I noticed that the ingredients included in every recipe aren’t inexpensive and difficult to discover! That causes me to want to try them all more! It’s better prepared than not. Grabbed this book where I need to survive in the jungle to prepare yourself of a situation. You can never really tell what might happen to you. I suppose watching too much thriller movies. I’ve gained a fairly good amount of advice on the best way to reach that goal when required. Surprisingly to do it sounds easy in the novels but I suppose it’s a different story when you’re already in the circumstance. A great read and I will certainly keep this one easy.

🍳Завтракать необходимо, ведь именно завтрак запускает процесс метаболизма. В состав завтрака должны входить углеводы и белки. Что съесть: каша (не быстрого приготовления, не манная и без молока и масла сливочного), творог (обычной жирности), хлебцы, сырники , творожная запеканка, омлет, вареные яйца, цельнозерновой хлеб с сыром, чай черный/зеленый без сахара (можно с молоком, кто не может отказаться), какао без сахара, кофе без сахара. Кто совсем не может без сахара, добавляйте мёд. 🍲ОБЕД Во время обеда необходимо употребить 40% суточного объема пищи. То есть, именно в это время можно и нужно съесть достаточно много. Дело в том, что с 12 до 15 часов происходит активная выработка ферментов, которые расщепляют пищу. Они способствуют быстрой переработке и хорошему усвоению еды. В обед организм нуждается в получении большого количества энергии, причем ничего из съеденного не отложится в виде жира (если только обед будет правильным). Что съесть: макароны из грубых сортов пшеницы, каши, картофель отварной или запеченный, цельнозерновой хлеб, рыба отварная либо запеченая, куриная грудка отварная, мясо нежирное отварное , творог, яйца, напитки без сахара, суп овощной легкий либо с добавлением нежирного мяса, овощи (свежие либо тушеные без масла, отварные либо приготовленные на пару), морепродукты. 🥗УЖИН. Для вечернего приема пищи, следует выбирать продукты, не перегружающие пищеварительную систему. Полезный ужин должен начинаться не позднее 19:00. Вечером метаболизм замедляется. Что съесть: салат овощной с растительным маслом, творог, куриную грудку, индейку, запеченая рыба, отварные яйца, морепродукты, йогурт натуральный, кефир. 🍒ПЕРЕКУСЫ: Перекусывать надо правильно. Это делается тогда, когда уже хочется есть, или же между завтраком и обедом, обедом и ужином. Что съесть: творог, йогурт, цитрусовые, орехи, сухофрукты, ягоды, яйца, свежие овощи и фрукты, запеченое яблоко.
