We ask you a lot about what series/shows/movies did wrong, but what are some scenes or moments that you are like "yes! That was done right!"? It can be from anything, but I'd love to also hear about places where things are done right.

It all depends on what you mean. Let's see:

In terms of redemption arcs and flawed protagonists, All Dogs Go to Heaven is one example we like.

Bojack Horseman is the same and there's a TON of other things it did well, such as the cycle of abuse and how abuse doesn't excuse your actions and asexual representation. The list goes on.

In terms of animal fiction: Watership Down and The Animals of Farthing Wood nail immersion and anthropromorphism mixed together.

When Marnie Was There is a movie we enjoy for varying reasons. Cat feels it's a healthy, cute depiction of two girls being gay if you ignore the last ten minutes. I feel it's a nice representation of childhood depression and isolation. Also, this movie is freaking BEAUTIFUL. I just feel at peace watching it.

Wolf Children is an example of family ties and growing up, with the shapeshifting intertwined nicely in it all.

Beauty and the Beast is one where people tried to repeat its tropes to DEATH and failed miserably, right down to its live-action remake. Yeah, just watch the original movie. It got everything right a lot of the time. lol

The Iron Giant and Lilo and Stitch are examples of quirky kid protagonists that worked. The latter also dealt with the effects of trauma on a young child and her sibling and did it in a sensitive and loving way.

To go off on that: Infinity Train also tackled an array of issues that children deal with (trauma, divorce and so on) and showed characters not accepting what's only ever expected of them. Redemption and also no redemption.

A Goofy Movie really nailed father-son relationships and single parent issues too. Just relationships with your child in general. Kudos to them for hinting at abusive relationships and how damaging they are to children as well when it came to Pete and PJ and Pete's 'under your thumb' approach. Like respect vs. fear. And they did it without even saying they did it too, which is really nice for a Disney movie.

A Goofy Movie was just terrifically done in the essence that there is no real antagonist (tho Pete and the principal come close - fuck those guys) and, while you initially side with Max as a child because his uncool dad is crashing his style, you grow up and really sympathise with Goofy's situation too. Realising that you don't really know your kid and he could be mixed up in some heinous shit would cause any parent to act like he does. It's really one of those movies where you can have more than one perspective and, while it gives me real bad 90's vibes, I really think it's timeless in its themes and delivery.

We talked about Finding Nemo briefly a few weeks back. The relationship between a concerned parent and disabled child was handled great. Somebody brought that up and I hardcore agree with them.

Bound is not only good sapphic representation, featuring a bisexual woman and a lesbian, but it's got a proactive and smart butch lesbian and they're shown actually supporting each other and making a really good team. Plus its got like. The perfect ending.

Thelma & Louise is good for starting out as a roadtrip comedy between two jaded wives taking a vacation away from their husbands, but then it quickly turns dark and they end up on the run from the law.

Jennifer's Body, gay as fuck, but also a really entertaining dark comedy horror that ultimately got messed up by the awful advertising.

Carol and Fried Green Tomatoes are good too

Annhilation is underrated in how it not only has all female-leads, but in how it explores the philosophy of self-destruction and the complexities of depression.

It's not inherently sapphic even tho one of the leads is a lesbian.

Also: Gia

Perfect Blue is a great psychological thriller that just nails everything that comes with that genre. And, even while it's about a semi popular celebrity changing her career path and people reacting badly to it, I think a lot of people who use the internet and have people who feel entitled to them simple for orbiting in the same circles can relate to a lot of elements that the protagonist goes through.

Felidae is also a well-written example of human emotions and complexities being applied to animals and it critiques such things at the same time.

The way the actress pulled off the two characters so well is so amazing and it shows that she has so much talent

She is such an honest, wise, delicate, smart and soft person

But she is also the one that has been through alot

Seeing her own daughter die, seeing her husband die, seeing all the horrible shit Joo Dan Tae did, almost losing Hye In, and also watching a loved one, Logan Lee, die with her own eyes

Everytime something wrong happens you can see so much pain in her eyes that it breaks my heart to see her like that

Her plans for revenge has always been AMAZING

Like she is so smart and I never thought of the plan and it would shock me how she would execute her plan

She so soft hearted like she still cared for Hye In knowing she wasn't her real daughter and cared for her as a real daughter

She still cared for the twins even though they weren't her real kids and still cared for them when they would tell her they hate her and stuff

I also love her like intimidating girl crush side as well

I'm a big simp for her

She is so confident and her acting skills of playing dumb infront of Joo Dan Tae is amazing

Her care towards Rona is also ADORABLE

The best revenge I have seen done by her was in s1 with the like buss area and the masks

And when she held that gun and yelled

My girl has been through a lot

But she still is strong

She came back stronger

I was absolutely shocked when I found out she was the one that threw Seol Ah off the edge

And I was even more shocked when she betrayed Suryeon and kissed Dan Tae

Girl I hope you washed your lips with bleach after that

Her confidence in S2 was so amazing I loved it

She also had a beautiful glow up when she came back

Also loved her fit's

I also liked how she didn't push her crime around and blamed it on other UNLIKE the other Hera Palace people and just admitted and felt sorry for it

But also her beginning to dislike Rona broke my heart

Even though she wasn't entirely mad at Rona you could see it

Minhyuk caused a ruckus and threw like flour and eggs but Jenny patiently waited there and didn't want to do that

Also I feel like her rage and heart broken emotion about her mom going to jail

And seeing Rona alive just got mixed together as betrayal and disappointment and hurt

I really hope she becomes better again

Did Kai have any sort of family after losing her foster family and becoming the Demon King? Or did she only have her husband?

Yes actually!!! A lot of Kai’s own story involves her own found family collection (i say collection just. cuz she tends to outlive them)

I’ve briefly mentioned she has a few kids and you see them in one of my sketchbook tours

but she also has a group of friends who she was close to

and the opening chapter of one of her ‘stories’ involves her dealing with the loss of a close friend she considered family (she even tried to go through legal means to see him but when humans turned around and said fuck you she snuck in. I can actually post this writing if people wanna read it?)

