Could you do Patrick being obsessed with his chubby s/o?
Do I Wanna Know?

𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆: Patrick Bateman x Chubby!Fem!Reader
𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘: At first, it wasn't even an obsession. Patrick always told himself that you weren't his type, but at some point, everything went so wrong. Now, only the taste of forbidden fruit can satisfy his hunger.
𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐒: NSFW, mutual pining, obsession, body worship, oral sex (69), unprotected p in v sex (reversed cowgirl), creampie, hair pulling, choking, spanking, mild degradation kink, dirty talk, swearing, pet names, Patrick is literally an awkward demon, implied murder, dark themes, implied masturbation and stalking.
𝐀/𝐍: Finally, I was in the mood to write after a long time, so I hope you like it. Thank you so much for sending me your request! I was inspired by this edit made by amazing @patrickbatemanstradwife, this song got stuck in my head. Crawlin' back to youuuu!🫠

This was all so wrong.
Everything about you was wrong, but he couldn't help it. Every time he saw you in the office, he was ready to gnaw off his own hand. Maybe he was actually doing it just to stifle a low, throaty groan because you were giving him a boner just by walking around here in something tight.
And it was over for him.
Patrick could imagine these curvy hips and the arch of your ass. He dreamed about how it would feel to be inside you while you moaned loudly and miserably as he pounded into you with no mercy. It was just pure filth, pure madness. No shame, no bluff. He fully accepted the fact that he craved your thickness. If he could, he'd walk up to you in the narrow hallway leading to his office, bend you over a desk, and ignore the shocked stares of onlookers. He couldn't care less. He was about to lose his mind if he didn't sink his white teeth into your soft ass, hips, or torso, where he could imagine ribs ticking beneath his bite.
Jesus Christ.
Bateman could barely breathe standing next to the printing machine, pretending to wait for the document to print. In reality, he was watching—literally stalking—you as you strolled around, being nice and friendly as usual.
Holy fuck!
He probably should have locked himself in the nearest bathroom and jerked off. That might have saved him. But then Patrick remembered that he had already masturbated twice that morning, and his dick was still aching. His hand wasn't enough anymore. Actually, it never was, but now it was an entirely different tragedy.
"Good morning, Mr. Bateman," you popped up right next to him, like a rabbit from a hat. "How are you doing today?"
Oh, no, fuck no. It was the way you leaned on your clasped hands, making your breasts look delicious, and the V-cut of your blouse didn't seem to hide anything—the view was absolutely breathtaking. Patrick began to pray for salvation, even though he was an atheist.
The man gave you an awkward smile and nervously adjusted his tie. "I'm—ah—I'm great," he replied nonchalantly, as if he didn't want to say, "I want your tits in my mouth."
"How is your new workplace? I heard you got promoted." Patrick actually giggled. The red hue spreading across his face gave him an innocent look, like a little deer who wanted to be petted.
"It's nice, really nice," you grinned, bending a bit lower. You didn't realize your breasts were pressed together provocatively, and Bateman was about to cry and run away, thinking you were doing it on purpose to torture him. "Uh, maybe we can drink coffee sometime?"
Oh, God.
Did you really ask him out like that? So blatantly? Did he not mishear?
Your audacity always sent his ego through the roof because he couldn't understand how you could be that confident and brazen naturally. He was sure you weren't doing it on purpose; this was simply the way you had always been. He hated it so much, practically frying himself from jealousy.
"That's a really sweet offer, but I don't think I can find time off work." Bateman tapped the desk next to him. The printing machine had already spat out several forgotten documents next to it. Who would care about some pages when such a gorgeous woman was standing there? He was so close; he'd actually bury his face right between those big, luscious breasts. "Maybe next time."
The man almost choked on his tongue when he said it, but he didn't backtrack or try to look like he could change his mind, even when he noticed the way your face dropped a bit.
"Well," you replied, straightening up and casting a slightly disappointed glance at him. "Next time, I hope I'll be luckier. Have a nice day, Mr. Bateman."
You turned on your heels and strode away. He could have sworn his eyes were glued to the sway of your hips in those tight pants. Where did you buy them? At some local store for nerds?
Annoyed as hell, Bateman wanted nothing more than to flip the desk next to him and throw it across the room. He should have said yes. But that nudging sensation, probably a mix of fear and embarrassment, messed everything up again. However, he was so hard that he was sure it would hurt to walk like this if he didn't solve this problem.
Cursing under his breath, Patrick suddenly rushed around the desk and followed you down the hallway. He caught up with you at the elevators and slid inside one of them at the last second. He startled everyone inside, but he didn't care.
"Sorry, sorry," he muttered, moving through the crowd of irritated office workers until he found you standing next to the elevator wall. Your eyes wandered over the shining ceiling, and your face looked so sad that, for a second, he hated—really hated—himself for being such a jerk and upsetting you. "Hey."
You looked at him with wide eyes, blinking and processing the situation. "Hey," you repeated after him, totally confused. "Something's wrong?"
"Yes! Oh—I mean—no," Patrick chuckled as he finally pressed the button on the control panel, hoping the people around him would stop staring as if he were standing naked in the middle of the elevator. "Jean told me that one of my meetings got canceled, so I thought—" He paused and stood next to you, towering over you, but not staring down your neckline. "A cup of coffee would be nice."
"Really?"
"Yep," he replied smoothly, without arrogance or sass. "Actually, I know one really good place with the best coffee in the Upper West Side."
Later that day, the two of you ended up in his bedroom.
Just like that.
You hated yourself for letting this man win you over, but you couldn't resist him—his charm, his sweet voice, his enchanting manners. Everything about him screamed danger, but you also wanted to unravel and drown in his mystery. His skin was so soft and smooth that you thought you’d never tire of touching it, no matter how many years passed. You would still choose to be in his arms, kissing him as passionately as he was kissing you.
Breathless. Sloppy. Mouth open. Teeth clashing.
The king-sized bed suddenly started to feel small as Patrick was all over you, touching, squeezing, and teasing. He could never get enough; if he let you go, even for a second, you would slip through his fingers like sand. He’d never let that happen, so he held you tight, pressing you down with his heavy muscles. You could barely breathe. Your hands roamed along his broad back while he showered every inch of your body with feverish kisses. Your neck was covered in hickeys, your collarbone had visible bite marks, and your nipples were sore from being in his mouth for so long. In one swift motion, Bateman switched positions, putting you on top of him. He looked a bit embarrassed and lost when you drew near his lips to peck them, one by one, and then his protruding cheekbone.
After a short, shaky exhale, Patrick suddenly blurted out, "I want you to sit on my face—"
"What?" You retorted, genuinely surprised.
"Hold on, let me finish," he smirked, bouncing you slightly on his hips. The mere contact of his hard bulge beneath his white silk boxers against your laced, soaked panties caused you both to freeze for a moment. "I want you to sit on my face while I feed you my cock."
There was a short but awkward pause.
You barely held back your loud laughter, which you directed right at his flustered face. "What a creative way to suggest trying 69."
"We're not 'trying it,' sweetheart, " he crooned, tilting his head up to pull your lower lip with a loud, wet pop. "I'm going to eat your pussy until you gush all over my mouth, and I'm fucking sure you won't last long."
"Your arrogance will be your downfall one day."
Squinting his hazel eyes, Patrick slid both hands along your hips, rubbing the soft mounds and tracing invisible semi-circles on your skin. "Maybe."
Just one word—one simple word—that caused the fall.
You didn’t even notice how easily he repositioned you above his face, giving you access to his throbbing cock. It was already on fire, and the second you touched it, his hot flesh pushed up, risking tearing the fabric of his underwear apart. Meanwhile, Patrick placed his hands on your hips, holding you open and giving your pussy a brief, testing lick through your panties.
"Oh—fuck," you sighed, biting your lower lip with your eyes closed. His cock radiated so much heat that it could burn your hand at any second. "You're—uh—impressive..."
"Get yourself to work," he rasped, kneading your ass up to your hip bones. His mouth was already drooling and heating up at your sopping wet cunt. "While your mouth still functions."
What an asshole.
But you didn't say that out loud.
At one point, you wanted him to suffer and beg you to give him what he wanted, but your own lust overpowered you. It felt like smoldering lava coursing through your veins. His body reacted to every invisible line you drew across his hard length, just across the ridge.
Bateman moaned loudly and unashamedly. The echo vibrated against your taut clit, and you jolted your hips back to grind on his face. You tried to focus on removing his briefs, and when you finally did, his thick dick sprang free. It stood so fucking proud, begging for attention.
"Mmm—leaking already," you murmured before tasting him, catching the creamy drop and wrapping your hand around the base. Bateman groaned gutturally against your folds. His tongue toyed with your bud with illegal precision. You were barely holding back from falling apart. "Oh—God—yes," you gasped. Your hips bucked backward, provoking him. He spanked your ass, trying to tame your bratty behavior. "Hey!"
Smirking with your pussy juices covering his face, he spread your lower lips, catching your clit with his warm mouth for a brief moment. You quivered once again as his large palm landed on your burning ass cheek.
"Don't stray," the man hissed, sucking your clit in one more time. "Or I'll stop."
Nuh-uh.
Such silly things would never work on you. Did that foolish man really think he could blackmail you?
