alright so way back in early 2022 I read the chainsaw man manga for the first time... I was getting really into reading manga, and my friend suggested since I enjoyed the jjk series, I should read chainsaw man next.

and from the minute I saw aki in chapter three I was like yeah... this is mine... this will be my favorite character. because he ticks all the boxes for everything I typically like. sharp dressed in a suit, his hair is up so when you see it down you're like woah, smokes cigarettes.... I thought his kon power was so cool, and I liked his backstory and how he was more than just a stereotypical cold hearted character

as I kept reading, I liked him more and more, even though he was always my favorite character from the start. but after I finished the manga, aka after aki completed his full arc and I saw all of his story unfold, that's when it really clicked for me.

like I didn't realize it was happening to me until after I finished the manga and I was like wow... that manga was really good... but why is cute and handsome topknot man the only thing I can think about (spoiler alert it was my autism HAH)

and then I went ahead and read the manga for a second time, and that just made me love him even more... I realized things about him I didn't the first time..... the thoughts spiraled out of control... I read the manga for a THIRD time and found that my gallery was quickly becoming only screenshots of him... then I got tired of reading the same couple x reader fanfics that were out for him, so I decided I'd write my own, and the rest is history

Aki was… perplexed to say the least. The fiend(?) that he had been tasked to watch over hadn't so much as muttered Makima's name since yesterday; it was kind of unsettling. All the blonde idiot seemed to do was stare off into the distance and mutter something about bread.

While the topknot-styled man was a bit relieved that he wasn't being bothered by both of the idiots under his watch; he did grow a bit concerned. It seemed as though Power had as well, judging by the hard stare that she was drilling into the side of the Chainsaw Devil hybrid's head. The strawberry blonde hadn't uttered a word since they left the house; only staring at him in silence with a deep frown on her face.

Denji himself was deep in thought. That stranger… he never got their name; they left before he could ask. He did remember their face though, so he'll definitely thank them when he sees them again and maybe they'd let him touch their chest—

Bonk!

The dirty blonde walked right into a light pole while he was distracted by his thoughts. The boy groaned as he clutched his head in a futile attempt to soothe the pain and the ringing in his ears. As he looked at what he'd run into, he saw a soft yellow light in the corner of his eye. Turning his head, he saw that he, Aki, and Power were standing in front of a bakery.

A bakery… Baking… Bread is baked… Oh! Melon bread! He could get some of that here!

Quickly, Denji walks into the building, ignoring the annoyed protests of the senior devil hunter and cheers for food from the blood fiend. The smell of buttery freshly baked dough immediately permeated his nostrils as he walked through the door. It was a comforting but hunger-inducing smell that had likely not only him, but everyone else in the building heavily salivating.

“Welcome to Chubby Bunny Bakery; I can help you right over here, Sir.”  

A voice from behind the dirty blonde draws his attention from observing the bakery's interior and to the order station.

The devil man's eyes widen as he sees the figure standing behind the display case. It was the stranger from yesterday in the park! They were holding onto a sheet pan of cookies; sliding the display case glass backing to the side and putting the pan of cookies inside.

“It's you!”  

Denji exclaims as he, rather rudely, points at them; finger only inches from their face due to how close he already was.

The stranger stares at him for a bit before they chuckles and gently grab his wrist to pull his hand down. They grab a small menu card from a stack of them that sits next to the register and place it in front of him with a small smile.

“Yes, it's me, bread boy. Did you have anything in mind already? If not, you can look at our menu here to help you decide.”  

The stranger tells him, tapping the menu card between them twice.

“Oh! Uh– melon bread. Pl—”  

The devil man was interrupted by a firm grip on his shoulder flipping him around to face an incredibly annoyed aki. 

“And what money are you going to use to pay for it? Not mine.”  

The raven-haired man asked rhetorically as he glared at the younger boy.

While Aki was talking the stranger came back to the front with a beige wax paper bag in their hand and held it out to the dirty blonde. Denji gingerly took it in his hand, ignoring his superior's irate rantings, and pulled out the glazed treat. He took a hesitant bite and his cheeks flushed a soft pink as the sweet melon flavor washed over his tongue; ignoring the aching in a few of his poorly managed teeth.

The stranger smiled at him before turning to the top-knot-baring man with their hand out expectantly. Aki sighed as he realized that he would be paying for Denji's food after all. Shoving his hand into his back pocket; he takes out his wallet and reluctantly forks over the needed amount, though not before he throws a nasty glare the younger boy's way.

“So, uh, I never got your name. Or gave you mine, really. I'm Denji.”  

The dirty blonde shyly muttered between nibbles of his sweet treat.

The stranger chuckles at his timid demeanor, figuring that he was just feeling a little embarrassed by the fact that he had no money. They rest their chin in the palm of their hand as they look him up and down; thinking about how he kind of reminds them of a dog.

