The teacher looked over to the new student who was standing at the other side of the door. The student walked in, and Si-eun couldn't believe it. Neither did Su-ho, who was sitting behind him. But maybe they were just really similar. Maybe this new student was his doppelganger.

"Please introduce yourself," the teacher continued.

The student locked eyes with Si-eun, and he suddenly felt nervous and anxious.

"My name is..." the student stuttered. He looked at the teacher who gave him an encouraging look. Then, he continued:

"My name is... Oh Beom-seok."

After Ahn Su-ho woke up, Si-eun introduces him to his new friends at Eunjang. Soon enough, he moves schools to be with Si-eun. However, he slowly notices he feels more for Si-eun than just admiration. Because of that, Geum Seongje is not very happy. Also, an old figure reenters Si-eun's life. How will these three plot points connect?

Help a Family in Need

I am reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Mohamad S., who is facing one of the most challenging times of his life. Mohamad is 37 years old and left his homeland in 2015 in search of a safer and better future. He’s a kind, hardworking man, and his small family has always been his greatest priority.

Living abroad, Mohamad has recently endured unimaginable loss and financial strain. Amidst the ongoing conflict in his homeland, his mother passed away, leaving behind his sister and her five young children—the last remaining members of his immediate family.

As the situation worsened, Mohamad managed to help his sister and her children escape to safety in Egypt, covering their immediate needs and securing a temporary refuge for them. Since then, he has been fully responsible for providing everything they need to survive during this transition.

In his efforts to support his family and cope with this devastating loss, Mohamad has found himself deeply in debt. To make matters even more difficult, he recently underwent knee surgery, which limits his ability to return to work for the foreseeable future. This has made it even harder for him to manage his financial responsibilities and the pressing need to provide his family with a stable future.

Mohamad is now working to bring his sister and her five children to join him in Belgium, where he hopes they can find stability and opportunity after all they’ve endured. This transition, however, requires significant resources that he is currently unable to meet alone.

For privacy reasons, we are not sharing Mohamad’s full name, as he has chosen to keep his identity discreet. While he initially refused the idea of asking for help, I couldn’t stand by and watch him struggle alone. I insisted on doing this for him because he deserves a chance to overcome these challenges.

Your contribution will help Mohamad repay the debt incurred during this difficult time, cover ongoing living expenses for his family, and assist with the costs involved in bringing them safely to Belgium.

Mohamad has been a good friend of mine for years, and I’ve always admired his resilience and generosity. Any support, no matter the size, will make an incredible difference in helping Mohamad and his family rebuild their lives after these painful experiences.

in love with the idea of tom being obsessed with becoming an otherworldly being, someone who isn’t trapped by human standards or limitations. something that is magic personified.

and yet, he is painfully human. his immune system is poor, his hands are sweaty and warm. he blushes easily and his temper is short. his emotions, while hidden through a carefully crafted mask, always shines through the glints in his eyes.

contrasting with harry who only wants to be a normal human being. someone that nobody would bat an eye at when walking past the street. the perfect image of average.

instead, his steps are silent, almost floaty. his eyes have an odd glow and are endless. his hands are deathly cold and his teeth are razor sharp. he is loud and awkward but there is something sinister behind that. something much like a predator.

tomarry that wants to be the other so bad but can never fully achieve it. tomarry that is attracted by this image of their ideal form and goes to the other because of it. tomarry that lives in their own bubble of obsession, possession, and adoration. hatred and love. biting jealousy and intense pity.

sometimes i think about how ginny being controlled by the diary eerily parallels the way children are groomed by adults, especially in this age where kids have unrestricted internet access and are coerced into giving out their personal information to people who exploit them.

tom preyed on ginny's naivety and insecurities, controlled her, isolated her from her friends and family, and made her completely dependent on him. and no one knew because he didn't have to be there in-person to do it.

put all the horcruxes and magic aside and you have a story about an 11-year-old girl who was groomed by an older teenage boy.
