-Sirius Black x reader
{Sirius is a little more touch starved then he thought, he just doesn’t know how to ask for help}
Short and sweet! Enjoy as always lovelies!! 💕
⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆
Sirius wildly underestimated just how much of an effect you had on him. He was absolutely hooked on everything revolving around you. Remus and James often teased him for it, telling him that you had him wrapped around your dainty finger, which is somewhat true, not that Sirius would ever admit to it.
But it was still true nonetheless, his heart was yours, wholly.
Which means that in hindsight he most definitely shouldn’t struggle with asking for a simple hug, or kiss or even just to cuddle. But goodness was that easier said than done because the words seem to be caught in the back of his throat. It made him feel silly in a way.
You could tell something was wrong with him just by how quiet he was. Sitting as far away as possible, fidgeting with his hands as he focuses on anything but you. Sirius hates this feeling, whatever it might be.
You notice the way his eyebrows furrow together, how he nibbles on his bottom lip as if he’s deep in contemplation. He looks as if he wants to say something, but he stops before the words can leave him, he does this almost five times before you finally decide to say something.
You nudge his thigh with your foot, making him look over at you, “What’s going on huh? you've been really quiet” You ask, and he almost looks surprised that you even noticed.
He goes to say something but then he closes his mouth once again. There's a beat of silence before speaks again, “Nothing angel, it's nothing” liar, complete liar. And he knows, by the unsure look in your eyes, that you have caught on to his not-so-believable lie, that’s why he’s quick to stand up making his way to your kitchen, saying something about him being 'thirsty'.
He doesn’t want to confront the situation, or his feelings, he's always had a bad habit of bottling things up, in fact, he didn’t really want to think about it, so he avoids it altogether. But you catch on to what's happening pretty quick, the way he kept glancing over at you, how his hands were constantly fiddling with something. It was a dead giveaway.
So you follow him out to the kitchen, noticing that he's leaning against the countertops, his lower back pressed against the dark marble as he runs a hand through his hair with an almost frustrated groan.
You place a gentle hand against his shoulder and he sighs at the warm feeling. “Hey, come here” you whisper, softly smiling at the way his eyes light up as you hold your arms out for him.
He doesn’t need to be told twice, his arms immediately wrap around you, holding you close to him and he swears his heart might just jump out of his chest. It’s pathetic he thinks, how you can make him feel like this, as if he might just crumble.
Your hands soothe against his back, “You should’ve just asked baby” you tell him as he buries his head further into your shoulder breathing deeply, and he feels like he can finally breathe.
“Didn’t know how” he admits and your hands cup either side of his face. Sirius thinks the embarrassment might just eat him alive, but then you press your lips against his and he melts completely at the loving feeling.
He loses himself, his heart blooming with warmth as he chases after your lips with haste, eager to feel you close to him as if it was the first time you’ve seen each other in years.
“Thank you” he whispers, as he rests his forehead against yours and you let out a breathy giggle as your thumb grazes against his cheek.
“Anytime handsome,” you tell him smiling at the way he chuckles, shaking his head softly. His arms circling around you once again.
You tug on his hand as you lead him back to the living room, pulling him down on the sofa with you as you both lay together entwined with nothing but love, and Sirius wouldn’t have it any other way.

Sparks fly
Sirius Black x Pureblood slytherin!Reader
Summary: Dating a Black was not the problem, the problem was that is Sirius, a known bloodtraitor.
Genre: Hurt/comfort and secret relationship
CW: talks about familiar problems, blood status and arranged marriages
Word count: 1.2K
This is part of my Speak Now (Marauders’ version) collection
Tumblr media
“I run my fingers through your hair and watch the lights go wild. Just keep on keeping your eyes on me, it's just wrong enough to make it feel right”
Sunny days were not common in Hogwarts, the usually humid weather of the Scottish highland made it hard for students to enjoy the large grounds surrounding the school.
Nonetheless, whenever the clouds weren’t pouring rain or blocking the sun you have been finding yourself in the same place for the last year.
You were sitting by the black lake, in a remote spot seldom crowded by students. It was at times like this that you felt genuinely happy, the sun illuminating the lake and the weather hot enough for you to discard your coat. Though you could argue the cozy spring weather was not the main source for your happiness, but the man whose head was resting on your lap, your fingers running through his beautiful dark hair.
You never meant to fall for him, really. He was hotheaded, a pain in the ass, arrogant, a womanizer and everything your parents would hate for you -which was anything but a respected pureblood heir-. Falling for a Black was not the problem, the Black family was a well bred pureblood family, all of them except your boyfriend. Falling for a Black was not the problem, falling for Sirius was.
You both were aware of the implications of the relationship so you did what was the most logical thing, kept it a secret to everyone. At first the secrecy wasn’t that bad, it was even thrilling at points, sneaking out and stolen glances had been fun for a while. Until it wasn’t enough, you wanted to be able to hold his hand in public, or display a little bit more of PDA than appropriate when girls were shamelessly hitting on him.
But if your friends were to find out about your relationship with Sirius it wouldn’t end well, they’d be against it, probably stop talking to you and tell your parents, which would end with you getting disowned or betrothed to one of your cousins to keep the family name clean. And if his friends found out he’d probably be mocked relentlessly for dating what he swore to hate, and maybe his friends would be sceptical of you, or just disapprove entirely of you.
“A penny for your thoughts?” Sirius's voice broke your train of thought and your eyes fell on him.
He looked beautiful, his head resting in your lap and your hands on his hair. His gorgeous grey eyes were filled with concern when he looked at you.
"Sometimes I wonder if this is all worth it, you know, the hiding. Don't you get tired of it?" You asked him, your tone making your boyfriend realize just how serious you were.
Sirius sat upright to be able to look you in the eyes, his thigh touching yours and his hand on top of yours, stroking it lovingly.
“You know I love you right? It doesn’t matter what others think of this, of us.” He said, his free hand gesturing between you two. “I will love you regardless.”
“I know, I love you too, so much.”  you whispered while resting your head on his shoulder, Sirius placed a kiss on your temple. And just like that every single worry you had dissipated.
Oblivious for both of you, another group of students had decided to explore the less visited parts of the school grounds, therefore being aware of the whole exchange.
───✥───
“You are joking right?” James asked, dumbfounded at the news that had just left Remus’ mouth.
“I couldn’t believe it either, apparently Barty and Snape saw them together on the school grounds.” came Remus’ reply.
James and Peter were hanging out in the common room when Remus delivered them the new hearsay that was going on around Hogwarts. As if on cue Sirius appeared in their peripheral vision, skipping down the stairs with a happy whistle and making his way towards them.
When he saw their shocked faces looking up at him he stopped dead in his tracks. “What?” he inquired.
James started on an incomprensible ramble along the words of ‘how, when, why…’ just to be interrupted by Peter. “Are you really dating Y/N? like, the pureblood slytherin Y/N?”
“How do you…?” Sirius' mind was racing, unable to process a single thought, how did they know? Who else knew? Where were you?
“I ran into Lily and Marlene, and they told me that Barty and Snape had seen you two on a date. Everybody knows, rumors fly at hogwarts” Remus explained.
Sirius' worry grew, if everybody knew, that meant your house knew. And if they did it was only a matter of time until your parents got the news. The interrogation that he was going to suffer at the hands of his friends was nothing compared to the reactions you’d get from everyone in Slytherin.
“I need to find her, I’m sorry. I’ll explain everything later, I promise.” Sirius ran from the room, leaving behind three very confused marauders and James shouting “So it’s true?!”
───✥───
He found you outside. The former gentle weather was now replaced with heavy rain.
You were sitting in the same spot of your dates. Sirius heard your sobs before he saw you.
You were drenched by the rain, your hair sticking to your face, your eyes red and swollen from crying.
“Y/N” he spoke softly when he reached your side, his arms pulling you into a hug. “It’s okay, baby.” That made you cry harder and your arms to tighten around him.
“They know Sirius, I can’t go back to the common room, they are going to have my head.” You said in between sobs. As soon as the news had reached the slytherin common room so had the threats, namecalling and hexes. “I’m sure Evan has already sent an owl to my parents, I’m going to get disowned, Siri. I don’t have anywhere to go.”
Sirius could feel your pain through your words, when shit had hit the fan at his home he had the Marauders to have his back. You didn’t have anyone except for him.
“You can sleep in my dorm tonight, don’t go back to yours.” he said while soothing your back.
“Do your friends know?” he nodded. “They hate me, I can’t go to your dorm.” you said, trying to hide your face in his chest.
“Hey, none of that. They don’t hate you, they’ll be surprised, maybe a little bit apprehensive about the whole thing, but they’ll give you a chance, and they are going to love you.” Sirius' voice was assertive, he was trying to reduce your self deprecating thoughts at a minimum.
“What about my parents?” you said, more calmed now, sobs turned into hiccups.
“We are going to figure it out, you and I, together. We’ll find a way.” Sirius' hand came in touch with your face as he tried to dry your tears.
“Okay, yeah you are right. I love you Sirius.”
“I love you too, forever.”
Sirius leaned in for a kiss, soft and filled with love. You wondered then how wrong this was when it just felt so right.

Best Friend’s Sister | S. Black
Pairing: Sirius Black x Potter!reader
Description: Sirius never meant to fall for his best friend’s sister but he did anyway.
Word count: 5000+
Warnings: fluff, angst.
Tumblr media
Sirius never meant to fall for his best friend’s sister but he did anyway.
He remembers it all vividly, the moment he fell in love with her. It started off as a simple love tale - a love sparked by eye contact and ignited with a kiss. He remembered the small shy girl she was when he met her at the King’s Cross Train Station like it was yesterday.
James Potter was excited to start his second year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
He had promised to meet up with his three friends who were already waiting on the train. What had stopped the boy from running on the train already was his little sister next to him.
“Are you excited, sweetheart? Hogwarts is a great school. I am sure you will love it there,” your mother said as she kissed your cheek.
With a wide grin, you nodded to her. James had told you everything there was to know about Hogwarts.
You could hear him call your name from the train.
“I’m coming!” You turned to your parents and quickly kissed both their cheeks before rushing to the train. You barely could believe you were leaving Platform Nine and Three-Quarter for Hogwarts
James offered his hand. “Finally. We still have to find my friends.”
With your trunk behind you, you followed your brother down the many coupes. You had;t met his friends yet but he had told you the stories. Just like he did at Hogwarts he had also told everything he had done with his friends. How they started to prank some of the other students, and the detention they earned from it. He laughed about it and you couldn’t help but even be excited for the trouble that would occur.
“James, slow down.” You hurried after him, dragging your trunk behind you whil James was already several feet in front of you. Again you called his name when he dashed into the next coupe.
With a sigh, you started a little run after him but when you got into the coupe yourself James was out of sight.
“James?” you called out for him.
“He is in there.”
You jumped from the voice next to your ear.
“Sorry, didn’t mean to scare you,” the boy laughed. “But he is in there with my friends. You mean James Potter, right?”
You nodded your head silently, taking in the stranger in front of you. “He is my brother.”
“Oh, you are his famous sister. I’m Sirius, his best friend if it wasn’t clear yet,” he introduced himself and extended his hand to you.
He waited with a smile for you to shake his hand and after a little while you did. His smile didn’t falter when you still stared at him. You had heard about Sirius, James spoke very fondly of him.
“Nice to meet you,” you whispered. You had to crane your head to look at him, not realizing yet how big twelve can be if you are still eleven yourselves.
“Come on in,” Sirius said when he opened the door. James called you the moment he saw you. He introduced you to his other two friends, Remus and Peter. The only time you weren’t talking to his friends you were eating snacks from the cart.
Tumblr media
It wouldn’t be a good day if the boys didn’t arrive late. Even in their fifth year they still manage to almost forget about breakfast in the Great Hall. Well, Sirius and James forgot. Remus and Peter were always the ones to remind them.
Today was no different. You could see them hurrying into the Great Hall. James his eyes searching for you from the entrance.
Then Sirius pointed at you, finding you first.
With a little wave, you beckoned them to join you, not that it was ever a question. Even after three years you were still always invited to their group. It didn’t matter what occasion, even if it was at dinner or at studying.
The four boys arrived in their own way. Remus complained about almost missing breakfast, James told you that it wasn’t his fault, Peter greeted you with a hello and a sorry, and Sirius, Sirius threw his arm over your shoulder when he sat next to you.
“Good morning to you.”
“Good morning to you too, Sirius.”
“Please stop,” James groaned and when swatted his friend’s head.
He could only laugh about it, leaving his arm still around you. “We weren’t even doing anything. Really, James, I think you need a new set of glasses.”
You joined Sirius’ laughter, covering your mouth when you saw the glare of your brother, but the little snickers still left you.
James wasn’t laughing, he didn’t find it funny how his friend was always flirting with you, even if Sirius denied it himself.
Then you felt the arm around your shoulder slowly retreat from its position. Sirius gave you a smile but this one wasn’t as bright as his last one. Yours didn’t match either.
Tumblr media
“Remus, how can you act like that book is more important than us? We are incredibly fun today and great entertainment for the world. I am shocked you don’t think the same as society does.”
Remus looked up from his book, his brows raised. “Who are you trying to convince here, Sirius?”
Sirius only smiled at him, taking up more of the couch in the common room. He wasn’t going to answer Remus. His point was already made when Peter and James started to talk to Remus waiting for him to put the book down.
Then he saw you walk in and it was the perfect opportunity.
“I’m sure James’ sister agrees with me.”
“Agree with what?” You asked so sweetly when you joined the group of boys.
Remus shook his head when he answered, “Nothing, Sirius thinks he is the center of the world.”
“You agree, don’t you, love?”
You didn’t have to answer, not when your brother hit Sirius with a book. “That’s my sister man.”
It was all so theatrical. How hurt Sirius looked and reached for his heart. How James threatened to hit him again. “Don't hurt him, James.”
He made a sound in protest when he felt you swat at his head. The book had fallen on the ground when he turned to you. “Really? Are we turning on me now?”
Sirius laughed and pulled you on the couch with him. “Of course we are against you. You hurt me.”
Your giggles filled the room when he pulled you in more, finally offering a bit of the couch to someone else other than himself.
“I wanted to sit there,” James whined as he saw his best friend let his sister join him. “And stop flirting with my sister.”
“Whatever you say, Jamsie.”
But Sirius wouldn’t stop, he enjoyed it too much. He wrapped his arms around you and wasn’t letting go any time soon. He made an agreement in his head that when Remus finished his book he would let you go.
Tumblr media
There were many people that gave Sirius Black more attention than he needed. Next to his friends that watched him talk to some girls, you also watched him. A little scowl on your face that you tried to hide with a smile as you talked to Remus.