“Well, nice to meet you, Denji. I'm [Name].”  

They introduce themself lazily; taking his hand in theirs and giving it a firm shake.

Suddenly though, the baked treat was snatched from the dirty blonde's hand by a wild Power as she dashed to the door.

“Sharing is caring, henchman!”  

The blood fiend shouts as she is chased out of the door by both males.

[Name] stares at the door for a few seconds before letting out an amused chuckle. What a strange bunch, they thought with a smile.

rocky headcanons. love the little homeless less than sane kitty.

A/n: ask and you shall receive! since last night, I've gotten a tsunami of lackadaisy requests- thank you all so much!! as of now requests are still open for lackadaisy, since I've been waiting for some time to make some x reader for it lol. since many people wanting some general dating headcanons for Rocky, here's a gender neutral one for all of you!:D also, to the dear anon that asked for Freckle headcanons as well in the images, I'll do that request as well!! I'm glad that Rocky is getting so much love, he's such a silly guy whose trying his best in everything.

Rocky Rickaby x gn! reader general dating headcanons!

How you possibly met Rocky would differ into two scenarios and have different results. If met him in the little daisy café, the first thing you’ll see is the small bit of elegance he shows to others and his clumsiness and silliness as he rhymes poems while putting syrup in his tea. However, if met during his actual job, which is a bootlegger for the lackadaisy speakeasy, you’d be met with someone who shows an abundant amount of elegance the first moment you see him, yet gradually as time passes he shows more of his thrill for chaos and determination to cause the most insane things to happen. A normal fight with guns becomes one involving chainsaws and trucks all of a sudden, and you’d be left with multiple questions and concerns about how exactly did you all survive such a thing.

If asked Rocky, he’d only shrug and speak about it being a daily thing, mostly happening every three nights, and you’re left with just more concern for his safety throughout it. Though, Rocky reassures that he’s got it handled.

“Rocky, you were stabbed.”

“I know right?! Who brings a knife to a gunfight?!”

“didn’t you bring a chainsaw?-“

In Rocky’s case, the one who first realizes they’re in love depends on you, this time. Because Rocky realizing it would take a few weeks, but it won’t take too long for him to notice his emotions for you aren't much platonic anymore. So if after his realization, you do like him back and try to flirt with him, he will comply and verse poems of love. If not, and you’re still unsure of your feelings for him, he’d lightheartedly flirt with you, but tries to not come off too hard that it’d overwhelm you.

First one to confess though? Most certainly Rocky. Although he can hide his negative feelings such as the thoughts about his past and some outcomes of his actions quite easily, he cannot for the life of him hide positive ones. So if he likes you, it's abundantly clear. The way he’d confess, would probably try to be with a romantic dinner date and poem, but if unlucky enough, you’d find him confessing to you while you’re both being chased down by some people who are very well-armed with guns.

If said yes, he’d be beaming. A surge of motivation causes him to grin maniacally and grab a spare gun in the back of the car, full-on throwing bottles lit up and filled with gasoline with no real aim on who whatsoever as you try to drive away. His signature laugh is booming through the streets, and he is singing some verses about finding love and whatnot.

Being in love with the cat of chaos himself, Rocky Rickaby has its perks and downsides for sure. One perk, would be how caring he is towards his partner. Having someone who is even remotely interested in him is rare, and whenever he meets someone who cares even that much, he tends to stick to them since he knows they’re the only one. So having someone interested in him in a romantic light is like he’s won the lottery, and he’s gotten the prize that he can’t afford to lose. It's nice, how caring he can be and how he’s always there when you need him, but the downside of said perk is how determined he can get at times. He will not stop until a need of yours is met or a task you mentioned not wanting to do is perfectly finished, which..with his sort of rollercoaster of luck, it leads to unwanted results and a heavy amount of mess to clean up.

He’s a romantic at heart, but his clumsy nature at times leaves him to do romantic things very poorly. For example, a love letter he makes is filled with different doodles and messy handwriting, a few hearts made from cardboard of a cookie box messily glued to the paper, and the paper itself, is quite wrinkled when given. Yet, if you thank him and tell him how much you loved the letter, he’d be smiling more than before the entire day.

Yet, there are times when the romantic action is done brilliantly well, whether it's because of his luck or just sheer focus on the subject in the situation, you do find yourself extremely flustered and touched by the things he does, and he cherishes those moment lots.

PDA is his thing and no you cannot escape it. if shown a very strong disinterest in it, sure, he’ll back off for a bit, but if not, then expect many many affectionate touches, such as hand-holding, kissing your cheek or forehead, and cuddling. He does all of those but kissing you on the lips. since he sees those moments as of much importance and believes that they should be done at only the best of times to make them even more special.

