snobby slytherin princess - sirius black
Tumblr media
summary: there's something about a snobby slytherin princess that sirius black cannot resist. so when you get into an argument with rabastan lestrange and let it slip that sirius black would have a better chance at marrying you, the boy springs into action. wc: 0.8k cw: public argument, pureblood stuff
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Behind the perfect poise and manners all of the sacred 28 had been taught lay a beast of impatience and sass, every pureblood child being pushed to their limits. The marauders hadn’t been expecting to watch a showdown between two pureblooded slytherins on their way to the great hall for lunch, the silence between them a tell-tale of how double potions had gone. But their boredom had been noticed by some higher power, and by some miracle, they ended up two mere meters from you as you strode away from the great hall, a very obviously panicked Lestrange following behind you.
He was calling after you, breaking into a run to catch up with your pace as he pleaded “Don't be so stubborn! Can we please just talk!?” All air was sucked out of the hallway as you came to an abrupt halt, right next to the three boys and Lily, spinning around to face Rabastan.
“You want to talk? Okay, talk!”
Rabastan spluttered, at a loss for words. You scoffed, “Or do you just want me to talk so you can figure out what you did wrong and apologise for it?” Sirius made an impressed sound, but Rabastan was so busy trying to climb out of the grave he dug himself that he didn’t even notice. But it was hopeless; he had crossed the line and had veered into the dangerous terrain of your honest opinions.
“Rabastan, I am not marrying you. Go cry to daddy about it. He’ll have another wife lined up for you by tomorrow night.”
If the marauders weren’t already frozen with shock, they would be now. They had matching expressions on their faces, jaws slack, eyes wide. Sirius, as much as he loved listening to pureblood drama, had no idea about your engagement. Or, your arrangement, should he say.
“But I don’t want another wife, I want you.” It was a desperate attempt, but Rabastan trusted his acting skills. Rabastan’s father would kill him if he knew his son’s behaviour drove the perfect suitor away. Luckily for you, you saw right through him.
You doubled over, a loud laugh escape you, eyes still filled with rage. “No, you don’t! Oh my god! I’d have chosen your brother if I knew how disgusting you were!” Rabastan stumbled back from the force of your words, as though you had struck him. His brother? He didn’t know you or your parents had been given options. He thought his parents had decided to guide you towards the better Lestrange brother — him. He didn’t know that his parents wanted you to marry either one of them.
Shit, he really messed up.
Rabastan stepped closer to you, eyes pleading. He didn’t care how much more he humiliated himself in front of his rivals, he just had to avoid humiliating himself in front of his father. “Just give me one chance, just one.” Your eyes followed the movement of his hand, reaching out to hold yours. Laughing uncomfortably, you reached down with your free hand to remove Rabastan’s hold from you.
“You already had one chance. What, did you think this engagement was actually secured?”
Tilting your head to the side, you held Rabastan’s eye contact, as though challenging him to say another word to you. When he said nothing, you nodded, adding as the final straw “Even Black stands a better chance at this point.”
Rabastan laughed coldly, his innocent front now forgotten as he said “Yeah, Regulus two years younger stands a better chance. Sure.” You smiled sweetly at Rabastan, shaking your head. “No, Rab. Not Regulus.”
You heard Rabastan’s breath hitch in an embarrassing gasp as you spun around on your heels and continued down the hall — but not without catching Sirius Black’s eye first. He was fixing his posture, rolling his shoulders back and clearing his throat. He felt his cheeks go hot at your comment, head turning to follow your disappearing figure.
“Shit, there’s just something I love about a snobby slytherin princess.” His friends’ heads shot towards him, Lily’s face shocked whereas Remus and James both held amused smirks. But just as he stepped aside to follow you down the hallway, two more women made their presences known.
Rabastan turned to face Narcissa and Pandora, throwing his head back as he said “I messed up so bad.” The two women didn’t spare him another glance as they strutted past him. “Yes, you did Lestrange.” Narcissa called out, quickly followed by Pandora’s comment of “And daddy won’t get you a new wife with that attitude!”
“Cissy, you think I can bag her?” Yelled Sirius to his cousin, who very briefly turned her attention to him, shrugging her shoulders. “You know she does quite like a rebel.”
And then, “Not a disrespectful scumbag, Rabastan.”

The Real Victory
You’re horny. Like, dangerously horny.
Alexia is on the pitch, locked into the Champions League match against Manchester City. She lost the last game, and you know how badly she wants this one. You should be focused too. Supportive. Cheering.
But you're six months pregnant and your entire body is buzzing.
And all you can think about is her.
Not the game. Not the score.
Just her
The way her thighs flex when she sprints, thick and powerful. The way her brow furrows when she’s concentrating, that sharp little frown. The way her hands settle on her hips when something doesn’t go her way, fuck. That posture alone sends a direct electric shock to your clit, like a livewire.
It’s unbearable.
You can’t hear the crowd. You barely notice the plays. It’s just her, her, her.
“Oh, that ref is shit. He should’ve called that a foul,” Alba mutters beside you, snapping you out of your haze.
“What?” you blink.
“The ref,” she says, nodding at the pitch.
“Oh. Right. Yeah,” you say, pretending to care. She’s already turned back to the game.
But you? You’re dying.
This feeling is consuming you, melting you from the inside out. You feel like you’re going to burst. Your hands are clenched in your lap, trying to behave, but your legs keep pressing together. You're sweating under your dress, soaked through your underwear, every shift in your seat making you want to whimper.
You can't take it anymore.
You grab your phone and open Alexia’s contact, fingers trembling as you type:
— if after 30 minutes of the game you don’t fuck me and give me at least 2 orgasms i will expose you to the internet. i’m not joking. i’m feral.
You hit send.
She won’t read it now, obviously. But when she gets back to the locker room, when she finally checks her phone, you want her to know what she did to you.
You type again:
— i’m a mess. i’m so wet it’s probably running through my dress and dripping onto the fucking seats. this is 100% your fault.
You stare at the screen, your heart pounding harder than the crowd’s chants.
Final whistle.
Barça wins.
The stadium erupts. People are screaming, waving flags. Fireworks. Hugs. Applause.
You don't care.
Finale. They’re going to the goddamn finale.
And all you want is her.
All you want is home
All you want is to be touched.
You turn to Alba. “Let’s go.”
She glances at you, a little surprised. “Already?”
“Help me up.”
She does, and you wobble a bit, pregnant belly leading the way. You make your way to the VIP lounge and ask for a bottle of water. Your heart is racing like you played 90 minutes.
“You having dinner with us?” you ask Alba casually, your brain screaming please say no please say no please say no—
“I don’t think so, actually. I promised Julia I’d have dinner with her tonight. Been a while.”
YES.
“Oh, okay,” you say, masking the desperate joy clawing at your throat. “I just thought—”
“I’m sorry!” she smiles. “We can have dinner later this week.”
You nod, but your mind is elsewhere. All you can think is: Where the fuck is Alexia?
Why is she not here yet? Is she still giving interviews? Talking to people? Laughing with teammates while you’re over here throbbing?
Then, finally, she walks through the doors.
Oh.
Oh fuck.
Your entire body clenches. She looks so fucking good. Post-game glow, loose ponytail, jersey stuck to her skin, thighs still tense from running. She’s flushed. Confident. Unreal.
You bite your lip. Hard. Press your thighs together again.
You love her. You hate her. You want to murder her and climb her at the same time.
“Oi, bebé,” she murmurs, kissing your cheek, arms wrapping around you.
You give her a dry peck back, but your eyes are blazing. She hugs Alba next.
“Hey, you coming to dinner?”
“Oh, can’t. Was just waiting for you to show up. I’ve got plans.”
“Okay,” Alexia nods. Alba leaves.
“Dinner out or do you want to order in?” she asks, turning to you with that too-casual tone.
“Order,” you narrow your eyes. She was really about to take you to a restaurant like she didn’t just read those texts? Is she insane?
Then again, she is insane. She's mean. She's hot. She’s yours. So so yours.
“Okay, let’s go,” she says, grabbing your purse and holding out her hand.
You walk with her, past a few teammates. She says her goodbyes. Opens the car door for you. Puts her gear in the trunk. Starts the engine.
She’s humming along to the song on the radio. Calm. Collected.
You look at her. Really look.
What kind of monster leaves their pregnant, needy, drenched wife like this?
The way her fingers grip the wheel. The muscles in her forearms. The little furrow of concentration on her brow.
It’s criminal.
“What?” she says suddenly, catching your stare.
“You’re so mean,” you mutter, crossing your arms.
“What? How am I mean?”
“You read the messages. And you chose to ignore me. You ignored your pregnant, unholy, unsatisfied wife”
“I didn’t ignore you,” she smirks. “I just wanted to see when you’d break.”
“When I’d— WHAT KIND OF MONSTER SAYS THAT? I hate you!” you yell, dramatic and breathless.
“No, you don’t.”
“Yes I do! I hate you so much!”
She looks at you sideways, eyes dark and smug, and then slowly lets one hand slide off the wheel, straight to your thigh.
You gasp.
Her fingers press into your skin, spreading a little warmth, a little promise.
“You don’t hate me,” she says, low and certain.
And god help you, she’s right.
Her hand stays there hot, firm, steady on your thigh. Not moving. Just existing. Like a warning. Like a fucking claim.
And you're trembling.
“You don't hate me,” she says again, softer this time, almost teasing, like she already knows you're seconds from falling apart. “You’re just mad I made you wait.”
You twist toward her in your seat, glaring. “I wasn’t mad. I was dying. There’s a difference. You left me like that for ninety minutes. In public.”
“In a stadium,” she corrects, her thumb now rubbing slow, maddening circles over your skin. “While my team fought for the Champions League.”
“I fought for my life. ”
She laughs, actually laughs, and you nearly claw at her. “You think this is funny?”
“I think it’s adorable.”
“Adorable?” you nearly shriek. “I threatened you. I explicitly said two orgasms and you acted like I said two cappuccinos,”
“I saw that,” she says, grinning wider. “And the one after. The part about your dress. And the seats.”
Your mouth goes dry.
“And?” you snap, voice shaky.
She hums, dragging the tip of her fingernail up and down your thigh now. You shiver. “And I guess we’ll see if you were exaggerating.”
“I wasn’t.”
“I hope not.”
You make a noise that’s somewhere between a groan and a growl. Your hands are fisted in your lap again, trying not to beg her in traffic.
The city blurs outside the window, but all you see is her profile, focused, gorgeous, unfazed. Your whole body is throbbing and she’s just…driving. Calmly. Like you’re not about to crawl into her lap.
You glance down at her hand on your leg. Her thumb is drifting closer to the inside of your thigh now. Dangerous territory. Too close. You spread your legs slightly without thinking.
She doesn’t say anything. Just flicks her eyes toward you with a slow smirk.
You clench your fists tighter.
“You’re a menace,” you mutter.
“You married me.”
“I was tricked.”
She chuckles again, completely in control, and your pulse is in your ears. She's wearing that smug, satisfied post-match look, jersey still sticking to her skin, and all you can think about is how much you need her on you, in you, now now now.
“Alexia,” you whisper, desperate.
She exhales through her nose, leans forward to turn down the music, then returns her hand to your thighs, this time higher, much higher.
“Shhh, bebé. Almost home.”
Your hips twitch toward her.
“No, not shhh. I’m going to die,” you say breathlessly. “You’re going to have to explain to the paramedics that you edged your pregnant wife into a cardiac event.”
She grins. “I’ll just say it was hormones.”
You whimper. Actually whimper.
“You’re evil.”
“You’re so dramatic,” she says, but her voice is lower now, quieter, slipping into that tone you know means trouble.
Then she turns onto your street.
Your breathing stutters.
You’re seconds away from sobbing, from tearing the fabric of your dress apart, from climbing her while the engine’s still on. She parks the car and the moment it clicks into place, you undo your seatbelt and twist to her.
She hasn’t even opened her door yet.
You lean toward her, breath warm, hands shaking.
“I swear to God,” you whisper, “if you make me wait one more second,”
But she’s already moving. Turning to you. Hand slipping behind your neck and pulling you in for a deep, hot kiss. It hits you like fireneedy, claiming, hungry. Her tongue sweeps over yours and her fingers dig into your skin and just like that, you’re gone.
Your moan gets swallowed in her mouth.
She reaches down, pulls the lever, and shoves the driver’s seat all the way back.
Your breath catches.
“Come here,” she says, low.
“What?”
“You heard me. Come here.”
You scramble over the center console, breathless, messy, belly in the way, everything awkward and unhinged. But she helps you, strong arms around you, guiding you to straddle her lap. Her hands slide under your thighs, lifting you so you’re not too heavy, easing you down until you're sitting right against her.
The moment you're seated, your soaked center pressed against the firm muscle of her thigh, your arms around her neck, she kisses you.
Hard.
Messy.
Open-mouthed and fucking relentless.
You moan into her, rocking instinctively, already rolling your hips against her. Her hands slip up under your dress, grabbing the back of your thighs, your ass, your hips, tugging you closer until you're gasping into her mouth.
“Ale, fuck, I’m gonna explode”
She pulls back just enough to look at you, lips wet, eyes glassy.
Her hand slides between your legs. Straight under your underwear.
And when she feels how wet you are?
Her jaw clenches.
“You’re soaked.”
“I told you,” you gasp.
“Sit up,” she orders, and you barely register what she’s doing before she slides her fingers inside: slow, deep, no warning.
Your whole body jerks.
“FUCK”
Her other hand grips your hip, grounding you, holding you in place.
“You gonna ride me like you threatened to?” she breathes into your neck. “Or do I have to make you beg for it?”
You’re already moving. Hips grinding down, your belly tight against her chest, your thighs trembling with the effort.
“God, yes, yes, please, Alexia”
“You’re so desperate,” she whispers. “So messy. You wanted to come in my car so bad? Do it.”
Her fingers are already soaked, dripping, knuckles buried in your cunt as you grind against her like you’ve forgotten how to breathe. She’s letting you do the work, just watching, controlling the rhythm with the slow flex of her hand.
“You’re so fucking perfect like this,” she mutters, voice low, forehead pressed to yours. “Dripping all over me. Can you feel how wet you are?“
Your jaw drops. You moan, raw, desperate and she doesn't give you space to recover.
Her fingers curl inside you, deep and mean, rubbing against that swollen, electric spot that sends sparks flying up your spine. Her palm drags hard over your clit. Again and again and again.
You fall apart.
Your back arches, your belly tight and shaking, and then your cunt clenches down so hard on her fingers it hurts. You don’t just moan, you wail, the sound tearing from your throat like a sob. Your head tips back, body locking, thighs trembling uncontrollably.
She’s right there, whispering filth into your skin.
“That's it. Give it to me, bebé. Let me feel it. Let me feel all of it.”
You try to breathe, but your lungs won’t work. Your whole body is twitching, seized by the orgasm, soaking her wrist, her palm, the fucking seat. You’re gushing, crying, shaking in her lap like your body’s been possessed.
She holds you there through it gripping your ass with one hand, still inside you with the other, riding it out until you're limp and clinging to her.
When you finally collapse forward, she’s panting against your ear, voice rough with praise.
“Good girl,” she whispers. “You came so hard for me. Fuck.”
Your whole body buzzes. You’re not sure if you’re still crying or just breathless, but her jersey is wet with sweat, and your thighs are shaking.
“That’s one,” she says, slowly pulling her fingers out, wet, slick, obscene. She lifts them to her mouth and licks them clean while you just stare, wrecked and speechless.
Then, with a grin that’s all teeth:
“You still owe me another.”
“And I haven’t even ripped your fucking dress yet.”