She also has some of her adoptive family still alive tho the bloodline is thinner. The Hellsing family she was raised in still exists to a point in her story (before the great catastrophe at least) Her whole ‘became the demon king’ thing happened when her uncle attacked her but she was able to get her sister in law and unborn nephew to escape while she distracted the rest (i have a whole ass animatic planned for this to the song “monster” from frozen’s musical. someday. someday I’ll be able to sit down on it weep)

This nephew was the one who hired Ren to help find “the king of fear” as she was known at that point. Alex is a good boy. His son was the one who went to find his great aunt after Ren’s death and she fully became a fallen god and offered her a place to stay and just. try to relax. She ended up falling into a deep sleep for a while and his family was the ones to build the ‘tomb’ she normally rests in when ever she has these extreme ‘low energy’ periods which can last between 5 years to her longest one was 5000. Typically she’ll rest for between 20-50 years at a time. and there’s a legit reason she does this too. But that’s not about family---

Point is that family is still very fond of their matriarchal demoness and she helped them found “Prometheus” a group to help humans deal with monsters and monsters live in peace. (cuz boy howdy do people have trigger fingers) there are other groups in their world with either similar goals or ones to ‘suppress’ monsters (example: The Order is a group who sees monsters as tools and lesser beings. sometimes Prometheus is forced to work with them and normally they send strong demons or dragons and such so that The Order can’t do anything to their operative. it was on one of these collaborations that Kai kidnapped Booberry from them. she regrets nothing.)

Kai often just refers to the current descendant as just “her nephew” as she’s too lazy to shove the amount of “great” in front of it because she’s old. there’s only one case of a niece and that’s where the bloodline ended (again that’s another story all together)

When Kai woke up after the Great Catastrophe alone she ended up meeting a young man named Leo (who if you look in Kai’s tag on my blog you can see him!) Who she bonded with and she likes hanging out with (and there’s other things but I’m not gonna talk about it)

There’s also her ‘generals’ and a few of them are gonna show in TLC soon (just a brief cameo) A group of 4 who’ve met Kai in a few incarnations and they always tend to get along. Original names were Matt, Trisha, Faith, and Maki is Maki (she’s an elf so she lives longer) Current names are Byron, Tiffny, Jacob and Maki. These four actually form Ren’s party when he’s trying to find his wife at the actual start of “Nightmare’s Dream” and you learn they each have a connection to Kai through the story.

Matt/Branden/Byron; he’s featured in the writing I mentioned up top, he’s kinda similar to Leo in the way he interacts with Kai as an almost human morality pet for Kai. He used to be Kai’s student when she was teaching, and his father was the warden at the jail her friend Sammy was in (this is the friend she lost) Matt can see through her disguise when she’s showcasing nightmares. Kai can cause hallucinations on targets using her ‘fear’ hence her title “king of fear” and normally they are only visible to her and her target. But Matt can see them.

He ends up getting in trouble a few times; once with a tribe of demons who want to turn children into imps, once with the literal Anti christ, once with a haunted house. And each time Kai was there and ends up saving him.

Matt later is in an accident and ends up reincarnating as a winged human named Branden and has all his past memories. So when he starts working at Prometheus as one of their ‘informants’ (aka he goes to gather information in both human and supernatural affairs. he’s referred to often as the angel of trust because of his silver tongue) and he meets her again he shouts something from one of his classes with her causing her to snap back on reflex until she realizes (running joke is Kai loathes Julius Ceaser and if you say his name she always whips around shouting “WAS A SLUT AND A HARLOT” in a very aggressive tone. It makes people laugh when she does and she always gets embarrassed afterwards)

The two of them end up working together for a while and become good friends (and maybe a bit more but they never state really) but then when with his new work partner Trisha (nicknamed angel of death, she works in the sector that deals with cleanup) he ends up betraying Prometheus and Trisha rips his wings off and kills him (this is the context between the ‘redraw’ meme I do every few years of a man with a bleeding back drowning)

Trisha is also someone who grew close to Kai (hence she killed Branden because his folly led to Kai nearly going berserk) but she was killed by a sleeper agent from the order. And this is how Kai lost two of her close friends.

Now backing up to Sammy the inmate one; he was with her when Kai met her first child, the young moon goddess Artemis. Arty is a constant for the demoness ever since she picked her up in the woods (her arc also has one of my favorite kai lines: (which i can’t find the direct line but)

Sam shuddered as he looked around the woods, “Do you ever feel like there’s 100 eyes watching you?”

“Yes but it didn’t work out so we broke up.” The demon responded flatly as she looked around with a deep set scowl.

While she was out with Sammy when he was hunting they ended up finding a little girl who turned out to be a new goddess and her elder sister was kidnapped by the embodiment of Greed in his attempt to become a god. Kai ends up stopping this but also kinda ends up becoming Arty’s mom. While she doesn’t raised Arty fully she does do a lot of teaching and such for her and does refer to her as “her daughter” and Arty calls her mom. when the great catastrophe occurs, Arty is one of the few gods who remained when the rest went to new ‘realms’ or simply vanished and is considered one of the main gods of their world because of this.

And then there’s her son Ganon, an Orc Lord she adopted when his village was ruined. he currently poses as her ‘demon king’ while she pretends to be the chancellor (this is the ruse she uses. normally heroes will fight the ‘king’ and lose but if they actually are a threat or have poor reasoning she kills them from behind. this is also how the story starts as someone found a spell to try and incapacitate her buttt)

There’s also morte and her daughter demeter (I’ve shown them before, a set of necromancers) who she’s very friendly with. Demeter even calls her aunty Kaya and loves to sit on her lap and such during meetings. (i have one snippet when Kai was recruiting someone to their side but hadn’t told her yet she was the REAL demon king and Demeter was sitting on her lap laughing) Morte is thankful to Kai for saving her circus (Morte runs a circus that helps those stuck in limbo pass on but at one point demons of sin over took it in a way to gather souls)

There’s also her friend Ciera, the daughter of the girm reaper. she’s Kai’s best friend for the most part of her life, and is the one who helps Ren when the gods of life and death try to prevent him from reincarnating again (which is like other things a whole other story) (she also briefly shows in Bone Stealer at one point. While visiting bunny’s sick grandmother, Bunny and Steve run into Ciera as she’s leaving. Steve stops Bunny from attacking her) She’s over all chill.

There’s also Nicki. Kai’s ‘twin’ brother. He’s the ‘bad guy’ through the arc that contains Leo and sets up ‘the great Split’ that Kai will cause (this is lore/plot stuff) He originally was raised to hate her by their maternal Uncle who’s a arch mage like Ren however he’s fallen due to his hatred of Kai’s birth. Nicki is not really her brother (in the first life) but a failed clone of the demoness. When Kai is reborn Nicki gets to actually be her brother and the two get along really well and he’s very protective of his sister now that he understands what her actual deal is and not the bs his uncle fed him. Before the rebirth too Nicki helped kai solve some stuff and worked with her until his death (unlike her, he was not immortal)

And then Kai actually has two bio children with Ren! Akito her son takes after her and he’s the one who takes over her role as the true demon king of Tir-Na-Nocht so she’s able to die and try life again, and a daughter, Rei who takes after Ren in looks but... she’s a himbo. pure moron. she got her grandpa’s himbo gene strong. She’s a cat girl who works with her brother and she is the head of the guard.