This is most likely common knowledge, but Rocky would most definitely and absolutely write poems about you. usually even, the love letters are littered in poems. whether they’re good or not depends on your taste, which he will try to accommodate to by hearing who your favorite writer or poet is.

He also definitely plays violin for you when you’re occupied with a task. He’ll say he’s your personal musician, and will do anything to satisfy the customer with his tunes, even if trying to cover a favorite song of yours perfectly in one go leads to a few strings getting loose.

If it's not obvious enough, his love language is physical affection, and gift-giving. The love language he likes to receive most, however, is words of affirmation and also physical affection. Praises and compliments mean the world to him, he plays every praise you say in his head like a mantra, and it gives him determination for the day to finish up all his tasks and see you again.

No one believes Rocky when he mentions that he has a lover, and so, when they do meet you, best to say drinks were spilled and gasps were exchanged. Some tell you to blink twice for help, while others wonder if you were as mad as he was, since you’re dating him of all people. Though, in the end, they take a liking to you, since they believe that you keep Rocky in check when it’s needed, and decrease the number of problems that he causes.

Indulge in his hobbies for even one second and expect an over-eager to share Rocky info-dumping everything he knows. If you indulge enough, you’ll even get some bits and parts about his childhood, which speaking of, he never says a word of. Usually when asked, he’ll brush it off and summarize it as him taking odd jobs since he was a child, but delving deeper into such territories will only happen if you were in a relationship with him for much more than a year, and even till that time, it will take a lot of hesitancy and excuses for him to start explaining.

He’s smitten with you, there’s no doubt about it and if you ever get into any trouble, whether you’re independent or not, he'll think that you're in desperate need of help, and will do anything he can to assist you with it. whether you actually want it or not.

In summary, a love life with him consists of many adventures and chaos, but the amount of attention and love he gives to it makes it all worth it at times. He feels lucky that someone considers him fit to be their boyfriend, and will do anything he can to keep you.

ANON. anon. we are going to have a spring wedding. I am going to kiss you on the mouth.

OKAY so I've posted about this a million times but I will repeat this forever: stu is VERY transgender to me <3 in my mind I pretend that the 90s were accepting of trans kids so I think he started T when he was around 12 and got top surgery at 15 or so. (his parents are loaded, remember)

I think billy has been his friend since childhood and they basically grew up together so he's known for a while but none of the rest of the group know. not even tatum - I think when they fool around its usually just stu giving favors or over the clothes stuff. she probably just thinks he's too shy or something, so she doesn't press about it too much.

as for sexuality I do think there's a pretty obvious case to be made for him being bisexual but to me at least, he's just gay lol. mostly because I don't think he really has or will ever give a shit about anyone in the world in the same way he does with billy, hence. gay. (though he could still be bi under that logic, I just choose to interpret it this way)

I also think that he loves music as much as he loves movies - its canon that he listens to 2pac and green jelly, so we know a bit of his tastes right there. I do also think he's into classic rock (though. I guess for them it would be contemporary rock) and numetal, also experimental/industrial. but first and foremost he's a rap lover - I think aside from 2pac he's big into obie trice, snoop dogg, ice cube and coolio. (obie trice is projection on my part I will not lie .)

as for his favorite movies he's a big horror lover of COURSE but his favorite horror subgenre is definitely either grindhouse or 'splatstick,' (think old peter jackson horror movies), he's a BIG gore lover. Billy is a bit more pretentious and philosophical about it and to an extent stu is too, but he can't resist the allure of a movie about hacking people to death. I think in his top 3 are braindead/dead alive, texas chainsaw, and nightmare on elm street. he's a big lover of horror/comedies as well :)

This sounds really basic but I think Ryan’s favorite food would be pizza. He especially loves a good surpreme pizza.

For a sweet treat, Ryan really loves warm chocolate chip cookies! He especially loves making them with Sarah every Friday night :)

Ryan is really into horror movies, especially classic horror. His favorite movies are Texas chainsaw massacre, the original halloween, hellraiser, alien and the Friday the 13th series.

Ryan’s favorite time of year is fall and he loves Halloween! While Ryan isn’t typically into parties, he goes to at least one Halloween party every year and shows up in the most elaborate costume out of everyone. On Halloween night, he doesn’t go to any parties because he takes Sarah trick or treating. He also likes to help Sarah make a Halloween costume.

Ryan also loves a nice rainy day. He likes to cozy up with a good book, music and a lit candle.

He loves warm, spicy scents like patchouli and cinnamon.

Ryan also loves earthy scents, like pine, sandalwood and the smell of rain.

Ryan loves survival horror video games. Some of his favorites series are dead space, silent hill, resident evil, and the evil within.

Post game, Ryan becomes highly claustrophobic (due to when he had to hide from Bobby when being chased by him) and he gets panic attacks and nausea from being in tight spaces.

