My body is so stiff and not that bendy
Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes for your body to be flexible?
Also, does it help with losing weight?

I accidentally cvt myself with scissors this morning at 8:00am, it's not 2:00pm and they haven't faded. the cvts look like sh scars and I'm super worried about somone noticing and telling my parents.
PLEASE HELP ME!
It's not gonna fade that soon but you can go to a clinic or hospital if the wound is deep and use repair cream to make it more unnoticeable and just tell the truth to your parents

I am constantly in this vicious cycle of falling asleep at 6 in the morning and then waking up at 3 or 4 in the afternoon after that I almost do nothing just laying on my bed scrolling through social media I just won’t be able to reach my goals with this routine especially losing weight cause I have no physical activity It's just getting outta hand