“I just think that with your notes I can be even better at Charms than I already am. Please, Remus.”
he shook his head. “No, you don’t need them and I know how that ends. Your brother always asked the same and he never studied if I gave it to him.”
“I am not my brother,” you quickly shot back.
“I know, but some traits are scarily alike.”
James dropped his homework and shut his books. He also carried a scowl when looking at his friend.
“See, scarily alike. Even when you’re both angry,” Remus said.
“We aren’t” But again the two of you showed different when you said it at the same time.
You folded your arms but the scowl you had carried disappeared slowly because of these amazing friends. They may have been James’ friends but they were also yours.
Then you felt two pairs of arms wove themselves around you and the once bad mood you felt minutes ago had disappeared from you entirely.
“Cheer up, buttercup,” Peter said with a laugh and you couldn’t help but giggle at the nickname he had given you.
You shook your head, laughing and grasping attention from people in the courtyard but you didn’t care. These were your friends that would cheer you up even if they didn’t know the reason. Even if they were James’ friends they showed friendship to you too.
“Thank you, guys,” you said. “But I hate that nickname.”
Peter laughed and let you out of his arms.
Sirius had heard your laugh from across the courtyard, drawing him in every time he even heard a snippet of it. It was his favorite melody that didn’t need to be composed. He saw you joking with your brother, how Peter threw his hands around you.
He balled his fist for just a second. He shouldn’t be jealous, he had no reason to be. You weren’t his and he was here talking to-
He was still talking to someone, a girl he had forgotten about the moment he heard you laugh. Sirius shook his head. “I’m sorry but I have to go.”
Sirius wasn’t sorry at all when he joined his friends. Greeting them one by one, all in the same way. Except for you, you were always the exception for him.
“Hello, love,” he whispered and kissed your cheek.
“Hello, Sirius.”
Tumblr media
James Potter almost didn’t want to invite Sirius to join him and his family for the summer holidays. he had seen the way his friend looked at his sister. Even when he told him she wasn’t his to flirt with, Sirius never listened.
But nearing the end of the vacation even he had to give in to the fact that Sirius Black hadn’t flirted with you as much as he did in school.
It was as if the boy knew that this wasn’t the place and time to do so.
That didn’t mean he didn’t give you any attention. The three of you spend much time together, playing Quidditch, annoying either James or Sirius. Playing games with your parents.
“I can’t believe we have to leave again tomorrow,” you said to the sky.
Then a face propped itself above her. “You can sound a little happier.”
Sirius looked down at you, laying on the grass bed in between the flowers.
“I am happy.”
He nodded at you, taking his own place on the grass. The flowers crushed beneath him but he managed to save one for you. He broke off the stem and placed it in your hair.
“I am happy to go back, but I’m also happy here. A simple place, where nobody cares what I do or that I am James’ little sister,” you said and sat up, eyes still on the blue sky above you where clouds formed.
Ever so softly, Sirius placed his finger on your chin and made you watch him. “You are so much more than that. If they don’t see it, they aren’t worthy of your time.”
He traced your lips, right over the cupid's bow, and stopped on your bottom lip. His eyes slowly reached yours, holding your gaze.
You had wanted this for so long. The moment you met him he was everything you looked up to. He was funny and a great friend. He made you laugh and he didn’t mind if you were down. He would lift up your spirits.
This time you didn’t look away, you didn’t want to.
Your eyes fluttered shut when you felt Sirius's hand on the back of your neck. Pulling you in. He didn’t need to do that, you were already pulled in at the attraction for him. Your whole body felt like it was lit on fire by the simplest touch.
How quickly your whole body felt on fire, how quickly it turned cold from fear.
You could hear James' voice from the house calling your name.
He wasn't close and yet it felt as if you doing something wrong. You weren’t doing anything illegal but you knew his distaste for your flirting with Sirius.
It felt like a betrayal, and it was the worst kind. Because you wanted this but the person you loved most didn’t.
“We should go inside,” you whispered.
He didn’t answer you and that might hurt more than the disappointment you felt before. But he did offer his hand to you, and he did pull you up. He made it hurt a little less when he kissed the top of your head like all the pain left in a simple sweet kiss you wished was so much more.
All Sirius could think about were you on the grass, that flower in your hair.
He was going to kiss you, he knew that you wanted him too. You would have moved away if you hated his touch.
All he could think about now was you. At dinner he could only stare at you, wondering what your lips felt like. On the couch, he decided to sit far away from you.
Now, looking at the ceiling of the room his mind was only on you.
With a quick glance at James, he knew what he wanted.
Sirius got out of bed as quietly as he could, making sure to miss the creaking floorboards when he went to the room next to his.
He didn’t even dare to knock, scared to wake you if you were already asleep.
Then the door opened and he had to swallow his scream.
“What are you doing?” You whispered to him.
“I came to see if you were already asleep.”
“I’m not.”
Sirius nodded, licking his lips as he told himself not to stare. “I can see.”
He caught himself staring at your lips again and this time he didn’t stop himself. He took a step forward and brushed your hair behind your ear.
“James snores,” Sirius whispered.
You giggled softly, “He does not.”
“But that is what I’ll tell him in the morning, love” Sirius smirked at you, his eyes never drifting away from you.
He slowly leaned in. Taking one more glance in your eyes to see if you wanted this. To see if you didn’t change your mind but you hadn’t. He could see it.
He could even hear it when you held your breath.
Then his lips touched yours in a soft manner.
First softly, cherishing your lips. Then the kiss turned hungry as if this was the last kiss you’d share. Maybe it felt a little like that on the last day before going back to Hogwarts.
He kissed you until the breath had left his lungs. “I’ve been wanting to do that for a long time.”
Your giggles were like a melody he played on repeat in his head. The one he’s play when you wouldn’t be near him and he needed a reminder of you.
“Me too. Ever since I met you.”
He led you to guide him into your room, he let you kiss him again. He would let you do anything to him if you wanted to. But this night wasn’t about more it was about everything you both had wanted all this time.
So he kissed you again and he would kiss you when you woke up. He would kiss you till his lungs stopped.
He pulled you next to him on the bed, holding you tightly to his chest.
He wasn’t planning on staying the eternity of the night but feeling his muscles relax with you in his arms meant for him that he probably would.
He kissed the top of your head before he too drifted off to sleep.
Tumblr media
Sirius had to constantly warn himself not to touch you. Just as close as you were to him, so were his friends.
Even if you all were seated in the Great Hall Sirius made sure to keep his distance.
From the corner of his eye, he watched intently how you spoke to Remus. How EXTRA you talked to him. Your hands moved from right to left when you explained some of the games you had played. How you talked about how lovely the grass lay.
That made him smile a little. He remembered that as well. It wasn’t that long ago, two days only and he wanted to go back to that moment.
Peter hit Sirius on his arm, grasping his attention. “What are you smiling about?”
“Nothing, just a memory,” he answer but the smile never left.
He expected you to jump up when he laid his hand on your leg but you didn’t. You took his hand in yours. Your fingers intertwined together, that’s how you stayed there until everyone would leave. You slowly let go of his hand, fingers touching till the last moment.
Sirius held your gaze until he had to turn around to walk away.
You waited a moment, still talking to Remus before you too excused yourself from the table. It was a poor excuse but for now, it was perfect because it would get you away without much thought.
He was already so far away, probably thinking you wouldn’t follow him.
James wasn’t by his side anymore, he had probably already left him to go to the Quidditch field for practice. It would be perfect to surprise him now, but you weren’t sure if he wanted that.
Still, you did it.
You hurried after him, making sure he barely heard you when you placed your hands over his eyes.
“James, you know I don’t like being the one that is blindfolded,” he said to the hands, taking hold of them and stroking the skin.
He loved when he heard your laugh come from the person. He knew it was you, he had hoped it was you.
Sirius grabbed your arms and pulled himself forward with you, hoisting you on his back and taking you with him. He laughed when you cried out his name.
“Put me down.”
“Nope, princesses get carried to wherever they want to go.”
You dropped your head on his shoulder. “I’m no princess.”
“You’re right, but you are mine, love.”
Tumblr media
The moment James came through the picture frame he saw Remus and Peter sitting on the couches.
“Don’t bother,” Peter said as he dropped his papers. “There is a tie on the door.”
“I don’t have time for a stupid tie. I need some help from you guys.”
Both boys looked at him, dropping whatever they were doing.
“I know my sister is seeing someone. She is gone most of the time, hurrying away from me. I need to know who it is.”
“why?” Remus asked. “She is sixteen, James. She is going to date at sometime. Rather now while you’re still here, right?”
“No,” James answered immediately. He ran his hand through his hair. “I don’t want to picture my little sister with some bloke. What if he is a Slytherin.”
Both boys couldn’t help but laugh at him. They too had suspected you were dating someone, at this point many people suspected it. There were some names going around but nothing to really tie back to you.
“I need Sirius for this. He always knows what is going on.”
Peter looked at Remus worried. “He is in his room with a girl. I wouldn’t disturb him if I were you.”
“And even if he did stop, which I wouldn’t bet on. He might not even know.”
What Remus said went to nobody’s ears. James still walked the room, frustrated by the resistance of his friends.
“If anyone knows it’s him,” James said and went to the room. The red and gold tie hung from the door knob.
It mocked him, laughed in his face telling him not to enter. James wanted to but it was a rule they had set up. When the tie was on the door, no one may enter.
In frustration he ripped the tie of the knob before going back to his friends. “Let’s go to class.”
Tumblr media
Everyone had noticed how Sirius Black got into class without a tie on.
Normally he would get a lot of questions from his friends about his escapades in their room but this time, everybody took the high road and left him to his own business.
It was almost normal to him if it wasn’t for James’ silent treatment.
“What happened to him?” he asked Remus, the one friend that somehow always knew the answer.
“He knows his sister is shagging someone and he is grumpy about it.”
Sirius only dared to hum.
“You wouldn’t know anything about that, do you Sirius?” Peter asked as he dropped next to him.
“No,” Sirius whispered. “No, I don’t.”
That was the biggest lie Sirius had told them, because he always knew everything about you.
“I got a present for you,” you said when you took Sirius’ hand.
“For me? You are to kind.”
With a giggle you took of the tie. “Shut up.”
He let you tie it around his neck. he just stood there, watching his view when you looked so concentrated on tying it for him.
You only watched your own hands move with the tie but Sirius only watched you, your eyes so closely watching him. He was always easily enchanted by you. Every little thing you did was like magic.
“You don’t have to stare.”
“I’m admiring.” He didn’t doubt his answer for a second. It was the truth he would never hide.
You wove your fingers through his hair and stood on the tips of your toes. Kissing him always felt like butterflies. A constant flutter that wouldn’t leave until he was out of sight and even then some lingered.
Your mind was captivated by him. Everything around you had moved itself to the background when you kissed him, the little groans that he made when he pulled you further against him.
Even when the kiss ended your eyes never strayed from his, and Sirius could only watch you. But it was Remus that watched you both.
Tumblr media
Remus normally enjoyed the parties he attended with his friends. He might have to watch them sometimes but he always enjoyed them. Except for this one.
He wasn’t planning on having to keep secrets but now, after he witnessed Sirius and you, he had no choice.
It did give him time to think. Everything Sirius did made more sense. How he would constantly gravitate to you. It was as if you were the sun and Sirius was blinded by its beauty and never wanted to see anything different. Every planet always turned around the sun and Sirius always turned around you, a constant pull he never seemed to mind.
Everything made sense now.
Sirius twirled you around, danced with you. he got you drinks and made sure that everybody that ever bothered you stayed away from you. He would always pull you closer if someone squeezed past so you wouldn’t fall.
He would be the one to join you on the couch first when your feet are hurting. He would be the one that would talk to you when you don’t know what to talk about anymore.
He was always there, and it took Remus to see you two to realise you were always there for him too.
You always made sure to check on him first if he wasn’r as talkative. You would search for him when he was missing. You would tell the boys off if he didn’t share their thoughts.
You would make sure he always got his breakfast if he was running late. There would be a new lie leaving your lips why he is missing. You always laughed more when he was around.
Remus couldn’t stand on the side any longer.
Sirius felt a tap on his shoulder dragging him away from you.
“I need to talk to you,” Remus said over the loud music. Sirius nodded and followed him to the stairs.
“What’s wrong?”
Remus checked the stairway before turning bsck to his friend. “You can’t keep this up forever.”
Sirius’ eyebrows shot up.
“What are you talking about?”
“I’m talking about you and James sister,” Remus said hashly. “I can’t keep your secret forever.”
He saw his friend turn white by the realisation of everything. He saw hw he searched for words. “Look, I know how it looks but-”
“I know. I saw. You care for her but you can’t lie to all of us about it. What if James found out and you didn’t tell him? You have to tell him you’re the one that is with his sister.”
“You’re the bloke fucking my sister?” James shouted when he pushed Sirius against the wall.
“It’s not like that at all,” Sirius said when he pushed him off
Remus carefully spoke his names. His hand already on his shoulder but James only shook it off.
“So you’re not fucking my little sister? My sister, Sirius, really? You couldn’t find some other girl to share a bed with.”
Sirius pushed James. “Stop talking about her like that!”
“Why? It’s what you’re doing isn’t it?”
Remus couldn’t mean anything to them. This was their fight, he knew that, he just wished it was one later. When it wouldn’t come to light like this, but secrets always found their way to the light when one least wants it.
“I am not just fucking her, james. I am in love with her!” Sirius shouted back, his hair falling in front of his face when he again pushed James off. “I have been in love with her since second year!”
James stood back when he yelled at him. The words hitting him. It was ammunition James never expected he would feel.
“I love her and if you can’t accept that than that is your problem. But I know I want her, and I am not giving her up. Not today, not tomorrow. Never, James.”
It should have soothed him, to hear his friend truly loved you but there was still knaging feeling left inside him. It didn’t stop. It was the constant reminder that he didn’t tell him, that you didn’t tell him and now even Remus didn’t tell him.
He had to overhear it.
The didn’t even stop when james hit him, or when remues shouted for him to knock it off. It only stopped when you screamed James’ name.
Tumblr media
“What are you doing?”
There was no time like today that James heard you this mad before. It startled him for a moment until he saw how you checked on Sirius and not him. “I can’t believe you started dating my best friend.”
“That is what this is about?” you sounded confused. Something he hadn’t expected. “I can’t believe you. You hit him because he is dating me?  What is wrong with you?”
He didn’t answer you. All he did was walk away. He had started a fight he didn’t want to finish tonight.
“Don’t you dare walk away from me!”
Not even the voice of Sirius calmed you any longer.
