So I’ve been watching power rangers again and wanted to share a few of my headcannons!

Reds definitely tend to stick together or relatively close to each other

It’s their thing (Wes kinda takes in some of the younger reds)

Pinks have a gc to chat shit and you can bet kim takes the younger pinks under her wings, kat is a mother hen for sure

Pinks are definitely more emotional along with blues even if they take a more logical approach to things

But literally younger rangers will just rant to the older rangers if they need too

Their going through a hell of a lot for teenagers

Yellow’s gc blowing up when the Taylor Earhardt tells them she’s getting hitched

Leaving the yellows to ask around the whole grid to figure out who she’s getting married too

Specifically Alyssa she’s going mad trying to find out who (best friend privileges were used)

No one knows because whoever it is has kept it really tight

So it ends up in a huge wild goose chase whenever a ranger announces their engagement

Speaking of wedding’s some of the rangers will appear randomly to join in the festivities

Some rangers have got very drunk and tried to dj or cause some sort of chaos (wes and jens wedding)

Like Tommy appears often, specially at baby showers when that happens to bless the babies along with some of the others

Blues sometimes have like a club for just nerding out or showing of their cool stuff

Reds have arm wrestling tournaments

Just rangers end up always meeting each other for birthdays or anniversary’s

Sometimes if one ranger knows a lot of rangers it can turn into huge family reunion esque parties going on

That happened for Christmas once, it was chaos really

Just rangers always stick together, their like a huge extended family

I feel like ranger teams specifically would live close or with each other

Like kat and tommy live together

I like to think trini, zack and billy live together as like a trio thing which would be cool

Trini would dote on them like an older sister for sure

Some of the younger rangers come to the older ones for love advice

The younger teaching the elder ones slang and cool stuff they learn

So the dino based rangers definitely bond over their zords

Ninja rangers compare skills all the time

Rangers just always sticking together fr

according to Once and Always, Zack grew up to be a senator. Legally, that grants him the authority to officiate weddings. Is that anything?

Zack becomes the go-to guy for Ranger weddings because there's ALWAYS a monster crashing the festivities. Any Ranger who gets married quickly gets the tip to use Senator Taylor as their officiant. Zack always has time for Rangers.

I have so many ideas for the headcanon asks ugh~

I’ll start with this v for our beloved Billy/Skull???

(Also, are there any couples you are against or can I like throw wild cards at you for the fun of it? 😂)

