Hey! I'm a traumagenic system who form fictives from hyperfixating. Does that mean we are partially Endogenic because we aren't splitting alters during stressful or traumatic situations?

While your system formed from trauma and is traumagenic, headmates can have different origins from the original one.

It kind of depends on what you prefer.

Whether you ID as TraumaEndo like we do or as a Traumagenic system with some headmates of Endogenic origins. You can also just keep going with only Traumagenic if it makes you more comfortable ik antis can be kind of scary to deal with. I'm sure there are systems that also just don't care enough to list all their origins which is also valid. Can also see systems believing that even if it isn't obvious which trauma that a new headmate is still there to help deal with trauma that happened at some point and still being traumagenic in origin. It just depends on what feels right and comfortable for you, and you can change what that is for you down the line.

it's always so fascinating and heartbreaking when a character in a story is simultaneously idolized and abused. a chosen prophet destined for martyrdom. a child prodigy forced to grow up too fast. a powerful warrior raised as nothing but a weapon. there's just something so uniquely messed up about singing someone's praises whilst destroying them.
