Depression is very real, for those who feel more than others could ever feel or know. And a simple put your head up champ, can cramp your style because after awhile, you and only you can dial into yourself and begin to pull yourself out of it. Stop your own shit from bubbling and overflowing and forever going to the surface, face it, don’t place it on the back burner. Become a learner of your own thoughts and feelings and find the meaning in your life to overcome your strife. This is very real, to deal with ones emotions, to cross oceans, just to find peace at the very least. Please know that you are not alone, family and friends are only a text and or phone call away. Love yourself and give this gift of life, time to shine, so bright upon your being, till all you are seeing becomes believing. This is hopefully a friendly reminder, that you are finer, you are worthy and you are loved, more than you could ever know!

Throughout the ages, many wise people have said this same thing in differing ways, that you need to accept your experiences, both the good and bad, and move forward. The truth is you don’t need to choose to accept anything because you don’t have a choice. You are moving forward one way or another. This life is like a roller-coaster; once you are strapped-in and the ride has started, you aren’t getting off. Now you can wail and thrash about in a panic, which is no fun at all, or you can just put your hands in the air and give-in to what will surely be a ride of surprising turns, twists, climbs and falls. Just remember how lucky you are to have a ticket and try to enjoy the ride.

A Reminder to Self!

Let those feeling go, let them flow. Let them be, be afraid show emotion. Kick and scream, burst at the seam. Let em know how you feel, be real, only then may you heal. All the rage, let the rat out of its cage. Reach on out, scream and shout, let it all spill on out, let go of the fear and the doubt. Step on out into your life, take a chance, learn to dance and make romance. Love yourself deeply and truly. Let the ocean of emotions that dwell and reside inside of you, well up, swell up and spill and pour on out of you. Releasing salt water tears, cleansing and releasing of all worries and fears. Let them run down your face, feel the taste in your mouth. Remember we are here to learn and grow. To show up, be apart of this daily blessing we call life. Impressing upon our souls, look at your life through a lens of gratitude, understanding and wisdom comes with time. Knowledge grows with a little bit of love, water and sunlight. So bright as bright as your being. Golden white light, feel your power and might. Outta sight and mind. Freeing of earthly shackles that bind us and blind us. Come on and find yourself again. Let this light become your life and guide your way, may you never go astray. But if you do, remember to, go easy on yourself because at least you're trying. No sense in lying to yourself. Let intuition be the premonition of what steps, to take next. Like a child, follow your heart and just go wild. Mild and calm, let these states embalm your mind. Keeping your thoughts clean, clear, fresh, new and true. So how do you do? How do you feel? Find out what matters and what's real to you. Whatever shatters the mold of ego. Like a snake shedding its skin. Let's begin again. Fresh out the cocoon, spread those colorful wings and fly free. Embracing and seeing, being and believing, all along the one you were destined to be. You are not alone, we are all one, and together we shine as bright as the sun! ~i.m.s.

New Beginnings!

Shed my skin, new horizon, begin again. Poke a hole through my ego, open it up and expose the light of my soul. At first just a crack, then a thunderous attack, lighting crashes. Smashes my ego right in two. Standing naked, reborn, new form. Left foot forward and then right. Each and every step brings delight. Progressing down the ever winding pathway. Able to rock and sway in whatever way I choose. Nothing to loose and all to gain. I can’t explain it, it’s an intuition, a feeling. Allowing healing to come through me, move me, groove me, soothe my soul. On rollercoaster ride, swimming with the tide, love is the law unto which I must abide.

Now Time!

Now, right now in this present moment. This is the year, this is the time, this is the place. Embracing me embracing my destiny. Time to open up not just be someone, somebody, anyone or anybody. Opening up to express and see all of me, who I am, why I began, why I came into being. Seeing things fresh and new as if for the first time. Following the rhythm and the rhyme. Even in writing this very line. Oh so fine and oh so freeing just being here now. Unlimited potential, exponentially growing and expanding my consciousness. Shedding brightness, lightness upon into and onto the darkness. Lighting up both hemispheres. In the chambers of my heart a divine spark, a fire begins to start and awaken my center, my core, a storehouse of emotion, drink down the potion, the elixir, fixer of a ravaged and weary soul. Making me feel whole and wholly again. Allowing me to begin again. Now, right now in this present moment. ~i.m.s.

Pure Bliss Unbounded Happiness

Pure bliss, unbounded happiness! A hope a dream a wish, for all beings. May they know, may they show. The seeings of what is and what’s to come. Future bright, brighter than our star the sun. Let go with the flow and just have fun, we are one. We are living in paradise, we already have all the things we could ever need or want, feeling oh so nice. A splice of the fist seed the egg of life. The movement across the waters, spirit moves, spirt grooves in its own creation. No need for explanation, just an open invitation, exclamation, exploration of the itself, self, life it self. Pure bliss, unbounded happiness. We all know it, we all show it.
