About the 2nd one: he probably spelled "народов" ("peoples") as "нородов" because of the stupid Russian grammar, which sometimes makes no sense. Maybe he thought there should be two о's. Like in "городов" ("cities"). 🤔 He probably forgot how to spell these words and tried to guess based on how he remembered them to sound and tried to apply logic.

Uma ARG desconhecida de Mundo Torajo!!!!

NÃO VOU ENROLAR MUITO.

Hoje eu vim CORRENDO fazer esse blog super importante e interessante, principalmente para os NERDS como eu que gostam de enigmas. Talves esse blog não seja o melhor de todos porque tô fazendo ele meio correndo, mas mesmo assim quero deixar ele bonitinho no nível que der

Dia 10 do 11 desse ano, eu tava vagando por algum chat de algum servidor do Discord de Mundo Torajo, quando do nada vem um cara que eu vou chamar de Açaí e fala alguma coisa sobre um enigma muito desconhecido e novo de Mundo Torajo. Eu, NERD DE ENIGMAS 🤓, me interessei e fui atrás, entrei no canal que ele mandou e fui ver o primeiro vídeo:

Uma primeira coisa interessante de perceber é que esse vídeo foi postado EXATAMENTE no dia que o vídeo de apresentação da Pessy foi lançado (Açaí disse que viu em um site que foi lançado até na mesma hora, mas eu não sei se é verdade e não sei em que site ver isso, então não sei se é fato-fato mesmo)

Nesse vídeo tem só uma tela preta, as palavras "Linn", "Algorithomus" e o mais importante: um QR code piscando na tela, QR code esse que quando escaneado dá na seguinte imagem:

Alguns dias depois, o mesmo canal postou essa imagem aqui na aba comunidade:

Quando traduzia o código morse, dava em uma frase meio bugada ou embaralhada que era difícil de ler, mas parecia dizer "MOSTRE ESSE CANAL A TODOS, É O UNICO JEITO DE SALVAR ELE"

Mais ou menos no dia seguinte desse código, o canal postou isso aqui AS TRÊS HORAS DA MANHÃ na aba comunidade

FOI A POSTAGEM QUE MAIS TEVE CONTE��DO ATE O MOMENTO--

Quando eu vi isso eu SURTEI, por que aconteceu literalmente o que eu tava teorizando sobre essa ARG!!! EU SOU UM PROFETA---

Por enquanto, essa é a BOMBA mais recente que temos nesse canal. PORÉM agora tem outro vídeo agendado para sair em estreia meio dia do dia 19, amanhã!!!

Agora que eu terminei de explicar posso dar as considerações finais e conclusões (vou deixar o linnk desse canal no fim do blog, então caso queira ignorar isso e só ir pro fim do blog pode)

Primeiramente Não sei o que esperar desse vídeo do Morajo e do Linn, além do que claramente parece ser uma luta. Mas eu acho que de duas uma: ou esse vídeo vai se passar um pouco no passado, ou a imagem do Linn infectado é do futuro, pq na miniatura do vídeo só o Morajo tá com Algorithomus. Eu tô achando que em algum momento desse vídeo vai ser o momento em que o Linn é infectado pelo Morajo de algum jeito

Outra coisa que acabei de pensar, sobre aquele "Mostre o canal pra outras pessoas, é o unico jeito de salvar ele" acho que pode ser a Pessy (que aparentemente tá investigando isso) se referindo ao Linn. Eu acho isso pq ela mesma diz que pra ela o Algorithomus é a força que controla o planeta através de um sistema de recomendações e tal tal tal, igual o Torajo tinha dito em um dos videos dele: Verade só existe enquanto tiver gente assistindo os videos, engajando e tal. Acho que nesse canal o Algorithomus é como se fosse Verade, tipo, se ninguém assistir nada, a pessoa que tá contaminada por ele vai de arrasta ou algo parecido

(talves eu esteja viajando mas isso é um bom sinal)

Por causa da descrição do canal, tbm acho que esse canal antigamente era um canal do proprio Linn, mas o Linn acabou sendo infectado, daí virou uma ARG sinistra sobre ele

Acho que é só isso, espero que vcs tenham se interessado nesse negocio tanto quanto eu!! Se você tiver alguma teoria ou qualquer coisa que quiser falar sobre pode deixar aí nos comentários tambem! Me dá uma vibe meio de comunidade de desenhos "antigos", principalmente Gravity Falls, que tinha muito dessas coisas (e olha que eu nem assisti Gravity Falls na época de ouro cara-- eu era mt pequena e tinha medo de qualquer desenho que não tinha personagens coloridos ou poneis....)