══════════════════════════
It was a typical Thursday night—  your desk lamp casted a soft glow over your notes as you flipped through flashcards for your biology test. You were focused, head down as you muttered terms under your breath, determined to cram as much into your brain as humanly possible before crashing, then came the voice.
"Oh, Y/n!!!"
Your door flew open with no hesitation. You didn't even have time to respond before Jaemin strolled in like he owned the place, grinning from ear to ear.
"What the fuck." You muttered under your breath, barely looking up as he waltzed in and flopped himself onto your bed.
"Jaemin, what are you doing here— how did you even get in?" You asked, spinning in your chair with a look of disapproval stretched across your face.
He shrugged nonchalantly. "Your hot roommate let me in."
You raised a brow. "The one who has a crush on you?"
"The one I may fuck." He said with a grin as he stretched out, hands behind his head, settling in like he had no plans of leaving anytime soon.
"Ok, yuck. Didn't you literally fuck the other one?" You said flatly, turning back to your desk, scooping up your stack of color coded flashcards with a sigh. "Seriously though, what are you doing here? I told you I'm locking in tonight."
"You lock in every night." He said, dragging out a dramatic sigh.
"And that's why our intelligence levels are not in the same bracket." You joked, a small smirk appearing on your lips, even though your eyes stayed focused on the pile in front of you.
"So you don't love me, I guess?" He asked, his voice tilting into that overly dramatic tone you knew too well.
"Exactly." You said, spinning around to face him again.
"Wow... so cold. After ten years of friendship, this is how I'm treated? Unrequited love, what a tragedy." He said, clutching his chest, face twisted in fake agony.
"I love you, Jaemin. I've loved you since we were nine. You're my best friend ever. There, happy now?" You said deadpan, raising an eyebrow.
He froze for a second, then grinned slowly. "Wow... so you really love me? Like, really love me? You'd do anything for me, because you're so in love with me, right?"
You narrowed your eyes immediately. You knew that tone, it was the 'I need something' voice.
"What do you want Jaemin?" You sighed, already regretting humoring him.
"Ugh, you know me too well. Ok, hear me out." He said sitting up now, a bright smile spreading across his face. "I need a favor. A small one— tiny really."
You crossed your arms. "What kind of favor?"
"I need you to come to a party with me tomorrow night."
You blinked. "A party? Jaemin, you know I don't do parties. Especially not when I have class the next day."
"You have class at noon on Fridays." He countered quickly. "You'll be fine."
You gave him a long, skeptical look. "So all I have to do is... go to a party with you? That's it?"
He opened his mouth and hesitated.
You instantly leaned back. "Nope... nope, you're already pushing it. What's the real reason?"
"Wait! Just... let me explain, please." He clapped his hands together in a prayer gesture.
You sighed. "Ok fine. I'm listening, speak."
He sat up straighter, his grin faltering just a bit. "There's this guy, Haechan. I'm really fucking pissed at him."
You tilted your head. "Why?"
"He slept with the girl I really liked. Like, genuinely liked, not just thought was hot liked."
"Oof, I'm sorry." You said. "And... what does that have to do with me?"
He looked at you, dead serious now. "I want revenge."
You squinted. "What kind of revenge?"
"I want you to distract him. Just talk to him, keep him downstairs at the party, keep him busy, while I... you know."
"Jaemin." You said slowly. "Distract him from what?"
He hesitated for only a second, then smiled. "From me."
Your eyes narrowed. "If you're doing anything illegal, I'm out."
"I'm trying to fuck his sister."
There was a full beat of silence as your mouth dropped open, eyes wide.
"You what— seriously?" You said, disbelief and a reluctant laugh bubbling up all at once.
"She's hot!" He defended, already laughing. "And it's perfect, he'll lose his shit when he finds out."
"You couldn't just... I don't know, hook up with a girl he likes or something? Call it even?" You asked, raising a brow.
"Yeah well, Haechan doesn't like girls." Jaemin said casually.
You blinked, your brows furrowing slightly. "...hmm?"
He held up a finger with a small smile. "Not like that, don't look at me like that."
You leaned back, smirking. "Mmm, sure."
"What I mean is, he doesn't have feelings for anyone. Not girls, not really anyone. He just uses people— gets what he wants, then tosses them aside. He's emotionally detached. Kind of fucked up, honestly."
You frowned slightly. "You're just being dramatic."
"He's dramatic!" Jaemin shot back. "The man throws house parties on Thursdays for no reason. He once invited a girl over, got head, and then called her a uber while she was still on her knees."
Your eyes widened slightly. "Damn, he sounds like a real asshole. How does someone like that have this big of a name already?"
"He's a senior." Jaemin said with a roll of his eyes. "But all he does is throw parties, drink, and do drugs. He's a loser honestly."
You exhaled. "So... all I have to do is distract him— nothing else?"
"That's it. Just talk to him, keep him downstairs for like twenty minutes. If he tries anything, call me and I'll come get you. Promise."
You bit your lip, thinking. "Ok Fine, but only this once."
"YES! Oh my god, I love you so much, you're actually the best." Jaemin said, beaming at you.
"Yeah, yeah. Now you owe me, pick up those flashcards." You said, tossing the stack into his lap as you turned back to your desk.
He caught them and gave a smile. "Delighted, my queen."
You just rolled your eyes, but your smile lingered as you reached for your pen.
══════════════════════════
You finished the final touches on your hair, giving yourself one last glance in the mirror before grabbing your phone. Right on cue, Jaemin's name lit up the screen with a text:
Jaemin [11:47 PM]:
"I'm outside."
Stepping outside, you spotted him leaning against his car, arms crossed and a grin already spreading across his face as he saw you approach.
"Damn." He said, letting his gaze travel from head to toe with an exaggerated nod of approval. "You look sexy."
"Thank you, Jaemin." You replied smoothly, brushing past him with a hint of sarcasm in your voice.
He opened the passenger side door for you, but paused before you could step in. "I mean... we don't have to go right now, you know. We could go upstairs instead— chill a little, you and me... one on one." He tilted his head, giving you the same smirk he always uses when he's up to no good.
You raised your hand and snapped your fingers right in front of his face. "Focus."
"I am focused." He said, blinking slowly. "Just... not on the party anymore."
"Seriously." You said, sliding him a look as you walked to the car. "Is it your life's mission to try and sleep with every girl you meet?"
"Not every girl." He replied, shrugging as he followed behind. "Only the special ones."
You raised a brow. "And what would your mother think of you throwing yourself at someone who's practically your sister?"
"Ew, don't say it like that." He scowled, visibly shuddering. "That ruined it for me, thanks."
"Good." You smirked, climbing into the car.
He got in on the driver's side and started the engine, throwing you a side glance. "You're lucky I love you, anyone else and I'd have driven off by now in heartbreak."
"Right, so tragic." You said with fake sympathy, adjusting your seatbelt.
Jaemin chuckled, turning up the music just enough to fill the space between you. The drive was short, maybe ten minutes at most, but the energy shifted just slightly as the neon lights of the house party came into view down the street.
He slowed the car and looked over at you. "Hey... real talk for a second."
You turned toward him, a little wary. "What?"
"I know I joke a lot." He said, eyes flicking over your face, a little more serious now. "But I'm not gonna throw you into the deep end or anything. If this gets weird or Haechan gets weird, just call me and I'll come get you, no questions."
You blinked, surprised by the softness in his voice. "Jaemin..."
"And if you wanna bail at any point." He added. "Just say the word."
A small smile appeared on your lips. "Thanks. I mean it's just a distraction mission, right? I think I can handle that."
He nodded, but his gaze lingered on you. "I know you can. You're... careful, thoughtful— like you think ahead."
You gave a dry laugh. "You say that like it's a bad thing."
"It's not." He said. "Just means I won't have to worry about you doing something stupid."
Your eyes narrowed slightly. "What are you trying to say?"
He hesitated, then said it gently: "I remember that conversation we had last year. About how you were still, you know... saving yourself."
Your cheeks flushed instantly. "Wow, really bringing that up right now?"
"I'm not judging." He said quickly. "I actually think it's cool. You're not like the rest of them, that's why I care if you're ok."
You looked out the window, the beat of the music fading under the weight of his words. "Thanks, I guess."
Jaemin parked across the street, cutting the engine. "I know I'm an asshole sometimes, but I wouldn't bring you into this if I didn't trust you."
You exhaled slowly, then met his eyes. "Ok, let's do this."
"Hell yeah." He grinned, hopping out and circling around to open your door once more.
You stepped into the house, instantly hit by the loud bass of the music and the scent of weed, alcohol, and too much cologne. Bodies swayed under strobe lights, some grinding against each other, others already too far gone to care how they looked. Jaemin kept a casual, but protective hand on your lower back as he guided you through the crowd, eyes scanning the room like he was on a mission.
"That's him." He muttered, leaning down so only you could hear. He nodded subtly toward the kitchen.
Your gaze followed and landed on a guy behind the counter, restocking a row of liquor bottles.
You paused, he was... hotter than expected.
Black hair, tan skin, a body that made a plain black tee and jeans look like he was born for it. His movements were effortless, confident. His smile, charming. There was something in the way he looked people in the eye when talking, like they were the only person in the room. Your lips parted slightly as you took him in, eyes dragging over the way his shirt clung to his waist, the veins on his forearm flexing as he adjusted a bottle.
"Oh no." Jaemin teased, pulling you out of your trance. "Are we losing you already?"
"No." You said too quickly, blinking yourself back into reality. "No, just observing."
"Mmhmm." Jaemin smirked. "Well, he's your target babe. You've got all night."
"Lucky me." You muttered half sarcastically, but then he grabbed your arm gently.
"You sure?"
You turned toward him. "Yeah, are you?"
He nodded, though a flicker of something uncertain passed over his face. "Just, wait." He reached into his pocket and held something out, a condom.
"Jaemin—"
"Just in case." He said, tone serious now. "Even if he insists, don't let him talk you into going raw, I mean it."
You rolled your eyes, but smiled. "I'm not gonna do anything, relax."
"I know you won't, Y/n." He said, softer now. "But he'll try and sometimes the heat of the moment sneaks up on you. So just... have it, please."
You took it with a small nod and shoved it into your back pocket.
"Good luck with your girl." You said.
"Good luck with your guy. If you need me, call me."
And with that, you were on your own.
You straightened your shoulders, pulled your confidence up, and walked toward the kitchen— eyes locked on him the whole time. He didn't notice you at first, too busy rearranging cups and pouring mixers, but when he turned, his gaze landed on you like a spark.
"You look a little bored over here all alone." You said, voice smooth.
He looked you over slowly, thoroughly. "I am, are you gonna do something about that?"
"Maybe." You smiled, tilting your head. "But are you really worth my time?"
He grinned, a cocky thing that only made him more irresistible. "Maybe."
You watched as he accidentally slammed a bottle of tequila a little too hard on the counter, too distracted by your presence.
"I don't know..." You said, stepping closer. "You can't even handle a bottle. What makes you think you can handle me?"
He leaned a little closer, voice dropping. "I can— when I'm drinking."
"That doesn't sound very fun." You teased, watching the way his eyes flickered down to your lips.
"It is fun." He said. "Especially with a pretty girl like you."
Your hand slid over his on the counter, fingers brushing against his skin as you lifted the bottle from under his touch. "Then why aren't we drinking?"
He paused for a second, watching you intently. "Why aren't we?"
"You're still hogging the bottle." You murmured.
For a moment, you were locked in a wordless gaze, one of those silences that say more than anything spoken. You held it, tested him with your eyes.
"Are you just gonna stare." You finally said. "Or are you gonna pour me a shot?"
He smiled and grabbed two glasses, pouring quickly.
"What are we cheering to?" He asked.
You smirked. "To wherever this night takes us."
He clinked his glass to yours. "Dangerous words."
You both downed the shots, the tequila burning its way down your throat. You didn't even shudder.
"Wow." He said, licking his lips. "You took that like a champ."
"I can take a lot." You replied, wiping the corner of your mouth and not looking away once.
"That so? He said, exhaling slowly, pausing for a second. "Then take another with me."
"Don't you wanna wait?" You asked, your voice hinting a bit of concern.
"I thought you said you could take it." He challenged.
"Are you calling me a liar?" You raised a brow.
"Yeah." He shrugged. "I guess I am."
You grabbed your glass, poured another, and tossed it back without blinking, and he followed right after. That turned into a third, then a fourth.
By now, your skin was buzzing, cheeks flushed with heat. The line between performance and reality blurred fast.
You talked about nothing— music, parties, stupid shit, other people you both barely knew, but everything had a spark to it. The way his gaze lingered when you laughed, the way his hand brushed your waist when reaching for more cups, the subtle way your knees touched.
"You dance?" He asked, stepping just slightly closer.
"Depends who's asking."
He gave that dangerous smile again. "You know who's asking."
You glanced at your phone, and still no text from Jaemin. Thirty minutes of flirtation— of temptation. You looked back up at Haechan, something electric passing between you.
You smirked. "Let's dance then."
The music pulsed around you as he led you out of the kitchen and into the crowd. The beat was dark, seductive, and you let yourself move to it, swaying your hips, letting the rhythm take you. His hands found your waist. You didn't stop him. His body pressed behind yours, chest to back, his lips brushing close to your ear every time he said something teasing.
His hand slid lower and you turned to face him, now chest to chest, bodies moving in sync.
He leaned in close, mouth brushing your ear. "You wanna go upstairs?"
You paused, swallowing hard. "Mmm... I don't know..."
He pulled back just enough to see your eyes. "Why not?"
"I don't want you to think I'm some kind of whore or something." You admitted, voice quieter now.
He blinked, then tilted his head, gaze softening just slightly. "Then let's not go upstairs."
You blinked at him, not responding.
He leaned closer again, voice husky. "Come here."
Before you could respond, he took your hand and led you down a dim hallway off the side of the living room, the noise of the party muffled behind you. It was quiet here, secluded . You were suddenly aware of how your pulse picked up.
He pushed you against the wall, hands bracing both sides of your head.
"This okay?" He asked.
You nodded slowly, heart racing and then his lips were on yours.
It was hot, insistent. His mouth moved like he already knew how you liked to be kissed— like you were meant to be tasted slowly, like his hands couldn't decide whether to cup your cheek or grip your hip tighter.
He pressed closer, lips trailing down your neck, his hand tugging lightly at the hem of your shirt. You gasped, your body reacting faster than your brain could catch up.
And then your phone buzzed, twice.
You broke the kiss breathless, and fished it from your back pocket. Jaemin.
"Clear. Let's go."
You looked up at Haechan, his lips kiss bitten.
"Aw, I gotta go." You said softly, smiling while biting your lip.
He blinked, still catching his breath. "Seriously?"
You said nothing, just shrugged.
He smirked, eyes glinting. "You leaving now makes me want you more."
You backed away slowly, keeping eye contact as you fixed your shirt. "Good."
You turned, leaving him in the hallway, the taste of tequila still tingling on your lips.
You met Jaemin at the front door just as he was coming down the porch steps, his hair slightly tousled, lips flushed, and a dazed kind of grin stretching across his face. His shirt was wrinkled, and he looked like he'd just barely remembered how to walk straight.
You raised an eyebrow, smoothing your own hair out with your fingers. "What took you so long?"
He laughed, wiping his mouth like he was still catching his breath. "Got caught up in the moment."
You rolled your eyes as you both started walking down the sidewalk, leaving the pulse of the party behind you.
"I've never seen you this messed up in person." He said, glancing at you.
You just shrugged, before turning to him. "How was your night?"
"Fucking amazing." He said, letting out a blissed sigh. "She was... yeah, worth it."
You smirked. "I'm happy for you. Sounds like you had fun."
He turned to look at you, a little more alert now. "What about you? How'd it go?"
You shrugged with a soft smile, brushing your fingers against your lips almost unconsciously. "It was... fun. He's fun and hot— too hot, honestly."
Jaemin groaned dramatically, dragging his hand down his face. "Oh god, please don't tell me you slept with him."
You gave him a shove. "No, chill. He tried like you said he would, but I didn't. We just made out."
Jaemin gasped. "Y/n, you definitely have like, mono now."
You laughed, shoving him again. "He's not that bad."
"He's that bad." Jaemin said, shooting you a look. "How was he looking at you? It was probably like he was deciding how to ruin your life in the hottest way possible."
You gave a dreamy little sigh. "Yeah... I noticed."
Jaemin gasped. "Oh my god, you're into him."
"No I'm not." You tucked your hands into your jacket pocket, smiling to yourself. "He's just... magnetic. Like, he knows exactly what to say and exactly how to look at you when he says it."
"Uh huh, that's called manipulation." Jaemin said.
"I mean, maybe." You admitted. "But he was also weirdly... sweet? Like, he actually listened to me talk and he didn't push when I said no."
Jaemin raised a skeptical brow. "Ok, maybe a half point for consent, but let's not pretend this is some romance. You got lucky. I've seen girls fall for his type before, and they don't come out looking as cute as you do right now."
You gave a laugh. "I don't think I'm going back anyway. Not my scene."
"Good." Jaemin said with a little relief in his voice. "Because he's probably not gonna let you step foot at another party anyways because you rejected him. That boy's ego is fragile."
You tilted your head thoughtfully. "Well, if I never plan on going back, it doesn't matter what he thinks of me."
Jaemin grinned. "And that's why I love you."
You rolled your eyes but smiled back. "Yeah, yeah. Whatever."
He reached over and draped his arm around your shoulder, pulling you into a sideways hug as you walked. "Seriously, thank you. You saved my ass tonight."
"I know I did." You grinned, letting yourself lean into him for a second. "You owe me, like, five coffees and a weekend of doing whatever I want."
"Done." He said immediately. "As long as 'whatever you want' doesn't include throwing yourself at Haechan again."
You laughed. "He threw himself at me, thank you very much."
"Right, right." He said, laughing. "Just remember who's actually got your back when you get those 'u up?' texts at 2 AM."
You gave a smile, already hearing the echo of Haechan's voice in your head, the taste of tequila and heat still lingering on your lips.
"I won't forget."
══════════════════════════
It had been about a week since the party, and life had mostly returned to normal. School, studying, sleep, repeat. But he kept showing up uninvited in the quiet moments between thoughts. The memory of his voice, the glint in his eyes, the way his hands felt when they slid around your waist like he'd done it a hundred times before. You hated how he stuck in your head.
Still, it was whatever. You weren't going to do anything about it. You had your routine, and it didn't include making out with cocky boys in back hallways at house parties.
You'd just wrapped up another cram session for your Thursday Bio test—highlighted notes and color coded flashcards spread across your desk, when you heard it. A familiar, echoing voice in the hallway.
"Y/n!"
You didn't even look up. "You never knock."
Jaemin burst into your room like he owned the place, arms wide, his signature grin already plastered on his face. "My beautiful Y/n, I have arrived."
You leaned back in your desk chair, crossing your arms. "I can see that."
He walked over to hug you, and you let him, even though you were still recovering from the mental strain of studying.
"You know." You mumbled as he pulled back. "One day you're going to bust in here and catch me changing or worse, touching myself."
"Even more reason to keep doing it." He smiled.
You rolled your eyes. "You're actually such a creep."
"Yeah, yeah." He laughed it off, but then paused. His smile lingered familiarly, but you saw the hesitation flicker in his eyes.
You squinted. "What do you want, Jaemin?"
He gasped dramatically. "Y/n! I'm hurt, you think I only come here when I need something?"
You gave him a look, one he couldn't argue with.
"Ok, fine." He said. "But in my defense, we help each other equally."
"You mean I help you and you buy me coffee once a month?"
"Exactly." He grinned.
You sighed. "What is it this time?"
Jaemin scratched the back of his neck. "So, remember how you said you wouldn't go back to the party again?"
You blinked slowly. "Yeah..."
"Well, technically I'm not asking you to go for you. I'm asking on behalf of... well, her. His sister, she invited me again, practically begged— and I think we both know how that's gonna go."
He glanced at you cautiously.
"And you want me to keep Haechan busy again." You finished for him, leaning back in your chair.
"Look, I wouldn't need you to, but it'd be... really helpful." He said carefully. "I just need him not in the way, just for a little while."
Your brain flickered back to Haechan. His smirk, the way he made you feel both seen and exposed. The way he leaned in like he already knew what you'd do next. You told yourself you were over it, just a one time heat of the moment thing. But even now, something twisted in your stomach at the thought of seeing him again.
"Listen, I know you said you're not—"
"I'm down." You said, the words escaping before your brain caught up.
Jaemin blinked. "Wait, seriously?"
You cleared your throat. "Yeah, sure. You need me, right?"
His eyes narrowed. "Wow you really like this guy."
You rolled your eyes. "I'm just looking out for a friend."
Jaemin crossed his arms, fake pouting. "I don't know, I'm reconsidering this whole plan now. First he gets the girl I liked, now it's my best friend? I might need to keep you on lockdown."
You smirked. "Maybe that was my plan all along, you should just stay in."
"Nope." He said, pointing at you. "We're going, but this is the last time, I swear. And for real, don't do anything with him. Now I'm actually worried."
You held up your hands in surrender. "It's my job to distract, that's what I'm gonna do."
"I don't know if I trust you with that anymore." He shook his head, even though he smiled.
"You should." You said quietly.
He paused. "I'm teasing." He said after a minute. "I do. I guess."
You just smiled, the kind that said you already made your decision.
The house was louder this time. Packed tighter, music thumping harder, the kind of base that made your bones vibrate. You stood with Jaemin for a moment, eyes scanning the crowd.
You told yourself this was just a favor, a distraction like last time.
But as soon as you saw him— Haechan, leaning casually against the kitchen counter, sipping something from a red cup with that lazy grin on his face, all of that logic began to melt.
He looked even better than you remembered. Black hoodie, chain peeking from under the collar, dark hair slightly damp.
He spotted you instantly, his smirk curling as he straightened up.
You glanced over at Jaemin. "You owe me."
"I owe you my life." He said, already making a beeline toward the stairs. And just like that, you were alone, again... with him.
Haechan pushed off the counter and met you halfway.
"Well, well." He said, voice low. "Look who came back for seconds."
You tilted your head. "Maybe I'm just here for the drinks."
His eyes scanned you, slow and deliberate. "You look like trouble tonight."
You stepped in, closing the gap just enough to be suggestive. "You think I wasn't trouble last time?"
He laughed, licking his lips. "No, last time you were temptation. Tonight? I don't think I'll be able to behave."
You let yourself smile just a little.
"Try to." You said, smirking as you hit Haechan's shoulder, weaving through the crowd and heading straight to the kitchen. The music thumped through the walls, as you grabbed a bottle of tequila from off the counter.
"You're already hurting my feelings." Haechan said from behind you, his voice dipping just enough to graze your nerves in that playful, confident way.
"How's that?" You asked turning, only for him to close the gap between you. His arms casually caging you against the counter, hands resting just close enough to your hips.
"Drinking without me." He said, smoothly taking the bottle from your hand like it belonged to him.
You tilted your head. "I'm sorry, who are you again?"
"You should know. It's my party, after all." He replied, that teasing grin never leaving his face as he leaned in just enough to test the space between you.
"You're cocky." You gave him a playful shove, but didn't move far.
"I'm Haechan. Who are you? I never got your name last time."
You raised an eyebrow. "Wow. Kissing a girl and not even knowing her name? I've heard about you, you know... what you do to girls, the type of person you are."
That made him pause for a second, his tongue darting out to wet his lips as he held your gaze. "But you're still here, aren't you?"
You didn't reply, just smiled slowly, head tilting amused at his boldness.
"So." He leaned in again. "Are you gonna leave me alone, or tell me your name?"
"Y/n."
"Pretty." He said, the smile that followed unusually soft, like he actually meant it.
You eyed the bottle still in his hand. "Are you just gonna stand there and smile at me, or pour the damn shots?"
"I thought you'd never ask." He reached past you, his arm brushing yours as he grabbed two shot glasses. His cologne hit you, mixing with the alcohol and the buzz in your chest.
The tequila burned on the way down, but it made your limbs feel warm, relaxed.
"Is tequila your favorite?" He asked, eyes not leaving you.
You shook your head, setting the glass down. "Vodka mixed drinks. I don't like taking things straight."
He grinned at that, grabbing a red solo cup. He poured vodka, rum, and a splash of something creamy and white—the scent immediately familiar.
"Pina colada mixer?" You asked, brow raised.
"You seem like the type. Plus, you told me last time." He said with a smile.
"You remembered?"
"Of course. You're kinda hard to forget." He said, clinking his cup to yours before sipping.
You looked down for a second, smile slipping in without warning. "I really shouldn't be talking to you."
"Says who?"
"Myself, my conscience."
He shrugged. "You're a big girl, smart too. You know what you're doing. Just let go a little, everything doesn't have to be heavy all the time."
You gave him a playful side eye. "No?"
"Nope. If it was, it wouldn't be fun."
Before you could reply, someone passed by and handed him what looked like a vape.
"Fuck yes." Haechan muttered, taking a long drag and exhaling slowly, the smoke curling out the side of his mouth.
He held it out. "Want a hit?"
"Nah, I don't vape."
He blinked a little surprised, then laughed. "Baby, this is a cart, not a vape."
"Oh." You giggled. "That makes sense. Smelled... different."
"So do you want it?" He asked again.
"I don't know, I don't really do drugs."
"It's just weed. It's chill— makes everything feel good." He said, his tone smooth, not pushy.
You hesitated, biting your lip.
"I'm not forcing you, but trust me— it's fine."
"...Okay, fine." You took the cart, cautiously bringing it to your lips and inhaling. It hit your lungs faster than you expected, making you cough, but after a few seconds you got used to it, taking a few more hits. Warmth spread through you, you felt light and weightless.
"Haechan." You murmured, blinking slowly, finishing the drink in your hand. "Let's dance."
He didn't argue. You pulled him onto the dance floor where bodies swayed and moved like one blur of motion, but you were only aware of him. His hands on your hips, guiding your movements. His breath brushing the curve of your neck. His mouth near enough to graze your ear when he laughed at something you said.
And then you kissed him.
You didn't think— your lips were on his, his hands tightening slightly on your waist as he melted into it. The kind of kiss that made everything else disappear.
"How about we take this up to my room?" He whispered into your mouth, voice low.
"I told you I felt like—"
"You're not a whore." He cut in gently. "I want you. That doesn't make you anything except someone I want."
You hesitated for a second, the distant part of your brain catching up. "I don't know, my friend might come looking for me. He was supposed to—"
"He's not here right now." Haechan's voice was low and coaxing. "You're here, with me. You can make your own decisions."
You didn't answer,  just grabbed his hand and followed him upstairs.
You were halfway down the hallway, your heart fluttering, when you passed a room and the unmistakable sound of soft moaning filtered out from behind the closed door.
Haechan paused, head turning. "What the fuck?" He muttered, steps slowing.
Shit... Jaemin.
Before he could say anything more, you spun him to face you, grabbing his face urgently, your hands warm against his cheeks. His brows lifted in surprise.
"Focus on me." You whispered.
And then you kissed him again, deeper and slower this time. Your hands slid into his hair, pulling him closer as your bodies melted together. His hands found your waist again, but they didn't stop there, traveling up your sides, fingers over your bare skin as his mouth moved against yours with increasing hunger.
He backed you gently into the nearest wall, lips never leaving yours as the kiss deepened. Your back arched into his touch, your hands tugging at the collar of his shirt, desperate to feel more.
His mouth dragged from your lips down your jaw, kissing, teasing, then down your neck where he paused, sucking gently at the sensitive spot just below your ear.
"Room's this way." He murmured between kisses, and you followed him, half stumbling into his room, laughing softly as he shut the door behind you.
The moment it clicked shut, he was back on you, lips on your neck, hands guiding you toward the bed.
He pushed you down onto the bed, his body pressing against yours as he climbed on top. One hand slid roughly up your thigh, bunching your dress higher, never breaking contact with your neck as his mouth stayed hot against your skin.
His fingers played with the edge of your underwear for a moment, teasing, before pulling them down to your knees.
He paused then, lifting his head. His eyes met yours, and for just a second something shifted, uncertainty flickering across his face. He licked his lips like he was thinking, maybe even questioning, but before you could say anything, he lowered himself again, kissing a slow path down your body, lips soft against your thigh.
His breath was warm against your skin as he kissed the inside of your thigh, slow and steady, his hands holding your legs apart. Every movement felt like he wanted to make sure you felt everything— every kiss, every brush of his lips.
He glanced up at you once more, eyes darker now, the hesitation from before gone. Then he lowered his head again, his mouth finding the tender spot just above your knee, then higher. His fingers slid up your thighs, anchoring you in place as his mouth moved closer, teasing you.
You could feel your body tightening beneath him, breath catching in your throat as he finally reached your folds, his lips brushing against your clit, gentle at first.
Then he gave in completely, his mouth working you with focus, his hands gripping your hips like he never wanted to let go.
His tongue slid over you as he teased you with soft flicks and gentle pressure, each movement sending a wave of heat through your body. Your hips shifted under his touch, instinctively searching for more, but he held you steady, his grip firm on your thighs.
He looked up at you again, eyes heavy, mouth glistening. Then he dove back in, hungrier this time, his tongue moving with purpose now, circling, pressing. The sounds he made vibrated against you, adding to the overwhelming sensation building fast inside you.
Your fingers tangled in his hair, needing something to hold onto as he drove you higher. He responded to every twitch, every gasp, adjusting his pace, his pressure, as if he could read exactly what your body craved.
Then he slid one finger inside you slowly, deeply, curling just right. The rhythm of his hand and mouth worked in perfect sync, pulling you closer to the edge with each passing second.
That's when your phone buzzed, the vibration low, but sharp against the haze in your mind. Your eyes blinked open, lashes heavy as you glanced down. A message lit up the screen.
Jaemin [1:35 AM]:
"I'm ready. Meet me outside."
"Ignore it." Haechan murmured against your thigh, voice deep and muffled. His lips brushed warm against your skin, but your eyes stayed on the message.
"Mmm... I have to go." You said, sitting up slowly, the daze of alcohol and drug weighing your limbs.
"What?" He asked, looking up at you with hooded eyes, lips still wet.
You smiled, pushing hair from your face as you stood fully. "Leaving you on a cliffhanger again."
"You're evil." He smirked lazily.
"Mm, bite me." You teased with a wink, turning for the door.
"Wait." He cut through.
You paused, glancing back over your shoulder with a raised brow.
"Can I at least get your number or something?"
You shook your head, a quiet laugh slipping past your lips. "Where's the fun in that?"
And then you were gone, the door clicking shut behind you. Haechan just smiled to himself, letting out a breath as he ran a hand through his hair. "Unbelievable."
Outside, the cool air hit your flushed cheeks as you stumbled into the night, spotting Jaemin.
"There she is." He grinned. "Somebody's fucked."
"You are too, shut up." You giggled, smacking his chest lightly.
"Nah, just you. I'm only a little bit drunk." He gave you that smug, crooked smile that always made your stomach flip.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever." You muttered with a grin, stumbling into him slightly.
His arm came around your shoulders without thinking steadying you, but then he stopped, glancing at your face more closely, his smile fading.
"Y/n." He said slowly. "Are you... high?"
You paused, lips parting like you hadn't even thought to lie. "Maybe." You giggled.
Jaemin stared at you, concern overtaking every line of his face. "You never do that shit... you barely drink anymore— what the hell happened?"
"Relax, Jaem. It was just weed, a few hits. I'm fine."
"You could've had a bad trip." He said, eyes narrowing. "Or what if it was laced? You don't know who the fuck gave you that. You don't know what could've happened—"
"Can you chill?" You said, laughing. "You sound like my parent."
"That's what I gotta be when you do stupid shit like this." His voice dropped, rough with something deeper. "I just... I don't want anything bad to happen to you."
You smiled. "I'm fine, I swear."
"Alright. I'm staying at your place tonight."
"Damn, thanks for asking."
He gave you a look and just giggled again.
When you got home, your shoes hit the floor one by one as you peeled off your jacket, then the thin dress that clung to your skin. You collapsed face first into your bed in only your bra and underwear, the sheets cool against your flushed skin.
Jaemin followed behind. He dropped into your desk chair with a heavy exhale, pulling his hoodie off and tossing it aside. He leaned back, phone in hand, scrolling casually.
"You look good in this lighting." You said, voice smooth and thick as you propped yourself up on your elbows.
He looked up at you over his screen, lips quirking. "You're really saying that right now?"
"Mmhmm." You let your eyes drag down his figure slowly. "You've always been pretty Jaemin."
He laughed under his breath, glancing back at his phone, but not before you caught the slight flush in his cheeks.
You sat up more, letting your legs dangle over the side of the bed, posture relaxed, but eyes sharp with mischief.
"Come here." You said.
He raised an eyebrow. "To the bed?"
"Yeah, just wanna be close."
He hesitated for half a moment before standing. "You're so high." He muttered with a smirk, making his way over. He sat beside you, hands propped behind him on the mattress.
You leaned into him, fingers brushing up his arm softly. "You smell good." You murmured, eyes locked on his lips.
"Do I?" He asked, amusement threading through his voice.
"You always do." Your fingers trailed over his chest now, dragging down to his stomach. His muscles tightened slightly beneath your touch, but he didn't stop you. "And your skin's soft..."
Jaemin watched you, breath slower now. "You're really flirting with me right now?"
"I'm not flirting." You said, tone quiet. "I'm appreciating."
Your lips ghosted along his jaw, then lower to the curve of his neck. He tilted his head slightly, allowing the contact. You kissed him there— slowly, sensual, your lips lingering just a second too long.
He swallowed hard.
"I know you like it." You whispered.
His hand slid instinctively to your thigh, gripping gently as your lips traced down the side of his throat. He leaned into it, breathing deep through his nose.
But then—
"Wait." He said suddenly, pulling back. "I can't."
You blinked, stunned by the shift. "Why not?" You asked, voice low as you stared up at him.
"You're my best friend." He said, the words stuttering off his tongue.
"Oh, but when you ask to fuck me it's a different story?"
"It is." He said.
"Mmm, really?" You smirked, sliding your hand up his torso again, fingers trailing.
"Yes." He said firmly. "You're not sober and you don't actually want me right now, you're just under the influence... as fuck."
"I always want you." You said, eyes locked on his.
He sighed, the tension in his body slowly fading into something softer. He wrapped an arm around you and pulled you against him gently, tucking you under his chin.
"Please go to sleep, Y/n. I'm right here, just rest."
And... you listened. Eyes fluttering closed, breath slowing as the world dimmed into his warmth.
══════════════════════════
Your eyes fluttered open, vision blurry and head pounding. The sunlight filtered weakly through the curtains. You slowly sat up, blinking against the ache throbbing in your skull.
Jaemin was sprawled next to you on top of the blankets, one leg stretched over the edge of the bed, scrolling casually through his phone.
He glanced over. "Relax, it's just me." He said, offering a small smile.
You exhaled deeply, rubbing your temples with your fingers. A sharp pain spiked behind your eyes, a groan escaping your lips as you reached for your head.
"Here." Jaemin said, reaching down for a plastic bag on the floor. "I got you some water, some food, and Advil— for your headache." He set it on the bed beside you.
"How'd you know I have a headache?" You asked, unscrewing the cap of the water and popping the pills into your mouth.
"Jesus, Y/n." He scoffed, sitting up straighter. "You were shit faced last night, obviously you're gonna have a hangover."
"Right." You said with a smile. "Thank you for taking care of me."
"Yeah, of course." He returned the smile briefly, his attention sliding back to his phone.
Silence settled between you, but it wasn't entirely comfortable. Your brain was still catching up to reality, glimpses of last night flickering through your mind in half lit flashes. Laughter, music, moaning in the hallway. Haechan, and Jaemin... your heart beat a little harder at that last part.
"Hey..." You started cautiously. "Did we—" You hesitated. "We didn't do anything, did we?"
He chuckled, but didn't answer right away. The silence stretched a second too long, just enough to make your stomach flip.
"You tried." He said finally, his voice was calm, almost amused, but the words made your chest tighten. "But I stopped it, and you went to sleep— so, all clear." He gave you a lazy smile.
"Phew." You exhaled, falling back onto your pillow in relief.
"Damn." He teased, raising a brow. "Am I that bad?"
"No, no." You said quickly, laughing. "I just don't want to make you uncomfortable or anything."
"All good over here, you don't." He replied, eyes flickering back to his phone.
You shook your head, grinning. "Damn, I'm such a horny freak."
"I see how you get when you're drunk... and high." He added, glancing over at you, disappointment flickering in his gaze.
"Stop, Jaemin." You groaned, pushing his shoulder playfully.
"I'm still disappointed about that." He said, his voice a little firmer. "You need to be more careful. That's the last time you're going there ever again."
"You can't tell me what to do." You teased, lips quirking into a smile.
"Ahh, I guess I can't." He said dramatically, reaching over and grabbing the bag of food.
"Stop, give it." You laughed, stretching across him to snatch it back. Your fingers brushed against his hand, and your eyes caught his for a long, silent moment.
Your voice softened. "You know... I'm seriously grateful that you take care of me when I need it."
He blinked, lips twitching into a small smile. "Yeah, yeah. Now can you eat?"
You nodded, finally opening the container and taking a bite of food. "I almost accidentally got you caught, but I saved it." You said between bites, your voice cheeky.
"How, come?" He asked, only half listening as he scrolled.
"We came upstairs and we heard moaning." You said with a grin. "I'm guessing your party."
"You came upstairs to do what?" He looked up sharply now, eyes narrowing with suspicion.
You didn't respond, just smiled to yourself as you continued chewing.
"Did you fuck him?" He asked suddenly, sitting up straighter, eyes locked on yours.
"No, no." You answered quickly. "He just gave me head." Your voice was quieter now, but the confession hung in the air.
"He gave you head?" Jaemin blinked, dumbfounded. "YOU?" He repeated. "And he didn't get anything else from you? No sex, no head, not even a handjob?"
You shook your head. "Nope."
"Dude, he never does that... ever." He looked like he was short circuiting. "What's up with these guys just giving you head man? I'm impressed."
"First off, it only happened once before, so don't do that, and you know we don't talk about him, ok?" You said in a on edge voice.
"Ok, ok." He held up his hands in surrender.
"I guess I just gave the magic touch." You said with a smug smile.
"Damn, me next!" He cheered jokingly, grinning.
"Shit, maybe." You said with a smirk. "Haechan didn't even make me finish— well, because we were interrupted by someone." You shot him a playful look.
"Aw shucks." He said, chuckling. "Jaemin here to crash the party always."
"Partially." You replied. "I think he's not done with me though. Before I left, he asked for my number."
"He asked for your number— like, first? While you were leaving him?" Jaemin exclaimed, eyes wide with disbelief.
"Yep." You said.
"Did you give it to him?" He asked, leaning in like a gossipy teen.
"Nah. I don't think that's someone I should have access to at all times— for my own safety you know." You said, giggling.
"You're so smart, that's why I love you so, so much." He said with a bright smile... before it faltered slightly.
"I'm not smart for not giving him my number. I'm just not dumb." You said, brushing off the moment.
He recovered with a quick grin. "Maybe you aren't as bright as I thought, because that is the same thing."
"Shut up." You laughed, nudging his shoulder.
"Damn, I actually can't believe he did all this for you." Jaemin said, eyes wide again. "Nothing wrong with you of course, but he just— never acts that way with anyone. You might be his soulmate."
"Ew, shut up. Yes he's hot, but I could never imagine dating someone like him." You said, scrunching your nose.
"Good, because I doubt you're welcomed at any more parties after the double rejection you gave him." He said with a laugh.
"Didn't you say that the last time?"
"Yeah, but I mean it this time. You rejected him like four times."
"Okay, enough Haechan talk." You set the now empty container aside and leaned back. "I appreciate everything, but you should get going to freshen up. Plus, I have class in like an hour."
"You're still going?" He asked, brows raising.
"Absolutely, I'd never miss class."
"Okay, well..." He rubbed the back of his neck, hesitant. "Do you think we can meet up for dinner later?"
You paused, your tone shifting gently. "I think I need to be alone right now. I also have a project due on Tuesday that I'm cramming for because I got a little lazy. Let's meet... maybe Wednesday?"
He nodded. "Sounds good." With one last smile he stood up, grabbing his hoodie off the chair and slipping it on.
══════════════════════════
It was finally Wednesday, after days of cramming, sleepless nights, you had just submitted your project and shut your laptop with a dramatic sigh of relief. You sprawled out on your bed for a moment, eyes fluttering closed, the weight of the past few days slowly lifting off your shoulders.
The front door creaked open and slammed shut again, followed by the familiar shuffle of sneakers on hardwood.
"Yo." He called out, stepping into your room with a plastic takeout bag in hand.
You propped yourself up on your elbows, noticing something was off immediately. His voice lacked its usual playful energy. No cheeky grin, no snarky comment about your workaholic tendencies, just... a weird kind of stillness in his tone.
"What's up?" You asked, brows furrowing slightly at his hesitance.
He rubbed the back of his neck, glancing down for a second before meeting your gaze again. "I need you to come to the party with me again."
You blinked, half in disbelief. "Again?" You let out a soft giggle, sitting up fully. "Weren't you the one who banned me from that place like... twice?"
"Yeah, I know." He said with a sigh, plopping down beside you on the bed and setting the takeout between you. "But you're the only one who can distract Haechan well it appears, and fuck, that girl is so—"
He stopped himself mid sentence, biting his tongue. You stared at him, your smile fading slightly. He was always joking— even when things were serious, but right now he looked more anxious than amused.
"Right." You said slowly, nodding as you studied his face. You didn't press it— whatever that girl meant, you could guess, and it wasn't your place to dig.
"So... will you?" He asked again, voice low.
You hesitated for a second before shrugging. "Yeah, sure. Whatever."
His shoulders relaxed, just a little, and the smallest hint of a smile broke through. "You're a lifesaver."
You reached into the takeout bag, pulling out your container with a soft smirk. "You owe me something good for this."
"Oh, I got you extra fries." He said quickly, handing the container toward you like it was a peace offering.
You rolled your eyes. "Bribery works I guess."
══════════════════════════
The party was already fill by the time you and Jaemin arrived per usual. As soon as you stepped inside, Jaemin melted into the crowd like a ghost.
You didn't even bother calling after him. You just sighed, brushing past a couple making out near the stairs as you made your way to the kitchen. You needed a drink.
The fridge was wide open, someone rummaging through it carelessly. You reached past them for a can of something and cracked it open, sipping without thinking.
"Is this gonna be a pattern?" A familiar voice teased from behind you.
You turned, already knowing who it was, of course.
There he stood, eyes on you like you were the only person in the room. His head tilted just slightly, like he was already amused.
You crossed your arms and let out a short sigh. "Is what a pattern?"
"You drinking without me." He said smoothly.
You shook your head, watching as he took a sip from his own cup. "You're drinking without me too, so I'm not sure that makes sense."
"Just casually." He grinned, his voice light. "Take a shot with me."
You eyed him for a second, then gave a small nod. He reached over to the counter, pouring two uneven shots, one for each of you.
You raised yours with a quiet "cheers" before knocking it back. The alcohol settled in your stomach, hot and quick.
"You know I'm not doing anything with you, right?" You said once the warmth hit your chest.
He raised a brow, grin widening. "Did I ask?"
You huffed a soft laugh, unable to hide the way your lips curved despite your better judgment and his smirk deepened like he won something.
"It's loud in here, come outside with me." He said, already reaching for the bottle again, refilling both your cups without waiting for an answer.
You hesitated, something in you buzzing—nerves or excitement, you weren't sure, but you nodded anyway.
Outside, the backyard was a complete contrast to the chaos inside. Quieter, almost peaceful. Blue and purple led lights in the pool, casting a neon glow in the water. The heat of the night clung to your skin, but the moment you dipped your feet into the cool pool, relief washed over you.
He sat beside you, pulling a pre rolled blunt from his pocket and lit it with a flick of a lighter. For a second, the flame highlighted his face, features softened by the glow.
"How are you?" He asked, voice quieter now. "How was your week?"
You turned to him, blinking. "You actually care? Wow, that's new."
"You're so negative." He said, exhaling smoke before offering it to you.
You stared at it for a moment, fingers twitching slightly. Then you took it, bringing it to your lips and inhaling slow. You held it for a second before letting it go with a sigh.
"I'm cautious." You murmured, passing it back.
"Mmm." He hummed, nodding, puffing again.
"Why do you never disagree? Defend yourself when people say shit about you?" You questioned, turning to him.
"Because it's true. I'm not afraid to admit it." He said, exhaling slowly. "But sometimes people talk and over exaggerate, make it seem like I'm just heartless. If they're scared and stay away, that's their problem. But if they know what they're getting into— or think they do, then why should I waste my energy proving them wrong? In my eyes, they're just as fucked up as me."
You were quiet for a moment, then nodded slightly in agreement. He passed the blunt again, and you took two more puffs in silence. It wasn't awkward, just still.
"So." You eventually said, eyes drifting to the lit up pool. "How do you have such a big house as a college student?"
"My parents." He replied, tone casual. "They pay for everything while they go prance around in different countries, leaving me and my siblings behind."
"Siblings?" You echoed, surprised. You knew he had a sister, but hadn't heard anything about more.
"Yep. A younger sister and brother." He said, taking another hit. "My sister's a junior, doesn't live with me, but I keep a guest room here for when she wants a break from her roommates."
"And your brother?"
"He's a sophomore, goes to college a few hours from here— said he wanted a fresh start. I still check in with him a few times a week. He's had his ups and downs, but he's a good kid."
"I get that." You said. "I went somewhere else freshman year too. Only stayed for a year before transferring back here this year."
"So you are a sophomore." He said, nodding. "I figured."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
He only shrugged, sipping his drink.
"What's your story?" He asked, glancing over. "Why'd you want a fresh start?"
"My mom died about two years ago." You said, the words escaping before you could filter them.
His face shifted. "Oh shit, I'm sorry."
"It's good." You said quickly, brushing it off. "It's actually kind of stupid, out of all the drugs, she died from weed. It was laced."
"Damn." He muttered. "Is that why you were so hesitant earlier?"
You nodded. "Yeah. People don't realize how terrifying it is, it's real."
"Fuck, now I feel like an asshole." He said, running a hand through his hair, a tired chuckle leaving his mouth as he put the blunt out.
"Don't." You told him. "You gotta grow up and not be scared sometimes. Plus, I can make my own decisions."
There was a pause before you added with a lazy smile, "I don't even know why I'm talking to you."
"What— because I'm 'evil'?" He teased, one brow rising.
You laughed. "No. Because you're a stranger."
He leaned back dramatically. "Wow, you kissed a stranger. What did you say? Whore."
"Oh, shut up." You rolled your eyes. "I guess you're not too much of a stranger."
"Exactly." He grinned. "But sometimes you just need someone to be there for you, stranger or not."
His eyes lingered on you now, more serious than before. "But... we don't have to stay strangers— I don't think we should."
You raised a brow.
"Just give me your number." He said, voice softer.
You squinted at him, half amused. "Is that what this was all about?"
"No." He said quickly, then paused. "I just... you're different and I'm curious about you."
"Curiosity." You said, rolling your eyes, a reluctant smile tugging at your lips.
"There's nothing wrong with that, is there?" He leaned a little closer. "We should just mess around, find out more about each other. You must be curious too?"
You stared at him for a second, lips pressing into a tight line. "I'm not."
"Ouch." He laughed, not entirely believing you, but to his credit, he didn't push.
You paused, then let out a sigh. "Fine, I'll give you my number."
His grin widened as he pulled his phone from his pocket and handed it to you.
"Thank you." He said genuinely.
"Maybe now we don't have to only talk to each other on Thursdays." You said, punching in your digits and handing it back.
"Mmm." He smiled, his gaze lingering on you.
As if on cue, your phone lit up with a text.
Jaemin [12:58 AM]:
"Let's go."
You looked up, Haechan already watching you.
"Well, I've got to go." You said, standing and brushing off your skirt.
"Is there a night where you're not gonna leave me?" He asked, smile tugging at the corners of his mouth as he looked up at you.
"Mm... don't hold your breath." You smirked, waving before slipping back inside.
Jaemin was waiting by the door, hands in his pockets, a smile on his face.
"Well, well." He said as you approached. "What did you do tonight?"
"My job." You said with a giggle, eyes slightly hooded from the buzz in your system.
"Oh, you're high again?" His smile faded just a bit.
"Yeah, not a big deal." You said, casually hooking your arm around his like it was second nature.
"Right, and I can't even stay with you tonight."
"Why not?" You asked, looking up at him.
"Because you can't control yourself under the influence." He said bluntly.
"Wow, don't say that." You laughed. "I'm not even that fucked up, I could totally control myself."
"Right." He smirked. "But I probably can't."
"Yeah... maybe you shouldn't stay with me tonight then." You teased.
He let out a short laugh, shaking his head as the two of you disappeared into the night.

