Society needs to change its attitude as a whole to us living with a mental health disorder. I like to call it a journey because that’s just what it is. Got no members except for me atm as I’ve just this minute created it and really hope you will join me. Yes there’s going to be some sadness but I want to be able to share good times with you also. I want the world to know that we are not so dangerous individuals who should be hiding in the shadows and I refuse to do so anymore!

I started using it last year but then stopped and I’ve just looked at my account now as I’ve kept the app for all this time and I’m up to about £850 odd worth of sweat coin points. I found it clears my head and when I get home I feel really good because it releases feel good endorphins. The Serotonin levels in our brains are all different and those of us that suffer with mental health problems or disorders lack these serotonin levels. I’m not into fitness or anything like that and actually do you have a back injury from years ago and fractured for vertebrae. So you don’t need to do anything strenuous it’s just every day walking. Try it and see what you think doesn’t cost anything so you’ve got nothing to lose but there’s loads of bargains to be had !