Aki actually has his own story where he grew up in a ‘mundane’ world but then his entire class got ‘isekaid’ to another. it gets shown that this isn’t truly the case. the great ‘split’ mentioned above was Kai literally broke the world in two realms. She made one primarily humans and high tech and then the other was magic and mostly monsters. there are a mix of both but it cut down heavily on the murder. She raised Aki in the human side for his and Rei’s safety due to them being the children of a fallen god (mama worries) and Aki inherited his mother’s odd ‘status’ “Hero/Demon King”  so he has to not expose his demon nature and also stay below the radar (it turns out the person who summoned them was attempting to break a centuries old treaty) until his mother and father can figure out what happened to him (thankfully he can go to a church and his older sister Arty can act as a messenger but there’s a bit of a time split in the worlds) That world is actually the one “Fae Rules” takes place in o7o.

She also is friends with a dead prince named “Shade” (yes this is who you think it is) as well as her ‘cousin’ Sena (who she loves to give shit to)

And in her second life she obvs has her brother, cousins, her father (her father’s boyfriend/her manny), aunt’s etc!!!

So yes; she had family other than her husband!!!! And she cherishes them all.

Day 6: Christmas food

Let me live in a world were Evan & Severus get married and their child is Luna.

She'll about 5 yrs old in this. @deepperplexity I would have uploaded sooner but we were celebrating me and my sister's birthday. Even tho our actual birthday is on the 7th.

The Manor was filled with the scent of many baked goods. Once you stepped inside it would smell like heaven and it would make you feel warm and safe. The heavenly smell could be found coming from inside the kitchen.

Inside the kitchen you can find a small girl, with blonde hair and light blue eyes, stirring some batter with intense focuse. Next to the girl was a tall male with shoulder length black hair that was tied back and piercing black eyes, he was currently setting down a batch of cooking that had recently finished baking.

"Not to fast Luna" He said and softly while smiling "We don't need that batter flying out everywhere now do we?" Luna shook her head rapidly and began to giggle "Ok Papa!"

Severus smiled and ruffled her hair before placing a kiss on top of her head. Luna giggled more and went back to mixing the batter like before.

The entire kitchen was filled with all sorts of sweets, for those who knew Severus well they would know about his major sweet tooth. And apparently his daughter seemed to obtain that sweet tooth of his which put a strain on his husband's wallet.

Come to think of it maybe it's time he and Luna go wake up said husband. Severus took the bowl from Luna who simply pouted. "Let's go wake up daddy, yeah?" and those words seemed to lift up her spirits.

Luna attempted to get of the chair she was on as quickly as possible. Severus chuckled and helped her down, once her feet touched the floor she dashed upstairs and to her parents bedroom.

"Don't run!" He shouted out and quickly went to follow his little girl. He made his way up the flight of stairs and once he reached the top he saw Luna jumping up and down with excitement in front of his bedroom door.

"Come on! Come on! Come on! Come on!" She chanted as she waited for her dad. "I'm coming, I'm coming" Severus laughed and opened the door slowly.

Luna ran inside and managed to jump onto the bed and quickly crawled over to her sleeping father. Severus walked over to the bed and grabbed a pillow "Here hun, use this to wake up daddy" He said happily.

She nodded happily and took the pillow from her dad and whacked her sleeping father with it "Wake up Dad! Wake up! Wake up!" She yelled out as she continued to hit him with the pillow.

Evan jolted awake and grabbed the pillow from his daughters hand. He threw the pillow at Severus who was laughing and went to grab his daughter and began to tickle her.

Luna's laughter echoed throughout the entire house and after a few minutes did Evan finally stop. "I'm up you little sugar monster" He said and Luna beamed "Yay!"

Severus smiled fondly at his husband and his child. The moment was interrupted by the sound of the door bell ringing. "Well I wonder who that could be" he said softly

"Auntie Lils!!!" Luna shouted out and hurriedly climbed off the bed to go and answer the front door. Evan chuckled and got out of bed himself "She really likes Lily" He stated "Well I would hope so, Lils is her godmother"

Evan smiled and pulled Severus into a hug "Mm" he hummed and placed a kiss on Severus's cheek "We should head downstairs" He added and Severus chuckled in response. The pair made their way out of their room and downstairs only to see Luna telling Lily about all the things they had baked.

Lily looked up and smiled at the couple "She really has your sweet tooth sev"

"Yes she does, and I'mgonna be broke soon" Evan said jokingly, Luna stuck her tongue out at him and Severus merely laughed. "Ok Enough of that, we made other food too" Severus stated and crossed his arms "I hope so cause I refuse to rot my teeth eating nothing but sugar" Lily said happily.

"Oh whatever" Evan spoke as he rolled his eyes. Lily giggled while she picked up her adoring niece and made her way to the kitchen. Both Severus and Evan followed suit while holding hands and smiling like there's no tomorrow.

Unlike prev anon, I don't think that the absence of the Burial Mounds siege in CQL really makes JC look better because suddenly deciding to push your martial brother off a cliff after the death of your sister who died to save him doesn't make JC more sympathetic, he's directly causing the death of WWX while at least in the book, you could finagle your way around it by using the argument that the 1st siege didn't really kill WWX (it did make JC an accessory to genocide tho, so there's that)1/5

It's because for me, his act is really not all that unplanned, just like when he tries to strangle WWX and violently put all the blame on him after the fall of Lotus Pier, the gestures maybe have been spontaneous under the influence of strong emotions, but the feelings behind those gestures had existed for a long time deep down in JC's heart and just found their natural expression in that particular scene at that particular moment. JYL's spontaneous action when WWX was at risk of being2/5

stabbed was to throw herself in the way of the blade, LWJ's was to catch WWX, never mind that his wounded arm had to take the full weight of a man, and if shock made JC take stupid decisions he'll regret later, if he really loved WWX, JC might as well have decided to fight all the assembled cultivators to protect the man JYL died for or something else equally rash. But he didn't, because by that time, he was already pretty much hating WWX and JYL's death was the last straw (ironically, her3/5

sacrifice made WWX even less deserving of living in JC's eyes). CQL did soften JC's character by removing some of his most callous lines and just by the fact that JC is played by a beautiful actor who spends half of his time looking stylishly sad when he's not bawling his eyes out, which automatically generates more sympathy. Adding the WQ love story was a mixed bag imo because on one side, it made him look less like a Wen hater on principle and more like a very inadequate and cowardly4/5

leader, unable to stand up even for the woman he professes to love, but on the other side, we got that scene in prison where he's like hey, so I totally support the wholesale massacre of your relatives, including your brother, but you still down for marrying me? JC, do you want a black cape and a villainous laugh to go with those lines?5/5