Without saying anything, you slowly reached for his tense balls and gave them a teasing squeeze. Oh well, that had an even greater effect than you intended. Bateman jerked his hips up a bit, literally trying to fuck your hand. The tip was red, swollen, and drenched in pre-cum.
He was far beyond playing such childish games. And he knew it. He was just trying to hide his weak position and how pathetically bad he wanted you, how badly he wanted this, how badly he wanted his cock to hit your fucking throat and have you dump your flavor on his face.
Not to mention that thicc ass of yours.
Holy fuck!
Patrick was addicted. He lost in his own game because he thought you accepted the rules, but you didn't.
The lewd, depraved sounds of your wet lips slipping up and down his cock and his strong tongue flickering around your clit filled his bedroom. Neither of you could hold back anymore. There was no dignity, no self-control, and no pangs of conscience.
Bateman shoved his finger inside you. His free hand settled on your hip, keeping you open. You didn't fall back, taking his dick deeper into your mouth. You helped with your hands, which were locked around it. You jacked him off rhythmically. You whimpered and cried from his girth. Your vision was blurred, but you wanted him to surrender first. You needed that like air. It would be his punishment for being so stubborn and arrogant and making stupid excuses about not having lunch or dinner with you.
Patrick’s lips, tongue, and fingers worked like an unstoppable force, one that would burst every piece of your body.
"Ah—shit," you cursed under your breath, biting your sticky lips. The half-transparent string of saliva mixed with his cum was hovering on your chin. "I'm think...I'm gonna cum!"
Your breathless, whiny sounds fueled his determination to discover how your clenching pussy would feel around his fingers. The second you let go, Bateman continued slurping at your cunt. Your wetness gushed around his face, but he kept eating you out and drinking every drop. The orgasm hit you so hard that you thought you’d choke on his dick, so you let go of it and clung to his muscular calves. Your lips parted, but no sound came out.
Patrick stopped only when you were completely spent—lumpy, lightheaded, and wrecked. "Jesus," he trailed off, tipping his head back onto the big white pillow. "You're a sweet one. I knew it. I fucking knew it."
You could barely think or talk, panting, as you were mere inches away from lying against his pulled-up legs. His dick was still rigid and throbbing with each hot breath you exhaled. You couldn't see his face, but he must have looked smug and proud—like he was thinking, "Look at me. I just made this bitch explode on my tongue." You wanted to say something to bring him back down to Earth, but...
To hell with talking.
Right now, you didn't want instructions, praise, or sweet nonsense. You just wanted his dick deep inside you until he spilled inside you. Yeah, you'd like that. The thought of being so full of his cum could make you climax again.
Just the thought.
You carefully got on your knees, still with your ass to his face and your legs open on either side of him. Driven by the lingering hunger inside your core that seemed like an endless, consuming black hole, you raised up a bit and positioned his cockhead right between your legs. You rubbed it barely sensibly over your slick pussy lips.
"Dirty girl," he rasped. His cheeks, neck, shoulders, and chest were red. He was a mess, but he didn't try to hide it. "You think you can handle it?"
"Why wouldn't I?"
Patrick squinted, ducking his head down to watch you bend over and give him the most delicious, mouth-watering view: your ass, your plump thighs, and your sore, puffy cunt, swollen from his oral assault. It actually deserved to be taped and added to his porn collection.
But damn, the moment you aligned his dick with your soaked hole and began to guide it inside, you both stopped breathing. This man could probably be arrogant, since his dick—that beefy, hot flesh stretching you out and shuffling everything in your guts—was about to send you somewhere else entirely.
Somewhere you'd never come back from.
"Tight—ugh—fuck," Bateman said. His hands instantly found their way up to your thighs, squeezing and petting them to encourage you to ride him faster. "Tight like a fucking glove."
"Shut up," you snapped back, annoyed but excited. Your next orgasm was already there, in your lower region, where the tension seemed to never leave. "Do you think having a big dick makes you a likeable person?"
You turned around, bouncing on his hips. His shaft slid in and out of you smoothly. His balls were covered in a wicked cocktail of your liquids, and your audacity was the perfect addition to this debauchery.
"That’s right, honey," he replied in a low, ragged voice, an eloquent sign that he was close. "You like my cock—uhhh—you like me."
Then, he suddenly sat up and tugged on your hair, forcing you to arch toward his chest and change the angle of penetration, making it even deeper. It was more brutal, more demanding, and less human.
"Patrick, slow down," you said, though you hadn't expected to. Your pussy was literally on fire from the hard strokes he was giving you, even though you were on top. "Mmhm—you're gonna break me in half!"
But the man didn’t slow down. On the contrary, he sped up, yanking your head back even more and slapping your ass several times before resting one of his hands around your throat, choking you and squeezing the oxygen out of your aching lungs. Your eyes saw nothing but a blurry image of the white walls. The sound of your bodies slapping mixed with the squelching of your pussy around his cock each time he forced you down on it. Bateman wanted to engrave all of it in his mind.
He wanted to reminisce about it after murdering you one day.
"You want my cum? You want all of it, like a fucking slut?"
Your neck hurt from being in such an awkward position, but you were bold enough to gaze into his dark, crazy eyes. "Yes—ahhh—yessss," you gasped. His hand flew up to your face, and he put his thumb in your mouth. "Drown me in it!"
Bateman couldn’t help but chuckle darkly. "Filthy," he mumbled as he drove himself as deep as he could. His cockhead brushed against your cervix, and you clawed at his hand, leaving red marks on his perfectly tanned skin. "You fuck like a whore. Did you know that?"
His movements became more sloppy and frantic. His dick pulsed inside your overstimulated pussy. His breath was labored and uneven, just like yours. He came hard, but silently, as if he didn’t want even the walls of his bedroom to know how badly he wanted you. He was with a woman he never even supposed to fantasize about because she was not his type, yet here he was, shooting hot ropes of seed into your core until it streamed onto his pristine sheets.
Your next orgasms set in, and you thought you’d pass out. Maybe you really passed out because you were exhausted and overfucked. You blacked out right when Patrick put you on the bed and pressed you against his wet chest. You couldn't move your limbs, as if someone had pressed a button and shut you down. You could have sworn. It was the best sleep of your life because you had never been more satisfied.
You were the first one to wake up in the morning. You took some time just sitting there and admiring the view. Patrick looked so peaceful in his sleep, almost angelic. You had to make a conscious effort not to touch him or brush back the messy locks of his brown hair sparkling in the sunlight. You wished you could stay there forever, but...
There was always a "but" that would bring you back to reality like a bucket of cold water.
Sneakily and almost silently, you got up to find your clothes scattered around the room like junk. Piece by piece, you collected your outfit. A semblance of shame crept up inside your chest. Where would all of this lead you? Patrick was a vice president, and you hoped he wouldn't brag about having sex with you in his bedroom the next day.
Lost in disturbing thoughts, you didn't notice how you ended up in his kitchen. Everything looked sterile and cold. There was something eerie about the atmosphere, but you couldn't comprehend it. No matter how hungry or thirsty you were, you didn't dare touch anything. Instead, you got dressed and put your watch on your wrist, checking your reflection in its glimmering dial.
Meanwhile, Bateman was already awake. Frankly, he hadn’t been sleeping for very long—he pretended to be asleep even when he felt your piercing gaze examining his "sleepy" features. He knew you were in his living room, maybe even in his kitchen, and wondered if you would overstep the boundaries.
Would your curiosity be your demise?
With one practiced motion, Patrick pushed the blanket to the side, causing his briefs to fall to the floor. He stared at them for a while, but then decided to wrap himself in a sheet instead of putting on the used underwear.
Still, no sounds came from the kitchen, which intrigued him.
Bateman strolled out of the bedroom, not like a creep trying to startle you, but subtly approaching you until he finally saw you and what you were about to do. Unaware of his presence, your hand was already on the refrigerator door, ready to open it, when you suddenly heard his somewhat menacing voice.
"Don't," he warned, standing inches away from you. "Don't open it."
You gulped and locked eyes with him. "I... I just wanted some water."
"There was an issue with the electricity." The man paused and moved closer. His looming figure made you feel small, so you instinctively stepped back. "So, probably, all the food spoiled. I don't want the smell everywhere. I have some bottles of Evian in my bathroom, though.”
"Uh, since you mentioned the bathroom," you muttered, fiddling with your fingers awkwardly. You weren't sure why it was suddenly so difficult to look him in the eyes. "Can I use it?"
"Sure."
That was all he said before you headed towards the bathroom without hesitation. Only after hearing the door click shut did the man open the fridge to check on the decapitated head of some random blonde model. He couldn't remember her name, even though her head was sitting on one of the shelves in the fridge, next to food products, as if that were normal.
With an ugly grin, Bateman pressed a finger to his lips, kissing it lightly before placing it on the dead girl’s frozen, rotten mouth. "Sleep well, darling."
With that, he closed the fridge and whistled. His mind raced with ideas of what he could do to you in the bathroom right now. A shiny, big kitchen knife caught his attention, sending a jolt of electricity down his spine and through his groin. His cock was already getting hard.
Although the sex with you was good—the most delicious appetizer—now it was time for the main course, and Patrick knew he would enjoy it.
Every fucking second of it.

