Currently thinking about Dottore's evolution of pet names towards you. I know for a fact at the beginning, he would physically recoil when he heard couples referring to each other with those sickeningly sweet "baby, sweetheart, love," etc names. Even after you two get together he'd refuse even if you begged. He loves you but he's not bringing himself to call you by those sappy ass names. Nope. No way. However one time, he wanted to try and appease you just because of how desperate you were to hear the words come out of his mouth. So when he was alone in the dorm, he attempted to say one out loud as practice, and the stiff, flat way it rolled off his tongue was so bad. Yeah, he's just going to stick to calling you by your name.

But present Dottore. He definitely uses them from time to time. Not too frequently of course, but not too sparingly either. This is another one of the ways he's grown. I imagine he uses them mostly unconsciously ("My love, pass me the scalpel" "Darling, read this over for me".) He would also use them to tease you, like when you're mad or if he wants to fluster you even more. He thinks they're not as bad as his younger self once thought, plus you're more receptive to his words once he uses one of the sweet names. Mostly uses "(my) love, darling, dear/dearest." Also tends to put "my" in front of the word. Why? Because he is possessive. You are his lover, his beloved, all his. That extends to his speech as well. Mhm, especially if this was fragile reader. You would probably love calling him sweet names too, since that's one of your only ways to show affection toward Dottore. But you still get whiplash every now and then from the sweet pet names because of how starkly different he was in the Akademiya... he would literally make fun of people who used them. (The segment of that time period probably dies inside every time he hears it.)

Baby- Do they have any nicknames that people give them while regressed?

I think Thor gets a lot of "macho" nicknames. "Big guy" and "Little man" definitely get thrown around quite a bit. But the truth is, I think he really prefers the softer ones like "honey", "baby", "darling", "dearest", "sweetheart", etc. as long they're not mocking. They make him feel all fluttery and sweet and safe. He goes a little pink and gets all giggly about it when his carer calls him one of those names (even though he might protest to being a baby).

Zoo- Any animal they like? Are they also a pet regressor?

I feel like it would be easy to say Thor's a puppy regressor because... of course he is! But I also really like to think Thor pet regresses as a lot of creatures!

When he's in a place he feels really safe and like he can fully regress, he definitely chooses more benign creatures like bunnies and kittens. But if he's regressing around someone he wants to impress, he goes more towards wolves, lions, and dragons!

He doesn't regress as a snake, but he definitely loves snakes and loves them because they remind him of Loki!

Nostalgia- Is there anything from their past that helps them regress?

Loki would really prefer to not remember a lot of his past, but he does definitely feels nostalgic about some things like his old toys, special, seasonal foods, especially sweets like danishes, storybooks (especially when they have pretty covers), and Thor. Loki would especially hate to admit that Thor helps him regress, but he does.

Xxx- How do they show their love and affection to people when they're regressed?

Loki has many ways of showing affection when he's regressed, but it really depends on his relationship to the person and how he's feeling. I made a little list of my headcanons around it:

Sitting just in the room with someone quietly if he's feeling overwhelmed.

Snuggles! (The most common between regressed Loki and his carer. He wants ups and he will tell them! Any tantrum that follows a carer not being able to do this also counts as Loki trying to show affection imo.)

Blowing kisses! (this is mostly with aquaintences/friends. He just loves to feel like a beloved star!)

Handing people a story! If Loki wants to hang out with someone, but is non-verbal or can't express that, a story is always a good bet to keep them close, even for just a few minutes.

giles calls jenny "dear, dearest, darling, beloved, sweetheart, light of my life." very sappy, just a little old-fashioned, extremely adoring and respectful.

it takes jenny a WHILE to go for the unironic pet names. she doesn't like being sappy in public, but that does change when their love is mutually acknowledged. she calls giles "princess" whenever she can get away with it (which is always), but also "babe, baby, honey," possibly "cupcake." (@hal-1500 and i have talked about this A LOT.)

42. What’s their favorite type of weather to enjoy together? (getting snowed in together, watching thunderstorms, etc.)

i think, in canon especially, they like the sunset. it's a gray area between when the school day is over and when vampire-fighting has to start, and it's completely reasonable for them to spend those hours together, because there is nothing that either of them have to do Right That Moment. maybe they make a habit of sitting together by a window and looking at the sunset. (when they have time. which is never time enough.)

55. Do they like watching clouds or star gazing?

STARGAZING. both of them are definitely star nerds who love to talk about the history and magical/spiritual significance of the constellations together! while also cuddled up on a blanket under the stars! also they're both total night owls so it really works on a lot of levels.