Oh, it definitely doesn’t look good for JC that his instinctive reaction to his sister sacrificing her life for their brother is to kill said brother at the first opportunity. What it does do is offer some sense of legitimacy to the whole “JC killed his brother in his unrestrained grief and then spent the next 13/16 years regretting it!” argument. Not much, we’re still talking about the guy who murdered his brother, spent the time he was dead torturing anyone who reminded him of him to death, and tried to kill him again as soon as he came back, but... you know.

The WQ story was... a whole thing. It was genuinely cute at first! When they’re in Cloud Recesses, and even the Wen indoctrination camp, it’s JC being hopelessly in love with someone waaaaaaaaay out of his league and trying to woo her! And failing, because WQ clearly has no interest in him, but it’s all very courtly and sweet. And then... well, as you say, he’s fully supportive of murdering her entire family down to the youngest child but still wants her to marry him and is upset when she gives back the symbol of that offer and essentially tells him to fuck off. The only way that scene with her returning the comb could be better is if she came straight out and said that since he would clearly never offer her family his support and protection she’d rather die with them than marry him and live while her new husband slaughters them. Because it’s clear that regardless of any feelings she may have had for JC (I personally don’t think there were any, I think she only accepted the comb because she thought the offer of a sect leader’s protection might come in handy until she realized any protection he’d give would require her to abandon her family, hence why she gave it back instead of keeping it as a memento or even selling it), it was the idea that he wanted her to watch her family die from her safe, cushy place in Lotus Pier that really turned her off marrying him. That and probably one question: If he was willing to let the brother he grew up with die rather than defend innocents, what would it take before he abandoned his Wen wife?

Wow...you would think that with the whole pandemic that I’d get these chapters out faster. But alas this year got the best of me too. I’ve been a lil vulnerable in the tags with y’all and the check-in messages really touched me. So thank you very much to everyone that has checked up on me and enjoyed the chapters! I appreciate all of you :3 So lets roll out the questions!

Q: Who is Iwata based off? A: Iwata is based off my self-insert, which is also me. I know that sounds a lil narcissistic but it’s that real life reference that you’re a spitting image of your parent. Iwata was designed to look and act very similar to his mother based off that. What made him a little more original and not a copy of my self-insert is the tropes I added. I mirrored the trope of that of the relationship between Steven and his mom in Steven Universe; where he adored, then hated but then came to terms that he is not his mom but someone better. A whole journey of self-discovery and self-worth.

Q: The representation is amazing! How did you come up with these queer characters? A: Glad you liked them! Like I’ve said in previous FAQs and in the tags, all these characters were dreamt and I just build upon them in writing. So yes, most of my characters were created queer in my dreams but I make them more in depth by setting up how they discovered they’re queer. I did a bit of research on coming out stories and self-discovery epiphanies to have these characters more relatable so a fellow queer reader feels seen in a way. There’s already too much hetero works out there, I just want to gay it up in a respectful way. 

Q: The culture mixing is really good and consistent, how do you do it? A: For starters, I am latina. But the culture mixing stems from my knowledge about other cultures through language. I’ve been studying Japanese for almost a decade now and Chinese for about 4 years, so it’s no surprise that I’m referencing them in my work. Maybe what I depict isn’t what other half-Japanese half-Latinx families do, but it’s what I’d do if I started such a family. Plus there’s some overlap within those cultures and it makes it easy to put into writing.

Q: So. much. drama! Why is this book more dramatic than the previous two? A: Book 3 is were main on-going plot gets picked up more and shows signs of resolution. In book 2, it was to focus on not only Lili and the family dynamic but to remind the reader that life moved on with little resolve for the self-insert character. Iwata has a HUGE role in the resolution but in his own special way. And I’m not saying the answer is love...but it’s leaning there. 

Q: You reference specific food and snacks in this AU/ what are your favorite Cheetos? A: Like I said, I’m latina! Of course I write in the food of my home culture. Mainly the home cooked meals my mom would make for me and my siblings. It might not seem like much to the reader, but those simple meals add to the narrative of being home and traditions that help them embrace their mixed heritage. The reference of Cheetos are all over this AU because they’re my favorite hot chip. Naturally, my favorite Cheetos are the Hot con Límon with chamoy. 

Q: Love that there’s no canon character deaths in this book so far, but are there any major deaths planned? A: Just one but it’s not a tragic, hero fallen type death. It’s a natural death but it’s gonna be a tear jerker. That death won’t come until the WAY end of this AU, so I’m not gonna spoil anything yet.

Q: Can’t believe you predicted Dabi’s true identity. A: It was obvious tho. I didn’t really predict anything canon if you’re an anime only for BNHA. In this AU (without spoiling too much) there’s no Endeavor redemption and Dabi doesn’t cause that big drama on live TV. So if you’re an Endeavor hater like me, you’re gonna love what I have in store for them in the next book!

Q: I love Tenya being a dad and loving husband in this AU! Will we see more dad moments? A: Glad you like those snippets of dad Tenya! I love writing them for my own indulgence since there isn’t enough love for this character in the fandom. Plus I see a whole lot of consistent readers are Iida-stans and that makes me want to write more married fluff whenever I can.

Q: Beizu is best boi/Who is Beizu based off of? A: Beizu is the genius trope in this book. I made his character a more chill version of his mom but with that ‘who is my dad’ trope. Beizu is part of a trio that’s to mirror the agent trio of Ita, Jin and Mimi. The third member is yet to be revealed but they’re a BIG plot device in the coming book. But Beizu is one of my favorite OCs, maybe I’ll do a ranking of my OCs when everyone is introduced. 

Q: The villains and Hawks plot has me SHOOK! What’s going to happen to hero society when this case gets solved? A: Without spoiling it, the truth is going to expose the corrupt higher ups in hero society. The kids in the household has a part in taking down hero society as well but in their own, special way. Iwata has the biggest part in closing the case (but it’s spoiler if I say how), Lili and twins help tearing down minor things like education systems and laws. I will say though, the case gets resolved after the trio retires because Ita gets to return to America and found an heir to the company before they could draw to a conclusion. Which is a happy ending at the end of the storyline, no major deaths!

