm of her people from her team.

“Woah, that gave me chills.” Yoongi commented as (Y/N) passed by them surrounded by her wardrobe, hair and makeup team.

“Say something.” Hoseok whispered, elbowing Namjoon’s side.

“Like what?” He asked following (Y/N) with his gaze as she disappeared behind her dressing room's door.

“Great show, looking good. Anything really.” He encouraged him with a cheeky smile.

“No.” Namjoon shook his head, already feeling the blood rushing to his head.

“Do it. Do it.” The rest of the members repeated after Hoseok, but he only shook his head once again.

“She’ll come out any second.” Seokjin added in a warning tone.

He was right. The dance number performed by her backup dancers was getting to an end and (Y/N) should be running out onto the stage soon to sing the next song.

“Great show!” Jungkook yelled out in English.

All the boys’s heads snapped in his direction and then onto (Y/N). She was walking out of her dressing room in long strides. As Jungkook yelled out his praise she turned to look his way without stopping,

“Thank you!” She answered quickly before being escorted by her staff into the understage corridors.

All the boys started shoving and pushing the youngest member teasingly.

“Namjoon was supposed to say that. You took over his part. Jungkook, you’re so eager.” They yelled with laughter.

“What time is it?” Taehyung asked the group as most of the guests gathered in the backstage lounge to watch the encore of the show.

“It’s close to eleven.” Seokjin answered, looking at his phone.

“Before we finish off the show with this last song I just wanted to take a minute to say: Thank you so much.” (Y/N)’s voice echoed from the stage and through the speakers in the lounge. She was standing in the bright lights holding the mic to her lips. “Thank you for choosing to come see the show and spending the night here with us. I really can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for all of you, here in the audience and back at home watching and streaming my music and the shows. Thank you so much.” 

“Ah, she’s so nice. Never forgetting about her fans.” People around muttered.

“I really, truly appreciate you guys. I cannot imagine how this year would’ve gone if I hadn't spent it with all of you, all of the people on the stage and behind it. We’ve been away from our homes for so long.” (Y/N) voice got higher with nerves and sadness that came over her as she spoke about her home. “We’re coming close to ten months on the road now. That’s a long time.” She said, bringing her hand to her chest to show her gratitude. “Thank you so much for putting up with me.” She chuckled and the staff cheered. “I feel so lucky and so fortunate to be working with all of you and to be able to perform in front of all of you.” She sighed deeply, undoubtedly masking a cry. “So thank you. I love you so much. Thank you.”

The audience was shouting and applauding loudly as (Y/N) walked off the stage waving to them. As soon as she was out of the view she handed her microphone to one of the sound people and took a big gulp of water from the bottle one of the staff handed her.

“Thank you.” She breathed out. “I need to get out of this hair as soon as possible.” She chuckled tiredly as she walked into her dressing room.

“We’ve got about twenty minutes to get you ready for the after party.” Her assistant, who was waiting inside, spoke calmly as the beauty and wardrobe team gathered around (Y/N) quickly taking out the bobby pins from her hair and undoing the back of her dress. “There’s quite a lot of guests your manager would like you to talk to, at least for a minute.” She said and quickly moved on to listing all the most important people attending the party.

“Have any of those people been informed that I might want to reach out to work with them later?” (Y/N) asked, getting into her oversized sweatshirt dress with the help of some staff so that she doesn’t ruin her makeup.

“No, that’ll be done after tonight. Sometime this week though.” She explained scrolling through something on her tablet.

“What time is the flight to Osaka tomorrow?” (Y/N)’s voice sounded tired as she thought of getting on another plane.

“Actually, there’s been a change of plans.” Her assistant said casually. “You got surprise booked for a daytime show tomorrow, so we’re staying in Seoul for that for the whole day and flying to Japan the next morning. The crew will be already there setting everything up for Saturday.”

“Two days in Seoul?” (Y/N) was surprised.

“Mhm.”

“What’s the show?”

“King of Masked Singer. You’re going to be the surprise opening act. I’ll fill you in on everything tomorrow morning.”

“Perfect.” She said smiling at herself in the mirror as the hairstylist was fixing up her hair.

“Heels or sneakers?” One of the wardrobe girls asked.

“Heels.” (Y/N) answered without hesitation. She wanted to look her best when surrounded with so many new faces at the after party and pairing sneakers with an oversized sweatshirt didn’t seem like the greatest combination for that.

“Ready.” The head stylist stated as one of the staff helped (Y/N) get into her thigh high booties.

From there, accompanied by security, (Y/N) and her assistant walked to the elevator that took them to the parking lot located under the venue.

As (Y/N)’s car pulled up in front of the hotel a swarm of fans and paparazzi started yelling out her name and waving to get her attention. She stopped to get her pictures taken, walked up to a couple of fans to sign their albums or pictures and walked inside to get to the after party. With her assistant following her every step and the three body guards right behind them she took yet another elevator to the hotel bar rented for the occasion. 

“Let’s do this.” (Y/N) whispered to herself as she pushed the bar door open.

When she walked deeper into the crowded room random hands touched her shoulders and unknown voices spoke words of praise directed her way. She smiled and thanked the faceless mass making her way towards the DJ’s stand.

“That’s her.” Hoseok whispered as (Y/N) passed by the group of boys.

“Woah. She’s dressed cool.” Taehyung gasped, eying down her figure.

When she stepped onto the slightly elevated stage the DJ stopped the music and handed her a microphone. A wave of cheers erupted from the gathered guests as everyone noticed the star of the night had arrived.

“Hi.” (Y/N) spoke sweetly into the microphone and let the crowd yell or whistle back at her for a moment. “It’s so nice to see all of you here.” She chuckled. “Eat, drink, have fun. It’s all on me tonight. Just tonight.” She joked and the crowd clapped and yelled in excitement. “I know you all came here after the concert, but it’s not all about my music tonight.” Her tone turned mysterious all of a sudden. “It’s actually a very special day for someone else as well. A very funny guy, an inspiration in the studio, a dance mastermind and a dear friend and coworker of mine.” With every endearment term she listed the cheers got wilder. “Johnny Campbell. Where you at?” She asked looking around the room.

“Here!” Someone called out in the front of the room.

“Johnny, this is for you.” (Y/N) said in a low voice and started singing a very sexy adaptation of the birthday song.

As she finished someone in the crowd whistled and Johnny joined her on stage.

“Happy birthday Johnny.” (Y/N) finished off her wishes and hugged him tightly. “Let’s party, everyone!” She exclaimed into the microphone earning a loud cheer from everyone gathered at the bar.

(Y/N) made her way to the bar, stopping to chat and take a picture with someone every couple of steps. More than twenty minutes had passed from the moment she got off stage to when she finally got to the counter and grabbed herself a glass of expensive champagne. She sipped on the bubbly liquid and chatted to members of her dance crew. Looking around the room she locked eyes with a guy she recognised from somewhere. It took her a minute to realise it was BTS’s Jimin she was looking at. She smiled to herself, remembering that his group was on her manager’s to-talk-to list. Being halfway done with her drink she decided to down it and get another one before walking up to the group of boys.

