Most mornings we do this... I drink a little coffee and write in my journal: ideas, stories, insights, concerns, noticing of habits that are or are not serving me, song lyrics (mine and other people's), dreams, big picture visions, small to-does, reminders to let go of worries and be grateful for what is, and often that gratitude includes "I am grateful for this snuggly little dog on my lap and the way she takes good care of me everyday, whether I want her to or not."