I'm basing myself off of the tiny interactions we saw between him and devastation. God, hate her to death, but at least she made him act a bit lovey dovey and it's all we have. Also I barely watched young justice aside from his eps and like 2 others for lagoon boy bc i don't care about it too much - so it's more about him and his interactions with you. Hope that's ok!

Ps I inserted my brain damage hc near the end. Hope I wrote that alright b/c I'm always nervous when it comes to this sort of thing.

• first off Psimon is a sucker for praise and compliments, through and through. If you tell him he's pretty, or that you like his voice, that he's smart or even just that he smells nice he's already obsessed with you. Not really out of insecurity, it's just that he doesn't hear this often, so when he does it's Special to him. He'll be thinking about it all week.

• if he has a crush on you, he's subtle about it. if you're on the same team, all you'll notice is that he's a bit more protective now, and that he seems to praise you more often than anyone he works with. it leaves you wondering, but its not enough for you to say for sure that he's interested.

• despite the psychic skills, he wouldn't scout your mind to know how you feel about him. He might not have this respect for anyone else, but he believes it'd be a horrendous breach of privacy. He'll know your feelings when the time comes.

• speaking of, when it comes to confessing, Psimon is succint and to the point about it. Not to say he's blunt or callous - he's just not the type to do anything too over the top, at all. A simple "I need to talk to you in private", taking you somewhere secluded, and stating his feelings is the most he'll do about it. He's sweet and direct - there's no reason hiding his feelings anymore, is there?

• looooves using pet names like "beloved", "my dear/my love", "darling/dearest" and so on. Fitting with the rest of his personality, he's a bit formal and old fashioned when choosing what to call you. He already sounds like an old man–might as well act like one. Play the cards you were dealt etc

• not the biggest on PDA and isn't very touchy feely in public, but that doesn't mean he'll shy away when you hold his hand – that's mean! He lets you do what you want, but might complain if you get a little Too affectionate. He's not rude, just establishing his boundaries.

• but when you're in private? He's all over you. He loves being held, physical touch means the world to him. Going against his detached and intimidating persona, Psimon just Loves peppering your face with kisses whenever you're alone (and loves it when you do the same to him!), cuddling, and just generally touching you at any given time. He's a sweetheart behind closed doors, it's a delight.

• call me an idealist or whatever, but I do think he'd like anything domestic. If he has a choice between going out and staying home, he'll prefer staying home. Loves it when you two cook together and try out new recipes you won't share with anyone else. There's much to be said about the simple pleasures of spending a rainy afternoon cuddling your boyfriend on the couch while you watch The Princess Bride for the 80th time, as opposed to the usual hectic life of crime you deal with every other day, and god he Loves those moments spent with you. You're all his for the day, and he wouldn't have it any other way.

• not one to argue if you do want to go out, though. Everyone gets bored of spending all day inside their own house, even if you're on break. Psimon prefers taking you to a modest restaurant -nothing too flashy, but nothing too simple either- since he can very easily use his powers to help you two blend into the crowd. However, he won't oppose too much to something like a visit to the local amusement park - just a warning that he gets motion sick quite easily!

• on a more serious note; despite his best efforts, Psimon still has memory and cognitive issues you'll have to get used to. It's nothing major, but it's easy for him to forget your birthday or anniversary, and certain things that felt like second nature now take a conscious effort, which is frustrating for him. Of course that's not to say I think less of him when writing this, or that you would, for that matter - but it is a source of insecurity for him. The environment and people he's surrounded with don't help, there isn't much space for special accomodations in his line of work, sadly. Either you're good at what you do or they get rid of you. I could go on and on about this specific headcanon but I'll cut it short here before I take too much of your time - just know that he's not 100% what he was in the past, and some things are more difficult nowadays. Please be patient.

God. I could go on and on about this guy despite, like all of us, having little to no material to base myself on. I know I never talk about him, but here's a little fun fact about Zelos and his relationship with Lunaliya bc I was thinking about him.

Without a doubt, Zelos is a womanizer. His flirting antics don't change even after getting together with Liya, but despite being someone who easily gets jealous, she doesn't mind it much whenever Zelos flirts with another woman. It's part of who he is, and Liya understands that and has come to also love that part about him. She trusts him and knows that he isn't serious about them.

Zelos will call other women "his hunnies", but Liya is the only person he'll refer to as "his love", "his dearest", and "his light" (in more intimate/ serious settings). He'll refer to her by other terms of endearment ("sweetheart", "darling", "beloved", etc.) but never "hunny."

Some people mock Liya for that ("The two of you are dating, but he doesn't even call you 'hunny.' His feelings for you must not be that sincere") to which she'll just smile because they don't know a single thing.
