Hello Muffins  ^____^  💙

These lovely crisp and dense muffins were made using a tweaked version of this recipe - https://www.browneyedbaker.com/blueberry-muffins-recipe/ I used the sour cream I had on hand which amounted to about 1 1/8 cup, whipped my egg and sugar for about 2 minutes, then used 1 cup fresh blueberries and 1/2 cup frozen.  The batter was incredibly thick, almost like chocolate chip cookie dough. I was worried at first, but really- these were fabulous. And I’ve made sure to note the changes I made to the recipe because damn, I don’t want to forget!  I want to try this base recipe with other berries, chocolate chips, and stone fruits. Mmmmmm. *drools*