Saturday | 11:37 PM
You were curled up in bed, knees tucked beneath you, your laptop warming your thighs as the glow of the screen illuminated your face. The essay you've been chipping away at all day was only half done, and your focus was slipping fast. You already reread the same paragraph three times when your phone buzzed on the nightstand.
Unknown Number [11:37 PM]:
"Come over. Chill for a bit."
Your brow furrowed as you set your laptop aside and picked up the phone, thumb hovering over the screen.
You [11:37 PM]:
"Who is this?"
You already had a guess, but you weren't about to make it easy.
A few seconds passed.
Unknown Number [11:38 PM]:
"You know who it is."
You let out a quiet scoff, one corner of your mouth curling into a smirk, of course it was him.
You [11:39 PM]:
"Mmm, no I don't. So I guess that's a no."
Another pause, longer this time.
Unknown Number [11:40 PM]:
"Come over. Please."
Your thumb hovered again. You should've just gone back to your work, should've tossed your phone aside and shut the whole thing down.
You [11:41 PM]:
"I seriously can't, busy rn."
Unknown Number [11:41 PM]:
"Bummer."
You stared at the message, your bedroom suddenly too quiet. The flicker of curiosity and something else sat in your chest.
You [11:42 PM]:
"You can come over later though. We could watch a movie or something."
His response was fast.
Unknown Number [11:42 PM]:
"Later? It's already 11."
You [11:43 PM]:
"Ok, then don't."
Silence. Then...
Unknown Number [11:44 PM]:
Send the address.
You hesitated, biting your lip for a minute too long. Then you dropped a pin and hit send.
1:27 AM
You opened the door, blinking against the cooler air spilling into the hallway. Haechan stood there, hair tousled, a six pack of drinks in one hand and a smirk pulling at his lips.
"Didn't think you'd actually send it." He said, stepping inside without waiting.
"Didn't think you'd actually come." You replied, locking the door behind him.
"We're just sitting in the living room." You said, already making your way towards the couch.
"Perfect." He said, slipping off his jacket and tossing it over the armrest as he followed.
You pulled up something half decent on Netflix, something neither of you would end up watching, and settled in. He handed you a drink, and you clinked your cans together quietly.
He was the first to speak.
"How've you been? Since Thursday." He asked, voice soft, watching you from the side.
You took a slow sip, eyes on the screen. "Busy. Regretting life decisions."
He chuckled, amused. "Yeah, which ones?"
"Letting you text me."
A grin tugged at his mouth as he leaned back, one arm draping lazily along the back of the couch. "You're the one who invited me, sweetheart."
"You begged."
"I don't beg."
You gave him a look. "You literally said please."
"I'm just a convincer." He shot back smoothly.
"Manipulator." You corrected with a smile.
He laughed again, reaching into his pocket. "Mind if I hit this?"
You glanced at the sleek cart between his fingers, then at the hallway.
"Even though my roommates aren't here, they're still strict about smoking in shared spaces." You said. "No vape, no carts— none of it."
He blinked, pausing. "Damn. I can go if—"
"No." You interrupted, standing. "We can go to my room."
His eyebrows arched in interest as he rose to follow.
Your room was dim and cozy, washed in soft fairy lights. You pushed the door closed behind him and leaned against it for a moment before crossing to the bed.
"This is cute." He said, looking around. "You always have a vibe."
"Try not to ruin it." You said, climbing onto the bed and settling into the pillows. He leaned against your desk, then raised the cart again and took a slow pull, the scent hitting your nose.
"You want?" He asked.
You rose from the bed, stepping toward him and plucked it from his fingers without breaking eye contact.
His brows lifted. "Woah."
You rolled your eyes. "Don't be selfish now."
He smirked, but his voice dropped just slightly as he teased, "What if it's laced?"
"Not funny." You said.
He held his hands up, surrendering, though his grin said he enjoyed every second.
You took a slow puff and handed it back.
"That's all I'm doing." You murmured.
But that wasn't true.
Time slipped, the air thickened, you kept passing it back and forth, voices growing lower, laughter softening.
At some point, you looked up and noticed he was still standing.
"You've been standing there whole time." You said, eyes a little glassy, lashes fluttering as you sat up straighter.
"Yeah, I know. Why?" He asked, inching closer.
"Just curious why you don't want to be near me." You said with a teasing shrug.
He stepped in front of you now, close enough that you could see the shift in his expression. "I'm near." He murmured.
"Not close enough." Your voice was soft but firm as you reached out, trailing your hands up his arm and guiding it onto your shoulder.
His fingers stayed, curling gently over your skin. His gaze dropped to your lips, then flicked back up.
"Don't look at me like that." He said, eyes low.
"Like what?" You asked, guiding his arm again until his hand cupped your jaw.
"Like you want me to ruin the night."
His hand lingered against your cheek, the warmth of his palm spreading through your skin. Your breath hitched, fingers curling softly around his wrist.
You tugged him closer, his face now just inches from yours as he leaned over you, one hand settling on your thigh. "Maybe I do."
He closed the distance between you instantly, his lips crashing against yours with desperately. The hand that had been gently cupping your cheek slid to the back of your neck, fingers curling as he pulled you closer, deepening the kiss.
Your hands found the hem of his shirt, gripping it tightly as you tugged, urging him to shed the barrier between you. He broke the kiss just long enough to pull the shirt over his head, tossing it aside. His sweats hung low on his hips, revealing the sharp lines of his v-line.
He climbed fully onto the bed, hovering over you, claiming your lips in a heated, breathless kiss. His hands moved, tugging your shirt and pajama shorts off in one swift motion, never once breaking eye contact, the intensity in his gaze made your breath catch.
He leaned in again, capturing your lips in another kiss— wet and messy. As his mouth moved against yours, he nudged your legs apart with his own, his knee slipping between them, pressing softly against your heat.
His lips left yours only to travel down your neck, trailing gentle kisses that quickly turned rougher. He latched onto a sensitive spot just below your jaw, sucking hard enough to leave a mark. The sensation paired with the slow pressure of his knee drew soft moans from your lips. Your fingers found his hair, tangling in it as your hips shifted unconsciously in response.
"I don't have a condom." He murmured, his breath warm against your neck.
You were just about to leave it, but Jaemin's voice sounded in your head: "Don't let him fuck you raw."
Without thinking, you reached over to your nightstand, fingers finding the familiar shape of a silver foil square that you got a few weeks back. You pressed it to his chest, your eyes meeting his.
He paused, a slow amused smile spreading across his lips. A soft chuckle escaped him. "Smart." He said under his breath.
He rose to his feet, pushing his sweats and boxers down in one fluid motion. Tearing the foil open with his teeth, discarding the wrapper carelessly onto the floor, then rolled the condom on with ease, his eyes never straying far from you.
He grabbed your legs with firm hands, dragging you to the edge of the bed, his gaze locked onto yours intensely. Without a word, he hooked his fingers into your underwear and yanked them down, leaving you bare beneath him.
He leaned in again, capturing your lips in another deep kiss. His mouth moved over yours, but as you pulled back your eyes shimmered.
"I haven't— this is my first time." You admitted, voice barely above a whisper, breathless and shaking.
For a moment everything stilled. His expression shifted, something flickering behind his eyes— part surprise, part fascination.
"I'll try to be gentle." He said softly, his voice low and tight with restraint.
He stood, hands skimming down the length of your legs until they reached beneath your knees. He lifted them slowly, spreading you open softly.
He positioned himself between your legs, his body tense. He paused, eyes locked on yours for a moment, as if waiting for any sign of hesitation.
Then he pushed into you. The sting was sharp, and you gasped, your breath catching. He froze for a second, his forehead pressing lightly against yours.
"Breathe." He whispered, his voice rough. He gave you a moment, just enough to adjust before he asked, "Ok?"
You nodded, too breathless to say anything, but when you didn't pull away he pushed further, the pace picking up as he moved into you again, harder and deeper this time.
He gripped your legs tightly, forcing you open as he thrusted into you, his movements rougher now, more desperate. The initial sting quickly faded into a pulsing heat that had you gasping with every thrust, each push a little harder than the last.
"You feel so fucking good." He muttered, voice thick with desire. His hands tightened on your legs, and he slammed into you with more urgency, his pace picking up, rougher and less controlled. The air was thick with the sound of skin meeting skin, the room vibrating.
The tension in your body kept building, the pleasure mixing with the intensity of each thrust. His breath was uneven and shallow as he moved faster, harder, his grip tightening. There was no slowing down now.
"Fuck." He groaned, his movements becoming more erratic, less restrained. "So fucking perfect."
The care he showed earlier was gone. His pace didn't slow, only grew faster, more frantic. Each thrust hit deeper, more forceful, and you could feel every inch of him filling you completely. You clung to him, nails digging into his skin as he fucked into you without restraint.
The sounds of your bodies crashing together filled the air, a mix of moans, heavy breathing, and the wet, slick noise of each push. He didn't give you time to adjust, didn't pause to check in again. He just kept going, his grip tightening on your legs, forcing them open even wider as he moved harder.
The pleasure was building, overwhelming you, the pressure mounting with every thrust. Your body felt like it was on fire, heat pooling low in your stomach as his thrusts drove you closer to the edge.
"You like that, huh?" He groaned, his voice rough. His eyes flickered down to where you were joined, watching how he moved inside you. "You're so fucking tight."
You couldn't form words anymore, only moans escaping your lips as your hips instinctively moved against him, meeting each thrust, urging him deeper. Every motion felt like a jolt of electricity running through you, tightening your core, making everything spin.
His hand slid down from your legs, gripping your waist as he pulled you closer, driving into you with more force. The friction built, sending waves of pleasure crashing over you.
"God, I'm gonna make you cum." He grunted, his own pace stammering just slightly as his own release neared. "Hold on."
His hips snapped into yours recklessly, his movements growing more urgent. His grip on your waist tightened as he pounded into you, each thrust harder than the last, the sound of your skin meeting his filling the room.
"You feel fucking amazing." He whimpered, his voice strained, the force of his movements making your whole body shake beneath him.
He cursed under his breath as your nails scraped down his back, and with one last, brutal thrust, you felt everything snap—your body tensing, your legs trembling as the pressure exploded inside you. A loud, breathless moan escaped your lips as your orgasm ripped through you, your whole body convulsing around him.
He didn't stop though, didn't give you a second to breathe. His thrusts only grew more erratic, chasing his own release as you clenched around him, each movement pushing him closer to the edge.
"Fuck, yes." He groaned, his eyes locked onto yours as he slammed into you again.
"I'm there..." He buried his face into your neck, movements sloppy as he finally came, his body shaking as he released with a low groan.
He collapsed against you, his body still trembling, his breath coming in ragged gasps. For a moment neither of you moved, lying there tangled together, trying to catch your breath. His head rested on your shoulder, his chest rising and falling against yours. The tension in his muscles slowly started to melt away, and you felt the steady rhythm of his heart begin to slow.
He shifted slightly, pulling back just enough to look at you, his gaze softer now. His fingers traced the curve of your cheek, brushing away a strand of hair.
"Are you okay?" He asked, his voice quieter now.
You nodded, unable to find the words just yet. He gave a small smile. "I didn't mean to... push too hard."
You shook your head, pressing your palm to his chest. "It was... good." You whispered, your voice still shaky, but calm now.
"Good." He murmured again.