Q: Confirmed weddings? A: Yes :) because Lili and Iwata deserve good things and love. The twins have it easy in the coming book. Lili’s comes first and Iwata’s comes later than expected (can’t say why yet, gotta keep reading :3). I guess I can say that all of them get married but Lili’s and Iwata’s are the only queer ones. All the spouses that marry into the family take the Iida name, so Lili and Hanaka don’t change family names when they get married! Y’all already know those wedding chapters are gonna be lavish and take up most of the chapter, you’ll love them.

Q: But are the kids Joji stans? A: Oh jeez...they are the same way we like 80′s music. It’s pleasant to listen to but kinda cringe when you see your parents dance to it. I don’t really portray it, but the family digital library has all of Joji’s music in a playlist called ‘Sad hours Soundtrack’. If you ask Mr Muffins 2.0 who last listened to the playlist, they’ll snitch who and how many times it has been looped. That’s how Tenya knows who needs cheering up.

Q: I love the little references to their childhood, what else can you tell us about their pre-book childhood? A: As I said a few times in the tags, I cut a ton of stuff that isn’t relevant to the plot. Most of it was their childhood and how they manifested their quirks. Lili really liked to scream before she learned to talk, a very fast learner and at 3 years old got her engine quirk and later that year showed signs of a second quirk. Iwata was very quiet child, hardly cried or gets upset but latched on to mom a lot. His first words were in Spanish but struggled a bit with Japanese before entering kinder. Tensei was born first, then Hanaka followed 10 minutes later. Hanaka’s fire quirk manifested after the first breast feeding when she was getting burped by mom in the hospital. Mom likes to believe Tensei came out first to warn everybody that Hanaka can breathe fire. Tensei didn’t manifest his metal quirk until the age of 7, making him a very late bloomer. Though very different in personalities, Hanaka and Tensei get along and get very creative when it’s playtime. Up until the age of 5, mom would place Hanaka in kindling to get the BBQ grill or bonfire started. Hanaka has been known to randomly burst into flames as a baby, so Tensei had to sleep in a different crib for his safety. Tensei spent more time reading as a child because everyone was focused on managing Hanaka’s flames, thus making him a very studious boy.

Q: Not an AU question, but how are you doing?/ We don’t mind waiting for the chapters! Please take your time. A: I’ve been getting check ins and validation in my asks for the inconsistent schedule. Too many things came at me this year, both good and bad. I was doing well in speech and debate that I went to nationals and prepared myself for some serious competition, leaving no time to do chapters. Then I fell in and out of depressive episodes during lockdown where I’m from. In the summer my grandmother passed away from the virus in Mexico, then my beloved dog Mr Muffins passed away of old age. Those deaths hurt me and my family the most that I was having a hard time trying to cope plus trying to be responsible by adhering to CDC guidelines (I’m in the immune-comprised group). In my want to get over my grief, I trained and received my certificate in ordained ministry (yea I know that’s not the best first step, but I just needed to feel like I’ve achieved something being cooped up at home). I’ve very grateful that theres some readers that see the tags and check up on me. All your kind words gives me a little strength to write and finish every chapter at my pace.

Q: More art please? A: Yes :3 I have one coming up real soon! After the end of this book is where I’ll be releasing some art as a sort of place holder.

Q: Is the the estate drama eluding to the ending? A: Yup! And it will show up every now and then in the next book.

Q: This is a really good self insert AU! There’s complexity to your character and others...how do you write these interactions/relationships really close to actual ones? A: Thanks for the complement :3 When I first started this AU, I was in the middle of my semester of a creative writing course. Near the end of book 2 was when I finished the course work for it and by then you could see the progression in writing. ALSO, I’m a communications major as well! Writing these relationships and other social things were things that I remembered learning in my interpersonal communications class. I was a bit on fence on whether or not to start this AU because I didn’t think my writing skill was at all that good. With some encouragement from my classmates and friends, I pushed myself to write this whole AU out. I don’t plan on stopping until I finish the storyline, plus I hate leaving things unfinished.

And that wraps up this FAQ! Hopefully I got everyone’s questions since most were check-ins for me. But expect the last chapter for book 3 in the next few days. After Book 3, I’m going on a lil hiatus until the end of February. I have so many life events happening in the upcoming weeks that I’m gonna need time to recharge before resuming this AU. The look on Bruce's face when he walked into the exam room told you everything you needed to know. It was a look you had seen twice before already. He pushed his glasses to the top of his head and took a seat in front of you. You didn't want to meet his gaze; you didn't want to see the regret and worry that filled his eyes. It would only make you feel worse.

"Y/N-"

"I know," you whispered.

The first miscarriage happened when you were sixteen weeks along. You and Tony had already started decorating the nursery for your baby girl. Both of you thought that it had been the stress from going on missions, so when you decided to try again, you took a few months leave. And then you were ten weeks along when the second one happened. Despite Bruce running every test possible, he had no idea what was causing it. Your hormones were level. You were stress-free, for the most part. Not knowing had hit you harder emotionally than you thought it would.

You didn't know you were pregnant this time around. From the cramping you felt, you thought it was just your period showing up early. But the alarms went off in your head, and something told you to go see Bruce. There had been too much blood - too much pain - for it to be normal.

He didn't have to say anything this time because you knew. Complete miscarriage. It would be your third one within the last two years. You weren't sure if you could be sad about this one since you weren't attached to the idea of being pregnant yet, but you couldn't stop the dread from forming a pit in your stomach.

"I know this might not be what you want to hear, but I think I've figured out what may be causing the miscarriages."

Bruce flipped through the file in his lap and looked up at you expectedly. He wasn't going to tell you unless he knew you were ready to hear it. You gave him a curt nod, signaling him to continue. After everything you've been through, it couldn't possibly get worse.

"I went over the ultrasound we did when you had the second miscarriage. It looks like your gynecologist missed something." He handed you a picture from the ultrasound, but you had no idea what you were looking at. "There's scarring on your ovaries and your uterus. The damage is severe, and it's a miracle you managed to get pregnant in the first place. Three times is even more surprising."

You chewed on your bottom lip. You didn't like where this was going.

"The scarring is-" Bruce paused for a moment and took a deep breath. "The scarring is congruent with radiation treatments."

