Saw a dystopian novel that was popular because “it was illegal for opposite genders to mix” and I was like?? Isn’t that just gay relationships reversed so that straight people are the ones “discriminated”?? Especially the fact that there are countries and places LGBT people native there aren’t allowed to be queer?? Like bffr 😀

Start my new job today! Wish me luck :)

Oop—my bad turns out it was 450 words I had to write! Luckily that’s all done. I started working on chapter 25 today and so far it’s 1,087 words long :)

Some man had the audacity to say cis queer men are more discriminated than cis queer women in one of my TikTok’s and then had even further audacity to compare it to how trans women are more discriminated than trans men?? I agree with the second statement but the first was an INSANE claim to make! 😀

Jean and Loretta from my book in progress were heavily inspired by Vi and Caitlyn from Arcane. And also a little bit of Stone Butch Blues. There isn’t that much butch/femme rep in media so I just did research where I could. Jean calls Loretta “sunshine” like how Vi calls Caitlyn “cupcake.”

I ended up fixing what I wrote yesterday so the story is still around at 52k words (will update the word count in pinned post later). I had to rewrite the 1k words I wrote yesterday because it would have cut out one of the subplots if I didn’t correct it.