I have grace on my mind tonight. Specifically, how misunderstood it is, and how that misunderstanding muddies up conversation with others about Jesus.
Something I learned some years ago, as I got to know some excellent LDS friends, is that in the LDS belief system, grace is seen kind of like a ladder. Jesus died for us to give us that ladder, and we have to climb our way up it. Basically, your own works, your own goodness, is still required for you to get the ultimate reward from God.
And honestly, I know a lot of Christians believe something like this, too. That, sure, Jesus saved us by His grace, but you still have to be GOOD ENOUGH to "earn" salvation.
But the truth is that the actual Grace Jesus taught isn't like that at all. Grace isn't like a ladder extended down to you - grace is Jesus's own hand. He's reaching it down to us, offering it, asking us to grab hold. We have to choose to take it - we have to grasp that hand (accept His forgiveness, accept His Kingship, accept that he is not A god or A son of God but GOD HIMSELF, who paid the price of death that our sins deserve).
But when you grab His hand, You know what He does?
He grabs you back. He lifts you out of the muck and mire. HE does all the work. He holds you TIGHT. NOTHING can wrest you from His grip.
"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38-39)
If it were at all possible for a human to work their way to God, to earn salvation, Jesus would not have had to sacrifice Himself for us. He didn't humble himself by becoming a human, live a sinless life, and die a gruesome, unjust death so we would keep killing ourselves trying to reach perfection on our own. No good deed can cancel out a sin, just like giving money to charity can't undo a murder. Only when someone pays the price for sin can it be absolved - and the price for sin is death. By being fully man yet fully God, by living a sinless life that did not earn the death penalty, Jesus was able to pay the price FOR us.
We still need to repent - we need to turn away from our sin, admit we need help, admit we need forgiveness and mercy (the inverse of grace, where we DON'T recieve the consequences we DO deserve). And when we do accept Jesus, HE helps us change and become better versions of ourselves. The good works are an outcome of salvation, not the payment for it. We do have to put effort in because our bodies and minds still struggle with sinful habits, but He is helping us, and the intent is to grow closer to and more like Him - not to earn His love.
When it comes to salvation, Jesus did all the work already. Please grab His hand and hold on tight - it will likely be a bumpy ride through this life. But I promise you, He won't let go once you put your hand in His.
(If anyone would like prayer or to ask a question, I'm open. Praying you have a blessed night, wherever you are.)

We have seen what America really thinks about “traditional biblical teachings” and “Christian values” based on the response to Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde speaking truthfully, biblically, and faithfully about the love and mercy of God.
There’s a lot to unpack (politically and religiously) from the last few days. I have chosen to address two issues here: deportation and gender.
Ezekiel tells us that Sodom was destroyed due to her arrogance, gluttony, wastefulness, and being inhospitable to the stranger. [Side note: there is no mention of homosexuality as the reason for destruction.] Referencing Exodus and the story of Lot, the inhabitants of Sodom were inhospitable to two foreigners passing through their city. They were God’s angels. This was a test. They broke the “desert code of hospitality,” which is to give a stranger shelter, food, and safety when passing through your gates. This included potential enemies. Because of Sodom’s sins, God destroyed the city.
Philip was the first missionary and the first to be titled an “evangelist” in the Bible. He encountered an Ethiopian eunuch on the road to Gaza. God sent him there. [Side note: eunuchs in the Bible are neither fully male or fully female. They are outcasts in society and ostracized. Jesus speaks of them in Matthew, stating that some are born this way, some are made this way, and some choose to be this way. Meaning, some are literally born neither male nor female, some are made that way (like as punishment for a crime or because they’re showing they’re “loyal to the royals”), and some choose to be that way (like monks, priests, nuns, or celibacy, preference, health, etc.)]. The eunuch asks about scripture (reading a scroll of parts of the book of Isaiah) and what the writer means. Philip shares the good news of Jesus. The eunuch is saved. They travel the road together and come upon some water. The eunuch asks what is to keep him from being baptized right now? Philip says let’s go and baptizes the eunuch. When they come out of the water, Philip is suddenly raptured by God. The only time this occurs is when there is a higher purpose for the person or they have done so good they get a ticket to Heaven pronto (like with Elijah and his role in the End Times or Enoch because he pleased the Lord - other examples would be Paul, Jesus, etc.). Obviously, Philip did something right. [I would also like to add here that Christianity is the only monotheistic tradition that truly assigns gender to the divine. Judaism and Islam view God as genderless and regard assigning trivial human attributes like gender to God as a sin.] It’s about loving them like God does. Period. An important note here is that the eunuch changed nothing. They were authentically themselves, and they were accepted and received salvation just as any other. Philip didn’t ask questions, he didn’t judge, he didn’t take exception, he didn’t make excuses, he just said yes, you too! This is what Christianity is supposed to look like!
Bishop Budde preached and prayed from the Bible. Everything she pleaded for can be supported by scripture. If you want those verses message me. She spoke Jesus’ words to 47. If any Christian has a problem with that or doesn’t side with Christ then there seems to be a conflict between true faith and bad politics.
Additionally, for 25 years Matthew Shepard had no permanent resting place due to concerns his grave would be vandalized. Reverend Budde learned of this and invited the Shepards to inter him inside the Washington National Cathedral. She co-officiated the service which stated Matthew was now and forever home in the church where he was loved.
I’m not looking to fight. I’m stating facts and where I’m at. If this isn’t where you’re at, either get there with me or see yourself off my page! I’m so exhausted by the hate and the justification of it. There’s no place for it here!
Will you care when it’s me they’re after?

Everyone who has died after the initial plane crash represents an aspect of the typical moral compass which guides us.
Laura Lee is arguably the most obvious representation of this. She's a Christian, the most popular faith in the United States. However, what's interesting about Laura Lee is that she is pious like most stereotypical Christians in media, she undermines this trope via a devotion to Jesus Christ's main message: love. Her faith is a major source of comfort, and it becomes such for Lottie as she begins having hallucinations and visions. She is a warm, comforting, and encourage force in the camp. She is determined, but also naive, represented in her teddy bear. This is why she is the one to attempt to fly the plane--she is the only one determined enough to try while being naive enough to not fully weigh the risks.
Laura Lee is the antithesis to the wilderness. It calls for violence and betrayals. It encourages the girls to give in to their inner darkness. Laura Lee's teddy bear catching fire serves as a visual representation for the girl's remaining shred of childhood. Laura Lee's death results in Lottie losing hope in Christianity, which she only clung to because of Lottie. It forces the girls to accept their reality; they are stuck in the wilderness, and they may never be found.
Jackie rejects the budding hive mind mentality. While the others get high on mushrooms, Jackie remains sober and recognizes the camp's descent into madness. From the very beginning, Jackie had no interest in being a team player. She looks after her needs first, from choosing to save her best friend Shauna over Van to sleeping with Travis so she's no longer a virgin. The group sees Jackie as self-centered, but she is the one who pushes back against the rest of the group when they sexually assault Travis. They lock the sole voice of reason in the closet, and when she continues to push back, the team allows her to sleep inside while knowing winter is approaching.
Lottie makes an important observation in Season 2. While tending to her bees, she notes that in the winter, the bees all keep their queen warm, because they won't survive without her. The camp's Queen Bee was abandoned. She froze, and though they always saw her as self-centered, they tell themselves that Jackie would want them to eat her, the ultimate selfless act. The team needs a new leader to rally behind, resulting in Lottie and then ultimately Natalie stepping into leadership roles. Jackie is the death of the social hierarchy they lived in before the crash. Coach Ben ultimately gave up on fighting for any scrap of control or leadership, but Jackie didn't. Whether as a supernatural act or to move the plot along, Jackie's death means living the rules of civilization behind.
Meanwhile, Javi flees and hides in the underground tunnels, whether by his own discovery or through the help of his friend. He not only escapes the descension of madness at the party, but the savage and brutal act of eating Jackie's body to survive the winter. When he returns, he is quiet and reserved, which leads us to wonder if it was because of his experiences in the cave or if he learned what had been happening above ground through his alleged friend. His most notable instances of speaking are about this friend, and when he decides to help Natalie as the rest of the camp hunts her.
Kristen/Crystal's death is all about honesty and justice. When Misty confesses that she broke the distress signal, Crystal's first reaction is to confess to the group. The group would surely kill Misty and eat her after learning what she'd done, and after the many lives lost because of what Misty had done, it would be justifiable. But abiding by honesty and justice means that Misty risks losing her life. It's all she has, and she's determined to keep it.
Misty didn't mean to kill Crystal. She was desperate and frantic. But she does. She accidentally kills a completely innocent person because she didn't want to face the consequences of her actions. No matter how accidental Crystal's death was, it led to Justice being avoided. In the most unfair outcome possible, the honest one dies and the liar goes free.
Lies have been a big part of the wilderness, whether by omission or outright. Shauna lies to Jackie about the baby to avoid losing her best friend. Natalie lies about finding Javi's bloody clothes. Misty lies about what happened to Crystal. Van and Tai hide Other Tai's existence as much as possible. Natalie lies about Coach's whereabouts, and Mari tries to do the same but crumbles when pushed too hard. These lies and secrets are treated as necessities, whether to protect someone or a dynamic with someone. Honesty is a threat to the stability of the camp.
Javi resisted the ritual and the desire to succumb to the wilderness. We can speculate that he did so because of how much Natalie matters to Travis, but I think that if another girl were in her shoes, Javi would still help her. He's always been a character who feels very deeply, all the way back to when he refused to spit out his gum because it was the last thing his father gave him. Rather than giving into violence or anger, Javi takes to drawing and journaling to cope. He could have tried to rationalize the situation and justify it as the others have when assaulting Travis and eating Jackie's body, yet he thinks with his heart instead. He tries to commit a selfless act and protect someone. Natalie tries to pull him up, but Misty forces her to think rationally--it's either him or her. This connection is further supported by the scene in which Travis picks up Javi's raw heart and bites into it. This is what the writer's want us to remember about Javi, that he thought with his heart over his head and it led to his demise.
To me, the deaths of Crystal and Javi make it clear that Ben is not going to come out of this alive. Based off Ben's reaction to Mari mentioning the cabin burning down, he didn't do it. Moreover, burning the cabin would have been wildly out of character for him. Ben has consistently refused to use violence. He does not partake in the cult rituals, but also does not play an active role in stopping them. He does not eat Jackie's body, but he knows he's powerless to stop the rest of the camp. When everything weighs down on him, he would rather kill himself than hurt someone else. Before he travels to the cliff, he shaves. It's reflective of him confronting reality, now unable to hide in his delusions of a better life. Moreover, it could arguably be a demonstration of Ben taking back control over his life. After losing his leg and his influence over the girls, he's lacked any ounce of control. Ben would rather die than become like the girls.
Now that Ben knows where Javi has been hiding, he has a chance to completely remove himself from the cult. But he doesn't want to just save himself. He tries to take Natalie with him, and he genuinely believes that she still has the opportunity to reject the group's cult mentality.
Like Javi, Ben survives in the wilderness alone. It almost seems like he's being rewarded for distancing himself from the camp after he stumbles upon buried crates of emergency supplies. However, when he accidentally traps Mari instead of a deer, he's presented with a dilemma--will he kill her so he won't be found, or will he let her go? In the end, Ben frees her. His selflessness ultimately leads to his hiding spot being discovered.
While the camp may believe that Ben burned the cabin down, he expresses disbelief when Mari tells him about the cabin. Based off their conversation, he lived in the tunnels through the rest of the winter and never even saw the smoke.
Even if Mari testifies that he didn't know about the fire, we have established that honesty is not a core value of the camp's philosophy.
Ben's resistance to giving in to the divine interpretation of the wilderness even as he starves and witnesses utter horrors is truly the hallmark of a strong character, even if he is not the traditional image of strength. Yet despite this strength, he is too soft for the wilderness. Like those who died before him, he opposes the lawlessness of the wild.
The wilderness is not fair. It is not just. It does not reward the good, nor does it punish the bad. You can let a girl sleep outside or let a boy drown in icy waters, but as long as you eat something--truly, anything to keep you going--you will survive. You can be selfless. You can be kind. You can stand up for what's right. It doesn't matter to nature, because nature is utterly amoral. Nature can be brutal one moment and comforting the next, and the side you experience comes down to good timing.
I believe that Ben did not burn down the cabin, but that the camp will believe that he did. I believe that they'll kill him and eat him, and this will be the true point of no return for them. Eating Jackie and Javi could be rationalized in their heads; it was winter, and they were all going to starve without nourishment. Killing Ben can even be justified if they sincerely believe he set the cabin on fire and view him as a threat.
But to eat him in the middle of the summer, when they have an abundance of food and water? There is no need. It's purely gluttonous, purely savage and animalistic. To me, that's the point of no return.