The day after – 1:18 PM
You woke up to loud, insistent banging on your door.
You blinked your eyes open, lashes heavy with sleep, your body sore and aching in ways that immediately brought back hazy memories of the night before. You reached for your phone on the nightstand, and the screen lit up— four unread messages, all from Jaemin.
Jaemin [12:38 PM]:
"u want chicken tenders or a burger?"
Jaemin [12:44 PM]:
"Hello? I need u to hurry I'm in line."
Jaemin [12:57 PM]:
"Just got chicken tenders u took too long, otw."
Jaemin [1:17 PM]:
"Dude, open the door wtf?"
Your stomach dropped... shit.
It was Sunday, your Sunday. Movies and lunch with Jaemin, your thing since middle school, the one routine neither of you ever skipped and was always on time for.
You sat up too quickly and instantly regretted it. A sharp pulse radiated through your thighs, your knees folded slightly beneath you as you stood. You hissed through your teeth, muttering a quiet curse. The soreness, the silence in the room, the disheveled sheets tangled behind you and...
No Haechan, not a trace.
You probably weren't going to hear from him again. If anything, he'd gotten exactly what he wanted and maybe... so had you.
You slipped into the first pair of underwear you could find, pulling on an oversized t-shirt and not even checking the mirror. You couldn't be bothered. Your body felt heavier than usual, limbs slow, mind foggy.
You stumbled to the door, fingers fumbling over the lock before it clicked open. Jaemin stood there with a takeout bag in one hand and annoyance on his face. "Where the fuck—" He froze.
His expression shifted fast, first frustration then concern as his eyes scanned your face, your hair, the obvious haze of sleep in your eyes. "Are you okay?"
You nodded once, voice scratchy. "Yeah. Just... come in."
You turned around, not realizing how stiffly you were walking until you heard his voice again behind you.
"You're walking weird."
You glanced over your shoulder, trying to play it off. "I just woke up, Jaem."
But his brows drew together, and he followed you with quiet suspicion. He spun once in your desk chair before planting his feet and letting his eyes roam, and stopped.
You didn't notice at first, but his gaze lingered just a little too long on your neck.
"Those weren't there last time I saw you." He said.
You forced a small laugh, brushing your hair back casually. "What, you keeping track now?"
"It's hard not to when it looks like someone marked you up like a vampire." He smiled, but it didn't reach his eyes.
You turned away, cheeks flushing, but you stayed silent.
He held up the takeout bag. "I got you food, don't know if you saw my text."
"I didn't." You said, hovering at the edge of your bed. "But thanks, I'm starving."
He smiled for real this time, but just as he reached to hand you the bag something on the floor caught his attention.
His hand froze mid air. He bent slightly, reaching down beside your nightstand. A second later, you watched his fingers close around a small, crinkled square of foil.
An empty condom wrapper.
He stared at it, his jaw twitching once before he tossed it into the trash without another word.
The air in the room changed instantly. You stood still, frozen as he looked at you.
You tried to lighten the mood, your voice forced. "The one you gave me, remember?"
But he didn't smile, didn't even blink. His voice dropped, almost too calm. "Did you...?"
You hesitated, then sighed. "Yeah. Last night."
He blinked once, and then again. He opened his mouth, but for a second, no sound came out. "Thought you were saving yourself."
You gave a slight shrug, arms folding across your chest. "Guess I changed my mind."
Another moment of silence. He tilted his head slightly, a ghost of a smile on his lips now, confused. "Who was the lucky guy?"
You hesitated, biting your bottom lip.
His eyes narrowed before he scoffed. "I know that face... no way."
Still, you said nothing.
He let out a short, stunned laugh, humorless. "No fucking way." Jaemin stood up, the desk chair creaking loudly behind him.
You met his gaze, heart thudding. "Jaem—"
"You let him?" His voice rose, disbelief mixed with something else— hurt, maybe. "Out of all people, him? Seriously? What, he texted you 'come over' and you just—fucking hell Y/n."
"It wasn't like that." You murmured.
"You ghost me for hours, you never miss our Sundays. I show up and you're sore and covered in hickeys—"
"I was asleep, Jaemin."
He scoffed. "Name one time you've ever slept past noon this year?"
You stayed silent.
"Exactly."
"I didn't plan for it to happen." You said quietly.
"That's the problem... he did!" He snapped. "I didn't think you were so easy. What, he called you pretty and that's enough for you to spread your legs?"
"No, I—"
"What, you've known this guy for like a month? You knew he just wanted to use you and you went along with it?"
"I was okay with that! That's what I wanted."
"You were okay being used for sex by some guy you barely even know?"
"No, not like that—"
"So then what? Because to me, it sounds like you're just a desperate slut."
You blinked. That word hit harder than you expected.
"Oh, I'm a slut?" Your voice was sharp now. "One body and I'm a slut, yet you dance around fucking anything with a pulse. You're disgusting... and easy."
"I'm disgusting and easy?" He snapped. "You let a senior fuckboy you don't even know take your virginity. It's actually sickening."
You stepped toward him, jaw clenched. "Would it have been sickening if it was you?"
Silence. His face froze, jaw locked as his eyes flickered, and he didn't say a word.
You let out a breath. "If you're so disgusted, then leave. First of all, it's none of your business who I sleep with— I don't stick my nose into yours. You've fucked girls I can't stand, and I never made it everyone's problem."
Your voice rose now. "You're my best friend— not my parent, not my boyfriend, and definitely not my mentor. So if you came here to judge me on every move I make, then you can go fuck yourself."
"Excuse me for being the only one that fucking cares about you."
You opened your mouth, but he was already tossing the takeout bag onto your bed with more force than necessary.
"Here." He muttered. "Since he couldn't even feed you."
Then he turned and the door slammed behind him.
The silence that followed felt like a vacuum, like the air had been sucked out of the room the moment the door slammed shut.
You stood there, unmoving, arms still crossed tightly around yourself. Your chest rose and fell a little too fast, like your body hadn't caught up to your brain yet.
"Desperate slut."
You could still hear it. Loud in the quiet and it hurt. God, it fucking hurt.
You sank down slowly to the edge of the bed, staring blankly at the takeout bag he'd thrown toward you. You let out a shaky breath and dropped your head into your hands.
He'd looked so angry, so betrayed, like you done something personally to him. But he wasn't your boyfriend, he never was, he never wanted to be.
So why did he get to act like this? Why did it feel like you were the one who done something wrong? You hadn't expected Haechan to stay. You hadn't expected Jaemin to explode and yet here you were, alone.
He was supposed to be your best friend.
But best friends didn't call you disgusting. Best friends didn't throw insults in your face and storm out. Best friends didn't look at you like you were less for doing something you had every right to do.
You didn't even realize you were crying until the tears hit your thighs. Silent, hot, and angry.
You swiped at them roughly, jaw tightening.
He didn't get to reduce you like that. He didn't get to decide what your choices meant, and he definitely didn't get to pretend like he was some kind of savior when all he'd ever done was hover just close enough to make you want more and then pull away every time you reached.
Some part of you still wanted him to come back. Still wanted him to knock again, to take it all back and say he was sorry.
But another part of you was done waiting on Jaemin to treat you like you mattered only when it was convenient for him. Because you didn't regret what happened.
Not the choice, not the experience, not even the consequences.
You only regretted giving someone like Jaemin the power to make you feel small.