“Oh my god.” Jimin exclaimed. “(Y/N) just looked here.” 

“Where is she?” Namjoon asked, feeling his panic and excitement blur into one.

“At the bar.” He answered through gritted teeth.

“She’s coming here. She’s coming here.” Jungkook said quickly as (Y/N) made her way towards them.

“Hi, guys. I’m so glad you could make it.” She said in a sweet tone. “I’m (Y/N).”

“We know.” Jungkook blurted out which would normally earn him a shove to the shoulder from the older members, but the sound of (Y/N)’s chuckle at his comment made them relax and join her with nervous laughter. “I’m Jungkook.” He added extending his hand.

“I know.” (Y/N) answered with a smile and went for a hug and kiss on the cheek instead of a simple handshake.

“You know?” He asked in shock.

“Yes, I saw you guys perform at award shows, your music is everywhere. I know BTS.” The members smiled widely as she explained and started greeting the rest of them in the same way one by one. The hugs were quick, but still sincere. “I’m so happy you found time in your busy schedule to come see my show.” 

“We wouldn’t miss it.” Namjoon said, trying to sound cool and collected. He wasn’t going to mention that he practically begged their PD to get them backstage.

“Oh, thank you.” She smiled and Namjoon’s knees almost went weak at the sight.

“Yes, great show.” Jungkook added and the group laughed.

“Oh, it was you.” (Y/N) also laughed realising it was Jungkook who yelled the words of praise her way halfway through the concert.

“Yes, I… Liked your dance with… By Your Side.” Jungkook said slowly making sure he picked the right words. “Great choreography.”

“Thank you.” She answered, bringing her hand to her chest as she accepted his compliment. “It’s nothing compared to your routines though. Those look hard.”

“Ah, yes. Thank you. We work hard. A lot of practice.” They muttered with modesty.

“Honestly!” (Y/N) exclaimed. “I was trying to learn the routine for your song with Halsey with my girls… So hard.”

“Boy With Luv?” Jimin raised his eyebrows.

“Yeah, but the foot choreo was killing me.” She complained jokingly.

“Hyung, ask her which member’s part she learned.” Jungkook asked Namjoon in Korean.

“He wants to know which member’s choreography you learned.” Namjoon explained.

“Yours,” (Y/N) pointed to Jungkook.

“Me?” He asked and she nodded energetically. “Hyung, say I can teach her the choreography.” He added in Korean with a wide smile, still shocked he’s talking to such a huge star. Namjoon and the rest of the boys laughed at the youngest member’s bluntness.

“He’s saying he’ll teach you.” Namjoon hurried with an explanation as (Y/N) looked confused by what they were laughing about. 

“Watch out, ‘cause I’ll take you up on that offer.” She raised her brow at Jungkook cheekily who looked at Namjoon for a translation.

“She says she might take you up on that.” He translated to his friend and he laughed, feeling a blush creep up onto his face.

“I sang your song during soundcheck today.” (Y/N) stated and all the members raised their brows at her.

“Which one?” Jungkook asked.

“Sweet Night. V’s solo.” She said pointing to Taehyung. “It’s such a sweet song and you sound amazing in it.” She said, touching his shoulder.

“Thank you so much.” Taehyung smiled, bowing to her slightly.

Not in many moments Namjoon was glad that his members couldn’t speak English as well as he did, but right now he couldn’t be happier about it. They were all so excited to be talking to (Y/N) they forgot their tongues. The alcoholic beverages that they already consumed didn’t help either. They asked him for translations every other sentence, meaning (Y/N) needed him to translate for her as well, meaning he was talking to her more than any other member, meaning she looked at him more than at any other member. Despite the language barrier the conversation flowed so easily between them. He felt ecstatic.

“(Y/N).” Her assistant called her name and brought her to the side for a moment.” It’s showtime.”

By saying “showtime” she meant that it’s time for (Y/N) to perform a song or two to entertain the guests and keep the party going.

“I’ll be right there.” She answered her and walked back to the group of boys.

“V, could I borrow you for a moment?” She asked with a sweet voice.

Unsure of what she might want from him, but still excited Taehyung followed (Y/N) into the bar.

“You said you love Underneath and know the lyrics by heart.” She said, glancing at him as they walked side by side through the crowded room filled with chatter and music. Taehyung hummed in agreement, feeling his heartbeat grow faster and faster. “You know them well enough to sing it live with me now?”

“What?” He asked, almost tripping over his own feet.

“I’m supposed to perform a couple of songs now. Would you like to perform one with me?” She asked stopping and looked him in the eyes with hope.

“Of course.” Taehyung answered, giving her his signature box smile.

“Great!” She exclaimed and grabbed his hand to lead him backstage. “This way.”

“Where do you think she took him?” Seokjin asked as (Y/N) disappeared with Taehyung in the crowd.

“I have no idea.” Namjoon answered, also curious about the whole ordeal.

“She’s very nice.” Jungkook commented.

“Yeah, nicer than I imagined.” Yoongi added.

“We have to get a picture together.” Hoseok said and the rest of the boys agreed.

“Look, there’s (Y/N).” Jimin pointed towards the stage where the DJ’s booth was located.

“Welcome to the stage, the one and only, (Y/N) and Korea’s very own, V of BTS!” Announced the DJ and all the boys’s jaws dropped to the floor.

“What?!” They screamed in unison.

“Hi.” (Y/N) said in a low voice. “V and I have a very special cover for you tonight. Please enjoy, Underneath.”

The rest of the members sang along to the fast paced pop song as V and (Y/N) performed. The lyrics talked about hidden feelings and the tension that can build up if you don’t give them a way out. Even though (Y/N) and Taehyung never sang together before their voices blended perfectly in the duet. When they finished their performance the crowd applauded loudly. (Y/N) put her arm behind Taehyung and he did the same. Joined in this side hug they bowed to the audience.

After a minute or two Taehyung got back to his friends with the widest smile on his face.

“Can you believe this?” He was still in shock.

“Congratulations. You were so good. Woah.” All the boys chattered at the same time.

“I recorded you.” Seokjin added as he pulled out his phone from his pocket. They gathered around the small screen watching Taehyung and (Y/N)’s performance once again.

“Where is she?” Namjoon asked Taehyung as the video came to an end.

“Last I saw her she was talking to MAMAMOO.”

“Ah, so cool. She’s probably busy. We didn’t even take a picture together.” The group chimed. After a moment of sulking they went back to obsessing over the fact that they met (Y/N) and that one of their own members sang with her.

Surrounded by music, food and alcohol the time seemed to fly by very fast. Accompanied by their staff they left the party around two in the morning without having a chance to talk to (Y/N) one more time.

Mornings after concerts are usually pretty bad for both the audience members and the performing artists, but mornings after concerts combined with after parties, meeting new people and mingling with every music producer possible are even harder.