Hot take time
I love you, liberal and progressive Christians, but when you accuse conservative christians or even nominal conservative christians as being bad followers of Christ, or enslaved to sin, or the world, or not true Christians, you're missing the spirit of Christianity yourself. It's the same as when evangelicals and fundies accuse progressive christians and queer christians not not being real christians because we break their interpretation of christian morality. >But they aren't following Jesus' teachings. They're bad followers of Jesus. That's the WHOLE POINT. Jesus only has bad followers (Except possibly Mary). Jesus came to Earth specifically to acquire bad followers so that He could save them. And all of us benefit from the repentance of sins and the grace of God from the day we accept Christ to the day we die. Yes, it's radical that Jesus ate with prostitutes and spoke to samaritans. But it's equally radical that Jesus ministered to tax collectors and Roman centurions. I don't care how bad your politicians or local evangelicals are, the Roman government was worse. Because the core of the Gospel isn't only that the marginalized are worthy of love (although that is an important truth), but that no one is righteous or worthy of God's presence and that God still wants us to return to His presence. "For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and acknowledgment of God rather than burnt offerings." (Hosea 6:6)
Jesus doesn't even ask slave owners to release their slaves. In my opinion, Jesus is patient in teaching us, leading us out of our sin and hatred slowly and step by step. And the full journey out of that sin and hatred is not something most people complete in their lifetimes. In my experience, even if I promise my entire being to God every day, I am slow and miserly in the pieces of my life I force myself to yield, examining and yielding aspects of my life day by day, weighing carefully the cost of sanctifying and changing that piece of my being to God like a moneylenders weighing coins in the Temple Court. This is me with the overall intention of yielding all of myself to Jesus. Our lives are tainted with sin in a fundamental way, it would be unreasonable to expect us to be able to cast it off all at once. Paul had the most night-and-day conversion in the whole Bible and he was complaining about being unable to cast out sin even as he wrote to the Romans (Romans 7). If these people are truly as hateful as you say they are, then perhaps they have more sin than you to relinquish? You expect them to run in their walk with Christ, but at what pace are you going? Maybe you were lucky enough to be sanctified and made sinless entirely when you met Jesus, but some of us aren't, so I ask of you to have mercy and grace with us as you put up with us. If sin was enough to keep us out of Heaven, no one would go to Heaven. Jesus was patient with you, so be patient with them. I bet you, In Heaven when you are fully sanctified and living in perfect bodies, you will look back on your life and see a starker difference between the old and new you than you would see between the old you and your old persecutors. Jesus Christ, our God, is King and Saviour of sinners, praise be to Him.

It's technically past my bedtime but who cares. And who even knows if I'll be back again tomorrow.
But in case anyone was wondering, here is a list of reasons you may or may not want to follow me.
I'm hilarious. To myself at least.
I love God and believe the Bible is true in its entirety, even when I don't understand everything.
As part of that, I believe ALL forms of sexual immorality to be something God condemns and seeks to save us from (among other sins). I believe this includes premarital sex, homosexuality, fornication of all kinds. I feel no need to be specific in my description. In light of that, I don't hate anyone who comes under any of those things, but I am definitely someone who has been termed homophobic or prudish many times by many people.
Although I don't talk about it often, I hold political views that oppose what is considered politically correct or woke. I don't hate anyone who believes differently from me. But I don't really enjoy talking about that stuff anymore.
I believe all people are made in the image of God, deserve honor and godly love, shouldn't be slandered, fall short of God's glory, are not perfect, and are inherently sinful.
I believe Christ's sacrifice on the cross was the fulfillment of God's grace making up for our failures, and that those who are in Christ spend life this side of heaven growing to be more like Him, and that upon death we will finally be fully perfected. Until that point, we will still make human mistakes, but by accepting the free gift of salvation, we can be freed from being enslaved to that imperfection and can instead be covered with Christ's perfection.
I really like horses, they are God's most wonderful murder beast and I love them.
I believe Christ is fully God and fully man and that he was born of a virgin, Mary (who I believe did still sin because if she had lived a perfect life then she could've died on the cross instead lol), and that He was the only person to ever live a completely perfect life free of sin, which made Him the only possible sacrifice for our sins.
I used to be really really into MCU, star wars, miraculous ladybug, and other similar fandoms, but I've honestly really grown out of a lot of that
I used to write a lot and I want to get back into it
Ummm I do have a bedtime and I feel tired and anyway if you wanna block me bc of this stuff feel free 😂 no hate to you regardless. Do what you have to in order to tailor your experience on this app, I really don't care; I've had friends block me on here and still talk to me elsewhere just bc they didn't want the kind of stuff I posted on their dash lol

Romans 3:23-27 (NLT). “We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are.
For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins. For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin.
People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when he held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past, for he was looking ahead and including them in what he would do in this present time. God did this to demonstrate his righteousness, for he himself is fair and just, and he makes sinners right in his sight when they believe in Jesus.
Can we boast, then, that we have done anything to be accepted by God? No, because our acquittal is not based on obeying the law. It is based on faith.”
“The Justice and Mercy of the Cross” By In Touch Ministries:
“Jesus willingly gave His life for us. Have you accepted His gift of salvation?”
“The cross of Christ presents a dilemma. If God is loving and good, why would He let His Son endure the agony of crucifixion? From a human perspective, nothing about that seems loving. But by looking past the obvious, we’ll see an amazing demonstration of love.
To grasp what took place at the cross, we first need to understand that God is righteous and just. He does what’s right and never acts contrary to His nature or Word. On the other hand, mankind is sinful. God’s justice requires that a penalty be paid for sin. However, God is also merciful. So how could He exercise both justice and great mercy?
Before the foundation of the world, He already had the plan in place. So when the time was right, His sinless Son came to earth in human flesh to bear our sins (1 Peter 1:18-20). The Father placed on Him all our guilt and punishment. Since the Savior’s payment fully satisfied divine justice, sinful man could now be declared righteous. Justice punished sin, and mercy rescued sinners.
No matter who you are or what you’ve done, if you accept Christ’s sacrifice on your behalf, you will be saved. God’s goodness and love are proved by the cross. This was the sole plan that could save us, and God’s perfect Son was the only one qualified to give His life in our place. What’s more, Jesus did it willingly.”