I know you think having a gf thing is a joke and honestly I don't think it's a problem when bl actors have gfs or bfs, but they do get massive hate for that for real. do you know that new got so much hate for having a girlfriend? he still gets hate comments from toxic shippers that he should die for heart failure because he got heart problem? and that account that was hating on dunk was really pushing for hate. so of course it was the problem. the number one reason bl/gl actors get massive hate and death threats is literally having a gf/bf. it's a sad reality but i don't think you should treat it lightly.
I don't think this situation is a joke.
It -is- a joke.
And to show you how serious I am about this, I'm not even going to include images. This is just a giant wall of text.
Because outside of the BL-sphere, what are the repercussions of Dunk really dating a girl? What issues would he face if he was really straight? I'm going to skip over bisexuality because Lord knows half these fans don't even register that as a thing. So what harm would come his way if he was an actual heterosexual man?
Nothing. None. Nada.
If he was dating a girl, it would hurt his branded pair, but he could pivot. He could still work in other roles outside of the pair which he has done because being straight or being perceived straight isn't an issue. He would still have a job. He could even do something else outside of the industry. He'd be fine.
Because the issue isn't Dunk having a girlfriend. The issue is him stepping out on his branded pair because people are real weird about monogamy, especially when it comes to two boys because queerness actual queer people are scary to them.
So since you wanted to start with Tay and New, let me remind you that New get threats for having a girlfriend, but when Gun and Tay kissed during New's live, people went out of their way to call Gun, who is perceived as the more effeminate one, a straight up fag in the comments of his posts. Tay also got so much hate that he made a video and people's biggest issue was how could he go from such a masculine guy like New to such a twink like Gun who has never stated his sexuality. Because the issue wasn't Tay 'cheating' on his partner (with the partner literally being right next to him), but was the possibility of Tay kissing an actual gay guy.
Milk of MilkLove was rumored to be dating Noeul of BossNoeul and both of them received online hate at the mere thought they were breaking up their ships, but Noeul has received far more online and in-person hate once he started dressing and presenting a bit more effeminate than previously.
Freen of BeckyFreen was dating Seng formerly of BillySeng. The hate was ridiculous and it has followed Seng even after he departed from Idol Factory, which can easily be seen in the comment section of his posts. I genuinely feel bad for the boy, yet he still is working.
So you know who I do feel bad for all of the time? Publicly out queer folks in this industry!
Max of MaxTul dates women. People knew that and hated it because he was 'cheating' on Tul. But he still had work, and he still has work now. Because being straight does not harm people. Online hate is real. Cyberbullying is real. But Max could pivot if he wanted to like Nanon, Bright, and Win. But you know who never said he was dating anyone? The actual gay guy, Tul! And who retired from acting before he announced he was dating a man? Tul.
Cooheart has gone on record stating that being an openly gay man in the BL industry has severely limited his options. He will not be able to play a straight character because people know he is gay, so the online harassment he receives isn't because of not being faithful to a branded pair, but because he is actually gay, and that harassment has translated into him getting less jobs. He cannot pivot. He is essentially stuck.
When Supanut was hanging out with Sailub, he received more online and in-person harassment because he is the openly queer man. Sailub received comments that he was disrespecting Pon per the usual, but Supanut received comments that were directed not at him just trying to break up a ship, but about him being queer. People were equivocating him to being basically a gay hussy, who just wanted to wreck all the ships, which makes me very interested in what fan interactions will look like once I'm the Most Beautiful Count airs.
Daou gets lots of comments about disrespecting Offroad by hanging out with other guys, but the comments that really upset him were the ones saying HE WAS DISGUSTING FOR POSSIBLY BOTTOMING! Offroad stays quiet mostly, but he was bothered by people saying he was BULKING UP TOO MUCH AS A QUEER MAN!
I'm not even touching Mew and Gulf, but only one of them was labeled a predator and it wasn't the straight one!
So just because some of y'all want to take Joong liking a post about Dunk having a girlfriend seriously does not mean I need to. The online harassment is disgusting because people have parasocial relationships with actors who are simply doing their jobs, but I am not going to sit here on Tumblr dot com slash Respect the Petty and entertain this made up drama that stemmed from Joong liking a post about Dunk being perceived as a straight guy when openly gay people are being significantly more harassed, targeted, and limited for being gay in an industry that profits off of gayness.
Take all this energy you have for me and meet me in the My Sweetheart Jom chat on Friday, so every time someone mentions how Saint isn't believable in his role because he is a 'bottom,' you can give them the same lecture you want to give me about the seriousness of online harassment and its real-world repercussions.

𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆: spencer x reader
𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘: morgan thinks that spencer has been closing himself off more than usual, so him and garcia come up with a plan to get him to meet someone new.
𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 / 𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐒: fluff. first meetings. nerding out over edgar allan poe.
𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐑’𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: this layout took an embarrassing amount of time but i wanted to try something new 😭
SPENCER MASTERLIST ♥︎ 5K MASTERLIST
Tumblr media Tumblr media
everyone at the BAU had noticed the way spencer had been acting. sure, he was never the most social person in the world, someone could tell that with one glance at him. but lately... he was more withdrawn, more distant. when the team tried to coax him to go out with them, spencer simply smiled and told them that he was tired 'but maybe next time'.
"baby, you think reid's been acting more doomy and gloomy lately?" derek asked, cocking his head to the side, his eyes on spencer, the curly-haired man deeply immersed in his paperwork. derek then turned to look at garcia, the woman sitting at the edge of his desk with her unicorn mug in hand, narrowing her eyes, "maybe it's seasonal depression. now that i think about it, i've also been feeling a little low-energy."
"you? low energy?" derek raised his brows in slight amusement before turning to look back at spencer, "i dunno, mama. i think he's lonely." "lonely? why would he be lonely, he has us." "yeah, but does he have anyone else? i mean, outside the BAU, i don't think he has anyone other than his mom."
"true..." garcia looked at spencer with a frown, "what should we do? i think we should do something." she thought for moment before letting out a gasp, "maybe we should suggest a blind date!"
"hmm..." derek chuckled lowly, "that's not a bad idea. but he'd never agree if either of us suggested that he goes on a blind date."
the two turn to each other with matching grins, "are you thinkin' what i'm thinkin', handsome?" "if you're thinking of setting him up, then yeah, i am. now we just have to figure out who we could set him up with."
garcia smiled, "i think i know just the person."
Tumblr media
although penelope adored theater with her heart and soul, you practically had to beg for her to attend a play based on a few of edgar allan poe's short stories, your friend never too fond of the macabre. but now, as you were standing in the middle of the lobby of the theater, she was nowhere to be seen.
your phone pinged with a notification, and you pursed your lips, pulling it out to see a text from her. 'so so sorry! the cat i'm catsitting started throwing up and i have to take her to the vet :( please try to have fun on your own! tell me how it goes <3' you frowned, but after sending her a quick message telling her it was okay and that you hoped everything was alright with the cat, you started to make your way towards the auditorium.
although spencer was bummed that morgan had to cancel due to a pipe leaking in his apartment, especially since morgan had been the one to get the ticket for him, spencer couldn't help but buzz with excitement; he could remember all the times when he was young and he’d lay under the covers, holding up a flashlight to a copy of poe's compiled short stories.
"sorry." a woman mumbled to him apologetically as she walked past him, and spencer simply nodded to her with a tight-lipped smile, but instead of sitting a few seats away, the woman sat right next to him. on the seat that was supposed to belong to morgan.
as you were settling down on your seat, the curly-haired man on your left cleared his throat, "i'm sorry, i don't mean to be rude..." he said quietly, making you turn to him with a soft hum, "that seat's... supposed to be reserved. my friend was going to sit there."
"no, this is my seat." you said with a slightly stunned chuckle, showing him your ticket that indeed showed that you were in the right seat, your brows furrowing when you realized something. he was sitting on a seat you'd reserved for penelope, "actually, the seat you're in was supposed to be my friend's seat."
"what?" the curly-haired man said, taking his ticket out of his jacket pocket and showing it to you; he was also in the right seat.
"oh, i know what this is!" your furrow eased up and you rolled your eyes, "they must have double booked these seats. this has happened to me before, the computer sometimes messes up."
"that's why i don't trust technology." he mumbled quietly, but you caught his remark, your lips quirking up into a tiny smile, "really? me neither."
"well, in any case, my friend can't make it, so if there are seats available, i can just move over once your friend comes." the man smiled warmly, "oh, she can't make it either. vet trip."
"well, i promise i'm not the kind of person who talks during shows. i'm spencer." "thank god, i can't stand those kind of people. nice to meet you, spencer." you chuckled softly, telling him your own name, "so, spencer, which story are you the most excited to see?"
"i'd say... the tell-tale heart. it's been my favorite since i was young. always made me shiver. what about you?" "i thought i was the only weirdo who read poe as my bedtime story." you laughed softly, "but i'd say the oval portrait. i always thought there was something romantic, yet... inredibly depressing about it."
"this is indeed life itself." spencer quoted softly, your smile widening as you looked into his hazel eyes, the man looking right back into yours as if you were having a conversation without words.
Tumblr media
"oh my god!" you laughed softly as you and spencer walked out of the auditorium together, "your face was so pale when the knocking started!" "to be fair, it's very different to experience it right in front of you than just read it as words on a page!" spencer laughed softly, "and don't think i didn't see the way your eyes glistened when he was painting her."
"it was sad! imagine having a husband like that!" you sniffled, still continuing to laugh, "i'll admit, it was sad." spencer smiled softly, "uh, are you... are you in a rush?" he asked, and you pretended to check the time on your watch, already knowing your answer.
"no, i should have some time. why?" "you don't have to, but i was just wondering... if you wanted to get a cup of tea, or something?" you pursed your lips in thought, "i think i could go for some tea. i know a lovely cafe nearby." you smiled softly.
"great. great." spencer's lips turned up into a goofy smile, "uh, if you give me your coat check ticket, i can go get our coats."
you took the ticket out of the pocket of your cardigan, handing it to spencer, the man nodding before turning around and walking towards the coat check. once you were sure he wasn't looking, you took out your phone, biting down on your lower lip to contain the smile threatening to take over as you went to your message thread with penelope.
'i think i just met a great guy. we're going to a cafe.'
"oh!" penelope exclaimed when her phone pinged, quick to open it to your text thread, a pleased grin taking over her face as she turned the phone to show it to derek. "told you. dream team, babygirl." derek winked and lifted his glass of whiskey, penelope clinking her own glass of wine with derek's glass.

