Thank you @lasirenitavarada and everyone who got me to 4000 reblogs!
In English, we say: " Overthinking "
But in poetry, we say: " The storms in my head ruined the garden that my soul holds"

one of the worst feelings in life is feeling unappreciated. feeling like you always do so much for others, care too much, but it isn’t valued or reciprocated. sometimes it’s even worst when you realize that you need to stop caring that much about others

person doesn’t have to only drain u with arguments and fights. They can drain u with lack of communication, lack of trust, lack of empathy, lack of apologizing, lack of acknowledgment and lack of fulfilling your love language. Know the red flags

idk who needs to see this, but seriously, you did the right thing. you didn’t overreact. you just finally got sick of their bullshit, lies, and manipulation. stop feeling guilty. you tried so many times. you gave them so many chances. this is a blessing. it’s time to move on...

The reason you overthink is because you're a people pleaser. You want to send the perfect text because you care about making the other person smile. You want to plan the perfect moment because you care about making the other person happy. You overlove which causes pain & anxiety.

just in case no one tells you today…..you’re worth having around. you’re worth committing to. you’re worth appreciating. you’re worth loving… you're worth reassuring. you're worth risking it all for. you're worth everything...

according to psychology, the biggest problem for overthinkers is when they get too attached to someone their entire mood depends on how other person responds to them. they are so attuned to other people's emotions that they can notice the slightest change in someone's behavior..

sometimes people pretend you’re a bad person so they don’t feel guilty about the things they did to you.

unfortunately, people are not always going to be brave enough to tell you they're no longer vibing with you. sometimes, you just have to read the energies, and leave the table. take some initiative. let go of the guilt of letting go. have the courage to walk alone.

Weekend Reflections: A Much-Needed Pause
My first blog....
As I type this, I can feel Sunday slipping through my fingers. After a packed six-day workweek, weekends are my tiny window of freedom, my chance to recharge before Monday rushes in again. Here’s how my weekend unfolded—simple, unplanned, but exactly what I needed.
On sunday night, I kicked things off by catching up with a friend over coffee. We traded stories about work, shared some laughs, and just let the week melt away. It's funny how therapeutic a cup of coffee can be when you’re in the right company!
Sunday, though, was dedicated to *me-time.* I allowed myself a lazy morning with a slow breakfast, followed by indulging in a book I’ve been trying to finish for ages. It’s incredible how time passes without pressure when you’re genuinely invested in something, whether it’s a novel, a hobby, or just staring out the window, watching the world go by.
I also took a little time to plan my week. Not in a super-detailed way, but just enough to feel prepared. I like to start Monday with some kind of mental map, especially after a refreshing weekend.
Now, as I wrap up, I feel grateful for this downtime, ready to embrace Monday with a fresh outlook. Here’s to more weekends that bring balance, peace, and a little slice of happiness.

no one talks about how hard it is when your mood is constantly switching between "its okay, i don't care. i'm fine" and "i don't know how much more i can take"

when you finally realize that you didn't mean as much to someone as you thought you did and now you just look stupid for caring so much