Keys to the Mind of Christ
MEMORY VERSE OF THE WEEK
=======================
+ Luke 5:8 When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees and said, “Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!”
=======================
VERSE OF THE DAY
======================
+ Philippians 2:5 You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.
======================
** SAY THIS BEFORE YOU READ; HERE’S SOME CHRISTIAN TRUTHS **
I AM WALKING IN THE MIND OF CHRIST
I AM STRONG
I AM FILLED WITH JOY
I AM FREE
======================
READ TIME: 7 Minutes & 28 Seconds
======================
THOUGHTS:
======================
What is the attitude that Christ has? And is it evident that many things we go after in life are impossible? Still, we won't say it is. Sometimes, we must be truthful to our self what is real and possible and what isn’t; some of us are not realistic with our goals. Still, sometimes we must be. I have had times when I wanted to pursue something, and I realized that the goal I wanted wasn’t realistic. It hurt true enough, but I learned that it is better to be honest with myself than to run after something that isn’t possible.
Is the mind of Christ possible? Yes, it is with dedication and devotion and a healthy prayer life. But we must be able to pray and read our word every day without letting situations turn us around. People and things can turn us around, but we have the best things to keep us straight and narrow: the Holy Spirit, the Word, and prayer. Those three things help us in every way possible.
1 John 2:6 Those who say they live in God should live as Jesus did.
We live as Jesus does by having the mindset of him every day; we can grow and change and be like him, but we must say yes to his will. No, I'm not saying hard times won't come; they will. Still, we must be ready to change and to deal with it the way Jesus would with his mindset; he loved, he walked in his authority, and most of all, he prayed, and some of us don’t like to pray because we say it takes up our time, but it doesn’t , but it’s a good time spent on spending it on Christ.
I can say I spent a lot of time doing things, and I spent hours upon hours wasting my time, but reading the word and praying isn’t wasting your time; it's showing you how to become more like him; we can't get good at something by just what we do, but we get good by dedicating our time with God, God is the only one that can save us and change us, but we must be willing to want to change to obtain this we have seen many times in the word that Jesus stole away to be able to pray, and that’s one thing we must do
1 Peter 2:21 For God called you to do good, even if it means suffering, just as Christ suffered for you. He is your example, and you must follow in his steps.
Another thing we must do is suffer. He suffered through his time here, and we do this, and we know and realize he did it, and if he can do it, he will give us the strength to do it. I can’t deal with half the things I go through here on earth, but when I do it with God, I can do anything, and I can last through my hurts and pains of life; some of us don’t last because we don’t stay in the spirit of God we don’t allow the Holy Spirit to guide us but to have the mind of Christ we must hear the Holy Spirit when he speaks.
Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Another thing we must not do is conform to this world; there is nothing here in this world but the flesh! The things in this world want to change us from our righteous and pure life; we must allow God to renew us, not this world; that’s how we become more Christ-like when we submit ourselves to God. Are you willing to submit and deny the power of this world?
1 Peter 1:13 Therefore, preparing your minds for action and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Being sober-minded means no drinking, no edibles, and no smoking. These things pull us away from the things of Christ, and in his mind, we can have the mind of Christ when we have these things in our lives; God wants us to be sober-minded and connect with him! Many of us can’t connect because we are achieving highs on other levels other than receiving the ultimate satisfaction from God. The difference between what God gives and what the world gives us is that the world and the things here wont last, but what God gives us is way better than any high we will ever have in this lifetime!
1. Reading the word
2. Being sober-minded
3. Praying
4. Mediation
5. Being transforming to Jesus
These are the keys to having the mind of Christ, and we can’t deny him access to us; a lot of times, we have problems with people online; we block them, but when God wants access to us, we can’t block him we must give him access.
*** Today, we talked about giving God access to us. Sometimes it’s hard to do, but it isn’t; when we submit to him, and we give him everything, our mind, body, soul, and not pieces but all of us he can gain access, and then we can have the mind of Christ we talked about different keys that will help us have the mind of Christ, and we must do these things to get the mind of Christ!
Romans 8:9 You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.
When we do things that’s not of God we are not in the spirit; we are of the flesh, BUT when we walk in God, we start to walk in the spirit, and when we don’t walk in the spirit, we don’t belong to him why because Jesus isn't flesh, he’s of the spirit and to connect with him we must do it in the spirit of the Holy Spirit! Walking in the Holy Spirit can’t be done until we give ourselves over to God; the moment we gave our lives to God, we are saved and filled immediately with the Holy Spirit, but it’s up to us to have him guide us. ©Seer~ Prophetess Lee
======================
PRAYER
=====================
Heavenly Father, we thank you for your love and your guidance. Lord, help us walk in the Holy Spirit, not the flesh. Lord, we give you everything, and we thank you. Father, we ask you to forgive us for looking back and not doing what you like; help us to be obedient to you, and you are alone; lord, we ask you to help us to apply this word to our lives; lord, we thank you for never giving up on us in Jesus Name Amen

I am of the correct opinion that songs in languages other than English need more love and for that matter, let me introduce you to: My German Batfam Playlist Project!
And who do we start with? Jason! So here, enjoy the playlist and my elaborations, because I have thoughts and will not keep my mouth shut <333
The masterlist <3
Also on ao3.
Neue Probleme ("New Problems") by Crystal F:
Life takes it course, no matter if you're prepared or not. Nothing ever seems normal, you'll always wait for life to finally make sense. Sound familiar?
Notable lyrics: "I think too often that I am nothing and that I can do nothing, far removed from the man I wanted to be"; "If something good happens, it's the others."; "I'm still afraid they'll forget me"
Durch die Nacht ("Through the night") by Pavel Paloma:
This one, actually, is the robin-anthem and therefore, Jason has his part as well, maybe I'll translate the lyrics fully at some point (there's no official lyrics, so mhmm). Anyway, it's a story of someone literally running through the night with someone else, dancing through it, but something changes over the course of time.
Notable lyrics: "Now I'm running through the city alone, I'm running through the night alone"; "Now I need to see where I stand, it's half past three in the night, please don't come back, please let me to you"
Trophäe ("Trophy") by Paula Carolina:
Being betrayed by the one you loved, feeling you're just a trophy to them. The lyrics explain it better than I could, but it's so angry jason coded.
Notable lyrics: "No, no, I don't want to be your trophy, just one out of many"; "No, no, I won't be your trophy, why don't you hang the others on your wall?"; "Your network, it's always your network, will it save you once you're hurt?"; "Will you notice if I'm suddenly gone?"; "And sometime, once you're alone, in an empty room, sitting in front of your daughter, Maybe you'll think of me, how you forgot my birthday."
Hier raus ("Out of here") by Cédric L'amour:
You look towards the one that wronged you full of anger. You need to get out of there, before you do something you'll regret. Doesn't that sound like his anger towards not only Batman, but also Tim?
Notable lyrics: "The people scream your name and I don't understand the hype"; "I need to get out of here, just out, if I don't leave right now I can't promise anything"; "Why is nobody saying anything? Why is nobody appalled? But I have to accept it?"; "I will get my revenge"
Blut / Leben ("Blood / Life") by REPLEKA:
Basically what the song says is: As long as you would come save me, I can die tomorrow. How is that not Jason coded?
Notable lyrics: "You were what kept me alive"; "I can't see anything, it's foggy, just reflections of neon lights in your eyes"; "Your blood flows through my veins"; "I trusted you blind although you couldn't see"
Wand ("Wall") by Ennio:
This song screams desperation. You built your wall and you kinda want people to try and break it, but oh what if they succeed? Who even am I behind it? But life has to go on anyway, somehow.
Notable lyrics: "I built my wall, people look at it. Will someone come close and try to understand?"; "They say do what's right, but when you do it's not right."; "You're not in the mood [to argue and to mingle], decline the call, and down your drink."
Alles nur gelogen ("It's all a lie") by KAFFKIEZ:
I see this song as the transition period between him not wanting to go home and slowly warming up to the family again. It's rocky, it's all different, but what can you do?
Notable lyrics: "It's all a lie, nothing is as it once was"; "I'm never home, I promise too much [...], I'll be home for Christmas, maybe"; "Whatever I say, it's not fair, I can't be fair enough for us both right now"; "I'd say I miss you, but I'm scared what that means, so I just try to move on and forget who we once were"
Elektronisches Mädchen ("E-girl/Electronic girl", but in a very very literally translated sense.) by Punk Christ:
This one, I can't quite explain. It's actually about people desperately trying to be different from the others, but subsequently being just like everyone else.
How is Batman commiting crimes in the name of justice okay, but not him?
Notable lyrics: "You say you're punk, she says your emo, he says you're just an electronic girl"; "Just admit you're actually like everyone else"
Mein Spiegelbild (hasst mich) ("My mirror image (hates me)") by raumfisch, Liser:
Being very painfully aware of your own flaws, but struggling to do anything against them. Also, what even are the chances Jason never broke a mirror after meeting the others again?
Notable lyrics: "Even the cashier at the corner store knows my life is a lie"; "It's not bad to be alone, I'll just drink for two."; "I count the flaws of the reflection, thoughts swirling. The image laughs, because he knows better. I fall for it"; "No, I'm not hurt, I am fine on my own, even if the shards of my mirror tell a different story."
Warte, warte ("wait, wait") by Subway To Sally:
Jason in his revenge era. Just. Look at the lyrics and you'll get it.
Notable lyrics: "In the streets, on the markets, you hear it quiet then loud, there is a monster in the city"; "a few people disappeared, now the people live in fear"; "in the dark, the werewolf is waiting for you. Wait, wait just a little while, wait, just wait for him."; "Everything around us falls apart, and in midst of the flames sneaks the monster into the light, bites down on your throat, drinks your blood and wishes so much that they'll talk of him in even a hundred years"; "All wolves and vampires, all demons, are just this: Humans that hunt humans"
Mein Kopf ist eine Party ("My mind is a party") by Paula Engels:
A party as a metaphor for panic, basically. It fits. Trust me on this. I think the deeper reason I think it fits is because Jason's arcs don't make sense in my head without panic. The anger and fear after being resurrected, everything that happened after, the "replacement" thing.
There is underlying panic, once the rage is not present enough to distract him from it.
Notable lyrics: "My mind is a party, can't breathe. I haven't felt for too long how it feels to feel nothing."; "My mind is a party, don't want to be here. I'm alone and the room closes in. Is the party winning?"; "The room is too small, all their stares on me, suddenly everything is quiet. They smirk is wide, say: 'You can only lose'"; "And I ask myself 'Is this still normal?'"
deine mama mag mich nicht ("your mother doesn't like me") by Yunus:
Okay, so. This is a hypothetical, okay? It's a great song. In theory it's about the parents of your love disapproving of you. But just. Bear with me.
Notable lyrics: "your mother doesn't like me, she's afraid of losing you, although i was always so friendly to them"; "I stand in front of your family like a sacrifice, don't know if I can do it again."; "I feel their death stares on me, but they can forget me breaking up with you."; "If they knew I'll stay, they'd kick me out"; "I hold back, why don't I ignore it? Where does love start and where does it end?"
...Hear me out. Red Hood Jason as the narrator. With past Jason as the lover.
GUT<BESSER<ICH ("GOOD<BETTER<ME") by TJ_beastboy:
Jason high on confidence. What you can do, I can do better. Nothing else to add.
Notable lyrics: "Didn't you already know? It goes: Good, better, me."
CONCLUSION:
More people need to listen to German music and I will supply you with it. If you enjoyed my ramblings and subpar translation skills, make sure you check out the next playlists once I post them.
Also, if you enjoyed the songs, make sure to check out some of the artists other work! Some of them are still very small and it would mean the world to me (and probably them) if more people got to enjoy their music.