You squeezed your eyes tightly and shook your head. You were wrong, it got worse. So much worse.

You were eighteen when you and your sorority sisters got mixed up with a group that promised to give you abilities beyond your wildest dreams. You thought it was a hoax, but you went along with it anyways. If your friends were going to do it then you figured you might as well too. Five hundred dollars and three radiation treatments later, you were granted with the gift of electricity manipulation. None of you should have gone through with it. It had been dangerous, and some of you didn't make it out alive.

"So, you're telling me that because of a dumb decision I made when I was eighteen, I can't have kids? I have to go home and tell my husband when he returns from saving another country that I am the sole reason he cannot have a child." You sniffled. It was your fault. All this grief and false hope happened because of you.

Bruce tried to stop you from walking out of the room, but you pushed him to the side and darted out. You couldn't breathe. It was all your fault, and you'd have to be the one to break the news to Tony. Tears poured from your eyes as you thought about what his reaction would be. What if he hated you? What if he didn't want to be with you anymore? You couldn't blame him if he chose to leave. He deserved to be with someone who could give him everything he wanted.

Someone who wasn't broken.

You weren't ready to go back home yet, so you took the long route there. You found yourself stopping at the park that was only a block away from your building. "But it is, Tasha! If I never did the radiation to trigger my underlying mutant abilities, I'd be able to have kids."

"And if you never had your mutant abilities, you never would have joined S.H.I.E.L.D. You never would have met Tony and fallen in love with each other. You can't believe that this is your fault because of one decision that did a lot of good for you."

She wasn't surprised when you didn't respond. You didn't want to believe her, but you knew her statement held some truth. Meeting Tony had been a whirlwind of a time. You had met him just after the Chitauri attack on New York. He struggled to cope with everything that happened, and you helped him through it. Well, you helped him with what you could anyways. He had a lot of internal battles he needed to figure out for himself.

When he got better, he asked you out to dinner to say thank you. Dinner had gone a lot better than you both expected, and he insisted you keep seeing each other. You almost said no because he seemed a little too confident in his ability to woo you, but you ended up agreeing anyways.

Part of you couldn't believe five years had passed since that first date.

"What am I going to do now, Tasha?" You whimpered. "What if he doesn't want to be with me anymore? He's talked about having kids for the past two years. The more we struggle, the more it affects him. I can't disappoint him with this."

Nat rubbed her hand along your arm and rested her head on top of yours. "I think you're underestimating how much Tony cares about you."

His mother tried to comfort him and promised to buy new batteries tomorrow, but he didn't stop crying. You sent a small jolt of electricity towards the toy and watched it come back to life. The little boy gasped, which brought a smile to your face.

The smile didn't last long, though. You started to think about all of your lost opportunities, and it had slipped right off your face.

Nat looked between you and the toddler and let out a frustrated breath. There was nothing she could say right now that would make you stop wallowing. You had every right to be upset. Your whole life had been turned upside just a few hours ago, and she knew that you'd be hurt for a while. All she could do was offer a shoulder to cry on and try to distract you.

"Why don't we get some food? I think we both deserve to cheat on our Avenger diets and eat a pizza," Nat suggested.

You managed a small laugh. "That sounds good."

It really did sound good. You couldn't remember the last time you had eaten pizza.

You invited Nat back to your penthouse apartment. She ordered a large pizza to split between the two of you while you searched for a movie to watch. It was silly to think that a girl's night would help clear your head from the thoughts plaguing your mind, but it was worth a shot. You didn't want to send Nat away and be alone for the next few hours. Being alone was never a good thing when you were upset.

You held up two DVD cases and turned to face Nat. She already made herself comfortable on you couch, her feet propped up on the coffee table. You were torn between watching The Shining and Pet Sematary and needed a second opinion. You were in no mood to watch sappy chick flicks tonight. You needed some horror to balance out your feelings.

Nat pointed at The Shining, and you nodded. It was definitely a good night to watch The Shining.

You plopped down on the couch next to her and placed your head on her shoulder as the movie started. The pizza wouldn't be here for another hour, if you were lucky, so you didn't hesitate to get comfy. Nat pulled the blanket over the both of you but stayed quiet. You were thankful she didn't push talking about what happened. You didn't want to think about it. Not until Tony got home.

There was going to be a lot to talk about then.

Tony stepped into the apartment, surprised at the silence that greeted him. He walked towards the living room and smiled when he saw you curled up on the couch fast asleep. He moved to turn off the TV when Nat emerged from the kitchen, an empty pizza box in her hand. Tony jumped in surprise when he saw her.

"You know, I'm starting to feel bad for Bruce. You spend more time here with my wife than you do with him," Tony observed. "If you're looking for a threesome kind of experience, you should know that I'm not at flexible as I used to be. I'd hate to disappoint you."

Nat rolled her eyes. "Don't flatter yourself. If I wanted to sleep with your wife, I wouldn't want you in the middle of it."

"I'm going to choose to ignore that comment."

Tony walked past Nat and headed into the kitchen to grab a drink. He motioned for her to follow him, which she did. He had a feeling there was a reason she was here, and by the grave look on her face, he knew it wasn't just for a girl's night. He wanted to make sure their chatter didn't wake you up.

You rarely slept lately, and you didn't think he noticed, but he did. He wasn't about to ruin your chance to get a few hours in before he brought you to bed.

"To what do I owe the visit, Romanoff?" He grabbed a beer from the fridge and popped the top off. He offered one to Nat, but she declined.

"She had another miscarriage, Tony."

He stared at the bottle in his hand, and his eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"But she-"

"She was only a few weeks along this time. Neither of you knew about it."

His stomach twisted, and he wasn't in the mood to drink anymore. He placed his hands on the counter, trying to steady himself as he processed what Nat told him. Why hadn't you called him? You had to have known he would have abandoned his mission and come home right away. He should have been there for you during this time. Not Bruce. Not Nat. It should have been him.

He didn't know the extent of what the miscarriages could do to your body, but he had a feeling it wasn't healthy to experience three within two years. You refused to talk about it with him. You assured him that you were fine, and you were ready to keep trying for a baby. You didn’t think he noticed the changes in you, but he did. You looked exhausted. You were always nauseous. No matter how many times you swore you were healthy, he never believed you.

If you kept pushing to have a baby, he worried it would kill you. Maybe thinking that was just paranoia eating at him, but he didn't want to risk anything. He couldn't lose you.

"Do we know why this keeps happening?" Nat looked down at her hands. She didn't want to tell him before you did, but she knew you were terrified of Tony's reaction. "If you know something, please tell me."