Billy headcanons: Growing up reading everything under the sun that he could get his hands on, he once stumbled upon a book that told him that sex wasn't just intercourse; wasn't just penetration of a penis into an orifice. It was what one called it, what made someone light up and think back on it years and years later. When he was ten, before he made a terrible mistake and made Eugene feel ashamed of...being...himself... The two of them saw an R rated movie, which was a little ridiculous at that age, but then again they were at the Skullovitch house and nobody gave a rat's ass about what anyone did. It was a French film, something to do with one of the first great women artists; the opening scene involved the main actress undressing in the dark and sketching her own anatomy, followed less than twenty minutes later by multiple incidents of sex in a brothel. They didn't understand it, except on an intellectual level, but when the movie was over and he stayed the night in Eugene's room, they got...well, bored. And curious. Their sleep clothes remained on, but their soft hands traced the edges, legs twining, lips finding purchase and staying on with giggles and tickling, but also something tugging in their bellies they didn't have a name for. This is what Billy always thought about, when he thought of his first time, truly. But then...it felt too private. To share with other people. So when the issue came up in shared company, even with his best friends, he always just shrugged and hummed and changed the subject. And if truly pressed, he told them it was sorta-kinda with Matt, when they were fifteen, when there was a party at his house, and games among horny teenagers, and they got dared into a closet and Billy got...overexcited. Skull headcanons: Eugene knew what sex was in the old fashioned sense much sooner than was remotely deemed proper by most of society. His parents weren't exactly shy or quiet when they thought they were alone and had the house to themselves, and his father had the habit of leaving porn on when he shouldn't have. He had soft, wonderful memories of his first kisses and his first acts of almost with Billy, trying to find footing as puberty approached, but there was a sharp drop just before middle school when Billy cut him off and Eugene was alone before Bulk took him up like a stray. Then something terrible happened, when he was eleven, before Billy strayed. His father was moving drugs for people a lot more powerful than him, stopped over at the house with "business associates" for a drink while waiting for a call; Eugene happened to be there, happened to be dozing in his room with the TV playing some appalling music video on one of those MTV stations. He didn't hear one of those associates come into the room, didn't hear the door open...but he did hear the door click shut, and the sound of a zipper being pulled. There are hospital records on file with the date and injuries and stitches of that event that Skull has to very carefully not think about when asked, "How'd you lose your cherry?" Instead, he thinks about the time Bulk and he got overeager after playing a particularly large prank on Jason Scott and Zack Taylor coming out of the Juice Bar; out of breath and in Bulk's truck and full of energy they didn't know what to do with. Or he thinks about Candice, before the lie came out, before his world turned upside down; her sneaking them into a bathroom stall after one of those indie bands finished and she was excited as a puppy to pull up his shirt and taste him, hands wandering down under his underwear to squeeze at him with a little too much strength as his hands settled on her hips and he did his best to ignore the touch that left bruises as he breathed against her neck. He thinks about Billy and him finding each other again, tired and lonely in Billy's new place; hands pulling him into Billy's bedroom, their tongues deep inside of each other on the bed, panting and moaning and feeling the noise the mattress springs made under their combined weight.

Power Rangers 2017 Headcannons

What if when they got really angry,(or any strong emotion, but it started with anger) their eyes glowed? Like Jason's fighting with his dad or something, and he feels this really strong spike of anger, and suddenly his eyes are just kinda glowing a bright red?

Or someone was insulting someone on the team near Trini and she turns to glare at them, and they just see this kid whos eyes are just fucking glowing yellow?

Or someone on the cheer team find out that Trini or Billy was hanging out with Kim and cornered them about it, just being really rude, and one goes to grab their arm, because they weren't going to just stand around and listen to them, and Kim was around and grabbed the kids wrist and her eyes are bright pink.

What if they got characteristics of theirs zords? Some more than others?

Jason has sharper teeth than before, and eats more meat than he did, has more muscle on his thighs.

Billy is extremely sturdy and hard to knock over and doesn't eat as much meat.

Kim has really good eyesight, and eats fish more than she used to.

Zack eats more vegetables, and his hair grows faster in the winter.

Trini's sense of smell is almost ten times as strong as a normal human, and can kinda smell if someone is sick(cats can do that, I was exited to do this one because cats) she can see in the dark a lot more, but is a bit nearsighted, she can hear if someone is near or walking near, her eyes do the cat thing when its really bright (you know.... the cat thing

That thing) she doesn't blink as often as a human and you can't win a staring contest, and people are often unnerved when she doesn't blink in a long time (mostly teachers) and could stay still for a long time.

In photos they have to concentrate so that their eyes don't do that thing when you take a photo of an animal and their eyes glow because for some reason they do that and its hard to explain to people when they ask but Kim and Jason would just say its a filter and Trini would stare at you until you left, Zack would say something weird and nobody asks Billy about it because someone asked at school and got four death glares so distracting they didn't pay attention to what Billy was saying.

Things the Power Rangers definitely do when they’re drunk:

Trini: Dances on furniture, makes her feel tall but she won’t admit it (just like Becky lmao).

Jason: Goes on long rants or preaches about ranger stuff and eventually starts talking about how much he loves the other rangers.

Billy: Blasts his country music and no one complains.

Kimberly: Does crazy acrobatic cheerleading shit, including flips, to show off and it just gets Trini all flustered.