“Out of all the people in Hogwarts you choose him?”
“Out of all the people in Hogwarts, you don’t want me to date your best friend?”
James was starteed by your question. It was the last thing he expected you to ask him. he expected you to scream, to tell him he was childish even. he had anticipated many reactions but to counter his question was not one he expected.
“You don’t want me to date the one person that always looked out for me without you having to ask? The one person you knwo you can trust to treat me fairly, because he does. he treats me much better than I cuold ever deserve and he loves me. he loves me as much as I love him.”
He didn’t say anything more. All he did was walk away and you let him.
Sirius took your hand in his and puled you into him. “Come here, love” he whispered to you and kissed your head.
Tumblr media
You had laid awake the whole night. Your mind was still at yesterday. The moment you stepped into the common room you were ready to start the fight again. You would start it a thousand times if you’d have to.
But the moment you stepped into the room you stopped in your track.
Sirius was laughing with James. As if yesterday didn’t happen. Like nothing had changed and in thats second you wondered if yesterday happened at all. The blue mark on Sirius cheek showed it did.
The moment Sirius saw you he ran up to you and kissed you right there. Like there was no care in the world and like no one was watching.
“Please, don’t ever do that again. I might throw up from you two.”
Your eyes turned to James and the smile Sirius left on your lips left. “I am still mad at you.”
“And you have every right to be, just like I had every right to be mad at you for keeping this a secret.” James let the silence hang in the air, giving you a moment. “I am not mad at you anymore, and I hope you won’t be mad at me anymore. Because I am truly happy for you.”
Sirius pressed a kiss to the side of your head, grasping your attention and nodding furiously.
With a sigh you turned to James. “I might be a little less mad now.”
Your finger enterwined itself with Sirius’ as he pulled you along. He gave some of the couch up for you and let you rest against his chest while you laughed along them. Just like you did last year only know so much had changed and you loved it had.

A/N: im sorry this has been sitting in my inbox forever 😅 trying to stretch my writing muscles by doing a few blurbs before i write the longer requests, thought i'd clear out my inbox while im at it! whoever you are, anon, i thank you for the support and i hope you enjoy the drabble if you see this!
It started as a date. You haven't seen your boyfriend in some time, and the moment your schedules aligned, Sirius declared in his usual fashion that he was taking you out on a date.
In hindsight, you should have known it would end this way, and... maybe you wanted it to. You're dressed in the outfit he loves so much on you, smiled so innocently at him when he came to pick you up and ignored the way his breath hitched the moment he laid eyes on you. Or... well, Sirius believes you're only pretending not to notice.
He hasn't been able to keep his hands off of you all evening. A hand on your back, fingers tracing shapes on your thigh before he forces himself to let up on you slightly, hand reaching for yours, stealing a kiss every chance he gets... even as you leave, he has an arm around your waist, holding you close, smudging a kiss to your hairline paired with softly murmured words you don't catch.
And now...
Now, his lips are on yours before you've even entered your apartment; you're still blindly fumbling for your keys and have to push him away, just for a moment, else you're sure you'll be standing outside all night. He looks confused for a moment, and hurt, but then you're flinging the door open, tugging him inside with you by his belt loops, and the pieces click.
He kicks the door shut with his foot. You barely have time to register the dull slam of the wood before he's pulling you into him—or maybe you're dragging him closer by your hand on his collar—and he's groaning out a "fuck, so fuckin' pretty, darlin', my gorgeous girl-" before your mouths meet again, hot and greedy and wanting.
Sirius backs you up as he kisses you, strong hand gripping your hip. He knows the layout of your apartment well, too well for the way he bumps you against the corner of the dining table to be anything but carelessness. To his credit, he apologizes when you wince, hand moving to soothe the sore spot, but you've already forgotten about the incident, too lost in the way he's kissing you.
God, how you love his kisses. He has a way of kissing you so sweetly, moreso than you expected of a man like him, and that sweetness isn't lost even as his kisses turn deeper, hungry and impatient. Sirius kisses you like he wants you, like you're special, makes you feel like you're valuable, like you're worth it, and... and of course he does, you're all those things to him-
You're not given time to dwell on it, though, not with the way he's filling every corner of your mind. Sirius has quite the personality, too much for some, but you love him all the more for who he is. And right now, he's your breathtakingly handsome boyfriend who's leaning over you, pressing you onto your bed as he settles between your legs, and now your breath is catching in your throat.
"Merlin, look at you. My stunning girlfriend. Most attractive woman I've ever seen," he breathes when he pulls back to simultaneously catch his breath and admire you. You look like a work or art to him, a goddess, with tousled hair and kiss-swollen lips, panting and reaching for him like you miss him even though he's right there. He obliges, his weight pressing you further into the mattress as his teeth graze your pulse, his mouth kissing its way back up to yours. "Bet you did in on purpose, tryin' to test my restraint... darlin', don't you know what uou do to me when you dress up all pretty like that?"
Breathless and not about to admit you chose your outfit with him in mind, though you're certain he knows, you only shrug, and you feel his lips quirk into a smirk just under your jaw.
"Oh, gorgeous, I'm gonna show you just what it does to me."
That he certainly did.

You giggle as Sirius squirms, crossing his legs in a fruitless effort to conceal his raging hard-on; of course he’d get one in the middle of transfiguration, for crying out loud.
“It’s not funny,” he snaps, furrowing his brow.
“It’s a little bit funny, Siri,” you mumble, biting your lip although a smile still pushes its way through.
“I hate you.”
“You love me.”
“Not anymore. I’ll never speak to you again,” he says.
“Liar,” you lilt, “Besides, I have other ways to get you talking.” Your hand grazes over the tops of his thighs, nails scratching gently, teasing.
“You wouldn’t.”
“I would.” He laughs in a way that lets you know he doesn’t find your joke funny in the slightest. “C’mon, baby. Don’t be like that,” you murmur.
“You’re gonna regret that joke later,” he says through gritted teeth, squeezing your leg with a little more force than necessary. James snickers from the next desk over, kicking your ankle under the table.
“Fuck off, James.” Sirius goes to lunge at him, only to be stopped by your arms around his middle.
“I’m sorry, Siri. I love you,” you whisper, kissing his shoulder through his shirt.
“I love you too, but you’re still getting punished.”
“Hey!”

Sirius Black was nothing like his family.
Except he was.
Sure, he wasn't a follower of the Dark Lord, wasn't abusive, and would never do what his parents did, but he truly was his parent's child.
Tumblr media
Orion Black had silver eyes. They were bright and piercing; they were cold.
Walburga Black's eyes were grey. They were darker but still cold.
Their eyes were the antonym of welcoming.
Sirius Black's eyes were the same as his Father's. His eyes were so cold that, instead of burning holes into somebody, they could send sharp, frigid icicles through someone.
So cold.
Sirius Black spent his time building up seemingly impenetrable walls around his emotions. Once he was sure he had created a strong barrier, he worked on building walls around himself.
He was constantly acting, pretending he was someone—something—he wasn't.
Sirius Black was a liar about many things. He pretended he was okay, but angry tears would fall down his face in private.
He was a lot like his Mother in that way. While Walburga Black was a nasty, hateful woman, she was also wounded. Deep down, everyone in the Black family had damage—some worse than others.
"Crying makes you weak, Sirius!" His Mother would yell at him.
Children believe their parents, so he took that to heart and repeated it every time he felt his eyes sting. He would bite his lip every time he got that telltale feeling of pins and needles that would eventually spread to his heart and stab him until he sobbed.
He would look at himself in the mirror with a hoarse voice screaming: "Stop crying! Stop! Crying! They will see you, and they will hurt you!"
Then his voice would lower as he harshly wiped his eyes, "They will see you. They can't see you."
He would look into his eyes, "They will leave you if they see the real you, Sirius."
He constantly repeated his name while weepingly talking to himself. He had to; otherwise, he would forget who was in the reflection. Sirius Black would focus on his eyes so much that he would start seeing his brother's eyes.
His eyes gained more depth when he cried, just like Regulus's.
Regulus Black's eyes were icy, but they were a deep grey, similar to Walburga's. Sirius swore that if you looked close enough, you could see different shades swirling together, creating a sea of desaturation.
If you caught Regulus crying, you would see the tail of the sea creature that lived there, swimming through the tears, trying to stay in the solace of his eyes.
When he cried, Sirius also found a sea creature there. The creature was a monster when it resided in Sirius's eyes. It would angrily thrash alongside the waves, trying to escape.
Tumblr media
12 Grimmauld Place was chaotic. At most times, you could walk in and hear screaming. The screaming was usually a gamble between anger and agony. Sometimes, you could walk in and make out the sound of objects getting thrown around, some of them hitting the floor and shattering into millions of pieces.
When Sirius ran away, he locked his emotions up, telling everyone everything was okay. Because everything was okay. Leaving was for the best ... right?
Sometimes Sirius wondered if he ever actually could escape 12 Grimmauld Place—escape The Noble House of Black. Sure, he had been burned off the tapestry and ran away, but could he ever hide from his family line?
Tumblr media
It was the holiday season when Sirius ran away. On his way to the Potters, he spotted a Father and Daughter. They were both sporting smiles and Santa hats. Sirius stopped. They were both laughing, talking about the Mother's cooking.
"She's not all that good at it," The girl scrunched up her face, "It's always burnt."
The Father stuck out his tongue, "Gross!" He laughed at his daughter's reaction, "That's why we keep the cooking to me."
The girl smiled, showing as many teeth as possible and enthusiastically nodded.
"But Mam makes a mean hot cocoa, right?"
She nodded even harder, then sang, "Hot cocoa! Hot cocoa! Get it while it's hot!" As she skipped down the street.
Sirius broke down right there. He put his bag down and sobbed. Damn the wound in his side, damn the cold; he needed to cry.
Tumblr media
You were staying at the Potter residence this winter. James had begged you to join him and Remus, and how could you say no to those eyes?
You weren't sure.
It was around five in the morning when he arrived. His face was tear-stained and red, and he was shaking from... an endless possibility of things.
"Sirius?" James's voice was gruff as he rubbed his eyes, then panic flooded his senses, "Sirius." Urgency and concern rolled off his tongue as James repeated his name. "Come in."
"Who was it?!" You called from upstairs. Your voice was so comforting to him. So was the smell of pine trees and warmth accompanying the Potter residence in the winter.
"Sirius is here!" James yelled back before returning to Sirius, who was on the floor bloody and sobbing.
"Get Mam and Dad!" He called again.
You hurried to Euphemia and Fleamont's room.
Anxiety—that's all you were feeling.
Why had Sirius come at 5 A.M., why were Euphemia and Fleamont needed, and why weren't you allowed to talk to him?
"It's okay, I'm Sure," Remus's voice was gruff. He had a vocal fry, as he often did when he awoke.
You were clinging to his side, "But what if he's not?" You whispered.
He wrapped his arm around you, "It's Sirius. He'll get through this."
You knew Remus was right, but a feeling was deep within your bones. It was telling you that he needed help.
And you were right.
Sirius felt like he was drowning in his feelings, and nobody could pull him out. He was stuck in a riptide, and he was too weak to try and get out. He was close to letting the ocean swallow him without calling for help; luckily, he was strong enough to go to the Potters.
He knew he had to keep going. For James and Remus, for Mia and Monty, for you.
Tumblr media
He was no longer bleeding, but, of course, there was still pain. Pain that would be unbearable to anyone who hadn't already experienced it.
Sirius had already experienced it. He had been experiencing that same pain since he was a little boy.
He used to ask himself what he did to deserve it.
He used to ask himself how someone could hurt a little kid.
At one point, he stopped asking. There was no point in asking anymore—he would never get an answer.
He was a kid, yes, but he knew it was wrong. He knew that someone who truly loved him would never do this.
"Sirius?" Your voice pulled him out of his thoughts; it was quiet and soft. Somehow, you sounded more fragile than him.
You were always taking on others' pain. It hurt him more.
"Yes?"
It's not that he was purposely being cold. He just ran away. The emotional strength it takes is insane, and the emotional baggage is unfathomable.
At a certain point, he felt numb. He was no longer crying, but his face was still tear-stained.
"I'm—" You shook your head. "How—" You sighed, "I'm not sure what's an appropriate question to ask or what is a proper thing to say. Obviously, you aren't okay. I was going to say I'm sorry, but that would just force you to comfort me, and that's not fair—"
"Y/n," He said your name so tenderly that it hurt your heart, "It's okay."
You wanted to argue, but his skin was sallow, and his under eyes were deep.
"Have you showered?" It was a stupid question with an obvious answer.
He only shook his head. He was scared that he would only cry if he opened his mouth.
He bit his lip; the pins and needles were starting.
"I can help get you cleaned up," You paused, searching for some kind of reaction, and when you didn't get one, you kept speaking, "If you're comfortable with that."
He shook his head, "I need to go to bed."
You didn't dispute.
Tumblr media
The following days were filled with attempting to talk with the ghost of Sirius Black. He looked sickly, and his smile wasn't bright. You, of course, understood why, but it felt wrong being in the presence of Sirius without actually... being in his presence.
He was quiet. Sirius Black was in the same house as James Potter and was silent.
It was unnerving because you had known this boy for years and had never seen him so robotic.
Sirius would smile when he felt it was appropriate, but it never reached his eyes—it barely reached his cheeks.
He said "Hello" when he saw you, and you were fed up when he called you Ma'am.
"Sirius!" You snapped, he flinched, and your heart broke.
"I'm sorry," You cooed. "Oh, I'm so sorry, my love," You continued.
My love, you had called him.
He only nodded.
"We need to talk about... this," You gestured between you and him, "Why did you call me Ma'am? I'm your friend, no?"
"You're my friend. It's just—" He sighed, shaking his head, "Never mind."
You wanted to groan but kept your composure and swiftly ended the conversation.
Tumblr media
Sirius was spent. All the lying finally caught up to him.
He was scared that he would slip through the cracks—that the sea monster would thrash in the waves, creating a tsunami, eventually destroying everything around it.
"Sirius?" You knocked on the door.
He spoke, voice weak, "Come in."
"How are you doing?" You took a seat on his bed.
"Good." He smiled, but as you continued to stare at him—neutral expression on your face—he started to frown.
"Sirius?" You asked once more, "How are you doing?"
He was biting his lip, "Bad." He was able to choke out.
You frowned, and it was exactly what he was scared of. He didn't need pity.
"Is there anything I can do?" You smiled, "I could read you a bedtime story every night, tuck you in. Yeah, I like the sound of that." An attempt to lighten the damp, heavy mood.
He laughed. You made Sirius laugh, and it was a sound you were yearning for.