Ryan also hates anyone other than Dylan touching his sides. It reminds him too much of when he was stabbed by Bobby.

While I think all of the counselors would suffer from depression, anxiety and PTSD post-game, Ryan would especially get hit with the worst depression. Growing up, Ryan’s father was not in his life and while he loves his grandparents his grandfather couldn’t be much of a father figure to him. Him and Chris had a father-son-like bond. Shooting him was as painful for him as losing a parent.

Post game, Ryan decides to go to school in Boston, Massachusetts for animation.

As an adult, I feel like he would become a television show animator for adult swim or Comedy Central and would create an adult cartoon series.

i don't think the moriarty brothers would find issue in having an autistic reader as a partner. louis is, and would be extremely protective and caring with a reader with autism — considering his behaviour towards sherlock when he interacts with william.

william, as we know, is a patient man. looks, materials and other things don't matter to him; as long as the reader has a good heart i think it's safe to say that he would be very much in love.

albert, on the other hand, depends. before the time skip? i don't think so. he put himself in the limelight so that his younger brothers could focus on themselves and go forth with the moriarty plan. he had to constantly maintain the bridge between 'not attracting too much attention by not taking part in banquets and other noble duties' and 'attracting way too much attention so that everybody's eyes are on him and his family'. too much of either could cause suspicion.

i'm not sure if this is accurate but nobles have always been depicted as trying to find faults in others, gossiping and just being assholes in general. it would not be good on both him and the reader if they got into a relationship before the time skip. constant backbiting, too many eyes looking at him, etc etc.

however i do think that after the time skip and once his noble title has been stripped away and he begins to live a comparatively peaceful life (such as not feeling threatened over the fact that someone would uncover their plans, the truth and their pasts), he would be the most loving out of the three. he played the shield for his brothers (like louis for william) as a noble and he will play a shield once more for the reader now that things have settled down. he's as caring as william (he took his blood family's lives because of the discrimination and humiliation that they put upon lives of the less fortunate), which is, i think, a perfect combination of his younger brothers. just goes on to say how loving this man could get.

and yeah. that's it. now, to answer your other questions, i don't mind minors interacting with my blog — although they may find nsfw content here. i'm thankful that you like my work lol. thank you.

Sometimes tracing something a couple times helps set the foundation for your brain remembering how to draw that thing you were tracing. Thats how i learned how to draw chainsaws! i'm a tall fem bodied person T-T. i go by any pronouns but prefer it/they. my zodica signs are sag, leo moon, and i think it's also leo rising i'm not sure hahhah. i have really thick hair i used to have it long but now i have it as those short wolf cut hair now and i thinned it out so that a bonus for me! i recently died my eye brows a dark magenta and people say it accents out my eyes a lot as i have a sort of prominent green pigmentation. i'm over 18 i have been for some time. lol felt just like yesterday i graduated highschool! my mbti is isfj or that's what it told me i was last time i checked which really wasn't that recent. LOL! i'm also straight!

as far as my hobbies i really don't like reading so I would much rather be doing something fun with other people but dont' get me wrong i HATE HATE parties! but I love people let alone helping others out whenever i can get the chance. but sometimes helping others feels like a burden and I really don't want to upset anyone so I'll try to push myself :/. I'm clumsy and i get told that a lot especially by my bf lol! i love quality time with others and wouldn't mind getting all comfy and cozy with the ones I love especially with my two little dogs and cat :(. it may seem like an odd pairing, but just hear me out as stoic he may be he’s just as much of a softhearted man than he is blunt.

he’d appreciate the little things you do around your surroundings just to be as helpful as possible.

he’ll notice your introvert-ness and I wouldn’t say he’d instantly approach you right then and there because he’s also pretty quiet and kept to himself unlike denji.

Give him some time and when he does it’ll be because you’re out somewhere hauling loads or boxes of something god knows what’s in them.

he see’s your determination and your actual dedication to be helpful to have some form of reason to live. and that’s already more than enough for aki to like you.

you’re not like denji who’s a simpleton. head empty *said random obsession*because of that he’ll constantly offer to lend a helping hand.

he’ll definitely see how clumsy you get and would probably be irritated just a tad bit by it, but nonetheless will help you pick up the pieces one by one.

he knows how hard you work to please others, but to him helping others for the sake of helping others shouldn’t feel like a chore nor a choice to feel like you should be struggling with.

so from time to time or even when he gets at least an hour of your time he’ll do whatever he can to be of service to you and let you have the break you deserve.

though if you refuse his offer to let him help you he wouldn’t bother, but he’ll out help you and make sure you get that break necessary.

and when you do get those breaks headcanon for you two, but his love language or at least one of them is definitely quality time alongside acts of service. but for this case he’s definitely a quality time person.

because he’s a fairly busy man, watching a movie and getting comfy cozy with you would be such a stress reliever for him.