Zack: Is even more reckless when drunk, he’ll ask Trini to dare him to do crazy stunts and Jason panics like the mom he is because he knows those two are gonna get into some sort of trouble, when they’re drunk especially.

Character Ask: Grace Sterling Ryan Mitchell Coinless Zack Taylor

favorite thing about them: The fact that Grace doesn’t down and take shit, she moves forward, while learning from the past. She means well to the MMPR rangers and is trying to do what’s best, simply doing it in her own way.

least favorite thing about them: There are times where Grace comes off as condescending, but that’s due to the trauma from her first mission with her team and losing them bar Terona. I get where she comes from with Zordon and he views his failures, the loss of Jamie, Daniel, and Nikolai and the weight she carries due to those deaths. He carries the same level of blame and now there’s a team of rangers that are rangers? Yeah no dice there. 

favorite line: Her telling off Drakon like he’s a spoiled little brat that got caught and is grounded. 

brOTP: Grace and Nikolai. I think if the series continued, she and Nikolai would have built up a great BrOTP and Nikolai acting as her second in command as Billy basically does with Jason.

OTP: Grace Sterling/Jamie Gimour, Grace Sterling/Terona Washington, Grace Sterling/Terona Washington/Jamie Gilmour. 

nOTP: Grace Sterling x Any of the MMPR Rangers. 

random headcanon: Grace actually cooks her own meals, and does her own house work. She might have company and all, but she’s still a regular person. 

unpopular opinion: She needs to cool down a bit? I guess? I don’t mind that she ended up recruiting someone to be the Green Ranger, given the circumstances. But honestly, Grace, a teenager? Really?

favorite picture of them: Her turning to her team trying to prompt them to taking Zordon’s offer to head to the moon with the nod. Idk but I think it was a funny pic.

favorite thing about them: Despite Ryan being raised by demons and all, immerses himself straight into the team and is trying to do his best helping them fight off Queen Banshera and her demon army, despite them taking him in and all. 

least favorite thing about them: The fact we never really got to see his knowledge about the demon’s and how being raised by them affected Ryan when transitioning to the human world or the consequences of trying to return to the human world after so many years. 

favorite line: “I don’t know if there’s any good left in me.” Idk but that line hits hard.

brOTP: Ryan and Dana. Brother and Sister dynamic for the win!

OTP: Ryan Mitchell x Carter Grayson. I feel like Ryan can help Carter out of his comfort zone, and help him have fun outside of his introverted nature. Plus I think they’d have a very romantic relationship. 

nOTP: Incest, Ryan x Kelsey.

random headcanon: Ryan is not the greatest with technology, due to his time in the demon world, he does possess a level of magic that does interfere and short-circuit technology from time to time. It’s gotten better over the years, but every now and again he blows up a toaster merely by touching it.

unpopular opinion: WIsh we got more scenes with him struggling in the human world and confusion on how human society works.

favorite thing about them: That even in the World of the Coinless, Zack is still Zack. He’s doing his best to ensure the survival of humanity and trying to protect the people around him. 

least favorite thing about them: That he’s suffered so much and can’t seem to catch a decent break. 

favorite line: Zack snapping at Trini for bringing back Rita, without telling him and calling her out.

random headcanon: Doing weapon maintenance and basic exercises help calm him down, and re-focus on things. It’s the little things that he has control that reminds Coinless Zack that even though there’s a war out there, the smallest things can make the difference.

Jason’s Reason [Power Rangers 2017]

The Rangers decide after everything with Rita is said and done with that it was time to celebrate with a bonfire. This time it’s Jason’s turn to tell the others all his secrets.

~My headcanon revolving Jason and why he pulled that stunt but didn’t seem too broken up about not being able to play Football anymore. Pre-Poly Power Rangers – Jason/Billy/Zach/Kimberly/Trini~

Jason breathed through his nose when his foot landed the wrong way on the steep hill he was climbing up to get to the place where the others were waiting for him. Jason leaned against a nearby rock and massaged his knee as it throbbed a bit.