Flawless Forgiveness 💅
Hellooooo my siblings!!! It’s me again, Elle, your sister in Christ! 🎀🎀
If you’re new to my blog, welcome!! thank you for being here 🥺 i created this blog to strengthen my faith in Christ and hopefully do the same for others’ too <3
For today’s post, I’ve got a little storytelling 📚up my sleeve :))
It’s quite a long post today soooo sit back, relax, and meditate on God’s works! 🙏
📜Bible Verse of the Day
“Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven—as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little.”
Luke 7:47 [NIV]
💌Something’s in your Inbox!
The story of Jesus anointing a sinful woman is one of my favorites right now— not only does the story include an absolute girlboss, it also shows us how kind and merciful Jesus is towards us.
So basically, here’s the tea… 🫖
The icon, the moment— Jesus Christ, was having dinner at one of the Pharisees’ houses. Word of this spread through the town like wildfire 🔥🔥 and eventually, reached a sinful woman.
She heard that Jesus was eating there, so she went there and brought along a jar of perfume with her. She entered the house, wept at Jesus’ feet, wet his feet with her tears, wiped them with her hair, kissed them, and poured perfume on them.
And theeeen, the Pharisee saw this and started to seriously judge the woman (rude 🙄)— to which, Jesus responded by telling the story of two people who owed money to a moneylender.
One owed a lotta money, one owed a bit of money. Both didn’t have the money to pay it back, so their debts were forgiven. Jesus said the person who owed more money was more grateful to the moneylender than the person who only owed a bit.
Then, Jesus DESTROYED the Pharisee by saying this:
“Do you see this woman? I came into your house. You did not give me any water for my feet, but she wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. You did not give me a kiss, but this woman, from the time I entered, has not stopped kissing my feet. You did not put oil on my head, but she has poured perfume on my feet.”
One thing I can say? That was definitely DESERVED. Jesus slayed that, as He should’ve!!
He told the woman that because of her faith, her sins have been forgiven, and that’s where the tea ends 💅
Much like the woman in this story, we are also sinful. We sin every single day and we can never truly escape sin. It’s okay, we aren’t perfect. Falling into sin is normal.
HOWEVER‼️
Sinning is still a big NO! Continuously living a sinful life, with no attempt of changing, is the biggest red flag you can have as a Christian 🚩
Knowing that what you are doing is wrong, and purposely going against God’s will is extremely awful.
Like, do you just not care about how Jesus feels??? Man literally died for your sins and you can’t even make efforts to do better 😡😡
If you have sinned against God, ask for forgiveness— pray and reflect on your actions. Determine what you have done wrong and don’t do it again, or at the very least, avoid doing it.
As a Christian, you are called to be different from the rest of the world!! The whole world could be sinning, but you’d be there worshipping God instead (and rightfully so).
Jesus’ forgiveness is always perfect and flawless. He fully forgives you no matter what wrongdoing you’ve done. He still loves you and still blesses you after. You just have to be humble enough to accept that you were wrong, and ask for his forgiveness.
But, this doesn’t mean you should be taking advantage of God’s mercy. Don’t sin repeatedly. It just shows you haven’t changed your ways, and that you are just like the rest of the world.
Always run to God if you’re in the wrong. Tell him you’re sorry and do your best to change for the better. Just like the woman, your faith in Him will save you.
Ooooh, phone for you!!
📞God’s on the Line
Dear God,
I admit that I am not perfect or flawless like You are. I know that I’m a sinner and that I do wrong most of the time. I’m deeply sorry for this. I’m sorry that I sin against You. I humble myself, and ask for Your forgiveness. I pray that You will help me change and lead me to a better life. Please help me to do good and honor You alone.
In Jesus’ Name,
Amen!! ✨
Don’t be a red flag, my siblings! Always ask for forgiveness and you will be forgiven. Remember to do what is good and right. Stay safe! 💕

We are all made in the image of God.
God has given us authority over the Earth because we are the only creatures on it that bear his likeness, that feels what he feels, that can think for ourselves as he can.
The problem lies in the fact that we are all humans, and as such, sinful be nature.
We bear the image of God, but not his perfect character.
So instead of being born perfect and incapable of sin, like how it was in the Garden of Eden, we must be molded into having God’s character.
This is where the Holy Spirit comes into play.
Since we aren’t born perfect, we must be made into the image of perfection, into the image of Jesus, through the power of the Holy Ghost. The exact power that raised our Savior from the dead is at work within us right now, molding us into the warriors that the Father has always intended for us to be!
Not only is this a cause for celebration and praise to the Almighty God of the universe, it’s also a causes for hope.
God is good, and goodness inspires hope in times of darkness and despair.
We all have experienced times of tribulation and agony. Whether this be an unfaithful spouse, the death of a loved one, feeling stuck in a life that you’re unhappy with, having a family that doesn’t care for you, undergoing spiritual attacks from the enemy, or many other things that aren’t mentioned here, we all bear the battles scars from the trails of this world.
But what’s great about God is the fact that he doesn’t leave us there.
God’s determination to save this world, and the people in it, is inexhaustible. The Lord doesn’t turn us away when we come to him with our mess, he gets to work.
It’s in the midst of tragedy and hardship that we come face to face with the incomprehensible love and faithfulness of the Lord. It’s when we hit rock bottom that God starts to build us back up again.
If we must be molded into the image of God, then we must grow to rely on him at all times, just as Jesus did here on Earth.
It’s by the world letting us down that we come to learn that God never will. It’s here that we finally accept that God is only one we can truly depend on, and put our hopes in.
It’s in the midst of despair that God sets in motion the events that’ll turn our cries of sadness into shouts of joy!
David was hunted by Saul for most of his young adult life before he become king. Abraham and Sarah were childless in their 90’s before they became the parents of countless generations. Jesus was tortured and killed before rising from the grave, and giving us the hope of our salvation.
Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning. And when morning dawns, we will see that the trials weren’t breaking us, but building us up into mighty warriors of Christ.
The Lord sends fire to those he loves, but not to kill them, but to purge them of all ungodliness. Our God is not the God of the dead, but of the living, and it’s through trusting in him that we become more fully alive than we’d ever thought we could be!
Trust God in the storm, endure to the end, for those who endure and trust in God are kept safe.
Don’t focus on the world and the trials, but focus on the one who died to give you eternal freedom, and in whose image you are being formed into with each passing day.
God bless, Jesus loves you ✝️❤️

Ensuring that God's power is available to meet the needs of His people
The anointing breaks the yoke
Jesus is a superconductor of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 10:38; God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and he went around doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil, for God was with him. In Luke 4:18 Jesus spoke these words “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the Gospel to the poor, he has sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”
Jesus mission statement or manifesto was as follows.
Jesus came to meet people’s needs
Jesus came to meet their need for Salvation
Jesus came to meet their need for Deliverance
Jesus came to meet their need for Healing
Jesus came to meet bind up broken hearts, open blind eyes, and deaf ears, to heal their bruises and to tell them “today is the day of Salvation, if you hear His voice don’t harden your heart”.
Jesus came to meet people’s needs and he had the anointing of the Holy Spirit to give the power to meet those needs of the people. Isaiah 10:27 tells us that is the anointing that breaks the yoke (of bondage).
In other words, the Holy Spirit (in believers) supplies the power to change, to save, to set free, and to heal. The ‘anointing’ in a physical sense means a perfume prepared from oil and aromatic herbs and this perfume was poured on the head of the High Priest, setting him apart as holy unto the Lord. This perfume is a picture of the Holy Spirit being poured out onto the head of the believer.
Jesus Christ - The Anointed One (Luke 4:18)
And we are the Christians the ‘little’ anointed ones. The power of God comes with the anointing. Every good work needs power, from Salvation to healing and deliverance. In the New Testament a miracle is literally a ‘Dunamis’ a working of power. Only God himself, God the Holy Spirit can supply this power to change, heal, to set free and to have this power available to meet the needs of people so we must have the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Summary
God wants you and me to meet these same needs in the lives of people, for salvation, healing, deliverance and will give you and me the anointing to perform these works.
So, what is the limiting factor?
So, why don’t we see more miracles?
So, what is the problem?
Why was Jesus able to always be successful in meeting the people’s needs?
He led a Holy sinless Life. (Psalm 5:4; 66:18)
Electricity can flow down wires, but its flow is impeded (we call it resistance) by non-conducting components. Non-conductors produce unwanted heat and so reduces power.
Water flowing through a pipe is greatly impeded by blockage in that pipe. The liquid flow can become a trickle if there are leaves and debris in your petrol tank. Such debris will eventually find their way into the pump and stop all power to move in your car.
If we consent to evil, give regard, allow, nurture it so will the sin in our lives reduce the power of the Holy Spirit which is able to flow in our ministries and we will not be able to meet the needs of people.
God hates sin in all its forms and must turn away from it.
Testimony
God drew certain mental sins in my life, attitudes of not giving up something that wasn’t right. But the moment I repented and forsook these attitudes (with God's help) I knew a new power and anointing in my ministry. In retrospect, it seems clear these unforsaken sins were significantly hindering the flow of God`s power through me and as a result people`s needs were unmet or not fully met.
Dead flies in the ointment
Ecclesiastes 10:1 KJV: Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour: so doth a little folly him that is in reputation for wisdom and honour.
In this scripture the ointment represents the anointing of the Holy Spirit in the believer's life.
The dead flies represent our sins/folly that produce a bad smell so that the perfume cannot perform its function. When the perfume of the Holy Spirit is removed than we have no power to perform the good works commanded by Jesus. We should avoid any foolishness in our lives and maintain a good reputation.
King David came at this issue in a similar way, speaking of the little foxes that spoil the vine (Song of Solomon 2:15).
Application
Now, is the time to identify any dead flies in your ointment, asking God to reveal to you, what sins/foolishness that need be forsaken. If you do repent you will experience a new power of the Holy Spirit present within your ministry and that God will use you to meet the needs of people. Such an anointing, when you ask for it, will be available for each circumstance, see the example below.
Me: Lord, I have no power of my own, and unless you provide the anointing for this person nothing will happen. They will be disappointed so you so will I. Dis-anointment causes disappointment.
Lord: My son and daughter, will you forsake the sin in your life, for I cannot flow through an unclean vessel.
Me: Lord, I will, I name them now and with your help I forsake them, thank you for blood of Jesus Christ.
Lord: My son, what do you want?
Me: Lord I want an anointing of the Holy Spirit with the power to meet this person’s need.
Lord: My son, go in faith.
God wants you to be vessel for meeting people`s needs. Purge and cleanse your vessel and cast the dead flies out and be filled afresh with the Holy Spirit. See the power of God flow through you and meeting people`s needs, Glory to God.
Amen.
Personal Prayer