"Bruce found scarring on her uterus that was overlooked during her last miscarriage. He said it was a miracle that she even got pregnant and kept a baby for as long as sixteen weeks." She reached over and gently placed her hand on top of his. "She's blaming herself, Tony. The scarring is from radiation exposure."

He cleared his throat and stepped back from Nat's touch. His mind was reeling from this new information, but he was more concerned for you. He knew how your mind worked. As soon as Bruce told you about the scarring, you must have hated yourself. He understood why you didn't call now. You hadn't been ready to face him. You thought he was going to hate you.

After everything you two have been through, he could never hate you. Not in a million years.

He thanked Nat for telling him and excused himself from the kitchen. He didn't bother with saying goodbye - she knew when to take her leave. The only thing he wanted to focus on right now was you.

He had a plan. He just needed time to get everything together.

You woke up feeling confused. All remnants of Nat being there earlier had disappeared. In fact, the living room was more spotless than it had been before you fell asleep. You folded the blanket and placed it on the back of the couch. There was no way Nat was still here, but you wondered if Tony had come home yet. And if he had, why hadn't he woken you up?

Your heart hammered in your chest. The idea that Bruce called Tony during his mission had you frozen in front of your bedroom door. You should have called him immediately after you found out the news. If he found out from someone else, you couldn't imagine how upset it made him.

When you opened the door, you saw Tony sitting on the edge of the bed. You noticed a small stack of papers in his hands, and your heart dropped. Divorce papers. They had to be divorce papers because what else could they be? You bit down on your lip until you tasted blood. You couldn't cry in front of him. You had to be strong. You had to listen to what he had to say and accept whatever decision he had made.

You didn't blame him. You couldn't.

"Hi," you greeted weakly. You hated how your voice betrayed your calm exterior.

Tony looked up at you, a soft smile on his face. He placed the stack of papers on the bed next to him, and he patted his lap. You hesitated a moment before stepping over to him. You straddled his thighs and wrapped your arms around his neck to keep you steady. You couldn't bring yourself to look at the papers. You weren't ready to know the truth.

"I know about the miscarriage." Your head dropped at his words, but he tapped under your chin to get you to look back up at him. "I wish you would have called me. I should have been here for you. I know I'm not a sexy red-head who gives great advice, but I'd like to think I'm somewhat decent at comforting you."

You chuckled and hid your face in the crook of his neck. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. This is all my-"

"Ah, ah! No, I don't want to hear you say that it's your fault. None of this is your fault, do you understand?"

"But-"

"I'm sorry, it sounds like you're trying to argue with me. I thought we agreed, I'm only ever wrong when I agree that I am."

You rolled your eyes. Somehow, even with his usual snarky self, he still knew the right thing to say to make you feel better. You thought he would hate you, but you should have given him more credit. He stuck around after two miscarriages. A third wasn't going to magically make him stop loving you. You'd never admit it out loud, but Nat had been right. You underestimated how much he cared for you.

"I love you," you mumbled against his skin. "I love you so much."

Tony rubbed his hands up and down your back, and you instantly relaxed at his touch. You spent so much of your day panicking and hating yourself because you thought you would lose Tony, it drained you. You were ready to fall asleep in his arms, but you still had one more thing to question.

"What are the papers?" You asked, raising your head to look up at him again. "If you're not. . .if you're not leaving me then what are they?"

"I'm going to pretend like you didn't just suggest that I would ever leave you over this and just show you." He grabbed the packet and held it in front of you. You adjusted yourself in his lap, so you could grab the papers from him. You tried to ignore the smile that was making its way on his face as you looked through the papers. You didn't understand what he was so excited about yet.

It was an application packet. You flipped through pages and pages of questionnaires, trying to understand what you were looking through. You finally flipped back to the front page, and your eyes grew wide when it clicked in your head. You were looking through an application for a local adoption agency.

"Tony, I- I don't-"

"You are the one person in this world that I cannot lose. I don't want to keep trying for a baby if it's going to hurt you." Tony delicately pushed your hair behind your ears, and you smiled at the gesture. "We're still going to have a child together, though. You are going to be the best mother, Y/N. I have no doubt in my mind about that. I just need you to trust me here. We're in this together."

Tears pooled in your eyes, and you looked between his face and the application. There was an overwhelming feeling of happiness swelling your chest. What you were feeling reminded you of the first time you found out you were pregnant. You both had been overjoyed with the news, and you were ready to take that next step.

This was your chance to try again. It wasn't what either of you had planned for your future, but you learned early to roll with the punches. You were married to Tony Stark, and you were a mutant. Normal had never been in the cards for you, but you were grateful that you had each other.

"Did I mention that I love you?" You teased, wiping the happy tears away with the back of your hand.

"Once or twice, but I don't mind hearing it again," Tony quipped. "I love you most. And I will always love you."

I like these heroes and all, but none of them are particular faves the fact that I think SO MANY OTHER FAVES were are RIGHT before them this ep just kinda overshadows their existence for me. This ep was a roller coaster oh my god. Non stop plot not that the tournament is done, and we saw like EVERY CHARACTER my feeble heart could not keep up. The ONLY thing that bothered me was part of the fight sequence at the end, like it was half drawn beautifully half animated so stiff and blocky ??? Threw me for a loop. But next week is only gonna get more intense??? I’m gonna guess we’ll get through the Elder Centipede fight??? But then what does that mean for the last episode??? I am full of SO MANY QUESTIONS??? I really don’t want the season to end yet, 12 eps is not enough. There’s only 2 more. Just. I’m not ready to let go of my bbs it feels like I only JUST got them… Well! So, I don't really have month/day precise birthdays for my ocs? :'D I don't even know how that would work on SW and I suck at star signs so… I can say Illyrio is born in 3682 BBY and that makes him 42 during the events of Makeb (which is the year he meets Muhn, if that works as a reference), and that I fancy calling him a Scorpio cause I guess it kinda fits. 

2. Gender Identity

Cis man. It never really went further for him, he always was comfortable that way.

3. Orientation and Relationship status (single, taken (by who?), crush (on who?))

Bisexual. Married to Muhren in 3637 BBY in canon universe; alternatively fancying his mess agent Blakk in other ones and .. well, both in some others. >>

He was born on Ziost, in a slave breeding and training facility. He lived some years in an apartment at Dromund Kaas but now has set residence in his mansion on Voss, despite his work not often allows him to spend long periods of time there.