You smiled at the gleeful noise.
"Yes, a bedtime story would do the trick," He smirked at you—teeth barred, a glint in his eye.
Oh, how you missed that classic Sirius Black smirk.
"So, do you want to talk about it?"
"Y/n," He sighed, "No."
"Sirius, there's no harm in opening up. Let me in," You pleaded.
"Y/n," His voice was stern, "No."
"Why?"
"Because you'll leave."
You had never seen him like this—quiet voice, hunched into himself. He looked like a hurt child, which you supposed he was.
At his very centre, Sirius Black was just a wounded child too scared to ask for help.
"No," You shook your head, "No, I won't leave."
He looked at you with teary eyes, "Yes, you will. I just— I'm okay. I have to be okay. If I'm not okay, everyone will see me, Y/n. Nobody can see me." He was shaking his head from side to side.
"Sirius, open up. I'm here for you. I won't leave. You're a human," You paused to walk over to him, "Humans have emotions, and that's okay."
"Yeah?" He asked, hopeful.
"Yeah."
And, so, he opened up. How he thought someone would leave was beyond you until he explained it.
"Because Mother always told me emotions made you unlikeable, and they made you weak. She told me that I should lie about how I was feeling. If I showed her that I was anything but neutral or happy—but not too happy—she would get mad at me."
Your heart hurt.
Tumblr media
Over the years, you fell in love with Sirius. You vividly remember writing him a note when he closed himself off after you confessed. It read as follows:
It's okay to fall in love. Sirius, I will make sure they don't hurt you. You can let your walls down and let yourself breathe, for I will never abandon you. I'll be here, and I'll hold you until you feel safe in someone else's arms. Until you feel safe in my arms.
Sirius, my dear, your limits for loving don't stop at the sky. Let yourself be free. It can be us until the end. I promise I won't leave, despite the grey. Damn your clouds of grey; I will be your sunshine. I will try to rid your mind of anxieties telling you I will leave. I will stay.
Sirius, your feelings are important and are something I won't disregard or push away. You're allowed to cry and smile and get upset and feel every emotion in between. I love you, and please believe me when I say that I won't leave your side for being human.
Tumblr media
Soon, you got together. Despite the clouds of grey in life, you stayed positive. You kept Sirius upright—kept him from worrying.
But, soon enough, Hallowe'en '81 came, and Sirius's sea monster thrashed until it escaped. God, that night he had his Father's and his brother's eyes.
As he maniacally laughed with tears streaming down his face, he knew this was his fate.
Tumblr media
In the end, Sirius Black was seen as a dedicated follower of The Dark Lord and a devoted member of The Noble House of Black.
In the end, Sirius Black couldn't escape his family line—he couldn't run away from his family line.

I don’t see enough Sirius and Evan representation
I have this hc that Evan, with his family, would attend all those fancy parties that Walburga organised. At one of this parties, Reg and Evan were playing together when Sirius wandered over there to check up on Reg. Sirius, though, saw a big bruise on Evan’s cheek so he asked him what happened.
“Oh, nothing, I’m just a very clumsy boy, you see. I walked into a door by accident, but I’m fine now” Evan replied, blushing.
Sirius knew that story by heart, even he said it countless of times, when Orion forgot to hit in the hidden places, so he gently took Evan’s hand and guided him to his room, Regulus following them.
There, he started gently applying cream to the bruise and asked Even if he could hug him. That was the first time in the blond’s eight years when someone treated him with care. He nodded and broke down sobbing, both Reg and Sirius squeezing him between them.
From then on, Sirius continued to check up on Evan when he could. When Sirius and Reg drifted apart, Evan was heartbroken because he also felt like he lost his big brother, but chose remain by Reg’s side.

Sirius watching the moon (currently writing a wolfstar fic)
There he is mentally and emotionally drain, with no more tears to cry, but he still can't fall asleep. Even with James' presence in the room, which in general does the trick, he still can't seem to relax enough.
So he wanders like the old time. He goes and sits next to the window. Today the moon is a waning crescent, not as pretty as the full, but he stares at it either way. The moon is weirdly relaxing; its presence feels like someone is staring, caring over them. When he was a child he used to believe that when the moon was watching him, he was being protected, so nothing could happen to him.
Because something, or someone, was watching over him.
It was innocent but he felt safe. It was the last try of his younger self to feel some kind of safety. But of course, it was a lie; he's been hurt with and without the moon observing him. He still recalls the first time he was hurt with the moon watching over them, he felt betrayed. He cried that night, he still remembers each second.
Nonetheless, the moon never loses the relaxing light for him. He just learned that as pretty as it is, it's also distant, incapable to help. It just watches, so Sirius watches it back.
He opens the window and searches for his pack of cigarettes; he lights up one and lets the smoke fill his lungs. Letting the nostalgia wash him over, he no longer has the strength to fight back. So they let their brain wander, under the protection of the moon.
He also recalls when he was older, he kept watching the moon even then, for safety, after meeting what real safety is. What a family should do and feel. How relaxing it was not to be in fear all the time, fear of all the things he had planned would change in a second for something outside of his control. In those moments when the moon wasn't enough anymore, but was the only thing he had. Mostly after he start going to Hogwarts, those first years, on those first summers, he starts relating different items to his friends, that were his real safety. He couden't have their real safety but he was still trying.
If the moon is watching him nothing bad is going to happen, the moon is Remus, tall and distant but safe.
So safe.

Falling asleep in the dorms…
“Sirius?”
“Yeah?”
“I don’t think I like Evans anymore.”
“Shit mate, took you long enough.”
“Heh. Yeah.”
“Sirius?”
“Yeah, Prongs?”
“I might like boys. Also. Like as well as girls.”
“Join the club, Prongs. Just stay the fuck away from Moony.”
“Noted.”
“Sirius?”
“Yeah, mate?”
“What if I like a particular bloke?”
“…it’s not me, is it? Because Moony would probably kill you.”
“No.”
….
“Sirius?”
“Yes, Prongs?”
“It’s your brother.”
“I know.”
“You know?”
“Yeah, I was just fucking with you before.”
“Right.”
“Sirius?”
“Yes Prongs?”
“That’s…it’s okay?”
“Yes, James. I’d rather it be you than anyone else, to be honest.”
“Alright.”
“Sirius?”
“Go the fuck to sleep, Prongs. We’ll come up with a plan to woo him tomorrow.”
“Alright.”
….
“James?”
“What’s up, Padfoot?”
“Take care of him, alright?”
“…..yeah. Yeah, of course.”

Lazy morning
{mornings with Sirius}
⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆
It’s early, 6am, and the sun is still rising casting its orangey light through your window, painting the small room with a comfortable warmth, and you notice the way beams of sunlight shine through the curtains like a beacon of light.
You look over at Sirius who is fast asleep, his cheek smushed against the pillow and his mouth slightly agape, you smile at the sight as you gently push his hair from his face tucking the black strands behind his ear, fingertips grazing against his cheek and you admire the small beauty mark that sits under his eye, how his skin glows underneath the suns warm light, it’s unfair that he still looks so beautiful in the midst of sleep.
You enjoy the silence for a moment, moving closer to Sirius’ warmth as his arm slings over your waist, and he mumbles something incoherent and you smile at how he shuffles closer to you, still completely dazed by sleep.
“Stop staring at me, creep” he mumbles against your neck, his legs entangling with yours as he urges you even closer to him.
You feel his hand dip underneath your shirt, his warm palms settling against the small of your back, “I wasn’t staring, I was admiring” you whisper, enjoying the way his fingers trace along your back and he hums in acknowledgment.
His nose nuzzles closer into your neck chasing after your body warmth and the ends of his hair tickle your skin, “You’re so warm” he says lips grazing against you and he presses gentle kisses to your neck down to your shoulder and you sigh at the loving feeling.
He continues to pepper your skin with soft kisses, from your chest trailing up to your neck then jaw, and finally, your face and you burst out in a fit of giggles trying to push him away, hands against his shoulders.
You glance over to your phone, it's already seven and there's a text from James, “We need to get up” you giggle at how Sirius shakes his head, “We can’t be late for James’ match, It's a big one today” you tell him and he groans against your skin, thinking about how cold it was outside the last time you both went.
“Five more minutes lovely, just five more minutes” he whispers with such a persuasive tone that you can’t help but want to indulge him and the way his hands rub against your waist down to your hip makes it even more impossible to move.
You know he’s a nightmare to try and get up, he could lay in bed with you all day if he had it his way, you had to bribe him out of bed.
“Sirius we really can’t be late, James will kill us” you giggle, trying to think of ways to get him out of bed, “Come on we’ll make breakfast together,” you say, playing with his hair.
He doesn’t answer straight away, still silently debating whether or not he wants to get out of bed, “We could make pancakes?” You suggest.
He watches as you get up, eyes trailing along your body, “Come on sleepyhead” you smile pulling at his hand, trying to get him out of bed, he lets out a groan as he reluctantly stands up following you to the kitchen with the odd complaint here and there.
“You’re a bully” he whispers, head resting against your shoulder as he stands behind you while you prepare the pancake batter, you roll your eyes at how dramatic he can be.
“Oh, a bully?” You laugh, and he nods against your neck hands dipping under your shirt to settle against your belly, “I’m making you pancakes at seven in the morning because I love you” you tell him and you can feel as he smiles against your skin, “I don’t think a bully would do that, would they baby?”
You move over to the stove with Sirius still practically glued to your side as you carefully pour the batter into the pan, “Yeah yeah, I love you too” he says, pressing a kiss to your cheek before walking over to the kettle to brew the pair of you some tea, maybe mornings with Sirius weren’t too bad.

ohhhh free use with poly!marauders would be something like the boys making it hard for reader to do watch a movie because they keep using her holes and passing her around. imagine the boys sitting in one couch and the reader is seated in remus' dick, waiting for him to cum until she is passed to the other boys 😵‍💫
Changed this a tiny bit to fit a bit better but here :) (btw its roommates!marauders)
Cw for free use/advanced consent
-
You’re alone in your room, curled up in the corner of your bed, blanket covering your thighs as you finally start watching you’re favourite movie. It’s the middle of the day, so you’re the only one at home while the boys are out at work. See, you and your roommates had come to an agreement; they would go out to work and pay the rent and bills and buy groceries (and occasionally gifts for you), allowing you to spend your days as you please. In return, they ask for only one thing: your advanced consent.
Now, let’s not get silly here, you can always tell the boys no at any time, and they constantly remind you of that fact. All the agreement means is that they don’t have to ask you, and sometimes they pull you away from what you’re doing when they really need you. There are also a few rules in place. For example, you shouldn’t wear panties around the house (that is, excluding extenuating circumstances), and you shouldn’t touch yourself before asking for their help first.
Just as the plot starts to get good, your bedroom door creeks open. You jump, not expecting anyone to be home for at least and hour and a half, but relax when you see it’s only Remus. Once he determines you’re not in the middle of something vital, he pushes the rest of the way into your room. He doesn’t say a word to you just yet, just pulls his tshirt over his head and works on unzipping his jeans, pulling out his cock from his boxers and tugging on it.
“Rem! You’re home early,” you grin up at him, not bothering to ask him why, it doesn’t matter so long as he’s home. He makes a noncommital ‘hmph’ sound as he clambers up next to you, grasping at your him and turning you onto your stomach, letting your shirt rise up and expose your pussy to the room, still puffy from James using it this morning.
“Shush,” he grunts, but he doesn’t really mean it. He just wants to get inside you as quickly as he can, “boys’ll be home soon, wanna have you first,”
You go to respond, but Remus interrupts your train of thought by letting a fat glob of spit fall from his lips onto the folds of your pussy and follows it with scraping his fingers through the stickiness. He wastes no time at all before slipping his cock into you, not going slow like he usually does to let you get used to his size.
You whine loudly at the burn his cock leaves you with, and while he doesn’t slow down he does set a soothing hand on the small of your back and bends over yiu to press a kiss to the bcak of your neck as he starts up his fast pace. It doesn’t take long for you to get used to the stretch, and you let your mouth drop open in a long, continuous moan.
You lose yourself in the sensations, almost forgetting about the movie still playing in the background as your roommate manhandles you all over your bed, using his full strength to let out his frustration on you. Remus hears the soft click of the front door opening, but you don’t, so you let out a confused whine when he pulls out of you.
“Shh, sweetheart,” he soothes, seating himself at the head of your bed and pulling you over his thighs, slipping himself back into you, “boys’re home, gotta make sure they don’t take my girl, huh?”
You don’t respond. You can’t, what with Remus slipping his fingers against your poor, aching clit. The door to your room is already wide open, so James and Sirius can see the two of you as soon as they get to the upstairs landing. James clears his throat and you whip your head around to see your two other roommates standing side by side, watching you take Remus’ cock. You make eye contact with Sirius, and he rolls his eyes playfully.
“Told you he’d get home first,” he jabs his elbow into James’ rib before taking his hand and sitting on the end of your bed with the other boy in tow.
“Your fault really, Pads,” he points out, then smiles up at you, shrugging his shoulders, “the boys were arguing this morning about who got to have you first when we got home,”
“I was gonna share with Jamesie here, but Moony’s a stinkin cheater,” the boy in question doesn’t pay them any attention, just renews his grip on your hips and brings them down to meet his own thrusts.
“Rem!” You protest, turning back towards him and putting your palms on his chest to keep your balance. You can feel him throbbing inside you, a telltale sign that he’s close, and thank goodness for that because you’re getting there too, and on days where they pass you back and forth like this, it’s best if you cum as little as possible in the beginning.
“Who’s it gonna be next, love?” James is always more careful with you, his voice always questioning, never demanding. This by no means indicates that he isn’t just as desperate as you. In fact, on days where it’s all three boys, theres never a time where he isn’t practically forcing his cock into you.
There’s no opportunity for you to even try to answer his question, because Remus is anchoring you to him and spurting his cum deep inside you.
Sirius goes to tug you from Remus’ lap, but he locks his arms around your back and prevents you from moving even an inch further away from him. Sirius and James let out grumbles of displeasure.
“Rem, honey, share,” you remind him. When he eventually lets you go, James gets to you first, “can I face this way? I wanna watch my movie,”
All three boys chuckle amoungst themselves, and silently vow to make it as difficult as possible for you to watch your movie.

Word Count: 11.4k

A/N 💌 Hope you all enjoy this; it's been my baby for a while!
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
“I may have severely fucked up.” James sighs, his features tight with guilt as he stands before you. His chest is heaving like he has run all the way to you—it’s a likely theory.
Remus glances up from beside you; the two of you had been buried in your homework in the common room when James came racing in. He’s disappointed that James has disrupted the productive atmosphere. There’s no way that you or Remus will be continuing to work on your essays.