Sermon on Nativity of Our Lord - Christmas Eve (12/24/24)
Primary Text | Isaiah 9:2-7
------------------------------------------------------------
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Isaiah prophecies: “For the yoke of their burden, and the bar across their shoulders, the rod of their oppressor, you have broken as on the day of Midian” (Isa. 9:4). What does the prophet Isaiah mean by the day of Midian? Midian harkens us back to the days of the judges. In particular, the famed warrior of God named Gideon. Gideon was raised up by God to defend his people. As usual, God saves his people in a way no one expects—in Gideon’s case, as a dog laps water out of his water bowl. Gideon brought his troops to Midian to destroy their oppressors. God stopped Gideon in his tracks. The LORD said, “The troops with you are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hand. Israel will only take the credit away from me, saying, ‘My own hand has delivered me’” (Judg. 7:2). God had Gideon send away anyone who was fearful and trembling. Of Gideon’s troops, 22,0000 returned home, leaving only 10,000. That’s more than half of his men! Next, as Gideon was planning to take out the Midianites, the LORD spoke yet again to Gideon: “The troops are still too many; take them down to the water and I will sift them out for you there…All those who lap the water with their tongues, as a dog laps, you shall put to one side; all those who kneel down to drink, putting their hands to their mouths, you shall put to the other side” (Judg. 7:4, 5). Of the 10,000 in the troops, only 300 lapped water like a dog. Then the LORD said to Gideon, “With the 300 that lapped [like a dog] I will deliver you, and give the Midianites into your hand.” Through Gideon, God sent 300 against the Midianites who numbered as the “sand on the seashore” (Judg. 7:12)…a people who had too many troops to count. And though the Midianites had been their oppressor and had pressed their rods into the backs of God’s people—the LORD delivered them from the Midianites, and they were freed.
This story of Gideon against the Midianites is about what God has done for us in Jesus Christ. Just as God did not allow Gideon and the people of Israel to say, “My own hand has delivered me”—by reducing their numbers from 32,000 to 300 against “an enemy too strong” for them (Ps. 18:17)…so God’s way of saving us does not allow us to say “My own hand has delivered me.” If we were perfectly fine on our own, there’d be no need of God. Christmas tells you that you cannot, in fact, save yourself. You cannot depend on your own power to prepare yourself for the grace of God or accept grace as it is offered…you cannot use your own power completely, halfway, or in the slightest most insignificant way” (FC, SD 2:7). Instead of using your own hand to save you, you must depend on a baby’s hand. You must depend on this baby born on Christmas. God sent his only begotten Son to be born for us. God’s almighty power is manifest in the weakness of a gurgling baby. On Christmas, Jesus, though fully God, took on our flesh and blood—becoming fully human. Both God and a human being at the same time. In the manger, where is found the baby Jesus, we have a God who got cold, a God who needed to be wrapped in blankets. In the baby Jesus, we have a God who needed to be breastfed by his mother. Just as many babies do, he found it difficult to latch on to his mother to get milk—which would be painful for Mary. It will not be the last time Mary experienced pain for Jesus—as she would one day watch her son die on a cross. To save us, God became a baby in Jesus the Christ. Like all of us have done when we were babies: God burped. God pooped his pants. He spit up. He cried for his mother. Sin, death, and devil—each are enemies too strong for us to fight even as full-grown adults. But in this weak little word-made-flesh, God-in-a-baby, who experienced pain and misery and had placed on him the deep darkness of sin—by God’s infant hand, God has overcome the enemies too strong for us. The Christmas gospel says Jesus was born for you. For you, the child was born. For you, a Son was given. And because the little Christ child was born—the yoke of your burden, the rod of your oppressor, the bar across your shoulders—has been broken. As on the day of Midian. (pause) Dear people of God, Merry Christmas.

I am so confused, I see passionate people here talking about Jesus Christ and the Bible in a very deep way… and their blog fully supports well to say bluntly Homosexual activities *gulp* but I ain’t afraid of no (gay) ghost. (This is my way of saying I’m not homophobic) I fear no homo, sapien or otherwise. (Now he’s talking about evolution 😡)
I won’t list every gay person I’ve ever had a nice interaction with or family members blah blah all that. Listen we were ALL knit by God in our mothers wombs.
John 3:16-17
New International Version
“16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”
Jesus Christ literally died for you to be able to have eternal life, he loves you. Whoever is reading this right now yeah you Anthony. Or whoever.
I don’t want to go all Paul and write the letter to the Church of Tumblrsalonica.
(if y’all got a better pun please tell me)
But know this, we all have original sin. We all have flesh, we all have temptations and desires. Friends, you may identify as “he/she/it/they/them/this/that/zay/zem/thing1/thing2/redfish/blue/fish- STOP.
Forget about your outward appearance for 5 MINUTES. GOD JUDGES THE HEART NOT THE OUTWARD APPEARANCE. are you searching for acceptance? You want to feel whole? You don’t feel comfortable in your own body? The body he knit for you? My brothers and sisters in Christ… and only brothers and sisters for he made them male and female. How about this, the world can look at you and call you whatever they want. Some will hate you and judge you instantly, some will accept you and love you.
Galatians 1:10
“Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.”
I was sexually abused from a very young age, I was groomed by so many people… I’m not even kidding 7 people who were much older than me. My own family who knew me when I was a small child. To people who met me at 13 and put me in awkward situations at 15.
So so many stories I can tell people will say “oh that’s not so bad you’re a guy of course you-“
If I were a girl and 7 grown men did this to me you would say all of them should be in jail right now.
And guess what, I forgive them.
I forgive the 10 total people I think who initiated things I was not okay with. who touched me without consent, who said terrible things to a 15 year old when they were literal mothers themselves.
And guess what? I didn’t know it was abuse.
I didn’t know it was emotional coercion, because guess what my entire life, my entire life, MY ENTIRE LIFE… I have sought validation and love from literally anyone, and almost every female I truly bonded with (some no bond at all) would literally tell me “I just want your body” “do you want me” I once introduced myself to one of my cousins friends (again older) and the first thing out of her mouth was “do you wanna f@:$ me?” And she then proceeded to make me incredibly uncomfortable and was very touchy. And if a 17 year old boy said and did that to a 14 year old girl it would be pretty messed up right? Like that’s not cool. I say all of this to say, I always sought female approval (I have never had a good relationship with my mom but that’s a whole other story)
So when most of my interactions with people who made me feel loved, cared for, spent a lot of time with me or reaching out, it meant a lot to me because subconsciously I was seeking approval from mostly older females… and it lead to a serious porn addiction. A porn addiction that hurt my marriage, I admit I fell to sin and backslid and I hurt my wife and I watched porn while I was married.
My entire life It completely destroyed my view of sex, it destroyed my view of women to be honest and you can ask my friend Lizzy who told me she was non binary in 2014 if I was a feminist or not, because I never took that title until she made sure I knew my views made me a feminist.
But guess what, even then with political and social ideology out of the way, I objectified women. I did not care or see it as beautiful art or enjoying the blah blah women’s bodies.
As if that’s not sexual and sin in of itself come on people unless they’re marble statues let’s not lie we like it.
And guess what all human bodies are beautiful, but I don’t need to see ya naked.
And it affected how I talked to girls how I saw them, it hurt me and shaped me into a person who only wanted affirmation, approval, some kind of sexual conversation or energy or whatever. And it lead me straight to some of the worst interactions in my life. I told a 30 year old women outside of a 7/11 she had a… large rear. (I did not say those words exactly) and of course she loved it and Reveled in it… is that okay for me as a young man to make that comment? To a family friend. To someone who previous to this had been way way too overly comfortable with me. To someone who oh I don’t know maybe prepared or GROOMED ME for this?
Anakin being my comfort character makes so much sense now HE IS ME FR.
And still I take responsibility, I did sin. Sometimes willingly sometimes not, even if there was a power imbalance or they were older. And God forgive me I should have known, I should have stopped. The literal worst of these relationships happened when I was 20! And that I have to take full responsibility for my part, but I also have to realize the insane power imbalance from someone who literally raised me. And that hurts so bad…
And do you know what hurts the most? I still love these people. I can still separate the good and the bad that they did to me. I can acknowledge I was dumb and young, but I still willingly interacted with at-least 2-3 of these people.
God bless them, whatever happened to me good. Let it be my testimony, let me preach to those who feel lost and hurt, to those who don’t feel comfortable in their body, do you not feel comfortable in your body?
Be a member of the body of Christ.
Forgiveness, true forgiveness. Letting go of the pain and the suffering, it’s not easy. But when you do, oh man it feels amazing. To truly forgive those who hurt you, to say Lord bless them. To say I forgive them forgive me for the way I feel. To feel The Holy Spirit break those chains.
I’m not a victim, I’m Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and the fire I went through, it just refined me. I heard a story once about a lady who went to a silver smith, she saw the silver go through the fire to be refined, and she saw it turn so many different colors (pause 🤔 🌈) and the lady said how do you know when it’s done? Well the silver stopped turning so many colors it got really shiny and pretty, and the man said
“When I look at it and I see myself in the reflection, I know it’s done.”
And that’s how it is with God.
I can’t speak personally to the relationship side of
L’s B’s G’s and T’s and the truly freaky who don’t have a letter. But I can say this, to my Christian brothers and Sisters, and yes this post is for you specifically. Keep praying, keep reading, keep worshiping, keep feeding the fire inside you. But don’t let yourself be deceived. Jesus is The Word, don’t fight Jesus guys. Don’t spend time trying to justify this, thank you FATHER GOD that whoever is reading this that YOU acknowledge publicly and love your Father in heaven, you PRAISE JESUS CHRIST. And then, and then you sin. Like me and like everyone else who ever lived except Jesus Christ himself.
You like boys, I like girls. Okay I honestly myself if I were not a Christian I gotta be honest I wouldn’t care. I’m not gonna lie I don’t like when y’all get PREACHY 👀 get it? Guys I grew up on tumblr, do you really think I hate any of you??? I’m not gonna lie I had a lot of hate and anger for VERY WRONG REASONS. But if I sit here and say I’m straight and you’re gay I’m better than you and you’re going to hell HAHAHAHA… that’s not what Jesus wants… that doesn’t show you the love of Christ.
So I’ll say this to finish, we all sin and fall short of the glory of God. And if everyone on this website hates me for this or if no one reads it all I’ll say this now.
My name is Sunny Nicholas, and I identify as a child of The Living Son of God.
Because GREATER IS HE THAT LIVES IN ME THAN HE THAT LIVES IN THE WORLD.
You want a title? You want to identify as something are you looking for love and belonging, do you need an unconditional love? A love that is faithful when you’re unfaithful, a love that is- wait hold on.
Exodus 34:6
“The Lord passed in front of Moses, calling out, “Yahweh! The Lord! The God of compassion and mercy! I am slow to anger and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness.”
God of compassion and mercy, slow to anger and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness…
Turn from this lifestyle. Embrace Jesus Christ, pray and keep praying. You are deep in spiritual warfare and you need to stop holding on.
GOD Bless you all in Jesus name.