“There you are Red, you were taking your time so the others sent me to find you.” Zack’s voice rang out causing Jason to look up taken off guard.

“I’m fine Zack, thanks for looking though.” Jason straightened up and took another step only to grunt in pain as his bad knee gave out on him.

“Whoa!” Zack cried in shock, already moving to support Jason against his own side.

“Sorry about that, just landed funny.” Jason tried to brush it off but the look Zack gave him told him that he wasn’t fooling the Black Ranger one bit.

“We’ll ice your knee when we get to the others okay?” Zack’s voice was gentle and he hefted Jason’s upright and together they staggered up to where the others were already drinking beer by the roaring campfire.

“Jason!” Kim leaped to her feet to help Zack aid Jason and settle him his empty chair. Trini dug around in the ice cooler until she found an ice pack and tossed it to the Red Ranger who easily caught it and with a exhale he placed it on his knee.

“Thanks, Trini.” Jason nodded his thanks and she flashed him a small smile while Billy shuffled his chair closer to Jason while wringing his hands.

“I’m fine Billy I swear,” Jason reassured the other teen, fighting back the urge to hold Billy’s hand; unsure how Billy was feeling about psychical contact after everything they had been through lately.

“Fine is not collapsing on the trail.” Zack scoffed but his eyes gleamed with real worry as he sank into his own chair and Kim just pursed her lips but settled back in her own chair that was right next to Trini’s.

“Zack’s right, my knee may have been mostly healed by our ‘superpowers’ when we got our coins but every so often it still hurts and after the battle with Rita and those putties, it’s been hurting more often. I just need to take it easy and I’ll be fine, no reason to worry.” Jason explained and smiled when Billy was the one to reach over and lace their fingers together in comfort.

“Just tell us next time it starts to hurt okay?” Kim said firmly as she leaned against Trini who just finished passing Zack another beer.

“Yeah and I’ll be sure to carry you bridal style,” Trini smirked at Jason who just laughed.

“Seriously though man, don’t scare me like that,” Zack muttered and Jason reached over his free hand and smiled when Zack shuffled his chair over and let Jason rest his arm around his shoulders.

“I will I promise.” Jason made eye contact with each of them.

“Jason never breaks a promise so I know he’s going to tell us when he’s hurting next time. All of us will tell at least one of us, I don’t want anyone hurt anymore. I want everyone safe and sound.” Billy said firmly as he nodded to himself.

“You got it, Billy.” The others murmured their agreement, eyes softening as they gazed at Billy.

“So um, while we waiting for you, I told the others about what I did. The picture, punching Ty, everything.” Kim broke the silence that had settled over the group as the fire crackled and ashes rose up into the sky above them.

“That’s good,” Jason smiled when he saw Trini take Kim’s hand and the Pink Ranger just held on tight.

“Why are you two way over there? Come over here!” Billy exclaimed as an idea popped into his head and he waved his hands until Trini and Kim had dragged their chairs over to join them. Trini having kicked her feet up onto Zack’s lap with a wiggle of her eyebrows while Kim curled up in her chair and smiled when Billy slowly put his hand on her knee and she covered it with her own hand.

“I don’t actually like football,” Jason said out of the blue as he watched the fire spark and flare in front of the group. He knew without looking he had all their attention now. It was only fair that they knew about him now as well.

“For as long as I could remember I had been playing football, I loved it as a kid. It was the only time I had with my dad you know. It was easier back then before Pearl was born and then I had a little sister who I wanted to be there for. I wanted to go to her recitals and important events or just play tag with her in the backyard… Football always came first.” Jason shifted and before he could move to catch the ice pack, Trini snatched it and pressed it to his knee for him and nodded her head at him to keep talking.