the biggest advice i would say for manifesting is to completely ignore the physical. like every single aspect of it. dont think about how it conforms. dont think about when it'll conform. dont even think about the fact that its an illusion. JUST DONT THINK ABOUT IT.
i say this because once you start showing any attention to the physical, you can easily find yourself sliding right back into identifying with ego once again, without even realizing.
you think you're innocently thinking about the physical like "oh yeah i know its not real! ego will see it eventually."
then next thing you know, you're watching the physical like a hawk thinking "when is it gonna see it? why hasn't it seen it? do i not actually know??" and now you've gone right back to identifying with the wrong story 😭
these subtle shifts in mindset, i feel, is what causes a lot of us to have those experiences of manifesting for a "long time," and you feel like you're doing everything right but still nothing.
yes, you should know that the physical conforms instantly, and your ego will recognize it. but it shouldn't be your MAIN focus. it should just be a silent knowing in the back of your head yk? like a core concept.
instead, come into manifesting knowing that you're not a physical being! that you're just consciousness, and bcs of that, the physical has nothing to do with you!! it should be literally meaningless to you. if it conforms, ok. if it doesn't conform, also ok. neither should matter to you!
you gotta stop looking at it, stop paying attention to it, stop giving it importance. just act as if its not even there.
and this doesn't mean don't do what you gotta do in the physical, do it. just remember you're playing a role. you're acting. ITS NOT YOU.

this. this. yes, it's the state of fandom and fanfiction in general, now. there's no real way of telling whether or not it will change. but my gosh is it ever disheartening, and honestly terribly sad to see that this is the way it will continue to go, if things remain the same as they are, right now.
now, before anyone comes at me with them, I've heard the myriad of reasons why a person might choose not to comment or leave kudos. they're shy. they forget. they don't want to leave a "footprint" on this wild little place known as the internet. they fear retaliation and hostility from authors who misinterpret comments left in good faith, and any number of other reasons, as well. and I want to make it abundantly clear that this is by no means an attempt on my part to dismiss or invalidate those reasons. at the end of the day, if someone doesn't want to interact with a given work, they won't, and as much as that may sadden me, I fully respect it as their choice. a comment that comes organically, because someone feels moved to leave it is far better than one that is forced or pressured in any way, and that is a hill I will die on.
that said, though, we will continue to lose people who are willing to share their works with us, if this trend continues. it's just a fact. while I make no attempt to speak for all of us, there are so, so many people I know that write for themselves, sure, but they share their work in the hopes that at least one (1) other person out there will be moved by what they've created. they share in the hopes that said other person will maybe want to interact with them because of it. whether the interaction leads to an unexpected friendship and mutual discussion of fic plots and characters and new releases of our favorite series, or not, the hope for it is there. the heartbreak is there, too, when we, as creators, post something we're particularly proud of, and receive nothing but silence in response. it's there when we try to make sure we present a face that is receptive to feedback and interaction. when we encourage comments, and ask questions of our readers, and yet still...silence. sure, if we're passionate about what we're creating, and/or the themes/ideas we're trying to convey, we can push on. we should push on, because I, for one, am so beyond tired of a world that tries to stifle people, and drown their voices out because they don't "fit the mold" of normal that is determined by some nameless, faceless majority. but to continue doing so, and to continue to receive silence in response? to be called 'entitled' by some readers, because we dare to ask for something...anything...other than crickets, and the sensation that we're shouting into the void?
it's really no wonder that some may choose to move on to other things.
while I've never experienced what OP's friend has with Discord, I can only imagine that such a situation only makes what I've already mentioned above so much more discouraging. it must make those it has happened to wonder what on earth is the point? if everyone is too busy sharing their reactions in their isolated little groups without ever deigning to let the creator know their feelings, or just mass-consuming it and moving on to the next thing ten seconds later, as if the first thing that caught their attention never even existed, why are we even bothering to do this at all? again, I do not speak for everyone, but I daresay the majority of us are not trying to be the next big name author. we're not trying to 'make it big' at all. this is a hobby, that we do for free, in our (mostly) limited free time, and anymore, we largely receive absolutely nothing in return. we pour pieces of ourselves out there into the world, completely free of charge. we make ourselves vulnerable in ways that are often ugly. real. to many, silence in the face of that vulnerability is exactly the same as the dismissiveness and invalidation we've already received when we're that 'real' anywhere else in our lives. it drives home the thought that our voices do not matter, and thus we should not bother speaking. and no, society and our readers at large are not responsible for our vulnerability and our emotions and our traumas that we sometimes place upon our characters as a means of processing them. but even if we aren't opening ourselves up to our readers, if it's genuinely all in "good fun", we can't legally monetize it, interaction is our form of 'earnings' from this, and by and large that sort of thing is rare, and has been for quite a while. and sure. people can read and abandon fics at will, with or without leaving some trace of their presence along the way. that is well within their right. but I have also seen these same individuals go on to harrass the creators of works that have been abandoned or deleted for doing so, despite never once trying to show any form of appreciation at all. and then they have the nerve to call us entitled for wanting that appreciation in the first place.
the fact that the "social media-ification" of fanfiction (it is not Instagram, no matter how so many may treat it as such) and the quite honestly despicable behavior from a loud minority of touchy authors who have now effectively ruined commenting for so many of the rest of us has made fanfiction what it is today is just...heartbreaking. it really, really is. and while I personally plan to stick around and do my best to fight the demons in my mind that tell me no interaction means that no one cares about my stories so I should just stop writing them, not everyone will. we're all incredibly foolish if we believe otherwise, and honestly, as awful as I feel saying it "out loud"?
if fandom culture doesn't see a change soon, and more and more talented authors continue dropping like flies?
we'll deserve it.
tl;dr? creators are not robots, people. we aren't content-mills, put on this earth specifically to serve the bidding of consumers, on their timeline, and not our own. but what do I know, right?
I'm just a so-called "entitled" author who thinks interaction with our work, no matter how small, shouldn't be a thing that we have to try to pull from behind stubbornly gritted teeth.
A writer friend told me something that broke my heart a little bit today; they're going to quit publishing their fanfic.
My instant thought was that they had been trolled or attacked or that something terrible had happened in their life because this person is so passionate about their writing. It wasn't any of that. Engagement with their works has been going down, as it has for many of us. Comments are like gold dust a lot of the time, and just looking through the historical comment counts on old fics on ao3 demonstrates this trend very clearly. It was not simply the comments dropping off which caused them to decide to stop posting, however.
My friend came across a discord server for their fandom (I should point out here that their fandom interest and mine diverged a couple of years ago, we stay in touch but don't currently read each other's posts because I'm not into their fandom and they would rather gouge their eyes out with a wooden spoon than read anything Star Wars) and specifically to share fic in that fandom. They joined, because we all love a good fic rec, only to discover that their latest multichapter fic, which has almost no comments and very few kudos, is being hotly discussed in this server as one of the best stories ever. Not one of these people has bothered to say this to them on the fic. When they asked, none of participants could see the point in telling the author of the fic they apparently loved so much that they love it.
This discovery has absolutely destroyed my friend's love of sharing fic. They share because they love seeing other people's enjoyment, and fic writers do that through comments and kudos/reblogs/likes because we don't get paid. There is no literary critic writing a blog post/article about how amazing the story is for us to copy and keep/frame. There is no money from royalties. All we have are the words of the people reading our works.
Those people on that server could have taken five minutes of the time they spent gushing about how amazing my friend's story was to other people and used it to tell the one person guaranteed to want to hear that praise how much they loved it. They could have taken a moment to express their opinion to the person who spent hours upon hours plotting, writing, editing, and posting those chapters. Instead, they deprived my friend of thing that keeps them sharing their writing, and in the process have killed their love of it. My friend now feels used and unmotivated.
I won't be sharing a link to their fic, they said I could share their experience but not their identity. I know they plan to post one final chapter. I know they intend to express their hurt at being excluded from the praise for the thing they created, and I know they intend to announce that as a consequence they will not be posting for a long while, if at all.
So please, I beg you, don't hide your love of a story from the writer. It's just about the only thing we have.

Tumblr media
there's something about matt that just drives you wild. maybe it's the way he looks at you with those piercing blue eyes or the way his hair falls perfectly into place. whatever it is, you can't get enough of him. but the problem is, all he wants from you is to fuck, and nothing more. a real relationship is where he draws the line. you've been friends with benefits for a while now, but lately, you've been wanting something more. you want to be able to call him yours, to have him hold you close and tell you that he loves you. but every time you bring it up, he shuts you down.
"matt, we need to talk," you say, tangled in the sheets. "about what?" he asks, pulling on his shirt and avoiding your gaze. "about us. about what we're doing here."
"we're having fun, aren't we? i mean, the sex is amazing. what more do you want?" you take a deep breath, trying to gather your thoughts. "i want more than just sex, matt. i want a relationship. i want to be with you." he sighs, running a hand through his hair. "i can't give you that. i'm not the relationship type."
"why not? why can't you just give us a chance?" you plead, matt snaps back. "because i don't want to hurt you. i care about you, i do. but i'm not capable of being what you need." you feel tears prick at the corners of your eyes. "how do you know what i need? you've never even tried."
"look, let's just drop it, okay? we're good together, let's not ruin it by trying to make it into something it's not." you shake your head, wiping away a stray tear. "i can't keep doing this, matt.." he looks at you then, really looks at you, and for a moment you think he might actually be considering it. but then he leans in close, his breath hot on your neck, and whispers, "let me make it up to you."
and just like that, you're putty in his hands. he knows exactly how to touch you, how to make you moan and writhe beneath him. he trails kisses down your neck, his hands roaming over your curves, and you know you should stop him, should tell him no, but you can't. you need him, need this. you can’t resist going back to him. you love the way he makes you feel and you will never escape that.
he pushes you back onto the bed, his body covering yours, and you wrap your legs around his waist, pulling him closer. he thrusts into you, filling you completely, and you cry out, your nails digging into his back. “you feel so good," he groans, his hips slamming against yours. "so tight and wet for me."
"matt, please," you whimper, not even sure what you're asking for. "i've got you, baby. i'll take care of you." and he does. he fucks you hard and deep, hitting all the right spots, until you're a writhing, moaning mess beneath him. and when you finally cum, screaming his name, he follows right behind you, spilling himself inside you.
but you’re not done yet. matt leans in, his hot breath tickling your ear, and whispers, "you want this, don't you?" you can only nod, your heart pounding in your chest. his fingers brush against your panties, already damp with your arousal. he chuckles softly, a sound that sends a jolt of pleasure straight to your core.
his fingers deftly push your panties aside, revealing your slick folds. he runs a finger along your slit, gathering your wetness on his fingertip. he brings it to his lips, tasting you. "mmm," he hums, "you taste so sweet, can’t get enough of this pretty pussy..” then, without warning, he plunges a finger inside you. you gasp, your back arching off the sheets. he pumps his finger in and out of you, adding another when he feels you're ready. his thumb presses against your clit, rubbing circles around it.
your hips buck wildly, meeting his thrusts. you can feel your orgasm building, coiling tighter and tighter. "that's it," matt encourages, "cum for me again.” and you do. your orgasm crashes over you like a tidal wave, your walls clamping down on matt's fingers. he continues to pump them in and out of you, prolonging your pleasure until you're left a quivering mess on the couch. he withdraws his fingers, bringing them to his lips once again. he sucks them clean, his eyes never leaving yours.
afterwards, he holds you close, stroking your hair and whispering sweet nothings in your ear. and even though you know it's not real, that he's not really yours, you can't help but bask in the afterglow. you know you shouldn't keep doing this, shouldn't keep falling back into bed with him, all he wanted was to see you naked. but the truth is, you're addicted to him, to the way he makes you feel. and as much as you want more, you're not sure you're ready to give this up just yet.

HUEHHEE HELLO DEAR MOOTIEEEE I've come for the saja boys x chronically Ill reader!! Orrr a poc reader if ya want! (≡^∇^≡) lowkey self indulgent but your writing is so yummy 💔
Demonic Care
Tumblr media
A lover boy has to take care of his chronically ill partner and cheer them up. Which Saja Boy will be the most helpful?
contains: reader with pots, very headcanony personalities for the saja boys, these are going to be drabbles </3
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Heads up, I'll say the short version of what kind of people are the saja boys to me
Romance - hopeless romantic, easily smitten with people, flirt, that man is a total fool when he's in love I fear </3
Abby - high ego, very (almost over) confident, kind of stupid but a lil sweet (and cocky) jock type of guy
Mystery - quiet, but expresses himself through body language and in music, closed off and very short social battery
Baby - cunning, cocky, chill unbothered king, childlish
Jinu - a leader by nature, silly dude (please that man made a choice when running and giggling like that...), you know that he means it when he's not doing something for his own benefit, understanding, but also a liar </3
Tumblr media
Jinu
words [ 412 ]
The Saja Boys concert was close to wrapping up, the boys had to sing the fan favourite song, say their goodbye and leave. The atmosphere was warm, energetic. Fans were shouting, singing along, waving their light sticks and recording the stage.
You stood between the fans, in the first row, holding the railings with your hands. Your body grown tired over time, you stood for far too long, you were close to passing out. But you had to be there, had to see the concert from the stands.
You couldn't just sit on backstage and watch the boys perform in front of the whole crowd when you had the chance to watch Jinu's face in full view from where you stood now.
The concert came to an end and the Saja's manager came up to you to help you get backstage. You told them that you don't need a whole escort, but their response was "Jinu asked me to do it, I couldn't say no." You sighed and nodded in understanding.
"Hey aegiya!" Suddenly someone hugged you from behind once you were in the boys band's lounge area .
"Ugh, Jinu~! You started me." You replied and turned around, freeing yourself from your boyfriend's embrace.
"Haha sorry, sorry." He replied, scratching the back of his neck and laughing awkwardly. "Oh jeez, you look pale. You should sit down."
You couldn't protest, because soon your darling boyfriend sat you down on the sofa and told one of the other boys to go grab you some water.
"Jinu, I'm okay, I promise." You said, but he clearly wasn't buying it and maybe he was in the right this time. Your vision went black for a second and it take a bit to go back to normal.
He crossed his arms. "Mmm, no, I'm not buying that. I saw you in the crowd, you looked like you would faint in any moment." He exhaled and crouched in front of you. "Listen, I know that you want to be everything to support you, but please don't just throw yourself into a potentially dangerous situation for you."
You looked away. "Sorry Jinu, you''re right... I guess." You looked back at him. "I didn't mean to stress you more."
He chuckled and brushed a strand of hair away from your face. "It's okay, just be careful, yeah?" He ruffled your hair and stood up. "Let's go home, Abby found some movie he wants to watch and you're invited too."
Romance
words [ 446 ]
The last thing you remember before fainting was Romance's panicked face when he caught you, then you lost consciousness. You didn't know how much time exactly passed between your collapsing and Romance getting you back to your apartament, but after regained consciousness saw Romance holding your hand to his forehead and murmuring to himself.
"Hey, no need to summon anything for me to wake up, stupid."
When you said these words Romance immediately looked up and practically crushed you with his body when he hugged you. "Jagiya! I'm glad that you're okay. You were out for so long." He said and before you could answer, he suddenly pulled away. "Do you need anything? Water, food, medicine?"
You looked at him a little stunned and then you started giggling, Romance titled his head, confused, but relieved that you felt well enough to laugh.
"What's so funny, jagiya?" He asked, leaning closer to you.
You took a while to answer, your laughter made it impossible. "You remind me of a puppy Romy." You giggled when you imagined him with dog ears.
"A puppy, huh? Well, maybe I'm a lovesick puppy for you, baby." He kissed you, but before you could kiss him back, he stood up, a smirk spread across his face when he saw your pout. "Ah, we can kiss later, now we need to take care of you. I was really scared when you waited so suddenly in the store."
"Boohoo, I want kisses now." You stood up from the bed very slowly, leaning on the wall in front of you when the black spots started showing in your vision.
Romance noticed it and was quick to your side, holding you by back and hand in case you fainted again. "Okay, let's go slowly. No need to rush." He said and slowly guided you to the kitchen.
You sat down on a chair in your kitchen and watch as Romance poured you water. "Drink up, you need it." He said, placing the glass in front of you.
You picked it up. "Thank you mr. specialist of human health." You said teasingly, looking at the patterns on his arm and drank the whole glass at once, you were really thirsty.
"Maybe I'm a demon, but I was a human before if you forgot." He huffed. "You're lucky I love you, you silly human."
"I think it's the other way around, but let it be your way." You stuck out your tongue at him.
"Oh, look who's feeling like a little tease after their fainted at my dance practice."
"Oh, shut up and give me more water."
He smirked proudly. "See? I told you that you'd need water."
Abby
words [ 552 ]
You were in the dance practice room, dancing to Soda Pop all alone. You knew that you shouldn't do it, not with the danger of fainting because you're straining your body. You should at least wait for Abby to wake up and watch over you. But you had to dance, this was one of your biggest passions in the past. It wasn't just a hobby, it was your career, your everything.
And now?
You could barely stand for longer than ten minutes without people fussing over you collapsing, you had to stand up slowly or you'll feel dizzy, your heart hurt from how fast it beat.
You hated this, hated this turn your life took. Hated how sad and colorless it became. But then, you heard that annoyingly catchy song one day and bumped into an extremely egoistical boys band member. You met your current boyfriend, Abby.
He was the most self confident person you've ever met, but you had to admit that in all his self love he was right. Fortunately, there was more to him than his muscles, voice and high ego. Abby proved himself to be most devoted, loving and a tiny bit stupid, boyfriend ever.
He didn't make a big fuss out of your pots, when you were feeling particularly weak he would give you piggy back rides and say "I'm jus' showing off my strength, it's not cause you feel bad or anything." And you were thankful for it.
Though he still wasn't so fond of you dancing. He tried his best not to show it so you wouldn't feel like even he sees you just for your illness.
That's why you were dancing in secret, trying to go back to normal in any way, maybe your career was over, but you could still try to do it as your hobby from time to time.
"Take a big bite, want another bite, yeah"
You froze when you heard Abby's singing right next to you. You turned you head to the side and there he was, wearing nothing but his pyjama sweatpants and slippers, he was dancing to the choreography.
"Why'd ya stop? It's not like we're doing anything bad." He said with a wink.
You paused the song and looked at him in confusion. "You won't stop me?"
"Nah, there's no point in stopping you now, aein. You've been sneaking out to dance for a while and you would do it again if I tried."
So he knew...
You felt embarrassed after being found out, you never wished for him to know that.
"Hey." He titled your head up and looked into your eyes. "It's okay if you want to dance, I would never stop you, not like you would let me anyway." He chuckled. "You're feisty, like a tiger. I love that about you, but please just tell me that you want to dance and I'd dance with you." He caressed your cheek with his thumb. "I may not be super great about this comfort thing or taking care of someone, but I know that you're ill and I don't want something to happen to you while I'm asleep." His serious expression was soon replaced by a cheerful beam.
"Now, let's continue. It's not every day that you have a one-on-one dance session with Abby Saja."
Mystery
words [ 495 ]
You were looking through the lipsticks that Olive Young had in its offer, you had to find cosmetics for the Saja Boys to use now that they had their rebrand from cute songs to more darker ones.
Ever since performing Your Idol after the Idol Awards, they decided that it was the vibe they want to go into and you, as their biggest supporter, stylist and almost a manager, said that it may be a good idea.
So now, you were on make up supplies duty, guarded by your boyfriend, Mystery, in case your illness was triggered and you would feel worse because of walking and standing for too long.
Though you mostly agreed on Myst going with you because you needed someone to carry your bags.
"Hmm, Myst~, come here." You quietly called out for him to get to your side.
"What is it?" He replied, but instead of giving him an answer you gently grabbed him by his chin with one hand and with the other you applied black lipstick to his lips.
"Hm. Yeah I guess this one will work." You murmured to yourself. "We'll grab five of these and then we'll look at the eyeshadows here." You announced, though it was still mostly a note to yourself. You put the five lipsticks to the basket and turned around to go to the alley with eyeshadows.
You didn't notice that your body grew weaker after a few hours of walking, not until you turned around way too fast and almost fell on a shelf because you started to feel dizzy, if it wasn't for mystery catching you it would be over for you.
"Nae sarang, be careful." He said, keeping you steady with his arm wrapped around your waist.
You looked up at him and blinked a few times until your vision was back to normal. "Ah, sorry Mysty, I think I overdid myself today haha." You leaned your forehead against his shoulder.
Your exhaustion gotten back to you, your legs felt unsteady and your mind was still dizzy from all that walking.
"Oh, come with me." Mystery said suddenly.
"Hm?"
He didn't answer, which wasn't that surprising, he had a tendency to speak only in short sentences or not speak at all unless he had to. That's why he got the name he has, you supposed.
"Here." He said and guided you to sit down on a fluffy seat in the corner of the store.
"But what about our shopping? I can't do it if I sit here." You said and tugged on the fabric of his blazer.
"You said that you wanted all of us to have dark purple eye shadow right?" He asked and you nodded in answer. "I will get you dark purple eye shadow, so just rest. Please."
You sighed. You couldn't fight him when his voice was so soft and calming. "Okay, just mind the prices." You replied after pondering on the idea for a second.
Baby
words [ 493 ]
"Baby I told you that I'm fine." You groaned when your beloved demonic boyfriend sat you down on the sofa.
You just came back from the aquarium and even with how fun it was, it involved a lot of walking and standing and with your condition it was a very challenging activity to go through.
So now, after returning home, your boyfriend who just a moment ago was chasing fish and begging you to let him feed one, now was forcing you to sit down.
"Nuh uh, we've been walking for two hours." He crossed his arms over his chest.
"Yeah, well I won't always end up fainting."
"You felt dizzy, idiot." He poked your forehead and sat down on the sofa next to you. "And besides, you promised me that you'd watch a movie with me."
"Ugh, I did?"
"Yup, you said that you would if I did a solo cover os Soda Pop and upload it, I did." He said with a grimace of his face at the mention of singing Soda Pop alone.
You chuckled. "Ah right, that. Alright. Let me go grab something to snack on then and we can-" You couldn't even stand up because Baby pushed you back down onto the sofa.
"No, no, no. You sit, I grab snacks."
And like that he went to the kitchen, you rolled your eyes and only shouted to him to bring you your favourite snack and grabbed the remote.
While you were scrolling through the streaming service, Baby came back with a tray of snacks and drinks. Most of them were sweets.
"Will you at least be so gracious to share some with me?" You asked, raising an eyebrow, amused by the sight of Baby having to stop himself from eating everything at once.
He turned to look at you. "I guess I can share some, I heard that sugar is good for giving energy or something."
"It is and isn't, but thanks for the thought." You smiled and moved closer to him.
"So what are we watching?' You asked after a while of scrolling through the animation and cartoons category.
"Something about fish." He said and opened a pack of gummy bears.
You giggled. "Oh god, you really are obsessed with fish. Okay then, Finding Nemo it is." You picked the movie and clicked play.
You two watched the movie in silence, until you broke it.
"Hey, Baby?"
"Hm? What's up Yeobo?" He asked, his eyes not moving from the TV screen.
"Thanks for looking out for me. it means a lot, even if I'm not the best at showing it." You said, fidgeting with your soda can.
He turned away from the screen, looking at you with slightly parted lips. "Oh, um, yeah no problem. I'm just trying to stop ya from fainting, y'know." He mumbled and looked back at the TV, though you saw that blush on his cheeks even if he tried to hide it.