(Y/N) woke up with a headache and a bitter taste in her mouth. From her bed she walked straight to the bathroom to take a shower. When brushing her teeth she scrolled through her Twitter feed reviewing every other caption or photo on the endless string of posts from last night she was tagged in. She liked a couple of tweets posted by her friends and was about to lock her phone when she noticed a simple caption.

“Great show #정국” (Y/N) pressed on the picture to see it whole. She immediately recognised Jungkook, one of the members of BTS, a band she met last night. He was standing in front of the big monitor backstage with her tour logo on it, making hearts with his fingers and smiling at the camera. She smiled to herself remembering how easily yesterday’s conversation flowed with the group of boys.

“Ah, I wish I had his number.” (Y/N) muttered. “I could take him up on that dance lesson offer.”

(Y/N) rushed to open her hotel room’s door to the room service. The hoteboy brought in the big breakfast she just ordered minutes ago and set it on the table. As she got ready to dig into the scrambled eggs her phone started vibrating. She looked at the called ID and quickly picked up as she saw it was her assistant calling. She gave her a quick rundown of the day’s events and informed her she’s free to rest and relax until three in the afternoon.

“That’s when they’ll pick us up for King of Masked Singer.” She finished explaining.

“I have one more question.” An interesting idea popped into (Y/N)’s head. “Is there a way you could get me the number of BTS’s Jungkook?”

(Y/N)’s phone chimed as she was finishing up her breakfast. She picked it up reading the message she just recieved.

“I got it.” As she read the message from her assistant another one appeared on the screen. This time it was a string of numbers.

“Ah, what should I say?” (Y/N) pasted the number into her contacts and waited a minute before pressing the dial button. The phone beeped a couple of times before going silent. Jungkook didn’t pick up. “Hm. Let’s try again.”

Meanwhile, on the other side of the city, Jungkook was hanging out with his friends in their shared apartment. He was typing something up on his phone when the screen lip up with an unfamiliar number. 

“Hyung, do you know this number?” He showed the ringing screen to Taehyung sitting beside him on the couch.

“No. Pick up.” Jungkook just shook his head at his answer.

“I don’t pick up unknown callers.” He rejected the call and went back to what he was doing. “This person is calling again.”

“Pick up.” More preoccupied with switching through TV channels, Taehyung encouraged him tiredly. Jungkook swiped right to take the call and put it on speaker.

“Hello?” He asked in Korean.

“Ah- Hello.” Jungkook and Taehyung locked eyes in surprise and curiosity as the person on the other side spoke in English. “It’s (Y/N). From yesterday.” Taehyung almost screamed in shock. Jungkook felt all his blood rush to his head.

“Ah, sorry. Hello. Sorry.” He stumbled over his words, trying to explain why he didn’t answer her call at first ring. “I don’t pick up if I don’t know the number.” (Y/N) chuckled on the other end of the line.

“It’s fine.” Her voice was sweet and calm. “Actually, I’m calling, ‘cause I’m still in Seoul-” Taehyung stood up from the couch covering his mouth with his hands, still in deep shock. “-and I was wondering- I was thinking about what you said last night, so…” Jungkook scrunched his eyebrows, trying his hardest to remember what he said that made (Y/N) call him the next morning. “If you have time we could meet and dance together.” Taehyung gasped. “You could teach me the Boy With Luv choreo and-” Jungkook couldn’t control himself and answered her before she could even finish asking the question.

“Yes.” He blurted out. Taehyung jumped back on the couch and pushed his shoulder with a huge smile.

“Really?”

“Yes, yes.” He assured her.

“Should I come to your-” Eager to see her he cut her off again.

“You can come to our studio. I will text you the address.”

“Great. I’m free until three in the afternoon so text me the time as well.” She added.

“Okay.”

“Okay. I’ll see you there.” (Y/N) added after a moment of silence.

“Okay. Bye.”

“Bye.”

“AH!” Jungkook threw his phone, which felt red hot in his hands right now, on the other side of the couch.

“What was that?!” Taehyung yelled, shaking on his shoulders. “How did she get your number?!” 

“I have no idea!” Jungkook felt his body relax as he was no longer on the phone. “Oh my god. I have to text her now!” He reached to dig his phone out from under a stack of pillows and blankets on the couch. “And I have to go see her!”

“You’re doing great.” Jungkook praised (Y/N) with laughter as she jokingly overdid the moves and gestures in the choreography. “Like that.”

“Okay, but in all seriousness how did I do?” She asked, cutting the jokes short. Jungkook raised his thumbs up with a smile and she chuckled again.

“Let’s do it again and record it so we can review. You vs me.” He set his phone up on the floor by the mirrors in the studio space at BigHit.

“Teacher vs student.” Jungkook just hummed in agreement before playing the music.

Tired after practicing Boy With Luv for an hour and freestyling for almost two more (Y/N) and Jungkook sat down on the floor of the dance studio panting. She stood up to get herself some water and immediately regretted it.

“Ah, my legs.” Jungkook smiled at her words. Although (Y/N) danced in her music videos and during live performances her routines were far more relaxed that BTS’s regular dances. Their moves were sharp and strong and her’s more sexy and slow. Chucked her emptied water bottle back into her bag and turned to face Jungkook again. “Are you hungry?” He raised his brows, knowing what will come next if he says he is in fact hungry.

“Yeah.”

“Let’s go eat something.” Her proposition was so blunt and free. He could not refuse her, but the excitement that filled his chest at that moment didn’t overshadow the fact that the rest of his group would be so bummed they didn’t get to eat with (Y/N) as well.

“Ah, can I do this to them?” He whined in Korean. (Y/N) gave him a confused look since she didn’t understand a word he just said. “My members will be jealous.” He explained with a slight smile.

“Oh, I didn’t think about that. Should we invite them?” That Jungkook wasn’t expecting.

“You want that?” He asked to make sure he didn’t just hear something wrong. (Y/N) smiled sincerely at his unsure expression.

“Yeah, why not?” Jungkook quickly got up from the ground and dug his phone up from his pocket.

“I’ll call them. Wait a second.”

“Okay.” (Y/N) answered as he walked out of the studio to call his friends.

Jungkook dialed Namjoon’s number, knowing he was at the apartment right now enjoying his day of rest. The line beeped a couple of times before he finally picked up.

“Hello?” His voice was low and sleepy in contrast with Jungkook’s, which was excited and fast paced.

“Hyung, listen. Get the rest of the guys and put me on speaker. I have something to tell all of you.” 

“What is it?”

“Are they all there?”

“Wait a second.” Some shuffling and name calling was heard on the other side of the line before Namjoon spoke up again. “Okay, go.”

“So I’m with (Y/N) right now. We just got done dancing and all that and… She’s invited us all to lunch.” 

“What? Oh, wow. Really? How cool.” The group erupted in chatter as they heard Jungkook’s news.

“Yeah. Can you come?”

“Of course. Yes. I can’t.” Another bundle of statements was heard.

“Who can’t?” Jungkook asked, saddened.