I was going to make a post gushing about how I was reading Around the World in Eighty Days and reached this passage describing Phileas Fogg and was all *Leonardo diCaprio pointing fingers meme* because hello, Phileas Fogg aroace icon?!?!

Only to be bitterly disappointed by the end of the book because 🚨Spoiler Alert🚨:

He marries Aouda 🫠🫠🫠

I didn't see it coming at all. I didn't see any chemistry. It was literally only for The Plot as a means to discover that he miscalculated somewhere along the way. Phileas Fogg believed he arrived back in London on Saturday evening but his sudden desire to marry meant he was actually a day early because he wanted to marry Aouda tomorrow, but that would've been Sunday, so he actually got back on the Friday and had gone around the world in seventy nine days.

I really enjoyed the novel on the whole (although some parts haven't aged well) and all of the characters were so well written, plus I'm a geography nerd so it was nice to read about how different travelling around the world was 150 years ago.

But still... Phileas Fogg should've been allowed to be the aroace icon we deserve!!

The tree is a white oak, a Live Oak specifically because it is native to the home of the commissioner, and "Oaks are our most essential native tree, according to entomologist Doug Tallamy, Ph.D. Because so many species rely on oaks for their survival, they’re considered keystone plants due to the pivotal role they play in the food chain." I recommend planting a native oak! 🚨 I thought about trying to include amino acids into the trunk but it was too small. That is NOT part of the nerd alert.

Musical Themes in Nimona: Ballister's Introduction

So Im a bit if a music nerd, and as I’ve been rewatching Nimona and listening to the score (Which is now available and you should totally TOTALLY listen to it if youre into intrumental music, it is FIRE) and I love trying to catch little leitmotifs in the music and learn how the music is telling the story. While listening to the score I caught something that really made my heart happy so I’m gonna share!!

🚨⚠️Long Post Alert⚠️🚨

Since Tumblr is a SQUARE and doesn’t allow multiple videos in a post, I'm gonna compile all of my clips to a single video and number the clips so you can hear what I'm talking about as I explain

Okay here we go!

1. Ballister’s Theme: This little melody is meant to represent Ballister in the music, particularly when something important happens in Ballister’s arc. If you listen carefully, you’ll hear it throughout the score. 

I wrote it out as sheet music just so its easier to notice how its being used. Ballister’s theme is in C# Major

2. Ballister's Theme in "The Night to Knight": This piece is played at the very beginning of the movie when the news reporters are giving us, (the audience) the rundown of whats happening. If you listen carefully, you’ll hear Ballister’s theme play when the reporters start talking about Ballister, its just in a different key. (I mixed the music louder in this example cause in the actual movie the music is much MUCH softer and that's how I missed it the first time)

I wrote it out as sheet music too. The note progression has the same intervals between each note as the original Ballister’s theme, just in G major instead of C# Major.

I just thought it was supes interesting how the music introduces us, the audience, to Ballister before we meet the guy :) And that sweet sexy brass and strings section playing his theme very heroically and triumphantly indicates that, again, before we have even met Ballister, that he's going to be a major character. The movie wastes no time in telling us who Ballister is and his importance to the story both literally (the news reporters talking about him) and musically (in the score). Which is a good thing since the movie is called "Nimona" and the only character you can expect is Nimona.

(^Obviously if you read the comic before watching the movie you knew that. But for those of us who didn't read the comic beforehand, this was a pretty bangin introduction to Ballister)

If you just listen to the score, even without knowing what the story is about, you can sorta put together whats happening based on the musical themes. I listened to Ballister's Theme first (cause I was excited. I love character themes) and then after I listened to The Night to Knight, and I was able to figure out when the reporters started talking about Ballister in the scene based on this alone.

Anyway that's all for now

I am working on a much longer in depth analysis of the musical themes in Nimona, specifically about analyzing Nimona's and Gloreth's theme and how its used in the score. So stay tuned if you're into that sort of thing! :)

As a recap, Baxter busted into her big apartment one day & dragged her & her dad to the lab facility to be experimented.

He was having trouble looking for new experiments nowadays since he wanted to try something other than animals, so he went insane & decided to experiment on humans.

Baxter had built some drones of his own & let them fly around. One of his new targets was, unfortunately, Mintee. He spied on her for the next two weeks or so, planning his invasion..

After Mint & her father were both captured, they were both experimented on separately.

Mint's experimentation was a success with one sample. On the other hand, her father died from his experimentation with multiple samples, which sadly traumatised her.

Since Mint has already met the turtles & April (& has Leo), they remind her much of her dad, which she mainly tries to ignore. To this day, she does her best not to remind herself of him.
