This hot and sour soup is ready in only 15 minutes. - Ingredients ✅Tofu (30g) ✅Dried black fungus (20g) ✅Egg (50g) ✅Carrot (40g) ✅Oil (6g) ✅Vinegar (8g) ✅While pepper (1g) ✅Salt (2g) ✅Ginger (3g) ✅Spring onion (3g) ✅Coriander (3g) Directions 1. Soak black fungus in hot water until rehydrated. Cut it into slices. 2. Cut carrot into slices and tofu into stripes. Whisk egg in a bowl. Chop spring onion into bits. 3. Heat oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add ginger and carrots. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Then pour a big bowl of water into the pot. 4. Add fungus and tofu. After they are fully cooked, add vinegar, salt and white pepper. 5. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the pot and scatter it with chopsticks.