Imagine coming home late at night. It was already two in the morning by the time you got home. Although you aren't tired, all you wanted was to get home. To be right next to him.
Imagine ever since you started working at night shift, the lesser time you spend with your lover. Despite that, every night you would come home with already cooked food waiting for you and same goes upon waking up.
Imagine you feel bad. Of course you do, he already has too much on his plate, has to wake up early in the morning but still has time to cook food for you. So you wanted to give back. You planned to go home early tonight. But shits unfold and you were forced to take an over time.
Imagine closing the door behind you gently. He must be sleeping already just like any other day. So you went through the dimmed living room only to halt upon seeing his sleeping figure on the sofa. What is he doing in here?
Imagine coming over to him. Eyes softened as you look fondly at him. "Caleb." You caresses his cheeks gently. "Why are you sleeping here?" You tap his cheeks gently but strong enough to wake him up. As much as you want to carry him into your shared room. You don't think that would be possible. But you also think how uncomfortable it would be for him to spend a night in the sofa. "Come one bud, wake up. Let's mobe you to bed."
"Bud?" He stirred up on his sleep, opening one eye. "Who's bud? I'm only your baby, honey, darling, love-" "Yes yes honey, now move so I can help you get into bed, okay?" Instead on doing as you said, he yawn, stretched out and sat comfortably at the sofa, tapping the vacant spave beside him. "Caleb, it's late. You should seriously go back to sleep."
Imagine Caleb who was leaning on the sofa eyes closed, snapped open before reaching out a hand towards you, pulling you into his lap. You can feel his breath on the back of your nape sending a shiver down his spine. "That's too bad. I was waiting for you so we can eat dinner." That stunned you for a moment. "Baby, it's already two in the morning." "Oh."
Imagine sitting across him as he heats up the food. You can’t help but to stare at him. "Long day at work?" He could feel the weight of your stare. "No." You replied. "Just thinking how lucky I am to have you." You saw him halt, then he look back, a smile on his lips as if he cannot help it. "I should be the one telling you that." When he said that with such a genuine smile and look in his face. Who are you not to believe that?
Imagine you missed this. Eating with him, talking with him. You missed this. Longed for these moments to last. You missed him. "You know I love you, right?" He asked, eyes looking fondly at yours. You smiled at him. "Of course." You replied softly. "And you know I love you too right?" "I always do."
Imagine as Caleb wake up in the morning, your peaceful sleeping face greeting him. There is nothing more he could wish for. He already has everything within his arms. And he couldn’t wait for forever to come.
[ⓒdark-night-hero] 2025°
: laughing my ass of because I always do my daily around 12-3am and Caleb- my guy is always asleep lmao. And basically what leads to here. I see Sylus as the only man who can keep up with me but my heart wants Caleb :(

The right time to Abolish ICE was 2002, after its founding. The next right time is now.
What's infuriating me right now about this is the knowledge that the people who support this either don't know that it's hurting *everyone*, or don't care. There is no small amount, I'm sure, of that "We live in a small town which is superior to your city, therefore the country should be lead how we see fit" attitude that's pretty rampant in Republican circles.
But also, ICE doesn't have to be there. Everyone was doing fine before Trump sent them in. They are "just following orders", but doing so in the callous way that's impacting everyone in the community, including and especially immigrant communities. They aren't making us safer, they're hurting businesses, tearing families apart, and rounding up innocent people to feed Trump's slogans.
ICE is relatively new, founded shortly after I became a US Citizen--meaning we had a different system beforehand. I'm not going to claim that the old INS was perfectly humane, but I can't help but feel like any immigration policy written by a post-9/11 Congress can only have been worse, more jingoistic and paranoid, than whatever we had before.

One of the harder parts of staying with the pack was times like this, during the day when members are out at work or living life. Of course, you were never alone, the omegas don’t have jobs though they do go out as they please, and the rest of the pack has purposely arranged their schedules so that at least one pack member above an omega is home with you guys at any given time. It’s a nice setup, you'll admit, but you feel useless. To be fair you never went out much when you lived with your old alpha but you were always cooking and cleaning to please him, you were never not busy. So that’s how you got here. Trying so hard to be useful you decided to clean up a bit instead you just made a bigger mess. You were moving on from putting the dishes in the dishwasher to cleaning the countertops when you got a whiff of the cleaning solution smell and immediately you felt the familiar sickness feeling, If you were a cartoon character you would physically be green right now. Now that you’re out of the first trimester the morning sickness should have subsided, and to be fair it wasn’t as bad as it was in the beginning but it was definitely still making itself comfortable in your life. At your last appointment, you asked the doctor about it and she said this was probably something to do with your already above-average sense of smell for an omega. At the same time, you could still get sick randomly due to your changing body, and smells would be your biggest enemy. But it was normal and that’s all that mattered to you anyway, though right now you kind of wish it wasn’t. The strong smell of vinegar and lemon is the perfect combination to kick your sickness into overdrive. Before you could even gag or process the situation you’d already thrown up all over yourself. With closed eyes you could feel your body begin to tremble, a familiar vibrating feeling that could only be accompanied by a panic attack. You couldn’t even bring yourself to sob, too afraid to make yourself any more noticeable, your body lets out soft whimpers from your quivering lip instead. Before you can even think of how to make your escape to the bathroom to clean yourself up you have to clean up the mess you made on the floor first. It's not a lot but it would be easier to clean up if the cleaning solution wasn’t making you gag even more. You don’t hear Changbin come down the stairs and enter the kitchen through the ringing in your ears.
“Y/N? I heard your whimpering and ran down here. What happ-“ Changbin cuts himself off at the sight of you all on the floor covered in your own vomit.
“It’s fine! I’m almost done cleaning it up, don't worry, I’m sorry I was just trying to help. fuck! Why can’t I help?” Your rambling is halted by a gentle hand on your shoulder.
“It’s okay bunny. Just breathe.” As you look into his eyes you feel a sense of peace, like a gentle reminder that yes you can breathe, it’s okay.
“Good, now let me.” With one fell swoop, he picks you up bridal style and begins to walk away from the kitchen.
“Changbin, what the hell are you doing? I said I could handle it.”
“I know you could, but as your alpha, I can’t let you. Like I was saying before you rudely interrupted me, let’s get you cleaned up!”
Changbin carries you all the way to the upstairs bathroom and places you down on the toilet seat and turns around to head out of the bathroom.
“I’ll get you some clothes and then you can shower!” Changbin leaves but not before giving you one of his signature cutesy smiles that almost makes you sick from how sweet it is. The alphas here confused you, hell the whole pack confused you, but Changbin especially makes your head spin. His personality was very cute and sweet which is an insane juxtaposition to his buff frame. He easily has the biggest muscles you’d ever seen, it was kind of comforting when it wasn’t scary. Changbin returns and places the clothes on the counter.
“I grabbed you some comfy warmer clothes, thought maybe it’d help soothe you.” Changbin seems unsure, you’d think this was his first time caring for an omega.
“Thank you.” and with a nod the alpha leaves you to take your shower. The water feels like it does more than just wash away your sickness but it feels like your emotions are physically leaking from your body. You watch the water run down your small bump, placing a gentle hand there as unease settles deep in your bones. If you can’t do something as simple as clean up what’s the point? How can you take care of a whole life?
You step out of the shower with a shiver, trying to get dried off and dressed as quickly as possible. As you put on the clothes Changbin picked out for you, the last item stops you in your tracks. A hoodie, but not just any hoodie, it’s his. The smell of firewood penetrates your nose and your pupils dilate. Without a word, you put on his hoodie to allow the smell to engulf you, just like it’s supposed to. Leaving the bathroom you’re greeted by the muscular alpha who now has a shocked expression. He waited for you. And god is he glad he did. The sight of you in his hoodie, covered in his scent makes him dizzy. So he waits no time to pull you back into the bathroom with him, standing behind you as you both stand in front of the mirror. Wordlessly he picks up the hairbrush and begins brushing your hair, It feels domestic, but you don’t run.
“This is your hoodie.” You speak, not really knowing if it’s a question or a statement.
“Felix told us about how alpha scents really help with your nausea, you didn’t have to wear it, I just wanted to help.” He smiles almost as softly as he brushes through your hair. You don’t miss how he brushes his nose across the top of your head, taking in your milky cherry scent.
Changbin’s heart swells with pride as his alpha howls in his head at the display in front of him. A pupped omega wearing his scented hoodie allowing him to groom you, His pupped omega, he internally corrects himself. He leads you down to the living room and he stops you from going into the kitchen.
“Don’t worry, I got it all cleaned up. Let’s relax now.” The alpha takes your hand leading you to the large couch letting you pick your spot before he sits next to you.
“Do you want to talk about what’s wrong, why you were cleaning up even though it was making you sick?” Your eyebrows furrow, and embarrassment floods your body once again.
“I feel useless and lazy. I don’t do anything, I don’t clean, I don’t cook, I don’t work, even though these are all things I can do with no issue. I don’t even go outside now, I’m becoming a slob.” Changbin’s heart breaks at your words, but understanding you just want some independence, some of your normal back.
“We can go out today. Could be like a more casual courting date or not, whatever you’d like.”
“I appreciate your offer but I don’t need your pity.” The alpha scoffs and your assumption of him.
“I don’t pity you, I care about you. And I want to hang out with you. Hyunjin can stay here with Han and Felix while we go out, it’ll be fun. No pressure.” Changbin gives you a hopeful smile, if he looks closely he feels like he can see a small crack forming in your wall.
“Okay, where would we go?” You don’t look at the alpha, afraid maybe he’d change his mind.
“We can go do some grocery shopping, you can help me!” Changbin emphasized the word help, as to soothe your worries.
“Really? I could help you pick out food for the pack?” You look up at Changbin with wide hopeful eyes, and his heart almost explodes.
“Yeah, we can go right now! Get your shoes on and I’ll go let the guys know we’re leaving.” He smiles before he retreats to the pack den where the pack members reside. You sit with your thoughts for a moment before releasing a contented sigh. Maybe things were looking up.
At the grocery store, Changbin pushed the cart with one hand and had the pack’s grocery list pulled up on his phone in the other. The list was split into sections, one for each pack member’s personal requests and a section for stuff for the whole house. You had a nice rhythm going on, where he guides you both through the store and tells you what to put in the cart. Though he can’t help but notice you don’t seem to be interested in grabbing anything for yourself, and they haven’t had a chance to add a you section to the grocery list quite yet. As you two made your way down a snack aisle he took notice of how you stopped in front of the milk drinks.
“I think I saw something about some sort of juice on Han’s list. What was it?” In all honesty, you don’t remember if anyone mentioned juice, you can’t think at all your mouth is watering at the sight of the banana milk. You recently started developing cravings, which weren’t weird, yet. Your mind was so used to not wanting things, you didn’t find yourself craving anything until you saw it. Sort of like love at first sight but with various cookies, rice cakes… and banana milk, as your brain had so kindly decided now. This wasn’t odd for you, you’d always liked banana milk but this was different. You didn’t want it, you needed it. This grocery trip was for them, you wouldn’t dare make this about yourself. And that’s where a gentle alpha’s encouragement comes in.
“Oh I love banana milk, should we get some?” You both share a knowing glance, though Changbin’s has an encouraging undertone.
“Maybe, maybe two packs would be good. Since there are so many of us.” The alpha is satisfied with your response, nodding at you to throw two packs into the cart. Though Changbin wouldn’t dare let the pack take your cravings from you, he’d be sure to let them know not to touch them later.
“Is there anything else the puppy wants?” Changbin takes your peaceful sigh as an invitation to be just a little more direct, trying to get you comfortable with his care.
“Seaweed chips sound really yummy… and those matcha cookies Hyunjin likes.” You blush, not used to giving in to your own desires. Changbin doesn’t care though, he wastes no time finding the snacks you want. As you continue your shopping trip the alpha does a lot more of that, encouraging you to get stuff for yourself too, showing you that you deserve treats just like the pack does if not more since you’re carrying a pup as well.
The walk to the car feels bright, and internally you acknowledge the progress you made in the store, it feels nice. Changbin insists he be the one to load the bags in the car but you don’t get in the car, you wait patiently in case he changes his mind.
The smell hits you first, like a bullet train traveling faster than sound itself. You grab onto Changbin’s arm, your scent is rancid like spoiled milk, full of panic.
“What’s wrong?” Now Changbin’s scent is burnt, afraid that somehow you got hurt on his watch. Before you can tell Changbin how urgently you need to leave the voice hits your ears and you’re shocked you don’t pass out in pure fear, you remain frozen, which somehow feels worse.
“Would you look at this, surprised I found you slut?” The slurred voice from the alpha a mere five feet away from him and his babies causes Changbin to let out a growl.
“Who the hell are you?” You want to scream at Changbin to not say anything to just get you both in the car and run but you can’t, you scream but nothing comes out. Once again trapped in your own mind prison.
“I should be asking you the same, you’re playing around with my sloppy seconds.” It clicks immediately for Changbin, this is the man who hurt you, who kicked you out on the streets pregnant and alone. The next growl he lets out is nastier, more venomous.
“Come on Y/N, you think you can run away and wear another’s alpha’s clothes and expect me not to find you? You’re carrying my seed, not his. I always knew you were a whore, but you were my whore.” If your blood wasn’t cold before, it definitely was now. Everything in you screamed to run but you remained still. Your mind feels like a slurry of nasty thoughts, like you were right back in his grip, like you’d never be safe from him.
“I suggest you leave before I rip your throat out with my teeth.” Changbin keeps one arm behind him, within each of you, keeping you both safe from this monster. The way his hand is inches away from your stomach makes you hyper aware of the pup growing inside it.
Alphas hurt pups. Our pup is in danger. Do something.
Your omega screams in your head but you don’t move, useless as always.
“Pfft her hole’s not even that good. She’s used goods pal.” The arrogant alpha slurs and it lights a fire within Changbin, nobody speaks about the people he loves like that. He lunges at the alpha determined to make those words his last, he punches him so hard that you can hear a loud crack. The alpha falls to the ground, unconscious. Changbin immediately ushers you into the car and drives away from the scene. You don’t speak, you don’t cry, you’ve completely disassociated. Staring in front of you out the windshield you think about how you got here. A lot of your first week with this pack was spent scared he would find you, but things were getting better, you had almost forgotten this was even possible. Changbin tries to comfort you the entire ride home but it’s like you’ve left your own body. His alpha cries for him to do something, to help his omega but nothing works.
When he pulls into the garage at home you immediately bolt out of the car and head straight to your room. At the sound of the door slamming and locking, everyone knew this was going to be a hurdle. But they were all willing to fight for you… literally in some cases.