“Yoongi.” Seokjin said.

“I already have plans with our producers, but you all should go.” Yoongi explained, still encouraging the rest of the boys to go out.

“You sure?” Namjoon asked.

“Yes, go.”

“We’ll take a picture for you.” Hoseok joked.

“What are we going to eat?” Taehyung asked out of the blue.

“I don’t know.” Jungkook answered, not really having thought about that yet.

“Since we know Seoul maybe we should pick the place?” Seokjin proposed thoughtfully.

“Good idea. I’ll tell her that. When will you come here?”

“Thirty minutes? We need to get dressed.” Namjoon said and murmur of agreement was heard.

“Okay, okay. Don’t overdress though, we’re both in sweatpants.” Jungkook added with a chuckle. After exchanging goodbyes he hung up and sighed deeply, letting his shoulders relax a little before going back into the studio.

When he opened the door he saw (Y/N) stretching her legs in a sitting down position. He joined her on the floor before speaking.

As Taehyung pulled into BigHit’s parking lot Jungkook and (Y/N) were already waiting outside. Both dressed in large black puffer jackets going over their knees, they stood beside one another. Jungkook was looking over (Y/N)’s shoulder pointing to something on her phone.

“Now you can add a picture.” He said, swiping his finger on her screen. (Y/N) nodded and pressed on the camera option.

“Take a selfie with me.” She asked, raising her phone up to take a picture of the two of them.

Jungkook smiled shyly and pulled his mask down half way. (Y/N) did the same before snapping a cute picture to set as her contact photo. Jungkook quickly pulled his mask back up to cover his cheeks that started to turn bright red. He glanced over her shoulder as she manipulated the photo to fit both of their faces into the small square.

“And synchronise your contacts, so I will be there.” He added as she finally accepted the placement of the picture.

“Oh, great.”

“Yeah.” (Y/N) pressed on the ‘synch contacts’ button before looking up at Jungkook.

“Thank you.” She said sweetly and pulled her mask back over her nose.

“You’re welcome.”

Taehyung noticed the two of them standing in front of the building exit and slowly pulled up. As he got closer he rolled down his window.

“Hello!” The sudden greeting made them jump up slightly.

“Hi!” (Y/N) called back sweetly.

“Come in!” Shoulder to shoulder they walked towards the car after Taehyung's invitation.

Namjoon was already sitting in the passenger's seat making it so that Jungkook and (Y/N) had to sit together in the backseat.

“How was dance practice?” Namjoon asked them.

“What was it?” (Y/N) tapped Jungkook’s arm. He whispered something to her and she clapped her hands in realisation. “Daebak.” Namjoon and Taehyung laughed at her harsh pronunciation.

“It was good. Great.” Jungkook added after the chuckles died down. “Where are the other guys?” He asked Namjoon in Korean.

“The rest of the guys will meet us at the restaurant.” He explained in English, so (Y/N) could understand. She was still doing something on her phone when he glanced at her from the front seat.

“Jungkook.” Her shy tone echoed in the car. “I synced the contacts, but you’re not here.” She showed him her phone with a concerned expression. “Look.” 

“Maybe I will just add my number like normal and then it will be saved in the contacts.” (Y/N) hummed in agreement, giving him her phone.

“What are you doing?” Taehyung asked in Korean, eying the two in the rearview mirror. Jungkook glanced at him, thanking god that (Y/N) doesn’t speak their language.

“I made (Y/N) a Kakao account.”

“And you’re putting your number in?” Taehyung continued in a teasing tone. Jungkook smiled at (Y/N)’s screen and typed in his ID.

“It’s not like that.”

The boys picked out a traditional korean diner with private rooms and floor level tables. They ordered mountains of meat to fry and tons of side dishes, soups and rice. At first (Y/N) widened her eyes at the amount of food concerned there will be leftovers, but within thirty or forty minutes she realised that those six boys’s stomachs can intake much more food that she can.

The conversation within the group flowed swiftly and comfortably as it did the night before. There even was some talk about possible musical collaborations. No one was looking at the clock, but at two o’clock sharp (Y/N)’s phone buzzed.

“Ah, it’s my assistant.” She announced with deep sorrow in her voice. “Unfortunately I will have to get going soon, guys. I have a TV appearance this evening.”

“TV today?” Seokjin asked in English. He seemed really shocked. When he spoke again he directed his words to Namjoon and spoke in Korean. “She shouldn't have eaten so much noodles and rice. She’ll be bloated and puffy. That’s very bad.”

“He says noodles and rice is bad for TV, ‘cause you might get puffy.” Namjoon explained to (Y/N) who just waved him off and chuckled.

“Ah, I’ll be wearing a big dress and a mask anyway.”

“What show are you on?” Namjoon asked, curiously.

“Something called King of Masked Singer.” The boys started talking over each other in Korean and patting Jungkook on the shoulders. After a moment of that Namjoon translated the jist of it to (Y/N).

“Yeah, so JK also was on that show.” (Y/N), who was sitting opposite to the youngest member of the group, looked up at him with a smile.

“Really?” She asked after swallowing another sip of hot soup. “What did they put you in? What costume?”

“I was…” He wanted to tell her everything in English, but was missing the most crucial word. “Hyung, how do you say fencer?” He asked Namjoon who looked confused for a second before answering him with a shrug. Jungkook reached to his pocket and pulled out his phone. “I’ll show you.” He typed the right words into YouTube and passed (Y/N) his phone. As soon as she looked at the moving screen she nodded in realisation.

“Ah, fencer.”

“Fencer, yes.” Namjoon agreed. (Y/N) skimmed through the video listening to Jungkook’s clear and beautiful vocals in the cover of BIGBANG’s If You.

“Woah, this is good.” She said, looking up at him.

“Thank you.” He accepted the compliment as she passed the phone back to him.

“You know what you will have?” Hoseok asked.

“What I’ll be dressed in? Yeah, I’m singing Beauty and the Beast, so I’ll be a princess.”

“Ah, cute.” Seokjin called out with a chuckle as (Y/N)’s phone buzzed once more.

“Ah, I really have to go.” She sighed deeply as the boys whined at her early leave. “I have to get myself intact before going to the studio.” She said gesturing to her laid back outfit. Since she was meeting Jungkook earlier for dance practice she was wearing a pair of branded sneakers, high waisted sweatpants and a hoodie - an outfit most of the boys in the room thought of as very pretty, but to her it was just workout gear.

“Do you need a ride?” Jungkook asked, all of a sudden realising she drove here with them and might not have a ride back to her hotel, but (Y/N) shook her head.

“No, my security is already parked outside.” The boys nodded at the professional sound of that statement. She was an A list celebrity after all and couldn’t just run around town by herself.

Everyone stood up from the table as (Y/N) slipped on her shoes and jacket.

“It was so nice to see you again.” Namjoon started as (Y/N) turned towards them before going out the door of the private dining room. She smiled sincerely and swung her backpack onto her shoulder.