His admission doesn’t surprise you; James has come to you countless times seeking assistance after making a mistake. Being best friends since you were born, you’ve grown accustomed to being the one to untangle his messes.
Your parents were best friends, which meant that you and James were also raised to be. There wasn’t a memory that you could recall that James wasn’t in. It ended up working; to both of your mum’s excitement, you and James were inseparable. As the levelheaded one between you, you often found yourself trailing after James, tasked with picking up the pieces.
It was in the aftermath of pranks spiraling out of control, times when he impulsively voiced things he really shouldn’t have, or instances when he procrastinated excessively on his work, inevitably turning to you for help with his essays. Surprisingly, it’s become almost amusing to you, a reliable routine in your friendship.
You undeniably held the title of James Potter’s best friend.
Your eyes narrow skeptically, folding your arms over your chest, “Define severely.”
His demeanor turns sheepish as he nervously rubs the back of his neck, his gaze drifting away from you. He looks incredibly uncomfortable, “I don’t think you’re going to like it.”
“You’re not starting off strong.” You snark, an amused smile finding its way onto your lips. Remus chuckles next to you.
“Y/n.” James sighs, his expression urging you to stop your teasing.
“James.” You mimic.
He shoots you a glare, eyes narrowed in mock irritation, “Lily and I were chatting, like really chatting,” He begins, sighing obnoxiously as he settles into the chair opposite you, his expression a grimace. “She told me why she hasn’t taken me seriously when I flirt with her.”
You pause, confusion etching into your features, “And where exactly did you severely fuck up?”
"She thought we were a couple." He says, his hands gesturing wildly between the two of you, his expression a mix of incredulity and amusement. "Can you believe that? You and me?”
You can believe that, actually. You and James have been mistaken for a couple more times than you can count. Even your parents were convinced the two of you would end up together. While you had told them it wasn’t going to happen, you were convinced they were still holding out hope.
You furrow your brows as you watch him a tad uneasy, “Okay, and where did you severely fuck up in this?”
“I panicked, okay?” James looks guilty when he blurts this out. He nearly shouts it, and Remus hushes him. “She said it wasn’t fair for me to flirt with her because of you. She didn’t want your feelings to be hurt and wouldn’t listen when I said we were just friends. And I panicked.”
“Mate, get to the bloody point.” Remus huffs out, tired of James dragging out the story. Nothing bothered Remus more than when James or Sirius took an eternity to get to the point of their story.
“I told her you’re dating Sirius.” James grimaces, shifting nervously.
“What?” You hiss, your palms smacking onto the table, causing James to flinch, “Have you taken too many hits to the head? James, we are not dating!”
James protests, panicking, "But Lily doesn't know that! If you two could just pretend-"
"No, absolutely not! That is going too far." You snap, sending James a frustrated look, while Remus is chuckling to himself next to you.
"Y/n, please. This could be it! My chance with Lily!" James pleads. He’s desperate to try and salvage the plan he had put all his hopes on.
"Starting your new relationship with a lie, are we?" You snap, massaging at your temples. Most of the stress is from spending too many hours studying, but James is undoubtedly making it worse.
James shrugs, a mischievous smirk starting to form, "Well, not really. You and Sirius already flirt a lot. It’s not that far off from the truth."
James was well aware of your feelings for Sirius; he had watched how you nervously stumbled over your words the first day you met Sirius. He had never seen you like that before, eyes lit up with inflation at first glance.
While he occasionally teased you about it, he understood that what you felt for Sirius was deeper than just a crush. Though you would never admit it out loud.
Your frustration grows, "It absolutely is far off from the truth. Lily probably didn’t even believe you! There's no evidence for her to believe the idea that we are together.” You cry, disbelief evident in your voice. James's casual attitude only adds to your frustration. He doesn’t seem bothered in the slightest.
Remus interjects, an amused scoff escaping him, “There's evidence to believe it."
"Are you joking?" You deadpan, your voice full of incredulity. Remus sends you a teasing smirk. He considers how Sirius flirts with you more than anyone else, but he doesn’t want to deal with Sirius furious at him.
Ever since you met Sirius, you have had a crush on him. Realistically, you knew it was pointless; Sirius had a fan club of admirers. So, you counted yourself lucky that you were one of his closest friends. Being his friend was manageable, and quite honestly, kept your expectations in check.
But Sirius acting like he had feelings for you? You wouldn’t handle that well.
James interjects, "Lily believed it. She even said she wasn't surprised."
"But she thought you and I were together?" You ask, sarcasm dripping from every word.
Your tone was snippier than you intended, but you could feel the stress building. The mere thought of pretending to be with Sirius made you feel nauseous.
"She might've just been jealous, wanting to know if you had feelings for James before she finally goes for him." Remus says casually, and James' eyes light up in excitement.
James is positively giddy as he leans forward, “You think she was jealous?”
"Does Sirius even know?" You interrupt, catching James's eye. He glances at Remus, clearly hoping to hear more about Lily’s supposed jealousy.
James shakes his head, and you scoff, opening your mouth to enlighten James on why you think this is a bad idea. Before you can say anything, Remus cuts you off, “Here’s your chance to tell him.”
You glance up to see Sirius walking through the library, and you resist letting out a lovesick sigh at how effortlessly handsome he is.
Your stomach plummets at the sight of a stunning girl effortlessly chatting with him. His laughter rings out, causing unease to settle in your stomach.
If he was close enough, you probably would’ve tried to eavesdrop.
Despite not knowing her name, you know she’s a Gryffindor; you’ve seen her in the common room. James nudges you, and when you glance at him, he sends you a knowing look.
"Glad to see you guys are having study dates without Peter and me." Sirius calls, settling into the seat next to James and patting him on the shoulder in greeting.
Relief washes over you as you notice that the girl who was with him a second ago is long gone. He glances over at you, and pauses in surprise at your disgruntled expression, "You okay?"
Remus chuckles at the question, finding the harsh look you shoot James hilarious. It’s clear that he’s finding this entire situation entertaining.
“Ask James about what he told Lily.” You say, voice strained with irritation. James sends Sirius a nervous smile, and Sirius looks at him oddly.
"What'd you do?"
Sirius asks, his eyes darting back to you, taking note of your frustrated expression. Your stomach tightens with nerves, scared of Sirius’ reaction. Remus leans back in his chair, excited to see how this will all play out.
"Lily and I were talking today," James sighs, "and she wouldn't stop going on about how she thinks Y/n is in love with me and that it's not fair for me to flirt with her because I could be hurting her."
"She thinks I'm in love with you?" You shriek, oblivious to the barely visible flinch on Sirius' face at James' words. Remus catches it, his grin getting bigger.
James ignores you, “Anyways, I said that it’s not a problem because you and Y/n are dating.” James finishes cautiously, his gaze locked on Sirius, curious for his reaction. Your breath is caught in your throat, your eyes fixed intently on Sirius, awaiting his reaction as well.
"You told Lily that Y/n's my girl?" Sirius inquires casually, causing your stomach to somersault at his words. You force yourself to focus on James instead of the warmth creeping into your skin.
"I panicked, and that's what came out. So, if you guys could pretend you're madly in love, that would be great!" James claps his hands together, and you feel the urge to wack him. You're prepared to snap at him, to explain why asking this of you both isn’t right.
But then Sirius shrugs, "Sure, shouldn't be too hard, right, sweet girl?" He says, and your legs feel like jelly.
You're floundering, not having expected Sirius to agree. He’s never maintained a steady relationship, so pretending that he’s dating you is a big ask. His agreement sends your mind spiraling with different scenarios. For a brief second, you wonder if he agrees so easily because he has feelings for you. But you quickly shut down that thought.
You’re delusional. You truly are.
"Sure, that shouldn't be too bad." You agree, hoping you appear casual about this.
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
"I need you two to amp it up. Lily is eating breakfast with us today." James directs, causing you to glance up from your breakfast, disbelief etched into your features. He takes a bite of bacon and casually observes you as though his request is perfectly normal.
"We've switched spots, is that not enough for you?" You ask sarcastically, and Remus shakes his head, wearing an entertained smile as he continues eating breakfast. He can tell you're panicking about pretending to be with Sirius; it’s painfully obvious to everyone at the table.
You're usually seated between James and Peter, but when you attempted to slide into the seat this morning, James slammed his hand down on the seat and instructed you to sit next to your boyfriend, wearing a smug smile. Peter snorted softly but quickly replaced it with a sympathetic smile, silently apologizing for his reaction.
"I mean, we all know Sirius is into PDA, and you look terrified to even be sitting next to him." Peter points out, and you find yourself scrabbling.
Were you two supposed to be super affectionate? Would Sirius find it weird if you initiated it? Questions are flooding your mind leaving you feeling overwhelmed.
"I am not terrified. I just don’t know how to act." You insist.
"Act like you’re in love with him; it shouldn’t be too hard, right?" James quips, earning a glare from you. He responds with a playful wink.
"The boys are right. You need to sit closer to me.” Sirius declares as his arm slips around your waist, pulling you closer to him. You squeak his name in surprise, flustered at how easily he moves you. The boys chuckle at your bewildered expression, finding your embarrassment hilarious.
You feel disappointed when he releases you. Even more so when he doesn't pull you flush against him. Instead, your shoulder to shoulder, the distance between you both feeling more pronounced than ever.
"I'm still waiting on the PDA." Remus says with a playful smirk; his eyes are full of mischief when you glance at him.
You elbow Remus in the side, and he playfully nudges you back, causing you to bump into Sirius' side. Sirius surprises you by wrapping his arm around you, keeping you against him while playfully calling out, "Oi, back off, mate." Being pressed against his side causes warmth to spread through you as you lean further into him.
James watches as Sirius's cheeks flush, a soft smile on his face as he gazes down at you. You appear flustered but content, being so close to him, and James can't help but grin at the two of you.
"We're not going to be all over each other." You say, attempting to distract yourself from the fact that you’re pushed up against Sirius.
"Why not?" James leans forward with a grin, clearly finding everything about this entertaining. “That is what most couples do. Plus, Sirius openly flirts with everyone. But he won’t kiss his own girlfriend? It’s not believable.”
“Merlin, we should have talked about this last night.” You mumble under your breath, and Sirius chuckles beside you. He's entirely at ease. It doesn’t seem like he has any worries about pretending to be your boyfriend. With that observation, you try not to let your worries spiral out of control.
"Listen, we can do whatever you're comfortable with. If you don't want to kiss, then we don't have to," Sirius tells you gently, "but it would be sort of odd for us not to be somewhat affectionate."
The last thing he wants to do is make you feel uncomfortable. But there's a rush of exhilaration at the thought of holding you close and calling you pet names that were once off-limits. And the thought of possibly kissing you?
Surviving that would be inconceivable for him.
"You're right," You nod. “Let's just start off slow. It will be weird if we're all over each other today when we didn’t even sit together yesterday."
"Yeah, yeah! Flirt, be a little touchy, throw some cute pet names in here, will you, Sirius?" James calls out with great enthusiasm. You send him a look that you hope he understands as shut the fuck up. He doesn’t acknowledge your discomfort. Instead, he makes a heart shape with his hands, which adds to your annoyance.
Sirius presses a quick kiss to your temple, “Fuck off, mate. I know how to flirt with my girlfriend, right baby?” You freeze, your eyes widening in disbelief, while the boys laugh at your reaction. How exactly were you supposed to survive this?
You fall into a comfortable silence, happy to enjoy your breakfast as James issues his warnings to the boys, ensuring they behave themselves. Remus, with a subtle eye roll, acknowledges James's words while Peter nods emphatically in agreement. While, Sirius simply outlines every embarrassing memory he plans to share with Lily.
“Y/n, get your man in check.’ James complains in mock irritation, throwing a grape at Sirius, who dodges it.
"Good morning." Lily greets quietly. You all turn to see her approaching, her expression a mix of embarrassment and hesitance, as if she's debating whether to turn around and go to her usual spot down the table.
James abruptly stands up, his hip thumping into the table. He stifles a wince, trying to maintain his composure as he greets Lily, who tries unsuccessfully to suppress a smile at his reaction. Remus cringes and turns back to his breakfast, unable to look at James.
"Y'ready for this?" Sirius leans in, his voice lowered to a hushed tone meant only for you, effectively pulling you away from eavesdropping on James and Lily's conversation. You glance up at him, surprised to find you’re a mere inches away from him.
You're so close that you could individually count each of his eyelashes if you wanted.
You still feel the warmth of his breath mingling with yours, creating an intimate connection between the both of you.
It feels like a magnetic pull draws you closer, tempting you to tilt your head forward and touch his lips with yours. The urge to kiss him is so strong that it nearly knocks the breath from your lungs.
You clear your throat, attempting to push the thought from your mind. "I think so. We're newly dating, so don't go overboard with it." You remind him, a gentle smile playing on your lips.
“When have I ever gone overboard with anything in my life?” The smile he gives you is teasing, and it makes your heart pound to have him this close, his eyes sparkling as he smiles at you.
You hum softly in response, “I can think of quite a few times.”
His voice carries a flirtatious tone, “Can you?”
“Good morning, Lily.” Peter's gentle voice steals your attention away from Sirius. Disappointment and longing settle in his stomach as he watches you pull away and turn to greet Lily, that sweet smile now directed at her.
Lily settles between Peter and James. For a quick second, you feel a pang of jealousy because that's your spot. But when you notice James's pink cheeks and flustered expression, you forget all about it. All you want for James is for him to be happy, and having Lily near seems to do just that.
Breakfast goes smoothly. Lily fits seamlessly into your group, and you can tell it makes James giddy. He doesn't even mind not getting to talk to Lily much. He simply enjoys seeing the girl he's so hopelessly infatuated with getting along so well with his best friends.
You and Sirius aren't acting much differently than you normally do, just sitting close to each other and chatting. However, when Lily turns to you and Sirius, a wave of nervousness washes over you.
“I was so excited to hear you guys were together!”
"Oh yeah? So you can finally go for James with a clear conscience?" Sirius grins, teasing Lily, who looks thoroughly embarrassed. You nudge Sirius in the side, and he responds by giving your hip a gentle squeeze. James sends Sirius an incredulous look, which he pointedly ignores. While Remus and Peter chuckle at the playful banter.
Lily tucks a lock of hair behind her ear and clears her throat; her cheeks tinged with a hint of pink. "Uh, no, just that you two have obviously had feelings for each other for years. Everyone knew."
You're at a loss for words. Is that really what people thought? Clearly, they read you right, but you weren’t sure what to think about Sirius having feelings for you. Maybe he did, or maybe they were mistaking it for how he constantly flirted with you. But that was just how Sirius was; it didn’t necessarily mean he had romantic feelings for you.