➤𝐖𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 || 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐝 ||
A/n: Had to write dad!Spencer ( cause I'm rewatching Criminal Minds )
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The BAU bullpen was unusually quiet for a Wednesday morning—that is, until Spencer Reid strolled in carrying a diaper bag over one shoulder and his nine-month-old daughter perched on his hip.
Her fine curls bounced with each step, her big brown eyes wide with wonder as she looked around the open space. Her pink socks kept slipping off her chubby feet, and Spencer kept one hand firmly under her bottom, the other occasionally adjusting the strap of the bag threatening to fall off his shoulder.
“Alright, sweetheart,” he cooed softly, settling her on a blanket on the floor beside his desk. “Today’s the day. We’re going to say your first word, okay? And it’s going to be data or daddy or mama because I don't want to sleep on the couch.”
You let out a snort placing a kiss to Spencers temple before running through your daughter's curls. "Mama would never do that."
She responded with a delighted giggle grasping your fingers before reaching for one of the colorful stacking cups he brought with them. Spencer sat cross-legged in front of her, voice soft and encouraging as he repeated slowly, “Da-da. Daaaaa-da.”
His daughter squealed in amusement, kicked her feet, then shoved the cup directly into her mouth.
Spencer sighed, amused but determined. “You’re going to be a prodigy and start talking early, I can feel it. You’ve already got 21 teethers. You’re statistically advanced.”
Just then, his phone buzzed. He stood reluctantly. “Stay right there. I’m just going to grab your bottle from the fridge.”
No sooner had Spencer disappeared into the small kitchenette than Derek Morgan sauntered into the bullpen, grinning from ear to ear.
“Well, well, well,” he chuckled, kneeling in front of the baby with exaggerated charm. “A little Reid in the wild. You’ve got those chubby cheeks and big eyes—ain’t no way you’re not already trouble.”
She blinked up at him, lips shiny with drool, then reached out toward him.
Derek leaned in, tapping her nose lightly with one finger. “You know what name you should say first, princess? Derek. Come on now, say it with me. De-rek. De-rek.”
She stared intently.
He smiled wider. “Come on, you got this, baby girl. Derek.”
The moment Spencer’s footsteps echoed from the hallway, Derek jumped to his feet and power-walked away, casually whistling and definitely not looking guilty, your lips twitching into a smile as you pulled out your phone to film what is about to happen.
Spencer stepped back into the room just in time to see his daughter light up—hands flailing, legs kicking against the soft blanket—as she opened her mouth and let out a triumphant:
“Deh-wek!!”
There was a beat of stunned silence.
Spencer froze. “…What?”
His daughter clapped her hands together and squealed again: “Deh-wek!”
He stared at her in betrayed disbelief. “No. No, no, no. You did not just say Derek.”
She giggled in delight, proud of herself.
Spencer scooped her up, aghast. “I have read to you every night since birth. I say ‘Dada’ fifteen times a day. And your first word is Derek?!”
From across the office, Derek’s triumphant laugh echoed. “Genius daughter, genius taste!”
Spencer shot out of the bullpen, baby safely on her blanket with a flustered rage on his face. “Morgan! You sabotaged me!”
The baby squealed with glee on her blanket, grabbing a fistful of the soft fabric as Spencer stormed after his best friend.
At your desk, still filming, you nearly fell out of your chair laughing, clutching your side as you watched Spencer chase Morgan down as you went to pick up your daughter babbling, “Deh-wek! Deh-wek!” In your arms.
“Guess we know who the favorite is,” Garcia chimed from beside you, sipping her coffee with a smirk.
You grinned and shook your head, already reaching for your phone. “I’m definitely saving this for her baby book.”
Spencer dashed past in hot pursuit of Derek, his voice echoing through the bullpen:
“You planted that word in her head! That was premeditated speech sabotage, Morgan!”
Derek’s laughter could be heard bouncing off the walls as he jogged backward down the hall. “Don’t hate the player, Pretty Boy! Hate the game!”
Your daughter squealed in your arms, kicking her legs and proudly chanting, “Deh-wek! Deh-wek!”
You grinned, resting her against your hip as you gave her a kiss on the cheek. “You’re a little traitor, you know that?”
She clapped, drool dripping down her chin. “Deh-wek!”
You started to turn back toward Spencer’s desk when the elevator dinged and opened smoothly.
Out stepped Aaron Hotchner, immaculately dressed in his usual dark suit, briefing folder in one hand, phone in the other. He barely got two steps into the chaos before his eyes took in the scene:
—Derek sprinting past him, laughing like a man who had just won a lifelong bet.
—Spencer right on his heels, baby wipes falling out of his back pocket as he shouted, “SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO SAY DADA!”
—You holding the baby like a football as she cheered them both on with delighted cries of “DEH-WEK!”
Aaron stopped.
Paused.
Blinked.
You met his eyes with a calm smile. “Morning, Hotch.”
Your daughter waved at him. “Deh-wek!”
Aaron exhaled, turned slowly on his heel, and without a word, stepped back into the elevator.
As the doors began to close, you could swear you heard him mutter a resigned, “Nope.”
You adjusted your daughter on your hip, chuckling. “Welcome to Take Your Kid to Work Day, sweetheart.”

Sorry, I don't have any guides for these tools and didn't find any good one on the internet either. I made one myself for you this morning, super long and complete with screenshots and all, and then tumblr just... disappeared it... And I don't think I have the will to do it all over again with all the screenshots and explanations. I'll make a shorter one.
I'm assuming that you use Windows.
WizTree
The link to the installer is here. The wizard is straightforward.
You should run the disk cleanup utility as administrator first, so that you can rid of any unnecessary file (but please check that you don't have any important file in the recycle bin before having it emptied). You can just type up "disk cleanup" in the Windows search bar for it, then right-click instead of left-click, and select "run as administrator". You should definitely do this again every now and then btw.
When you open WizTree, what you want to look for is either big squares (single files that take up a lot of space, like movies or zip files) or many smaller squares all clumped together. The latter might be cache (Spotify, Telegram, all internet browsers, generate a lot of it. WizTree gives you the cue to open these programs and clean the cache from their respective settings), or some other thing (AMD Radeon for some reason likes to keep all past versions of its installer, even though only the most recent is useful). You might also notice some folders that are considerably bigger, for example all Adobe products are naturally chunky and so you might want to consider alternatives, like Photopea in lieu of Photoshop. Here I highlighted some examples on my laptop, files and folders which I would definitely check out first thing. And after deleting them, I would hit the "Scan" button again to refresh the graph.
Tumblr media
It takes some effort to get used to the game the first time, but I think the immediate visual feedback of the colored blocks, the highlighting of the folder as you hover on it, the size proportion... They make WizTree a great tool. I also wish I could give you more precise information on what to look for exactly, but it really varies greatly from PC to PC, so I can't know for certain what might take up space on your machine.
Beware! Some big squares are best left untouched because they're Windows files: namely $MFT, hiberfil.sys, pagefile.sys, anything in "System Volume Information" or in "Recovery", and of course anything in the "Windows" folder.
If pagefile.sys is very big (say, bigger than 5 GB) and you're running out of storage space, you can reduce its size to something like 2 or 3 GB, following this guide.
Everything
Link to the installer here. This wizard is also pretty straightforward, you don't need to touch any of the default settings, just hit "next".
It takes just a few seconds to index all the files the first time you open it after turning your PC on, and then it's good to go. Instant search, system-wide, in milliseconds.
You should extend the "file path" column a bit so that you can clearly see *where* each result is located, and see if that's the file you were looking for or not.
Apart from the basic search, there are some useful options in the "Search" tab in the top row. Namely: case sensitive/insensitive search, including file paths in the search (e.g. if you want to look up a file called "Pamphlet" in folders called "Campus" instead of in folders called "Work". Then you would activate that option and search "pamphlet campus"), and including full words (e.g. if you know the file has the word "Boy" and you're not interested in files with "tomboy", "boyish", "flamboyant"). They're the top options in here (sorry that it's all in Italian, I'm a pizza pasta mandolino citizen):
Tumblr media
In the lower part you can also see how you can filter the results based on whether it's an audio file, a zip file, an exe file, a folder etc. Neat, right?
any computer people wanna explain how the hell this works
Tumblr media Tumblr media
it wont let me do shit bc i apparently have 81 gigs of apps clogging my c drive, but my largest app is 0.4gb?????? its not system applications either because system is its own segment of storage. wadda hell are you talking about

K-Pop Demon Hunters: HUNTR/X X Fem! Reader
Characters: Mira, Zoey and Rumi
Warning: None. SFW.
A/N: I can't believe pride month is over, but I'll be damned if it ends and I don't have anything for these girls! Should I do one for the Saja Boys??
Zoey
Tumblr media
“What do you say to us going to the bathhouse after this?… Awesome- You hear that, guys?! I’m taking my girlfriend to the bathhouse!” Zoey knew she liked girls for a long time. When she lived in America, she enjoyed that she was in a sense comfortable to love who she wanted to love without much ridicule if at all. So for her, falling in love with you came easy and somewhat fast. She knew some fans wouldn’t understand, but that didn’t stop her from putting you on a pedestal and making sure the whole world knew who she was dating.
This maknae will always find a chance to hold you if not cuddle you in between shows, all while telling you endlessly how much she loves you between kisses on your cheeks. Because of how proud she is to have you as a girlfriend, she’ll even invite you to join HUNTR/X during interviews and fan signing. This lovebird makes sure no one forgets you two are together because of how happy you make her. And she hopes she makes you feel the same way.
Mira
Tumblr media
“Where’s my girl?… There she is~. You enjoyed the show? Good, now come on, babe, we gotta celebrate.” One of the reasons why Mira didn’t get along well with her family was because she wasn’t conventional when it came to her love. She liked guys, don’t get her wrong, but she loved girls way more. And she used to be pretty self conscious about it, but after she met you? Beautiful gorgeous you? Well, let’s just say that she parades you around sometimes. When she’s done with a show, she’s all over you, quick to put an arm around you and walk around as if you are both goddesses everywhere you go.
Expect to get a bunch of kisses on your forehead and brushes along your hand from her thumb. And especially be ready for her to put you in her lap like it’s a personal throne while she caresses your side. If anyone tries to ridicule you for loving her, she’s going to make an example out of them. She dares anybody to hurt you or make you feel like you don’t belong. They’re just another display of how much she loves you and cherishes you.
Rumi
Tumblr media
“For the melody, maybe we can-… Why are you looking at me like that? I know it may be hard, but can you try to stop being cute and focus?” Rumi had made it clear that she likes boys as much as her friends. But what she’s always kept behind closed doors along with her past is that she likes girls too. She had to learn that the hard way from performing at so many shows, meeting other artists and just being entranced by their beauty. It’s one of the reasons why she fell in love with you. You just. Waltzed right into her life and she thought you were the most beautiful person she’d ever seen.
She pursued you and at first tried to keep your relationship a secret due to fear of ridicule. But with your help and your unwavering love for the lead singer, after a show, Rumi pulled you aside and revealed to the world that you two were together. She has never been happier now that you two can be together in public. She loves how she can compliment you around Mira and Zoey. How she can talk about you fondly during interviews. And especially how she can sleep by your side without having to sneak you out in the morning. She couldn’t do it if it wasn’t for you. And because of that, she loves you so much and will love you forever.
Likes and retweets are always appreciated! I love you all, stay hydrated and have a good day! <3

Mission Accomplished // Jax x reader oneshot !!
Caine had decided to give you random jobs for you to complete today, due to him having 'too many overstimulating options' from the submission box, according to him...
Despite this, you were about to complete another job when suddenly Jax decided to bother you. Of course.
"Whatcha doing? Looks real boring and tiring to me."
He says as he practically looms over you, watching to see exactly what you are doing. The jobs that Caine had assigned you, particularly, were pretty tame compared to the adventures you all would regularly go on. It did make you question why you were the only one assigned them, though... and why were these tasks so easy? You shrug it off for now and respond to Jax.
"I have to do some things today."
You say as you complete another task from Caine.
Jax quirks an eyebrow and leans closer, arms folded.
“Oh yeah? Like what?”
Suddenly, you get the idea to say something risky. To get back at all the pranks and embarrassing things Jax had done to you. Would you regret it? Proba-
"Like you."
S i l e n c e .
Jax’s eyes widened at that, and a slight pink tinge tinged his cheeks. A slow smirk spreads across his expression and his tone becomes cocky as he looks at you.
“Oh, you’re gonna ‘do me’, eh? Really goin’ for full on cheesy pick up lines here, aren’t ya?”
Your cheeks stung with a flush as you looked away from him, continuing with what you were doing.
"Okay, but seriously, I need to get things done today."
Jax rolls his eyes with an exaggerated sigh, his smirk staying plastered on his face.
“Fine, be a boring workaholic. Go do important stuff'n ‘n all.”
He pauses and glances at you sideling again.
“But can’t you spend like, one minute just hangin’ with me first?”
You sigh. Just to get him away, you agree and look at him, his smug expression not leaving your sight for a moment.
"Well, what do you want to do?"
Jax shrugs as a mischievous glint appears in his eyes.
“Doesn’t matter. I’m easy to entertain.”
He turns in the direction of Ragatha and Pomni playing in the distance, and a sly grin breaks across his features.
“Or I could always take a tease at Pomni. That’s always fun.”
You sigh through your nose, looking at him with an uncertain gaze.
"Just don't go overboard... like you did last time?"
Jax leans against the wall and snickers, recalling the way Pomni had freaked out last time.
“Hey, not my fault she’s got no chill. You have to admit it’s funny.”
He glances sideling at you.
“Besides, you laughed.”
"Okay- but I laughed because I was in shock okaayy? That's completely different."
Jax grins widely and steps closer. His gaze is heavy as he leans in, his voice lowers to a murmur.
“You’re cute when you act all defensive.”
You hold your breath. He did not just say that.
"Shut up. I'm just telling you the truth here, it's different."
Jax snickers and raises an eyebrow, his smirk growing into a cocky grin. He steps closer so that you’re both almost chest to chest and lowers his voice.
“You’re totally cute.”
He glances sideling at Pomni, who’s still happily playing with Ragatha, and grins wickedly. You're about to open your mouth to object to what he'd said, but he interrupts your thought before it can get out.
“Y’know what would really get her to lose it?”
You stay silent for a moment, not knowing if you should even ask.
"..What?"
Jax grins mischievously and whispers into your ear.
“You should kiss me.”
He looks at you with the smuggest face, with no regret for what he had said. Did he really just say that? Seriously, what is he thinking?! You could have nearly dropped what you were doing right there and then.
"What?! Jax, that's literally crazy!"
Jax glances sideling at Pomni, still happily chatting with Ragatha. He smirks smugly.
“But it’d get a reaction.”
He turns to look right at you and leans in, his breath fanning your face. His gaze is intense and his tone is a smug murmur.
“You wouldn’t be too scared to do it, wouldcha?”
You have to blink before responding. This was insane.
"I'm not scared- it's just extreme for a prank! Let alone teasing."
Jax raises an eyebrow and takes a step closer to you. His voice is silky and cocky.
“But you’re tempted, aren’t you?”
His grin is Cheshire Cat wide as he studies your expression.
"Don't put words in my mouth."
You shake your head before looking at him again. Still has that smug cheeky expression on his face.
"Look, we'll just do this really quickly because then I have to go.. Are we seriously going to do this just in front of them? To give them a shock or something? "
Jax’s cocky smirk widens into full mischief.
“Oh absolutely we are.”
He glances sideling at Pomni and laughs out loud.
“This is gonna be sooo funny—“
"Okay!!"
You interupt.
"Let's just get it over and done with quick..."
You say as you try to keep your flush from staining your cheeks.
Jax’s expression softens a fraction, and he cups your face with one hand, the other hand dropping to your waist. He leans in closer still, his voice lowering to a murmur as his cocky smirk fades to a softer smile.
“You know, I can make it real dramatic. Give you like, the whole big kiss thing and all—“
His free hand brushes a strand of hair behind your ear.
“Or I can make it quick and sweet… your choice.”
"Does it really matter if it's just a prank anyway?"
You mumble under your breath.
Jax’s grip on your waist tightens for a moment as he leans in even closer, his face a mere few inches from yours. He keeps his voice low, his expression an intense smolder and his smugness replaced with a softer, more genuine emotion.
“It matters to me.”
His voice grows to almost a whisper, his grip on your face shifting so that he cups your cheek rather than holding your jaw.
“I wanna know what you want.”
You feel your flush completely burning your face off again. Not only that, but it's suddenly so hard to stand up? Your legs wobble and your breathing hitches as you think of a response to give.
"I don't- I don't mind..?"
Jax pauses a moment longer, his hand still cupping your face. He searches your eyes and grins.
“Well, since you can’t decide, I guess I’m taking charge.”
He leans in the rest of the way, and his lips are on yours. The cocky smirk from before is gone now with the kiss he gives you: soft, almost slow, although they are right in front of both Pomni and Ragatha. However, he does make sure to keep it brief. After a few seconds, he breaks the kiss, but he doesn’t pull back. He keeps his face a few inches away from yours, his thumb idly tracing the outline of your cheek. His tone is soft, cocky smirk gone, and the mischief in his expression is replaced with something softer.
“Mm. You taste sweet.”
He leans forward and pecks you on the corner of your mouth for extra measure. Your thoughts are completely gone, almost like they pooled to the bottom of your shoes. The only thing you can feel now is Jax's surprisingly gentle grip on you.
"Did they- Did they see?"
You barely mutter out.
Jax glances sideling at both of them, trying not to break into laughter.
“Yeah and now they're both freaking out. Ha.”
He grins and turns back to look you directly in the eye, his expression still oddly soft.
“I think mission accomplished.”