“I’m so glad we got to hang out.” She looked at them with a shine in her eyes before going in for a hug with each of them. “And that we got to dance.” She added stopping in front of Jungkook. He smiled and chuckled as she hugged him goodbye.

“Yes. Me too.”

The group exchanged a couple more words of goodbye before (Y/N) walked towards the sliding door. As she was about to close it behind herself she slipped her face mask down and smiled at the group once more.

“Hopefully that’s not the last I see of you.” She added and the boys erupted with negating statements and chuckles.

Have you ever written a song?: Just when I’ve had to do it for class. < Same, though I haven’t had to do this since like, grade school so it’s definitely been a while. I wouldn’t be interested in penning a song just on my own.

What was the last drink you had?: Coffee.

Do you ever feel numb?: I’m on autopilot at my job these days. I’ve stopped finding fulfillment from it for the most part and when faced with stressful situations I kind of just go into overdrive in a very dead way until it gets resolved, hahaha.

Which do you think would be scarier to experience, an avalanche or tsunami? :   Both are horrific but tsunamis are realistically more likely to happen where I live so I’ll have to go with that.

Do you currently have a honey jar in your pantry?: We do. It was part of the company’s Christmas gift box last year.

Do you always find a silver lining in bad situations?: Yes, I give it a shot every time. I try to avoid being pessimistic.

Do you prefer being inside or outside?: It depends on the occasion. Like if I’m just relaxing, I like to stay indoors but have a great outside view. But if I’m having dinner or drinks with friends, I always push to get al fresco instead of being cooped up in the indoor area.

When did you last use a lighter or matches?: Few months ago when I lit a candle.

Do you think the ocean needs more exploring?: For sure. So little of it has been discovered.

Do you ever experience panic attacks?: I have, but they haven’t visited in a while.

What do you believe in the most?: That there are other beings in the vast universe. Maybe they aren’t humans like us, maybe they look vastly different, but I believe we aren’t alone.

What was the last movie you watched and enjoyed?: My sister’s thesis film. It’s quite short, only a little short of 20 minutes; but knowing that she made it and put a lot of effort into it made me proud. And the film itself was great, too! Do you use captions when watching TV?: Yeah, for everything I watch it’s ideal to have subtitles even if I can understand the language. It’s easier for me to pick up information/remember scenes if I can read through them.

What was the last app you used?: YouTube. What's your most used app?: Probably Facebook.

What percentage is your phone battery on?: 84% the last time I checked, which was only a few minutes ago. I’m too lazy to confirm if it’s still the same but it most likely is.

Are there any recipes you'd like to try?: I mean I watched a menbosha-making vlog yesterday and ever since then I’ve been thinking about trying to make it on my own. Did you use Vine when it existed?: I never made a Vine but I sure as hell enjoyed the viral ones that came out. I still miss Vine and prefer it a lot more than TikTok, lol.

What decorations do you have in your bedroom?: Some portraits and a few posters are up on my wall. I also have a corkboard with a bunch of BTS knickknacks, and it’s situated right in front of my work station so it can sort of serve as an inspiration for me to keep going haha. Who is a celebrity you'd like to hang out with?: Jimin.

How many amusement parks have you visited?: Around two or three. Not a big fan of them.

Do you prefer chewy or crunchy textures more?:   Crunchy.

What last broke your heart?: I follow a local NGO called Strays Worth Saving and the stories that come out of the page are always so devastating. Last night I shared a call for donation for this dog who was heartlessly stabbed but managed to survive. 

What is happiness in your own words?: Feeling at peace with who and where you are.

Do you still live in the town you grew up in?: Yes. Are there any events coming up you're looking forward to?: We have a holiday this Friday so I’m pretty fucking stoked about the 4-day work week ahead.

What's the most random collection you've had or known someone to have?:   I’ve never personally understood restaurant/hotel tissue collections (unused, of course) but Filipino parents LOVE to start one; hell, even my mom has one lol.

Well heellllooo, Louis! Is your instagram timeline blowing up? Mine sure is! After yesterday’s surprise Vogue announcements we got all sorts of Instagram action: BTS shots of Harry and Gemma, Anne (Twist) liking fan edits of the shoot, Lottie liking Gemma’s picture (not Harry’s though!) and a bunch of Louis’s band members liking Harry’s pictures. Louis, of course, acted like nothing was happening - he did not see it, nope nope, except! Oh yeah! He popped up today and posted an old picture of him onstage in Mexico City last year (taken by Charlie Lightening, who then posted the uncropped version of the same pic) and said, “it’s going to be special when we’re back to it”. And you know what? I really, really think it is: he’s given every indication (including this one!) that he plans for his tour to be a turning point, and there is some hope now that it may happen sooner rather than later. See you there, Louis! As for Vogue, they released a podcast version of Harry's interview but it's not recordings of Harry- it's the writer reading their piece out loud. And popular discussion of the piece brought us ice cold takes such as 'not everyone can risk playing with gender in public so no one should' and also 'other people have done this before Harry so therefore how dare he'. Okay!! As for acknowledging /crediting those people though-- well. This was an interview with a writer who made a real effort to make him look Very Straight even while being forced to relate that what Harry was actually doing was quoting Wilde, singing Abba songs about wanting a man, speaking with a campy affectation and, yes, participating in a groundbreaking (in its reach) gender bending photoshoot; is it really surprising that it doesn't include a section of him naming his queer influences? Harry proceeds as he has done for many many years now, since the bears and before- he says one thing with his words, then talks about queer history through visuals, such as his clothing. So saying that he needs to take certain steps before he's allowed to do certain things... well it's just not the way he communicates? That said, he has been name dropping influences more and more in recent years, and I too hope that list will grow to include some WOC, and the arc of Harry history inclines towards more gayness on main with every passing day, so while he can't and shouldn't be rushed I think it's safe to say we have more explicit acknowledgement to look forward to, though Harry will always be himself and he does not tend to explain himself with words. Anyway uh, also Liam is also making rounds on Insta today - he posted a watercolor wall with a red Vespa, which was lovely and would fit very well in any watercolor landscape exhibit. Maybe we will see his art in one at sometime in the future!

Niall is...sigh. Okay. Niall is in LA, seemingly working on music, appearing on songwriter Ryan Tedder’s instagram story in his LA studio with other writers Jkash and Blake Slatkin. NH3! Is Happening!! Right now!!! And Niall has said all year how much he wanted to be back in LA so that's just great for him I guess. BUT... in the story he and the others are laughing and twerking and definitely not isolating the way you are meant to when you have traveled internationally; even worse, the whole post is a joke ABOUT the fact that they aren't quarantining captioned ‘COVID PROTOCOL'. As someone who is LUCKY to have 'only' been knocked out and miserable with this virus for two weeks (so far) rather than being in the hospital dying or losing a loved one: fuck off. It’s not a funny joke, and it’s not acceptable to behave like children who are daring their parents to get them into trouble. If you must travel, do the right thing and quarantine, and, above all, understand that this is real, and it isn’t something you want to catch. Trust me on this.

