I wonder if the fairies get their accents based on the region that babies’ laugh they are born from, are based in.

For ex: Rosetta is clearly a southern bell so the baby’s laugh she was born from must be somewhere in the south

I wonder if anybody else had this thought/theory, or if this is already a known fact. But if my theory is already true then I think that’s so cool.

I know from reading some posts on here there were people who felt annoyed about Alistair still making an appearance in the series, and they wanted to see him face actual consequences for what happened in the movie. I want to believe in my mind the reason Alistair Krei never faced any harsh consequences when it came to Abigail was to demonstrate how people who are in positions of power and have connections in high places (for alistair, the government and making deals with sanfransokyo police) will always find loopholes to escape unsatisfactory situations. He very much could have, and should have faced some sort of charges surrounding negligence for knowingly sending her through the portal that was facing issues (and didn’t notify anyone) and leaving her trapped in there with the potential for death. I wanted to see something like this happen, and how he managed to evade them anyway.

This may be unpopular, but I’m fully for the idea of Krei being a complex antagonist on a level akin to Liv Amara. I wanted to see him attempt to repair his image and do things to gain public trust despite his reputation preceding him and be the most charming yet manipulative person behind the scenes of it all, and on the inside I wished that was the direction they took with his character in the series, rather than having him be friendly with the gang. He appeared subtly menacing in the beginning of the movie after being slighted by Hiro for not wanting to sell him his microbots. However I desired *more* of that energy he gave.

Side note: I’m aware in the series he briefly threatened to reveal their secret identities to the public as big hero 6 among some other slight irritations he posed in the series, but what I want to convey is I would’ve loved to seen a sharper edge to his character. No friendliness and warm moments between him and the others, not unless it was going to be used for something more cunning/evil

I now have more big hero 6 content to obsess over!!!! The “Cass” episode was my absolute fav solely because of Aunt Cass herself and the lucky cat cafe. Her being vulnerable and talking about taking care of her family hit me so hard. R.I.P Tadashi

OBVIOUSLY I still miss the original gang so much and wished they could’ve had small appearances like cameos. Seeing Gogo, Honey Lemon, Fred, and Wasabi all come together again with Hiro and Aunt Cass in the last episode would’ve tied the story up so nicely

Lauren Asher, you will always be MOTHER. I swear Love Redesigned is my favorite book of the Dreamland and Lakefront Billionaires series. I am so psyched to read Love Arranged when it comes out this August.

Dahlia and Julian's story just does something to me. Reading about Dahlia's trauma and the deep depression she fell into and how she slowly overcame it all tears me to pieces.

I have an inkling of a feeling that Love Arranged may become my next favorite novel in the Lakefront Billionaires series.

Lilo and stitch is my favorite movie because we were the same kids growing up: loners, eccentric personalities, and nobody wanted to be our friend or they pretended to do so. It’s gotten better now that I’ve gotten a little bit older, but the loneliness persists some days.

The light at the end of the tunnel was seeing lilo making a friend (stitch) even if that friend was equally a bit out there personality wise. It showed me we’re not as alone as we think, and being “forever alone” is a myth. Going to rewatch it again today.

Edit: that live action is a bastardization of the original film and I will never be watching it. It does not exist to me.

After reading the book Circe, I love when I see her in comics. Ex: Absolute Wonder Woman. So Diana being raised by the witch Circe and having such a beautiful relationship with her (I hope it remains that way, I’m only halfway through the first issue) excites me so badly. And the lasso???? Omg.

*spoilers if you haven’t read*

When Diana cut off her arm as an offering and she just….never got it back, that threw me for a massive loop and I wasn’t expecting something like that whatsoever. But it’s so badass that her new human arm has these intricate red tattoos. And her metal arm forged by Hephaestus contains incredible strength but wasn’t enough to beat that monster. So she had to cast a spell to retrieve her other arm with the tattoos because it’s stronger.

Bro when I say this version flipped me upside down? Love

I haven’t dug deep online to see how other people feel about the comics yet though

Fate: the winx saga really tried to one up the OG Winx Club at their own game and FAILED. MISERABLY.

But the ONE THING they ate….was Grey and Aisha in season 2. I will never forget you, my almost lover.

Honest to god im not even touching the new winx club reboot with a 20 foot pole because what is happening???

The tariffs must’ve pulled a mortal kombat finishing move on these new outfits and character designs because the way it all looks like a Temu triple knockoff of a SHEIN knockoff.