“When I got on the team in high school, it was great my dad came to games we would spend hours together just going over plays… Then it hit me one day while looking at his jersey in the school hallway after he told me how he was contacting some scouts for scholarships to college for football… He intended for me to do this for the rest of my life, to go pro… I just couldn’t stomach the idea of it, I also couldn’t stomach the idea of telling my dad after all these years I didn’t want to play anymore… when the other approached me with the idea of stealing beefcake I realized that was the perfect way to get kicked off the team.”

Jason took a steady breath and carried on when Billy squeezed his hand in reassurance.

“It was a cowardly way but I rather have my dad angry at me than disappointed you know? I didn’t intend to get hurt in that crash, but having a busted knee really helped my cause of not playing football anymore… I had a concussion, a busted knee, and some blood loss so I agreed with my dad’s idea of pleading guilty… Then he left me alone and hurt in jail for 3 days and made me walk across town when I finally was let out. That may be one of the reasons I felt angry all the time, why none of my plans ever seemed to work out and why everyone in this town says my name like it was a curse word. So yeah what I said at the last campfire was true, everyone knows me. I’m Jason Scott, the town screw up.” Jason fell silent and chest silently heaving as he realized that was the first time he had said it all aloud and he felt lighter than he would have expected.

“Oh, Jason.” Kim reached forward and gripped the blond’s uninjured leg in a silent reassurance.

“That’s kind of messed up man.” Zach ran his fingers through his own hair as he absorbed what Jason just told them.

“No worse than some of the shit I pulled in my old schools,” Trini shrugged and winked at Jason who relaxed at the Yellow Ranger’s reassurance.

“You aren’t the town screw up Jason, they just don’t know the real you,” Billy said firmly as he nodded his head to himself as he tightened his grip on Jason’s hand.

“I thought I had a messed up relationship with my dad.” Kim shook her head and Jason sent her a small smile understanding what she was trying to convey.

“Doesn’t matter you’re with us now and your stuck with us oh Red Leader,” Zach announced firmly making the others crack smiles and the atmosphere lightened up.

“Wouldn’t be anywhere else,” Jason said firmly. “Now someone pass me a beer and let’s get this celebration started!”

“That’s what I’m talking about.” Trini beamed as she passed Jason a beer bottle.

“A toast!” Billy held up his own unopened beer.

“We faced down Rita and everything she threw at us and we came out the other side. We’re different now but closer and stronger. I wouldn’t go back and change anything since everything that happened means that we are here together now. So to us!” Billy took his time as he managed to get the right words out but none of them pushed him they just kept their attention on Billy with fondness and something else on all their faces.

“To us!” The others raised their bottles as the fire behind them let sparks and ashes rise up into the night sky.

Headcanons for Valentine’s Day with Zack

Zack would think Valentine’s Day is dumb, and that you should treat your partner with that much love everyday of the year.

January hits and Zack starts talking about Valentine’s Day immediately, and how much he doesn’t like it.

February comes along and his rants seem to get worse.

You don’t say anything about it, other than agreeing with him. You know he’s right, and will let him vent about his feelings.

However, this does not stop your plans for getting him things for Valentine’s.

You go all out for him.

Cheesy pick up lines, printed onto handmade cards

You buy his favorite candies and chocolates.

Anything you think would make him happy is stashed away in your room.

The week before Valentine’s Day rolls in and Zack’s attitude changes.

He feels the need to get you something, to show his love for you.

He finds Trini and begs her to help him find something you will like.

“I thought you hated Valentine’s day?” “I did, but I’ve never had a Valentine before!”

He wants to impress you in anyway possible, but is afraid that his lack of money will stop him from being able to.

Trini helps him come up with a few ideas.

A box of chocolates

A small bouquet of flowers

And a picnic at the top of the mines.

As soon as Valentine’s day comes around he is ready, yet so nervous.

He makes plans with you after school and tells you to meet him near the mines.

Once you meet him there, you are greeted by Zack holding out the flowers and chocolate towards you and blanket with basket resting on top.

You give him your goofy cards and candy and he gives you the flowers and chocolate.

You two sit together and watch the sunset and enjoy each other’s company.
