My Aries Sun 10H and my Pluto in Sagittarius 5H

This is SO relevant right now for my current energy shift. I am transcending from my past behaviors and putting a stop to the loop of trauma.

Wild because this morning I had a disagreement with my partner and instead of resorting to my same coping mechanism of avoidance (stonewalling + withdrawal) I took a few deep breaths and calmly explained my position/feelings. As a Scorpio moon 4H it’s HARD for me to express my emotions.

Healing deep wounds and I’m actively learning to communicate my needs fears wants and desires to my partner. I have fear of my voice—in the past I would speak up and I would get shamed blamed criticized harshly etc. I learned to “shut down” to avoid conflicts.

Releasing this pattern that holds me back from my fullest potential of self ⭐️

Excruciating and exhausting ripping yourself from a constant flow state of a trauma pattern 🔄

Confusing because sometimes everything feels “OK”—next thing you know, you find yourself triggered in the same reaction pattern loop. (Aggressive behavior, argumentative, withdrawal, stonewalling, people pleasing, avoidant/anxious pull, imbalance of energies)

Shedding light on your wounds helps them heal magically. Seeing them in a different perspective; a place of loving eyes and a diamond heart.

Stagnant power kept me trapped inside my own head. Seeking external validation was my first mistake. Snowballing into bigger problems, as I felt such low self worth I would measure my value by other people’s expectations, feeling worthless if I upset them or did something “wrong”.

Realizing and understanding the importance of perception and detachment , brought me to new heights of confidence. Learning to NOT take everything so personal as well as nothing belongs to me, I am simply experiencing it 🙏🏻

This is my first time living this life so I am giving my self grace, compassion, acceptance, love and respect for my own choices to grow snd manifest the life I’ve always desired