"Haven't gotten her out of my head since the day I met her." Sirius says casually, his right elbow resting on the table as he pops a piece of bacon into his mouth. His other arm remains securely wrapped around your waist, holding you close to his side with a gentle yet firm embrace.
You look at him in shock, your eyes widening at his unexpected confession. Even the boys look slightly startled at Sirius' words, their eyes darting between you and him.
“That’s so sweet.” Lily says softly, her eyes glowing with genuine happiness as she sends you a warm smile. The sight tugs at your heartstrings but also stirs up guilt in the pit of your stomach. Lying always made you feel uneasy like a weight was pressing down on your chest.
"Sirius, I can't believe you thought that she—" Lily begins, her voice trailing off as James interjects, his interruption tinged with a hint of urgency.
"Okay, love! I think I should walk you to class, don't y' think?" James stands up from the table, extending his hand towards Lily.
Lily looks slightly confused, but she takes his hand nonetheless. As they walk away, James glances back and sends a wink in Sirius' direction. Your attention immediately shifts to Sirius, curiosity written all over your face as you’re about to ask about Lily's interrupted comment.
Sirius cuts you off before you can ask, shaking his head with a gentle smile and flushed cheeks, "Don't even bother asking; I’m not telling you what she was talking about.”
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
You’re curled up next to Peter on the common room couch, both of you chatting quietly together. For the last twenty minutes, he has been feeding you details about the Ravenclaw girl he has a crush on. He's sworn you to secrecy. Hoping for your advice on asking her out without enduring the teasing of the rest of the Marauders. Your gasp of excitement nearly gives away the secret, but you quickly compose yourself, offering a reassuring smile to Peter.
"Who is she?" You ask, excitement laced in your voice, but Peter sends you an apprehensive look.
"I'm going to keep that to myself. Your squeal almost let the boys know.." He teases, though his tone also carries a note of seriousness.
A laugh escapes you, "I promise when you’re ready to tell me I’ll be so careful about keeping it a secret."
"Oi! Are you two sharing secrets over there?" James calls out, his voice immensely curious. He’s sat with his back to the flickering flames, his palms flat against the floor as he leans back on them. Peter tenses beside you, but you maintain an easy smile. Remus and Sirius are lounging in the armchairs nearby, their attention piqued by the exchange.
"All my deepest darkest secrets." You tease, flashing James a grin. He furrows his brow and sits up, clearly riled up by your response.
“Y/n, as your best friend, I better know all these secrets.” James lips are pouted, his expression tinged with a hint of concern, as if he's genuinely worried that you and Peter are sharing secrets that he doesn’t know.
James has always been fiercely protective of your friendship. Despite being close to the boys, your bond with James was stronger. There was nothing that the two of you didn't confide in each other; he honestly did know all your secrets.
“You do.” You smile reassuringly, and James's expression breaks into a satisfied grin.
The boys continue their soft conversation by the crackling fire, the warm glow casting flickering shadows across the room, while you and Peter sit in comfortable silence. Both of you are lost in thought as you relax in the cozy atmosphere.
After stifling a good five yawns, you glance at the time and decide it's probably best to head to your room, the quiet of the common room signaling just how late it had gotten.
You inch closer to Peter, before finding the courage to lean over and envelop him in a friendly hug, your arms wrapping around his shoulders.
He's momentarily taken aback, his body tenses at your touch, but soon he relaxes, reciprocating by wrapping you in his arms. It's a gesture that feels somewhat out of character for you, but after he trusted you with his secret, it seems like the most natural thing to do, a silent affirmation of support for him.
"I think I'm going to go to bed." You tell him softly, "But I promise we'll talk more tomorrow."
“I’d like that.” He smiles at you as you pull away. You grab your bag and make your way in the direction of the stairs.
“Goodnight boys!” You call out softly over your shoulder before disappearing up the stairs. Sirius watches you go, his gaze lingering on your figure, his thoughts full of you long after you've left the room.
Ever since you moved to hug Peter, his eyes have been on you, curiosity and jealousy settling in his stomach.
"Why the hell did you get a hug?" Sirius asks, his tone laced with bitterness as his gaze shifts to Peter, who appears taken aback by Sirius’ sudden question. Remus and James exchange amused glances, before they refocus their attention on Peter, waiting expectantly for an explanation to ease the tension.
“I don’t know, she just hugged me.” Peter squirms uncomfortably in his seat, his confidence quickly dwindling as he's put on the spot.
Sirius nods slowly, his lips pursing in contemplation. His carefully measured tone betrays the longing and a hint of possessiveness that he struggles to conceal, "What were you guys talking about over there?"
Remus interjects with a teasing tone, "Careful, Pads. You sound jealous." A playful glint dances in his eyes as he notices Sirius' furrowed brows and the discontent on his face.
“He’s got the boyfriend role down.” James quips, and Sirius sends them both a glare.
“I’m not jealous,” Sirius repeats quite grumpily. “I just don’t understand why Peter got a hug, and we didn’t.”
James barks out a laugh while Remus shakes his head, a chuckle escaping him in sheer disbelief.
"You're jealous because you have feelings for her." James states matter-of-factly.
Sirius begins to shake his head in denial, but Remus promptly interjects, his voice firm and unwavering, "’Haven't gotten her out of my head since the day I met her.’ What the fuck was that then?” Remus repeats Sirius’ words from the other day, perfectly mimicking his tone.
James bursts into laughter, the sound hearty and infectious, while Peter offers a small smile, observing Sirius as he struggles to respond.
“Not to mention, you’ve been staring Peter down ever since Y/n touched him.” Remus remarks while Sirius gazes blankly at him, his expression unreadable as he nervously chews on his bottom lip.
“You really have.” Peter adds with a grimace.
“You like her, mate.” Remus concludes, his words carrying a sense of finality that lingers in the air.
Sirius sighs heavily.
The conversation weighs heavily on him as he sinks down in the armchair, his brow furrowed in deep thought. The boys’ words replay in his mind. He was jealous, and he did like you. He already knew all of this. But he had always been cautious around you, mindful of the unspoken boundaries because of your friendship with James. A nagging worry in the back of his mind that James would be against any relationship between the two of you. James was his greatest friend, and he worried he could lose him if he attempted to go for you. The idea of James being unfazed by a romantic relationship between you and Sirius threw him off balance. It vastly differed from the scenarios he had envisioned, where James would react with fierce anger upon learning of Sirius' affection for you. The realization left Sirius feeling torn. Did that mean he could actually go for you?
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
As the air is warm and balmy, birdsong emanating from the trees while the leaves rustle in the gentle breeze. The sun casts everything in a golden haze, letting you know summer is near. The boys are certain of their decision: today is the perfect day to spend at the lake.
Laughter and chatter echo across the shimmering waters as the boys swim around the lake, reaching where you’re draped over a soft towel next to Lily. You have been trading gossip back and forth for the last couple of hours. It’s refreshing since usually you’re glued to the boys’ sides. You were constantly in the company of at least one of the four.
You feel a twinge of regret in your chest, realizing you haven't made an effort to have a close friendship with the girls. And you really should have. It wasn't a deliberate choice; James had always been your go-to person. Then, when you met the boys, you naturally formed close bonds with them, too. The thought of branching out and making more friends never really crossed your mind.
Though you value your friendships with the boys, you decide you desperately need to spend more time with the girls. The possibility of James and Lily getting together has you hopeful.
“You realize Sirius can’t take his eyes off you, right?” You choose to remain silent, only giving a shrug, fully aware that Sirius is merely pretending to be in love with you. To his credit, he's played the part convincingly throughout the entire week. There have been moments when you've found yourself questioning the authenticity of his actions, wondering whether his affection is genuine or merely his acting skills.
For someone who hasn’t had much practice with relationships, he possessed an innate ability to treat you like you were the only girl in his world. Whether it was a reassuring hand on your lower back as you maneuvered through the crowded halls, a tender kiss planted on your forehead when you parted ways, or the subtle exchange of flirty smiles whenever your eyes met across the room.
Sirius' laughter drifts over from the lake, reaching your ears, and a subconscious smile graces your lips. Lily must have seen your reaction, “Merlin, you really like him, don’t you?”
It was driving you to the brink of obsession. If this was the experience of being Sirius' girl, you wanted it more than before.
Despite your efforts to contain it, a sigh slips from your lips, "Yeah, I really do."
Confessing this feels uncomfortable. You've never talked to anyone about the depth of your feelings for Sirius, and now you're doing so under the guise of a fake relationship. You had come close to telling James, but you really didn’t need to. He had an uncanny ability to read you like an open book. Guilt churns in your stomach once more as you think about lying to Lily. What will her reaction be when you reveal that you and Sirius were never actually together?
The silence lingers for a few moments before you gently break it, "What were you about to say at breakfast the other day? Before James interrupted?"
Lily's expression shifts from confusion to excitement, her eyes lighting up, “Oh, in Charms! I finally wrangled it out of Sirius that he had feelings for you. But he insisted that nothing was ever going to happen because you didn’t like him back.”
It feels like you've been plunged into a tub of cold water. Your mind goes momentarily blank, a surge of disbelief flooding your senses as you struggle to comprehend Lily's words. Your body freezes in place, grappling with what this could possibly mean. There’s no possible way you heard her correctly.
“What? When was this?” Your voice escapes breathless and startled, yet Lily appears oblivious to it.
“Just a couple of weeks ago! I’m so glad he finally told you how he felt.” Lily smiles sweetly before laying back on her towel. If she notices you’re in a state of shock, she doesn’t say anything.
You hear a whistle, and no surprise, your best friend throws himself between you and Lily, “Don’t you two look pretty!”
Lily gasps as James leans down, playfully pressing his lips against her cheek, his hair dripping water onto her. Though she protests, you both can tell she doesn't truly mind it.
As James and Lily become wrapped up in their own world, you find yourself drifting back to the conversation from a moment ago. Your mind spins, still muddled by Lily's words. Sirius had feelings for you. Why hadn't he spoken up? Did he not want anything to come of it?
Your heart nearly stops when Sirius drops down and hovers over you, his hands propping him up on either side of your head. You barely register that he's shirtless and above you just before icy water cascades from his hair onto your skin. A startled cry escapes you as the cold droplets trickle down your cheeks, tracing a chilling path along your neck and chest.
“Sirius Black!” You had intended to sound angry, but laughter slips past your lips, betraying your emotions. Sirius grins at your reaction, his eyes trailing down from your eyes to shamelessly check out the bikini top you have on.
The boys had been teasing him relentlessly after witnessing how he practically fell to his knees when you walked into the common room wearing a bikini top and tiny denim shorts. You were oblivious to his gaze, heading straight for Lily and conversing about who knows what.
He couldn't tear his eyes away from you all day.
He feigns ignorance as you whine at him, responding with a sweet smile instead, “What, sweet girl?”
"Get off!" You squeal, though your tone lacks any real irritation. Deep down, you’re secretly enjoying having him so close, enveloping you in his presence.
“Whatever you want, sweet girl.” He mutters as he rolls off of you, repositioning himself so he's sitting behind you. With a gentle tap on your shoulder, he prompts you to sit up, then guides you until your back hits his chest. Once you're settled, he loosely wraps his arms around your shoulders before placing a kiss on your head.
Remus catches your eye as he and Peter make their way to their towels. Unlike Sirius and James, they hadn't hurried over to you and Lily. Instead, they took their time, chatting lazily while the sun warmed their skin. Remus sends you a sly, suggestive glance, and you respond by narrowing your eyes at him playfully.
Sirius and Remus engage in their own conversation, their voices blending into the background as Peter gestures for you to follow him. Sirius protests lightly, his eyes following you as you pull away from him to walk down to the lake with Peter.
You're gone for no more than twenty minutes, offering Peter advice on establishing a friendship with the girl he likes, perhaps making it easier for him to ask her out in the future.
Despite Remus' attempts to draw him back into the conversation, Sirius remains preoccupied, his gaze fixed on you until you eventually return and settle onto the towel beside him, seeking the familiar comfort of his presence. Only then does Sirius relax, draping his arm around you protectively.
He despises the twinge of jealousy that creeps in every time Peter has you to himself.
“Mate, you’re fucked.” Remus chuckles, and you assume it's due to something amusing said during their conversation. Sirius simply rolls his eyes and playfully extends his middle finger in Remus' direction, a gesture of mock annoyance that elicits a smirk from both of them.
The rest of the afternoon is spent wrapped up in Sirius as you chat with your friends and bask in the sun.
You spend the remainder of the afternoon draped over Sirius, basking in the warmth of the sun as you chat with your friends. It's been a while since you've felt so at ease.
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
After lounging by the lake all afternoon, the thought of cleaning up for a party you had little interest in attending felt like an unnecessary chore. However, after an hour of James' persistent pleading, you eventually gave in and agreed to go. You were confused about why he insisted on your presence, especially when he'd be busy spending the evening with Lily. You couldn't help but think you could have been snug in bed with a good book instead.
“How long do you think it will take before they get together?” You turn to Remus, who is leaning against the wall next to you. He wasn't thrilled about coming tonight, either. The full moon was approaching, and he could already feel the effects beginning to take hold.
You scan the bustling room, eager to catch a glimpse of James and determine Lily's proximity. Impatience simmers within you as you wait for them to get together. Their relationship seems overdue, and you’re desperate for it to happen, bringing an end to the relationship you and Sirius are forced to maintain. Though being Sirius' girlfriend has its perks, the artificiality of the situation weighs on your conscience.
After a lazy afternoon enveloped in Sirius' arms, you had returned to your room feeling unsettled. The comfort of being held by Sirius felt genuine, yet it was all fake, and that realization deeply unsettles you. The longer this relationship goes on, the more you worry about your heart being left in pieces at the end.
“Probably any day now. Why? You aren’t having fun being Sirius’ girl?” Remus asks, casting a knowing smirk in your direction. You huff and give him a playful nudge, causing his drink to slosh around in his cup. He chuckles in response, amused by your reaction.
"It's not that, and you know it." You respond, frustration evident in your tone.
Remus turns towards you, a genuine smile on his face this time, "You guys are doing quite the job of looking infatuated with each other."
You shoot him a warning look, sensing where the conversation is headed.
But Remus persists, his gaze steady, "You should consider telling him how you feel."
You scoff. "Absolutely not."
"Why not? What have you got to lose?"
You meet his gaze, incredulous, "Our friendship, for starters."
Remus shakes his head, "Do you really think Sirius would end your friendship? I doubt you could get rid of him if you tried."