Good Omens Fic Rec: the last test and proof
Crowley folded his newspaper and accepted, with grim resignation, that he would have to try and save the world. It wasn’t that he particularly wanted to do it again; the first time had been bad enough and he’d needed an eleven-year-old to do the hard bit. He didn’t feel any kind of great love towards all living things at the moment, or have any heroic feelings. He simply knew that nobody else would do it. And Aziraphale, who had stumbled his way into the centre of it all, would be trying desperately not to let it happen and failing, because Heaven wouldn’t let him succeed. One more time, and he resolved that it would be the very last time, Crowley would have to fix things for him. Crowley goes on a road trip across America to delay the Second Coming. Aziraphale tries to teach angels about humanity. In between, they talk.
Length: 36,062 words
AO3 Rating: Explicit / Spice Level 🔥
Best for: Safe in Public, Post Season 2

*Minor Spoilers* I feel like every story I post I say is my new favorite, but I do believe this is one of the best post season two imaginings I've read so far. This is honestly riveting and so fulfilling! I was fully immersed and engaged in this plot, and it's excellently paced. Gets into the plot quickly, but lets us linger when we need to. The characterization is flawless, dialogue natural, and it's funny as often as it's insightful. The Adam/Yeshua plot I could 100% see happening in Season 3. The way this author handles Christ is so unique and surprising! He's surprisingly much more like Gabriel and the other angels than the kind and forgiving figure we're used to seeing. I do think a big part of my Good Omens obsession comes from being angry with The Church and God. This story delves into that quite a bit, and is part of why I enjoyed it so much. It really understands the themes of Good Omens outside of Crowley/Aziraphale. How humans deserve more than to be judged by black and white standards of morality. It also really knows Crowley and Aziraphale, what their issues truly are and why they have been misunderstanding each other. The hotel scene was just everything to me.
I could go on and on and on about this one, but I want to go back to reading fics. This is a must read for me. Safe in public, but I read this one largely at work and it was painful. All I wanted to do is pay full attention and I kept having to stop. So if you can read uninterrupted at home, that's the best way to experience this. Also shout out to the Marv Bagman scene, just bravo

Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Isaiah 43:2 [The Lord says,] “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.”
Zephaniah 3:17 The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.
Psalm 32:5 I acknowledged my sin to Thee, and my iniquity I did not hide; I said, 'I will confess my transgressions to the Lord'; and Thou didst forgive the guilt of my sin.
Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.
May you understand, and not be surprised, when victories in your life are not only followed by, but are often the cause of, troubles and persecution from others. 1 Samuel 18
May you walk continually in meekness and respect toward those in authority as David did before Saul, behaving wisely with prudence and discretion in the face of opposition and perverseness in others, even as Jesus endured contradiction of sinners against Himself without becoming weary or discouraged. 1 Samuel 18
May you ever be aware of, and humbly grateful for, the privilege of being brought into the family of the King of kings! 1 Samuel 18
May you find in the fellowship of God's people the rest and refreshing, the advice and counsel, which comes from living in communion with God, for that is not found in the workplaces or the rest-spots of the world. 1 Samuel 19
May you remain faithful to the teachings of the Lord and live by what He says, abiding in the Word, for then you will really be His disciples and shall know the truth which will set you free. John 8
May you accept the freedom from slavery that you are offered by Jesus, the Son, that you may do the works of God, the Father, and find a place in His family forever. John 8
I call you to battle, My child. You must take the kingdom of God by force. The land of the soul has lain fallow for many years, and intruders have laid claim to it, building strongholds to defend themselves and the territories of the mind and the heart that they have claimed for their own and seek to hold sway over. These principalities do not acknowledge Me, and they pervert My knowledge, neither glorifying Me nor thanking Me, drawing others to worship the creation rather than the Creator. Be clear on My order, My brave one, and remain true to My calling. Be ye perfect, be ye complete, put on the whole armor of God that you may stand. Let perseverance finish its work in you, fully developing your endurance so that steadfastness may have its full effect, making you mature, perfect, complete, and lacking nothing. Know who it is that you are fighting against, My trooper. Know that you are not wrestling with Me, lest you compel Me to put you out of joint, nor do you wrestle against flesh and blood, whom I have ordained you to serve by wrestling before Me in prayer for them. Your greatest struggle is against the fleshly nature that resists the things of the spirit; that is the perseverance that is required as long as you inhabit the body, bearing the inheritance of Adam. It is an individual fight, My love, and you need the refreshing that I bring to you. Spend time with Me, alone, in quiet, for I have much to give you. Always remember, though, that what I give you is for others, for though your walk is an individual path, it is not a solitary path. I place you in the Body where I chose, and I establish you in the troops where I will. As each part, each member, works properly, supplying to the other parts that which I have given to meet their needs, you will find your needs met by the others who are walking their paths, individual, but not solitary. As you stand in place, shoulder to shoulder, leaving no gap in the hedge, you will find that no weapon of the enemy will prosper against you, and every tongue that speaks lies against you, judging you, shall be judged and the lies stopped, the falsehoods turned to honor, for My Truth shall prevail. Learn My voice, My warrior, stand firm in the face of resistance, endure afflictions for My name's sake, and receive the victory I have won for you, for My will shall stand.
May you fear the Lord and find great delight in His commands, for then you will be richly blessed with spiritual abundance from God. Psalm 112
May you steadfastly trust in the Lord from your heart, for then you will have no fear of bad news, and in the end you will look with triumph on your foes. Psalm 112
May you not avoid the wise, but consult and inquire of them, walking with them in love and accepting rebuke, reproof and correction that you may live and prosper in the Lord. Proverbs 15:12
May the joy of God's salvation through Jesus Christ enlighten your face with cheer as His renewing Spirit heals the broken and crushed spirit within you. Proverbs 15:13
May you have a discerning mind and an understanding heart which provoke you with an irresistible desire and a burning hunger to seek for and search out the eternal truths of God and the hidden treasures of the Spirit, giving you no peace away from His presence and finding no satisfaction in the temporary enjoyments of the world. Proverbs 15:14
