Watching a film that's a "webtoon and watpad production" and I just died.

No. I don't think you understand. EVERYONE and their mother needs to watch 'We Once Were Tide' (2011) It's 18 minutes and it's gay. One of the best short films I have ever seen.

I Beleive Shota Aizawa is a direct refrence to David Lynch's 1977 film Eraserhead

His color pallet is black, white and gray. It was a Black and white movie. 

His quirk uses long gray cloth bandages which look strikingly similar to the 'Outfit' the Eraserhead baby wears.

When his quirk is used, his hair stands straight up, like Henry Spencer's in the film.

Aizawa is put in charge of Class 1A and gets fed up with the kids he's in charge of just like Henry Spencer is fed up with the eraserhead baby.