You meet Remus's gaze, your brow furrowed with uncertainty, "Okay, maybe he wouldn't end our friendship. But things would definitely get awkward, and who knows where it could lead."
Remus offers a small smile, "Or it could go well. You could end up together."
You remain silent, the weight of Remus's words sinking in as you contemplate the idea of confessing your feelings to Sirius. Your stomach churns with anxiety at the mere thought of opening up to him. The fear of rejection and the potential fallout from confessing weighs heavy on your chest.
But Lily had shared with you that Sirius had opened up about his feelings for you. Maybe there was a possibility that confessing your own feelings might not be as far-fetched as you had assumed. Maybe being with Sirius wasn't entirely out of reach.
Remus observes the slight furrow in your brow as you chew on your bottom lip, a clear indication of your spiraling thoughts. The dim light of the common room highlights the unease on your face. "Do you want a drink?" He offers, his voice gentle and reassuring.
You pause, considering his offer, grateful for the distraction, "Yes, please." You respond with a small smile, the tension in your shoulders easing slightly.
As Remus leaves to fetch you a drink, you're left alone with your thoughts, the chatter and laughter of the crowded common room serving as a backdrop to your contemplation. Your eyes wander over the sea of bodies, each occupied with their own conversations and activities, creating a lively yet chaotic atmosphere.
“Y/n, hi!” You startle as Max Townsend stands beside you, his sudden presence catching you off guard. You recall being partners in Charms a couple of weeks ago, but beyond that, your interactions had been limited.
"Hey, Max." You greet with a soft smile, noticing how his shoulders relax slightly at your acknowledgment. He settles against the wall, his posture casual yet attentive, as if genuinely interested in chatting with you.
"I know we haven’t talked much since Charms, but I’ve been meaning to catch up with you." Max says, his voice earnest as he breaks the silence between you.
You're surprised by his remark, "You have?" You ask, genuine curiosity coloring your tone.
"Yeah! I enjoyed spending time with you." Max admits, his voice slightly shaky as he offers you a shy smile. You notice the faint blush coloring his cheeks, a sign of nervousness.
"I enjoyed spending time with you too! I don’t think I could have passed the last exam without your help." You respond sincerely, returning his smile with warmth. His face lights up at your words, visibly relieved.
He regains some confidence and continues, "Actually, Y/n, I was wondering if you wanted to go to Hogsmeade sometime?"
Your smile falters, and you feel a pang of guilt. You have the excuse of having a boyfriend, at least. It makes things a little easier for you. For a second, you debate if you should say yes, go on a date, and move past your feelings for Sirius. But then you think about Lily‘s words and how he might possibly like you back. Not only that but you’re supposed to be in a relationship right now.
You can't bring yourself to say yes; truth be told, you don't really want to, anyway.
"That’s really sweet of you to ask. But I’m dating Sirius." You reply though the words feel heavy on your tongue, wishing they were true.
Max looks taken aback, "Sirius Black?"
"Yes." You confirm, feeling a wave of discomfort wash over you; turning someone down is always an awkward and uncomfortable experience.
Max shakes his head, looking confused, "I didn’t know Sirius-"
"You didn’t know what, Townsend?" Sirius looks hard at him, slipping his arm around your waist and handing you a drink. "Here, baby, Rem said you wanted a drink."
You thank him quietly, settling into his side with ease. Glancing up at him, you notice Sirius isn't looking at you; his gaze is fixed on Max. His jaw clenches tightly, and his usual friendly smile is absent. The message to Max is clear: back off, she's mine.
Max looks uneasy, eyes darting from you to Sirius, “Uh, I didn’t know you and Y/n were together.”
“And why were you talking about that?”
“Uh,” Max looks at you briefly, his expression tinged with panic. He lets out a sigh, reminiscent of a child caught in the act and resigned to confessing. “I asked her out.”
Sirius' entire body tenses, his tone laced with mock curiosity, “Did you?”
He feels sick at the thought of you going on a date with another guy. Images flash through his mind – Max holding your hand on a walk through Hogsmeade, flirting with you over dinner, and the possibility of him kissing you goodnight before you head back through the portrait at the end of the night.
A surge of intense emotion floods him, an overwhelming desire to lash out, to throw a punch and convey the unmistakable message that you are off-limits.
But then the reality hits him: you're not off limits. You're perfectly single, and maybe you actually wanted to go out with Max. The realization sinks in, gnawing at him from the inside, intensifying the ache in his chest.
“But look, man, I didn’t know she was your girl! Honest.”
"Max, it's okay. Really." You interject gently, offering him a reassuring smile. Max nods frantically, clearly relieved, before hurrying off in the opposite direction and disappearing into the crowd of Gryffindors.
“What the hell was that?” You turn to Sirius, but he refuses to meet your gaze. Instead, he drops his arm from your waist and leans back against the wall, taking a long sip from his drink, his expression unreadable
“Playing the part of your boyfriend. You should go find James, he was looking for you.” His mutterings reach your ears, and your stomach clenches with irritation as hurt flashes over your features. He's never shut down before you, and it hurts your feelings deeply.
You don’t bother saying anything; instead, you scoff and walk away. Sirius’s eyes follow you the second you leave, watching as you walk away with a heavy feeling settling in his stomach.
Maybe he did need to express his feelings to you. There might be a chance that you felt the same way. And if you didn't, at least he would know and could attempt to move on from you.
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
“I think you need to check on Sirius.” James murmurs into your ear as you stand in the common room, waiting for Lily to join you. You're flanked by the boys, but Sirius is conspicuously absent.
You glance over at him, confused, “Why? Is he not coming down?”
“He bailed, said he isn’t feeling good.”
“He isn’t coming to Hogsmeade with us?” You all had meticulously planned your trip to Hogsmeade during the lake outing yesterday, discussing the shops you wanted to visit and the Butterbeer you couldn't wait to taste.
“Oh,” You mutter, “I’ll check on him and catch up with you guys then.”
You still harbor concern for his well-being, a lingering sense of care that remains despite the the frustration you feel about last night. You ascend the stairs, faintly catching Peter's inquiry about your destination and James' response that you won't be joining them anymore. You contemplate turning around, half-tempted to inquire with James about his statement, but decided against it, choosing not to waste your energy.
You're so deeply immersed in your thoughts as you walk through the hall that you don't even notice the sound at first.
The muffled noise filtering through the boys' dorm door catches your attention, causing you to pause in front of the door. You briefly entertain the idea that Sirius might be genuinely unwell, but skepticism lingers in your mind. The persistent groans don't quite fit the pattern of someone who's just sick.
You were on the verge of turning around, genuinely considering it, until you caught a muffled moan that distinctly sounded like your name.
You pause, questioning the authenticity of what you just heard, wondering if it was a figment of your imagination or if you truly heard your name. But then you hear it, “Fuck, Y/n. Feels so good.”
Your legs turn to jelly, the words coursing through your veins like an electric shock, leaving you feeling stunned and breathless.
Without a second thought or even a plan forming in your mind, you find yourself knocking on the door. Inside, you hear a muffled curse followed by shuffling before Sirius swings the door open nearly a minute later, clad only in pajama pants. His hair is tousled, his cheeks flushed, and he's breathing heavily. The surprise on his face is evident as he takes in your unexpected presence.
“What were you just doing?” Your words spill out more confrontationally than you intended, catching Sirius off guard. The surprise flickers across his face, evident in how his eyebrows knit together and his eyes widen slightly.
“Uh, I-” He glances back into his room, searching for a believable excuse among his belongings. Flustered, he struggles to come up with a convincing lie.
"Sirius," You press, and his eyes flicker back to you. He appears guilty, aware that you've caught on. "I just heard you." You add, your tone that is firm but not accusatory.
“Merlin, Y/n. I’m sorry I-” He stammers, his heart sinking into the pit of his stomach at the mere thought of you possibly feeling disgusted with him or worse, refusing to remain his friend because of what he’s just done.
“What were you thinking about?” You ask instead, taking a deliberate step closer to him. The room feels charged with tension, and you can sense Sirius's unease. His breath hitches as your presence draws nearer, his eyes flickering with a mix of apprehension and anticipation.
He glances over your shoulder, his gaze flicking to the empty hallway outside before he answers, “You.”
“Me?” You take a tentative step closer, your voice barely a whisper compared to before, its tone huskier, laden with curiosity and perhaps a hint of intrigue. You fix him with a daring look, a glint of challenge in your eye, as if silently daring him to take action.
He remains silent, his gaze fixed on you for a fleeting moment before he takes action, grabbing your hand and pulling you into the dorm without a word.
As soon as the door shuts, he presses you against the door, his movements swift and urgent. You let out a gasp in surprise, feeling the sudden shift in atmosphere as Sirius's intensity envelops you. His eyes, usually filled with mischief, now bore into yours with a mixture of seriousness and vulnerability.
“Y/n. Why did you knock on the door?”
You don’t answer at first, your eyes locked with his for a few heartbeats before you let out a sigh, “Because I heard you say my name, and now I know you want me the same way that I’ve always wanted you.”
Sirius doesn’t hesitate, his lips meeting yours with a sense of urgency that sends a shiver down your spine. The moment his touch connects with yours, you exhale softly, feeling the warmth of his lips against yours. With gentle pressure, you draw him closer, your arms wrapping around his shoulders while Sirius’ embrace envelops you, pulling you closer as if he never wants to let go.
He initiates with a tender kiss on your lips, then gently nibbles on your bottom lip, eliciting a gasp. Seizing the opportunity of your parted lips, he intensifies the kiss, pressing forcefully into your mouth. Sirius kisses you as if each moment is the first and last time, molding you into pliancy. You willingly surrender, allowing him to kiss you into a state of blissful oblivion.
As he withdraws, a soft whimper escapes your lips in protest. He casts a questioning glance your way as he lifts the hem of your shirt, and you respond with a nod of affirmation. Slowly, he peels it off of you and lets it drop at your feet. Shamelessly, he admires your breasts and how they sit so pretty in your black bra. For a moment, the thought of apologizing for the simple garment crosses your mind, but the way his gaze lingers on you halts any inclination to do so.
He leans down, pressing kisses and nipping at the exposed skin on your neck and trailing his way down to your chest. It steals your breath away, prompting you to weave your fingers through his hair as you tilt your head back, reveling in the sensation. He's murmuring praises against your skin, ranting about how beautiful you are, how sweet your moans are, and how you drive him crazy. Your heart pounds within your chest, and for an instant, you fear its thunderous rhythm might betray you, considering how near he stands.
“Take it off.” In a hushed tone, you speak, prompting Sirius's gaze to swiftly rise and lock with yours.
He encircles you with his arms, quickly undoing your bra, and you deftly push the straps down, allowing the garment to cascade down, unveiling your skin. Swiftly, you toss it into the growing pile that appears to be taking shape by the door.
Sirius gazes intently, his bottom lip captured between his teeth, and a subtle furrow forms between his eyebrows, “Fucking hell, y’have the prettiest tits I’ve ever seen.”
Before you can utter a word, his mouth is on your breasts. Pressing the softest kisses onto your nipple before gently biting it, causing your breath to hitch. He bends down, mirroring the gesture with the other one.
His hands, possessively grip at your hips, act as anchors, momentarily keeping you in place. However, a growing restlessness takes hold, and you start to squirm, a subtle plea for more of his attention. Silently comprehending your unspoken desire, he wordlessly responds. A gentle tug on your hand is all the communication needed, and without a moment's hesitation, you obediently follow his lead.
Guiding you, he directs you to settle onto his bed, a silent request you readily heed. Your legs dangle over the edge of the bed as you rely on your elbows to bear all your weight.
Sirius kneels in front of you, easily slipping off both of your shoes and tossing them to the side. He reaches up, hooking his fingers into the waistband of your skirt before tugging it down and off of your legs. You’re left in a pair of gray panties that easily show how soaked you are for him.
He pushes on your knees until your legs are completely spread for him, and he can get a clear view of your soaked underwear. A hushed curse escapes his lips, the words slipping out quietly as his gaze lingers on you.
“You’re fucking stunning. I don’t know what I did to deserve this. To deserve you.” You bask in his words, your body thrumming with warmth and delight as his sweet sentiments wash over you.
He glances up at you, and he nearly loses it right then and there. You’re watching him through hooded eyes, your pupils dilated wide, a silent reflection of your anticipation and desire. He doubts he could ever erase the image of the way you're gazing at him, etching it into his memory with the fervent wish to witness it for the rest of his days.
He caresses his hands along your thighs, fingers gently squeezing and kneading with each pass. Occasionally, he leans down, planting tender kisses on your sensitive skin, each one a whispered promise of affection. The closer he gets to your core, the more you squirm and let out soft whimpers.
“Can I take your panties off?” He asks, glancing up at you from between your thighs. The pad of his thumb brushes against your clit, and you jolt in surprise.
A gasp escapes your lips as you're overtaken by the sensation, yet swiftly, you find yourself nodding frantically in response, “Please.”
Overrun with desperation, Sirius pulls at them with such fervor that they nearly tear as he tugs them off. You can't help but giggle at his fervor, amused by his frantic actions and the unmistakable look of pure desire written across his face. He wouldn't be surprised if he was drooling, staring the sight of your glistening pussy.
“I want to be inside of you.” He declares, standing up from the floor, leaning over you to firmly grasp your jaw before capturing your lips in a heady, intoxicating kiss. The moan that escapes you sounds so foreign, so unlike yourself, that it catches you by surprise, leaving you momentarily taken aback. You don't bother vying for dominance, allowing him to take control of the kiss. He withdraws from you leaving your chest heaving and breaths coming in ragged gasps.
“Take your pants off.” You demand, reaching desperately for the band of his pajamas to shove them off. Sirius beats you to the task, swiftly shoving them off himself in a display of impatience.
“Sirius.” Drool pools in your mouth at the sight of him. Long, thick, and pretty. Your lips part slightly, and you look up at Sirius in surprise, caught off guard by him. For a fleeting moment, you sit there, eyes locked, contemplating whether you'll be able to take him or not. He’s bigger than anyone you have ever been with before.
Sirius doesn’t let you stare for too long before his fingers are sliding through your soaked folds and brushing over your clit. Whimpers and moans tumble past your lips as Sirius rubs firm circles over you to get you adjusted before dipping down and pressing two fingers into you. A cry escapes you at the intrusion, and your hand instinctively reaches down to grip his bicep firmly.
Sirius startles you by leaning down and pressing the softest kiss to your clit, before licking you the bundle of nerves softly. Your body tenses with pleasure, hands gripping the sheets beneath you.
“I’ve always wanted to taste you.” He confesses a surge of heat courses through your body, igniting every nerve ending as you absorb his words. He doesn’t waste another second before leaning down and gently sucking on your clit.