A Jikook Guide to RunBTS: 91-101

Sometimes, I think about some of the moments I list here and start to worry that I'm reading too much into things. And I'll be the first to admit that a bunch of them are ambiguous enough that reasonable people can differ in their interpretation. 

The thing about jikook, though, is that there are so many of these eyebrow-raising types of moments that you could throw out half of them and still have enough left over to think "there's something up with those two." Especially in the following episodes...

Ep 91 "Mini Golden Bell Part 1" (Ep: 3 / KM: 1)

The ones where they make the best of sitting on the floor of an empty room and Jin and JK just barely manage to avoid murdering Tae over his less-than-excellent MC skills

03:35 - Everyone is confident that the "oh!" sound that's played is either JK or JM, but aren’t sure which is which. 

8:14 - When JM gets the right answer, JK is the only one to clap.

16:38 - JK is once again the only one to clap when JM gets an answer right.

Ep 92 "Mini Golden Bell Part 2" (Ep: 3 / KM: 2)

15:00 - As he goes to measure JK's arm, JM informs everyone that JK's arms have gotten longer since he's been boxing.

15:54 - When JM keeps moving around while JK is trying to measure his arm, JK tells Suga to hold JM still. 

16:31 - When JM's arm somehow seems to get slightly shorter from his stretching, JK gets excited and calls him "Jimin" (no hyung) a few times and then "Jimin-ssi."

20:03, 20:18 - When JK is singing his karaoke love song, the other guys are all over-emoting or swaying and listening, but JM just stares straight at him (and even looks genuinely emotional?) and the camera just stops showing him at a certain point. See picture above. 

20:46 - When JK starts to criticize Suga's cham cham cham performance, Jimin tells JK to just sit down. And he does.  

BEHIND 5:48 - After RM tries to comfort JM about his short arms by saying his legs are long, JK repeats "yes, your legs are long" and then sings a lyrics with JM's name inserted ("moon, moon, what kind of moon jiminie")

Ep 93 "BTS Marble Part 1" (Ep: 4 / KM: 3)

The ones where I still don’t understand this game but enjoy the episodes involving it anyway

0:42: Not jikook-related, but I can't not point out the adorable moment where RM makes a pun about how Marble sounds like the way Koreans pronounce Marvel and JK says "I love you 3000" to himself. 

10:22 - JM and JK are sitting pretty close all episode, but it's particularly apparent here, where JM's arm is resting on JK's thigh as they read a question together.

10:40 - Reading the question is long done, but JM's arm remains. 

12:21 - JM pats JK's shoulder in comfort after he messes up a question.

16:14 - After the heart-making game is over, JM and JK make hearts towards each other once more.

20:21 - JK taps JM's leg while sweetly reminding him that the pedometer game is difficult. Then they lean in to strategize together. 

21:07 - JM pats JK's back when he ends up winning the pedometer game, then again when it seems like JK was tired out by it. BEHIND 1:15 - JK is sitting next to JHope in this shot. The next time we see them, JM is there instead and stays there the rest of the game.

2:10 - JK pats JM's hand after JM says that the winning team should share with the losing one so no one's feelings are hurt.

2:48 - JM appears to be sitting half in JK's lap as he explains his answer.

4:41 - JM leans into JK as he laughs. 

5:51 - Another angle of the 16:14 moment.

6:25 - JM is half in JK's lap again as they watch the other team eat snacks. When JK says it looks good, JM gets a piece for him and rather intensely watches him eat it.

8:40 - JM and JK continue working on a puzzle after the game is over. When JM solves it, he shakes his whole body and makes cute frustrated noises. JK looks like he finds it adorable (how could you not?). Jimin does it again closer to JK's face and JK looks away shyly. 

Ep 94 "BTS Marble Part 2" (Ep: 4 / KM: 3)

4:20 - JM & JK trace a line with their fingers together in sync and the on-screen text informs us "two hands are moving like one hand."

7:24 - After JM and JK mess up in a game, the reach towards each other and hold each other's shoulders while collapsing in giggles onto the game board. The caption dubs them "dumb and dumber."  

16:28 - JM has his arm around JK's shoulders (while continuing from last ep to be half on his lap).

23:13 - When they're going back and forth about who should do the challenge, JM puts his hand on JK's thigh (the far one, for some reason) to tell him that he (JM) might get a leg cramp if he does it. JK does the challenge. 

24:12 - After JK loses the leg-shaking game by only one point, JM comforts him by massaging his thigh, shin, and calf.

Mentioning this because I know I was wondering why this moment isn't talked about more, since it seems fairly suggestive that JM would assume JK was going to give him a bouquet of flowers he made.

DRV3 ACTOR AU-

alright so i know i'm late as FUCK (Freddie, shut the fuck up) but here i am, with drv3 bloopers!

-The audience knew Kaede's character was going to die because she was spotted wearing pink fake blood in a bts photo, but they still managed to pull off the bamboozle

-Kiibo spends literal HOURS in makeup getting all of the robot parts and silver paint assembled onto him. he's in there so long that he has time to have a damn live stream QnA during it.

(That's the best time to ask him about shipping, though he's the most cryptic about everything he knows in the cast .)

-Tenko is not that different compared to her character, but she IS a bit nicer.

-The robot prosthetics on Kiibo are pretty flimsy, and they have totally fallen off in the middle of a scene (there's a compilation of some part, including his wig, falling off of him made my Kaito and posted on the internet).

-Amami's hair was already dyed green, which was a major factor in him even getting the part in the first place.

-Korekiyo is pretty much inaudible with the mask they have him wear, so they have to have him record his lines and dub it over (he literally sounds like Kenny from South Park with the mask on ooft-).

-Himiko takes the most photos in cast, which is why the audience almost found out about many of the deaths being filmed.

-Kaede's death scene was so awkward to film just because of the fact that she's dragged all over the piano. It took about 3 days to shoot, complete with 4 song changes and concept changes.

(However, since the other actors had to literally stand there and do nothing, there's footage of Shuichi pretending to have a breakdown, Himiko and Tenko playing 'lemonade', Hoshi doing Fortnite dances, Gonta singing along to 'Heathers', and Miu literally sleeping.)

-For Tsumugi's cosplay scenes, they actually DID fly out all of the returning cast members for cameos, and it was the wildest shit EVER

However, the crew hadn't told the V3 cast what was going down, so when the cameo actors came in the cast promptly LOST THEIR SHIT on video

-Amami and Ouma are the ones you ask about shipping, as they usually have the most outlandish headcanons to share and the best memories regarding the cast members ('who wants the video of me and shuichi playing the pockey game in costume?')

-Every male cast member posts a picture of Shuichi with a caption like 'Mine 😘💕' or 'My man 💘💘💕💖😍😘', followed by the others going 'EXCUSE ME THATS MY MAN STEP OFF-'

-Maki is nothing like her character. In fact, there's HEAPS of footage of her doing the dumbest shit (stacking croissants like a house of cards, crying over Shrek curled up in Kaito's jacket, doing her makeup like Pennywise and mugging for the camera, etc.) that her character would never do.

