Looking for a good diet plan (PLS HELP !!)
Hey yall
So does anyone have any dieting plan that they think works really well?? I really need to lock in and loose weight before my vaca in 2 weeks but I’m struggling to find something that works.
I’m pretty short so cutting cals is more challenging for me, and lately I’ve been the queen of binging I swear.
Does anybody have any super good diet or food plan that will get a lot of weight off super quick??? I’m willing to do just about anything

Hey hey all
first of all thanks for the likes on my last post lol didn’t think anyone was gonna see it lmao. anyway day 1 of pre-fasting complete. I ate a little bit too much today but I did a bunch of workouts and did like 30 straight minutes of nonstop burpees and ended up being around 111.8 lbs at the end of the day which is less than I expected so YAYY
tomorrow is my first day of fasting and I’m planning on as of now to just drink a low cal protein drink before my workout and not eat anything else. If anyone has any tips on fasting and such please feel free to share lol
anyway I’ll prolly update tmr or at some point because I have nothing else to do <3

hey all
I have found and come to terms with the fact that I will not ever loose weight (and keep it off) doing what I am currently doing and going the way I am as of now. It’s not possible for me to loose weight how I did a few years ago because I’ve become accustomed to eating and undoing any progress before I can actually make a dent on the scale. (Sad)
I have decided that I am going to just completely stop e@ting anything at all until I am low enough where I can at least start wearing tight clothes again- I dunno if I’ll be able to truly do it or not but I’m going to give it my best. I’m starting Tuesday and tomorrow is going to be my little pre-fasting day and I’m only going to eat a smoothie. I’ll probably keep updating on how it’s going and such because I have nothing else to do so stay tuned 💗💗!! (Or don’t, whatev lmao)

guys I messed up and I just binged (super sad now). I saw that I weighed 112 now somehow and I just feel horrible. I was 104 not even a week ago and I literally don’t know what to do. It feels like anything I try to do to make it better either doesn’t work or just gets throw away after a binge. If anyone can relate or has any tips at all PLEEEASE help a girl out here. Love ya 💞💞

MAJOR TW FOR WEIGHT AND SUCH
I’m literally so mad at myself I’ve been trying for so long to loose weight and when I first started (like three years ago) I lost about 16 pounds and was super happy with my body but then I gained it all (and more) back and I jus want my skinny body back plsplspls I keep trying so hard to loose but I always binge and gain anything I lost back rn I’m the biggest I’ve been in months and idk what to do anymore someone pls help me loose weight idec what it takes I just am so tired of this back and forth and I want my life back if anyone knows how to loose weight quickly pls help me