"Please don't stop." You plead softly, and Sirius complies, continuing with unwavering determination. He nips and sucks, licking through your folds and holding your thighs open for him. His fingers continue to slide in and out of you; the sounds you’re making are obscene.
You’re struck by the thojught that this doesn't compare to any other times that you’ve been eaten out. But maybe it's not just his technique that feels good; it might be the fact that its Sirius who’s between your legs.
Your thighs tremble, and a euphoric sensation begins to build up in your stomach, making it feel like you are floating on a delightful high.
“Sirius, I need you.” You gasp sharply, your fingers instinctively tugging on his hair, signaling for him to ease up. You wanted to come together for your first time, as cheesy as it may have been.
As he rises to his feet, your eyes meet, and contagious, goofy smiles spread across both of your faces. In this shared moment, a mutual understanding passes between you—acknowledging the absurdity of the situation yet reveling in the fact that there's nowhere else you'd rather be.
You watch as he wraps his hand around himself, dragging his hand up and down a few times. He whispers for you to scoot back until your head rests against the pillow, and with a gentle nod, you comply. He follows suit, settling on his haunches before you, creating a comforting, intimate space between you both.
“Y’ready?” He asks in a hushed tone, leaning in to hover over you, and at that moment, a rush of memories floods your mind, reminiscent of yesterday by the lake. You're convinced you must look rather pathetic with the speed of your nod, but Sirius only responds with a sweet smile.
With a grip on his cock, he slides the tip through your slick, both of you sucking in a breath at the sensation. He gently pushes at your entrance. Sirius steals a glance up at you, silently seeking reassurance, and you respond with a simple nod and a warm smile, letting him know that everything is perfect. Sirius catches you off guard as he leans down, tenderly pressing the gentlest of kisses to your lips, a gesture filled with unexpected sweetness.
His gaze shifts, watching as he pushes his cock inside of you, letting out a string of curses as your pussy grips him tight, pulling him deeper inside.
“Fuck,” Gritting his teeth, he squeezes his eyes shut, breathing deeply through his nose, determined to regain control and prevent himself from losing composure. He’s sitting fully inside you, and he has to take a breather because you feel better than he could have ever imagined. The last thing he wants is for this to end as soon as it begins.
His voice sounds utterly shattered, “You’re so wet, fuck.”
You entwine your fingers in his hair, feeling the soft strands between your fingertips as you pull him closer, urging him to meet your lips with his own. The anticipation builds as his warm breath mingles with yours, creating an intimate connection before the gentle press of his lips against yours. Parting your lips, you deepen the kiss, and Sirius eagerly reciprocated.
“Sirius. Fuck me, please.” You exhale softly against his lips, and Sirius responds with a low, guttural groan of longing and desire.
He doesn’t waste any time before dragging his cock along the sensitive walls of your pussy, before thrusting back into you, “God, your pussy feels incredible.” The cry that escapes you resonates loudly in the room, and you're immensely grateful that everyone is out at Hogsmeade. The absence of others allows you the freedom to be as uninhibited as you are, knowing that the full dorms would never afford you the same level of privacy and volume.
“Feels so good.” You gasp, head rolling to the side, your cheek resting against the pillows. Sirius’ hands rest against the back of your thighs, holding your legs against your chest, giving a clear view of the way his cock is so seamlessly slipping inside of you.
He watches you, transfixed on the way your brows pinch together in pleasure, lips parting to let moans slip past. It's as if a dam has burst within Sirius, an unstoppable torrent of words and emotions pouring forth as he finds himself unable to contain everything he's been holding back.
“Fuck, you sound s’pretty, sweet girl,” The groan that leaves his lips is downright sinful. “Thought about this pretty pussy all day. Pretended to be sick just to get off to the thought of you.”
“Sirius.” You whine, reaching out to thread your fingers through his hair and pull him down to you. You’re soaked and aching, desperate for Sirius to fuck you faster. However, much to your disappointment, he remains insistent on maintaining a slow, teasing pace.
“Pictured, tugging that fucking bikini top down. Watching your tits bounce while I fuck you. Fuck, cumming all over them.” The whine that escapes you feels pathetic, and under different circumstances, you would've been embarrassed by it. However, given the situation you're in, embarrassment takes a backseat.
“I know, baby. I know.” He complies, adjusting his position so that his right arm supports him above you while his left hand gently traces your skin. Brushing over your nipples, trailing up and over your tits, before placing his hand loosely around the base of your throat.
“You’re fucking perfect,” He grunts, admiring how ruined you look for him. Your mascara smudged beneath your eyes from tears, and your lips swollen from his earlier kisses. He loved seeing you like this. Being the one to ruin you, to smudge your makeup and bring you to tears. “Taking my cock s’well.”
You’re incoherent, begging for Sirius to go harder, to fuck you faster. Hands pawing at his ass, desperately trying to bring him closer.
His hand squeezes your throat gently, “Tell me you want me to fuck you harder. C’mon love, wanna hear you beg for it.”
A smug grin tugs on Sirius’ lips as he watches you struggling to form words. You’re getting close if the way you’re squeezing him so tight and rolling your hips is any indicator.
But then a desperate, needy whine with the words he so badly wants to hear slips past your lips. Babbling about needing his cock and wanting him to ruin you. The second he hears your pleas, he thrusts into you harder, setting a brutal new pace that has you crying for him.
“I’ll give you anything you ask for, m’love.” He speaks so sincerely that you feel a surge of emotions welling up inside, an overwhelming urge threatening to bring tears to your eyes.
Overcome with your emotions, you reach for Sirius’ hand and interlace them together before Sirius presses your clasped hands into the sheets. His headboard thumps against the wall rhythmically.
“Need you to fill me up. Please.” You plead desperately, and Sirius curses, his voice rough and strained.
“Shit, that’s my girl. Want me to fill you with my cum?” It's the praise that pushes you over the edge. Your back arches, pressing your breasts into Sirius’ chest and your legs tremble.
“Doing so good f’me.” He’s close behind you. Your tight, wet walls clenching around him is what does it for him.
“Fuck, baby. Gonna cum. Fuck.” Sirius moans, burying his head in the crook of your neck as his hips stutter and you cry out at the feeling of his warm cum filling you up. You clench his hand tightly, your nails likely leaving imprints on his skin. A sob escapes your lips, and your fingers weave through his hair, a desperate attempt to draw him closer.
You both remain entwined, lost in each other's embrace as you gradually come down from the euphoric highs. The room resonates with the sound of your intertwined breaths, each one heavy and labored. Your body feels utterly slack, every muscle loosened, and you're so relaxed that you could easily doze off at any moment.
Sirius presses a couple of tender kisses against your neck, eliciting a satisfied hum from you. When he withdraws from you, a wince escapes you as you feel the separation, and Sirius’ eyes dart up to you in concern.
“Y’okay, sweet girl?”
“I’m okay, just sore.” You grace him with a sweet smile, and Sirius leans in, gently pressing a tender kiss to your forehead.
“Gonna get a towel, one second.” He assures you, rising from the bed and disappearing into the bathroom. You listen to the faucet running and the faint sounds of the cupboard opening and closing. Lying back, you gaze up at the ceiling, absently nibbling on your thumbnail until a smile breaks across your face at the thought of what just happened.
“Here, love.” Sirius says, sitting on the edge of the bed holding a washcloth in his hand. He’s got a fresh pair of pajama pants on, you didn’t even notice him grab clothes from his trunk, too lost in your thoughts.
Sirius gently grips your ankle, encouraging you to spread your legs. His breath hitches at the sight of his cum dripping out of you and onto his sheets, desperately hoping to see this sight again. He murmurs a curse under his breath, his touch gentle as he delicately uses the warm washcloth to clean between your thighs.
“There.” He whispers softly before aiding you to sit up. As you glance over, you notice the t-shirt and pajama pants laid out beside him, meant for you. Your heart swells with warmth as he assists you in slipping it over your head. With a grateful smile, you slide into the pajama pants. Meanwhile, Sirius utters evanesco to fix the sheets up, before joining you in bed.
“C’mere.” He beckons to you, sinking into the pillows, and you nestle against him, finding solace as you rest your head on his chest.
In the silence, you both relish the comfort of each other's embrace, enveloped in a cocoon of intimacy. Lost in contemplation, your mind wanders, grappling with what just happened and what that meant for the both of you.
"That wasn't just a one-time thing, was it?" You inquire, the hopefulness evident in your tone.
"No," Sirius responds, tilting your chin so you can meet his gaze. "I want you to be mine, for real this time."
The fluttering butterflies that dance through your stomach are overwhelming as you absorb his words. A lovesick grin spreads across your lips, unable to contain the rush of emotions coursing through you, “Then I'm all yours."
You settle back into Sirius, and his arms hold you against him. The rhythmic rise and fall of his chest beneath your head lull you into a serene state, the sound of his steady heartbeat serving as a soothing lullaby that guides you into a peaceful sleep.

"I'm sorry, so you asked us to fake it not for Lily, but for Sirius and I to get together?" You gaze at James, confused, knitting your brows, while he sits opposite you at the table. Remus and Sirius are absorbed in their own conversation, and Peter is having breakfast with the girl he harbors a crush on. Despite their current status as friends, Peter seems overjoyed nonetheless.
James grins, casting you a smug look. "I mean, Lily genuinely thought you and I were a thing. At first, it really was because Lily thought we were together, but then I realized that this was the perfect way to get you and Sirius together.”
“James! So you lied to us?” You huff in disbelief.
James shrugs nonchalantly, his demeanor radiating an air of casual indifference, “You already knew I lied to Lily; what’s the difference?”
You sigh softly, "That's true, but what about you and Lily? Are you two getting together?"
James smiles, “We’ll get there eventually. This was more about you and Sirius. And before you start, yes, I’ll tell her the truth.” He sends you a pointed look, and you chuckle, already preparing to remind him to come clean to Lily.
"You're certifiably insane." You tease, exhaling a laugh.
“Well, it worked, didn’t it? You got the guy.” James watches with delight as a lovesick smile effortlessly graces your face before you steal a glance at Sirius.
"Oh, hey. Pick up your clothes next time you're napping with Sirius," He remarks casually, but the emphasis on the word napping lets you know that he's fully aware there was more happening than just sleep. "My shoe got tangled in your bra."

I feel like Sirius Black was classically taught how to dance. Could you do a HC based on the reader not being good at it so when somone asks her to the yule ball infant of her friends she said no then tells the marauders she can't dance so she won't be going.
I Don't Dance... Or Do I?
Sirius Black x reader
Word count: 877
A/N: i turned this into a fic instead bc i was feeling the format more than a HC, hope you don't mind! it also turned out longer than expected lol
You love and hate the Yule season.
Love, because all the most gorgeous ballgowns go on sale, the excitement is palpable in the air, and the school grounds always resemble a winter wonderland straight out of a fairytale.
Hate, because the big event is a ball, and you can't dance.
Well, strictly speaking, you can. You're not very good at it, though; you always end up at least two steps behind your partner even when you swear you did everything exactly as all the other girls did. It's a sight, watching you flounder on the dance floor attempting to catch up, and it's a sight you refuse to give Hogwarts the pleasure of.
So usually, you skip the ball.
Or sometimes, you sneak in for a few minutes, just long enough to soak up the atmosphere before you go back to ensuring nobody asks you to dance. Which they can't if you're far, far away from the dance floor. The harder part, honestly, is coming up with reasons not to go if someone asks you to the ball.
This year is no different. You manage to dodge the few invitations you receive; your potential dates suffer the case of disappointment that so often accompanies (gentle) rejection, but you know they'll get over it. And as the Yule Ball grows ever closer, you're beginning to believe you're in the clear for yet another year. Your secret is safe, just as you wanted it to be.
Until someone asks you in front of your friends.
The boy—you can't even remember his name, that's how little you've spoken to him—takes your answer as expected, and while you do feel a twinge of guilt for turning him down like that, your fear of humiliation is stronger.
"You're not going to the ball?" Is this the first time your friends realize you aren't going? See you turn down a date to the biggest event of the winter season? Judging from their reaction and the three pairs of incredulous eyes on you, it probably is.
"No," you huff, sitting back down on the floor of the common room, where you'd been sitting when what's-his-name approached you, and you lean your head against Sirius' thigh. Sirius, who only smiles and pets your head affectionately from where he's taking up half the couch.
When you don't offer any further clarification, the boys share a look, and you swear you can pinpoint the moment they decide they want to hear the reason.
"Well, why on earth not? You love Yule, and as Sirius here always says, you'd look beautiful in a gown." James skillfully dodges the pillow Sirius throws at his head. Sirius concludes James has had too much practice dodging bludgers during Quidditch.
"Would you believe me if I said I just don't feel like going?"
The reason feels weak already on your tongue, and you gather from their similarly raised eyebrows that the answer is no. Darn it.
"You don't have to go," Remus starts, "but if you don't, we'd like to know why so we know you aren't missing on the fun over a small thing we could have helped with."
Fun. The Yule Ball does sound like fun, a lovely night off among all the beautifully dressed students and faculty alike, enjoying the decorations and the music and the atmosphere...
"I can't dance," you groan into Sirius' thigh before you can help yourself. "I can't dance, and it's a ball, and I don't want to humiliate myself in the middle of the dance floor."
Because the fear of the embarrassment far outweighs your desire to take part in the festivities.
"Is that all?" You look up for just long enough to see Remus' surprised expression, mixed with something that looks half-smug, the way he does whenever he wins complicated debates. "See, I knew it'd be something solveable. Just have Sirius teach you. Then you'll know how to dance, and you can come to the ball."
"Sirius?"
"Despite what you might think, princess, I am qualified to teach ballroom dancing. Or to take you to the ball. Or both," the boy in question chimes in with a wink. The disbelief must still be plain on your face, because he adds, "All members of the Noble and Most Ancient House of Black are formally trained in more styles of formal dancing than I want to count. You've heard tales of my mother, do you really think she'd be able to live with anything less?"
That is a good point. Sometimes, it's easy to forget Sirius' high-society upbringing. And honestly, what do you have to lose?
"You'd really teach me?"
"Would the condition of going to the ball as my date be pushing my luck too far?"
That one, you don't even have to think about. Who wouldn't want to go to the ball on Sirius Black's arm?
"No, Siri," you laugh, using your hand on his leg to help you sit up. "But you better teach me properly."
"Don't worry, princess," he chuckles. "You won't be disappointed."
That evening, when you receive your first dance lesson from Sirius Black, you can only conclude he isn't as good a teacher as he made himself out to be.
He's better.