-There's a video of Miu sitting on stairs and drunkenly crying over how Audrey from Little Shop deserved better, in full costume and eating a pack of crackers

-Gonta is actually not as tall as his character, so when he has to stand next to another character or a group, he wears stilts to create the illusion of being WAY taller than everyone

(Why yes, Miu DID post a video of Gonta falling off of his stilts that was meme'd to hell and back, how'd you know?)

-During Miu's death reveal, you can faintly hear, under the layer of creepy music, Ouma's voice going 'no dont die you're so sexy ahaha-'. It was from a blooper take, but they used the wrong reel and ended up putting the blooper take into the episode.

-When she's not needed on set, Angie is 100% napping. Just assume that, if you don't see her on set, she is asleep.

-Teruteru has had all of them on his 'carpool karaoke' show, and it has resulted in Shuichi's theater kid ass belting 'Defying Gravity', Maki and Kaito dueting 'Don't You Want Me' by the Human League, and Hoshi and Teru doing a killer rendition of 'Breaking Free' (yes, from HSM).

-Tsumugi and Gonta were dared to film a scene without their glasses by Angie.

This ended with Gonta knocking over the portraits of the dead kids and one confused Hoshi, and Tsumugi injuring herself by tripping into the trial room and twisting her ankle (she had to do the show with a limp for about a week).

-The cast loves to make fun of Kiibo's eyeliner, to the point where his nicknames are 'emobot 3000' or 'g-note' (yes he does indeed hate them).

Your Secret Relationship Becomes Public ~ Min Yoongi

The three knocks on your front door caused you to jump off the sofa, running to the front door. You couldn’t wait to open it, Yoongi smiling with open arms. “Hey, you,” he chuckled, catching you effortlessly as you leapt into his arms.

He carried you backwards, kicking your front door shut with his heel. “I missed you.” The two of you collapsed on the sofa, Yoongi keeping his arms around you. “How was the Japan tour?”

“Really good,” he replied, untangling himself so you could sit and face each other. “We had a blast.”

“I’m so pleased, it’s nice having you back though.” He nodded agreeing with you, leaning forwards to press a kiss to your cheek.

The two of you had been in a relationship for just over a year, happily, if you disregard that the two of you were together in secret. With Yoongi’s success, and your own, you knew the two of you wouldn’t be accepted as couple by your respective managements, so decided to keep everything a secret.

It wasn’t easy, most of your date nights were at your flat, if you were ever out in public you had your hoods up and sunglasses on, as well as being very careful with your social media activity.

“So, anything happening with you?” Yoongi asked, desperate to know how you were.

You bit your lip, “yes but I can’t say.”

You wanted to scream it from the rooftops, he was the one person you knew would be more excited than anyone else, he was forever supporting you in anything.

“Babe, tell me, I won’t tell anyone, I promise.” His wide smile was killing you, knowing you had news was exciting for him too. Any success you had he was thrilled for you.

“Promise?” He nodded, holding onto your hands tightly, begging you to hurry up and spill. “Alright, well you know the new Idol that Big Hit have signed?”

“Yeah…”

“I’ve been asked to collaborate with him on his debut single.” Yoongi chuckled, pulling you into his chest, pressing kisses all over your face. “I’m really excited.”

Yoongi’s smile was wide, he was proud of you for achieving such an opportunity. He had heard big things about him and knew that the two of you would be fantastic together.

“I’m going to be the first one to buy your single, go to all your concerts, I can’t wait to hear it. How far along are you in the process?”

“Honestly, we’ve got three weeks until the single gets released. We recorded it all whilst you were on tour, but I didn’t want to tell you on the phone, I wanted to tell you to face to face.”

He couldn’t stay angry, even if the song was nearly done and he hadn’t been told, pressing a loving kiss to your lips.

“I’m sorry I’ve been so busy with the boys not to dedicate more time to you recently,” he whispered, bothered by the fact you felt you had to wait forever to speak to him about things. “I’m sure the single will go great.”

“I hope so, we’ve worked really hard on it, and the lyrics mean something to us both, I think this could be career changing, for the better.”

“Well, I for one cannot wait for it all to kick off, I know you are going to smash it, and I am incredibly proud of you.” You leaned forwards, kissing him softly. “Even if I can’t show it publicly, I will be round here every night supporting you.”

“Thank you darling, you’re the best.”

Just a couple of weeks later, your single was released. Unsurprisingly, it shot straight to the top of the charts. The two of you were in interviews every other day, appearing on radio, television, or meet and greets with fans.

Of course, Yoongi was texting you constantly with encouraging messages, stopping by your flat with food most nights and lots of cuddles to help you get to sleep to cope with all your busy days.

Entering the flat after another day of promotion, you collapsed on the sofa, slipping your heels off, taking your hair out of the hairband, letting it flow down your back. You struggled to keep your eyes awake, completely drained of all your energy.

A knock on the door moments later disturbed you, the three knocks giving you a strong hint as to who it was. “It’s unlocked!” You shouted, not quite able to find the strength to stand up.

The door opened, Yoongi walking in, tossing a bag of takeout on the dining table. “Have you seen?” He asked.

No hello, no how was your day? Something wasn’t right.

“Haven’t seen what?”

“Look.” He handed you his phone, his Twitter feed open. You scrolled through a few comments, quickly noticing a common theme. People accusing you of being in a relationship together, photos taken from your tour around the country, suggesting that the two of you were together.

You sighed, standing up so you were face to face with Yoongi. “It’s obviously not true. You don’t actually think that this is true, do you?”

You were met with an unnerving silence. His eyes stared down to the floor. Did he believe it? Of course not. But what hurt the most was that people thought you were single and free to do whatever you wanted, unaware of how much all the rumours hurt Yoongi.

“I just don’t want people to think that you are.” You sighed, running your hands through your hair, running out of things to say. “You’ve got a boyfriend; in case you’ve forgotten.”

“I know that! I love you, you idiot. But of the billions of people in the world, we are the only two people who know that. They are obviously going to try and get photos to circulate rumours if they don’t know I’m in a relationship.”

Yoongi knew you had a point, at this point he wanted to shout your relationship from the rooftops, he was prepared to give up everything for you, he just wanted people to know that you were taken. 

“I don’t know what to say.”

“How about, I’m sorry I’ve been photographed with a handsome, talented singer, with millions of girls falling at his feet. You are the only one for me Yoongi, even though you aren’t able to be successful on your own.”

There it was. The strong scent of jealously. He flew off into a rage before you, he was jealous that he wasn’t the one being photographed with you. “Yoongi, you are the only one for me, you are more handsome, more talented, and way more successful, stop being jealous.” You tried to take his hand, but he pulled it away.

“You don’t understand, people don’t take photos of me because I’m not good enough.”

