There’s a saying that thoughts create our reality, so if you only focus on the negative, then nothing going to change. You will become depressed and unmotivated. If you’re constantly pointing out and obsessing about the negative parts of your situation, then spirit is urging you to flip those thoughts around to more positive thoughts to describe the things in your life. If your suffering from fear, anxiety, doubt and insecurity then your base/root chakra needs some healing. Root chakra affirmations is a good place to start.