“Can we not make an argument out of this? Because that is not true, I can think of thousands of Army who would say otherwise. I’m sorry the photos have been published, and the rumours of going around, but in a day or two it will all be forgotten.”

His temper was slowly getting the better of him, he wasn’t hiding his frustrations, he was hurt.

You were fed up, trying to walk away to get some food, but Yoongi yanked you back. There were only a few inches between you, as you brought your hand up to cup his cheek.

“If this whole situation bothers you so much, maybe we need to do something about it? I don’t want to cause any tension between us, I want to make you happy. Please, just don’t be angry with me, this isn’t my fault.”

“I know. It just hurts to see people thinking that you are in love with someone else.” His voice got quieter as he became shyer, this boy adored you, he was the most harmless human in the world.

You pondered for a few moments, you just wanted to make things right. “What do you think we could do?”

“I’ve got an idea.” He walked you over to the dining table, unpacking a few of the food boxes he’d brought over. “I think we just be honest. Tell everyone the truth. BTS is too big for them to do anything, they can’t fire me? And you can still make your music, no one can ever stop you doing that?”

“Are you sure that’s what you want to do?”

“I couldn’t be surer.” He took your hands in his, squeezing them reassuringly. “I want the world to know you are mine, and I am yours. I’m prepared to face all the consequences that came our way, are you?” You nodded. “Then I say we go for it, it’s been over a year, it’s not like we are just a fling anymore.”

You watched him pull his phone out, opening his camera. He leaned across, pressing a kiss to your cheek before taking the photograph.

“Are you sure about this?” You asked, wanting to make sure that he was serious. The last thing you wanted was to make him feel like he had to do this.

“I’m sure, I want people to know I love you, and I want them to create rumours about us, telling everyone how amazing we are together.”

He left the image without a caption, posting it to all his social medias. In the blink of an eye his phone blew up, awaiting the emails from your bosses.

“Whatever happens, we face it together. We are a team, forever, I love you,” he assured you, passionately pressing his lips to your own. “I won’t let this affect you, I will be by your side always.”

“You’re the best, I love you too.”

Stupid BTS (JiKook) Thoughts No One Asked for

**These are all half-cooked theories/observations. I don’t know them, anything about them, their sexuality, their relationship status, anything. Just food for thought**

-that one v-live from ~ages~ ago, like when they were first starting out where little Jimin has black hair and a jersey on, he says ‘Ah, to be surrounded by women’ and I don’t think I’ve ever heard a straight guy say that seriously (but a not straight one trying to overcompensate to fit in...yes)

-In Bon Voyage I’ve noticed a lot of the Jikook moments come from behind the scene cams, so they’re not included in the main narrative so to speak, which is a conscious choice on BigHit’s part 

-The main visible part of JK’s tattoos are ARMY so it’s interesting that they cover that up

-BUT then again he also literally has JM tattooed on his hand soooo

-(also that lands on the ring finger which I know is just how ARMY is spelt but Shhhhh)

-In Bon Voyage 4 Jimin seems to be putting in more effort to spend time with Tae (remember Tae’s v-live where Tae said Jimin wanted to come hang out with him but JK said no) and stuff like that so perhaps they had a friendship talk about how to manage that 

-J-Hope seems to the be JiKook ambassador and I’m all for it

-In Run BTS or Bon Voyage recently (in like the past two years) whenever JiKook does something really loud a lot of the time the next shot Jin is literally wedged between them. Poor Jin lol but also BigHit...I see you

-I personally find it just a bit invasive that on the Run BTS and Bon Voyage they add captions like they know what the guys are thinking. It frames viewers to see them in a certain way which yeah all media does but when the caption sometimes contrasts the words it’s just unsettling ya know?

-It’s interesting that Jimin (guess my bias lol I’m sorry) really wanted to appear muscly and masculine at their start. I mean they all did, that was the trend but the way he talked about it (especially because now he presents in more feminine styles sometimes) it seemed like an over compensation for something (like his height but also a lot of not straight guys try to look really masc. to hide) (not that non straight guys can’t just prefer to appear masc. but especially in teenage/young boys closeted guys tend to over compensate with masc.)

-the fact that in the latest G.C.F (also can we just talk about that there’s the word closet, as in coming out of the closet in JK’s own film company) as it gradually becomes saturated Jimin is the only one wearing a bright color (and it’s VERY bright) (also red which this is really a reach but like red is the romance color)

-(this is from MizGator’s YouTube analysis) all the songs JK has chosen to be in his GFC films use either male or neutral pronouns never ‘she’ which tbh is really hard to find a song sung by a guy and not use ‘she’ pronouns and he’s found multiple

-i cannot stress enough Jk CLIMBED UP A MOUNTAIN AT DAWN TO GET JIMIN A CHUNK OF SNOW. WHAT.

-It seems like the boys have realized how valuable they are to the company so they get to be more in charge of their lives (not having to do challenges they’re really afraid of, driving themselves, etc.)

-Get BTS better security I S2G watching videos of them going through airports is terrifying

-Going off of the pronoun thing; neither Jimin’s or JK’s solo songs have used ‘she’ in them (that I’m aware of, correct me if I’m wrong)

-The group’s appreciation/effort to make/capture rainbows in Bon Voyage season 4 was interesting. Cool

-JK apologized profusely (and appeared to genuinely be very distraught) about having tattoos, tattoos a completely normal thing to have just WHAT. That’s so sad that they think their own bodies are up to the decision of the public. I get their idols but it’s their bodies it’s so sad

-JiKook is just so loud. Like. They’ve literally almost kissed like 5 times. Jimin flew back (a 16 hour flight) to Korea for two hours to see JK on his bday and got him a rainbow cake. When asked about his fav part of their Tokyo trip, JK said it was staying up until 5 am doing...something. Hmhmmm. 

-The guys rough house around with each other all the time. They teased each other all the time. Friends do that. But, especially in the last few years, JiKook are gentiler to each other. LIke for the push game in Run!BTs They literally just stood there. There’s other instances like that too. If I was in a committed relationship (or any really) I wouldn’t want to be physically harmful to my partner, that’s abuse. 

-Also Jimin really only takes teasing from JK. Two examples that come to my mind are in BV Season 4, he literally just lets JK splash him in the face with water staying still, the moment anyone else does it, he turns his back. There’s that other video (I’m so sorry there’s just so many videos) when they’re shooting a promo of some sort, JK keeps playing with JM’s suspenders and he doesn’t do anything. Suga does it once and JM’s expression turns ice cold

-Everyone loses their shit when JK or JM call each other bro but everytime they do it’s clearly in a joking, ‘isn’t this funny because it’s ironic’, kind of way. Bro is the same as dude and if you’ve never jokingly called someone dude or bro regardless of their relation to you you’re lying

-No matter any of their sexualities, they’re publically normalizing guy friends showing verbal and physical affection for each other on a very, very large platform and that’s really cool because fuck toxic masculinity

-Lastly, a lot, a lot of the content Jimin and JK post of each other, if you swapped out someone of the opposite gender it would 100% be perceived as if they were dating