They have a number of scars, most prominent being the slave marking on his face, the whip scaring on his back and the lightsaber mark on his chest.

11. Do they have any notable features, like horns, tails, or so on?

Aside from the slave markings and, I guess, the white hair (not that much of a significant feature when alien races are involved :'D ) he doesn't really have any, no.

12. Own any pets?

Nope, thank the Force, he doesn't have to deal with his daughter's Nexus anymore and he's happier this way. 

13. Have any kids?

Yes, his daughter Khatyrkite, that he had at 23 and adopted when she was 7.

No. Let's leave it to that. :’D

They can sing but it's not that easy to make them. They can formally dance with dignity, but not much else. Too rigid.

Yes, but prefers to be driven around.

Yes, double-bladed lightsaber and Force training. When younger he was also quite dangerous bare-handed but he hasn't trained that skill in a while.

Not really… his lightsaber, I suppose. Old beads for his braid. But he isn't emotionally attached to many of his belongings.

27. What’s their family like? Who’s in it? What’s their relationship with them?

Before Muhn his family was basically only his daughter, Khatyrkite, and they were close, despite Illyrio's initial efforts not to be so. She grew on him and managed to slowly but surely make his fear more of an after-though. He didn't want to get attached to someone so easy to love. An alien child with no practical education thrown into the Academy of Korriban? Khatyrkite had to work hard to prove she could do it. And he did make her work, considering it necessary that she could prove and defend herself without her father's title to protect her. They have great affection for each other, even of it's often left unspoken, and even if not as strong as before, they still have their Force bond to prove it, even to each other.

28. Are they literate? Did they go to school? How long? What level? 

They are literate, and learned most of his basic knowledge during slave training. The rest he took up keeping company to the young Master during his studies and generally during slave life. Then there was the Sith Academy and then he was taken as an Apprentice and Abraxas finished his education. He learned the rest on the way.

29. What was childhood like?

Not much of a childhood, let's say that. Studies, collars, biological engineering, slave training directed into obedience and alienation to self.

30. What was adolescence like?

Spent serving as a company slave in a high ranking noble family in Ziost. Let's say stunted.

31. What’s their current main conflict?

Finding any peace between overworking and starting to let go but risking losing status/power and a certain state of security born from habit.

32. What steps have they taken to overcome this conflict

Trusting more of his emotional baggage, vulnerability and work on his husband.

33. How have they changed over time?

He has become less.. unstable. Sith training following his slave one had pushed on many of the emotions he had been repressing beforehand, so, well, it made for a powerful Sith, but not much of an emotionally stable individual. He got in touch with more of himself and on what truly he wanted to be for his Muhn.

34. What’s their room look like right now?

It's a mix between his rich but organised deco and Muhn's pretty clutter and his plants. Rich, elegant colors overall, generally elegant but comfortable looking, cushions, big bed, big windows, woods, a library. His room is his comfort place, really, and probably one of the rooms he spends more time in aside from his training room and the gardens.

35. What are they like as a friend?

Bad. Bad-ish.

36. What are they like as a partner?

He.. gets better at it, given a little time. >> The sex is good.

They are not fond of deep waters, but can manage them. They detest Force inhibition devices.

They haven't gone in one in… dam forever. They wouldn't know at this point, really. It's a mix between wanting to be in a place where he wouldn't be recognized and his desire to keep his status and power close.

Rich, hot, spiced coffee.

40. What time do they go to bed, usually?

Depends, they are very used to an irregular sleep pattern.

Depending on how much time they have, the very least composes shower and a minimum of beauty care, they usually pick their clothes the day before. They usually snack something quick if they have the time and take a caff or directly a stim, if need be.

We struggle with other people's expectations and we don't want to be seen as weak or exploitable, I suppose. For how different we are I suppose the rest is pretty more obvious, but, mhn, I blame myself much more quickly, despite my barriers, so, well, instead of killing people I just get sad, I suppose. :'3

Aside from their natural Togruta markings, nope, and if they were to get them/had got them in the past, wouldn't hesitate to have them removed.

Lekku and Montrals? :'D they are curved in the front so they do catch the eye.

No. They didn't have the position for one for a long time and then never really gotten to it. Probably scared they would do a bad job taking care of one.

They can't really, no. :'3 they can manage a survivalist meal but they essentially rely on other to get food.

They can't really sing, but it's not a passion of their so they never really did any practice worth of it. They can dance, but only a selection of simple things, essentially for their job. They don't mind dancing casually, and are pretty good at it. At least, they are pretty to look at doing so.

Taking care of themself with beauty products or with a mani-pedi is a luxury they couldn't afford for a long time and it does marvels to their mood so they indulge in gladly it when they have some me time. Also they have a sometimes strained relationship with their looks, so making themself pretty makes them happy. Aside from that they like simple pad games, to run and spend some time in shooting ranges.

But both of those things have been incorporated in jobs for a long time, so, well, aside from having a particular relationship with both, defining them "guilty" pleasures is complicated. I guess they like being pampered, sexually or not, so there's that.

27. What’s their family like? Who’s in it? What’s their relationship with them?

They don't have a family, nor good memories from the orphanage, so, probably the closest they got to family was, first, at Madame's institute, where they really come in touch with a positive collective/community. They started coming in touch with themself and with others in a way that was more than family than ever before. Of course they wanted to rebuild that with the Golden Rose, even if it became with times more "officious" with the number of workers and clients and regulations that came with it. But they do want people to feel safe with the Rose, and want them to feel at least a little bit like family.

28. Are they literate? Did they go to school? How long? What level? 

They are literate, and studied at the orphanage until they left, so, they are not very knowledgeable after that. They didn't continue studies, only tried to pick up some decent bases to start being more independent after Madame picked them up. They worked hard to be functional as owner of the Golden Rose, and that's where they are at. 

29. What was childhood like?

They weren't very happy at the orphanage, didn't felt like they belonged. It ended up with them running away, so...

30. What was adolescence like?

A mix between rebellious orphanage life, naive Nar Shadda and bling/bling fascination and the basically spoiled, responsibility-free life as a Crime Lord doll. It was.. maybe not as practically formative as it could have, overall.

They became more self-aware, more conscious of themself and their choices. More independent, and such, with a bigger presence, allowing them to also create better and stronger bonds with people. With a helping hand they started shedding all the bad preconceptions they had on their life, even if it really took years and years to come to terms with some truth about themself and their past, but well, they got back on their feet. Now they have a house, they pay bills, they own and handle a host house that oversees many people that Apate wants to protect. So, well, I can't really tell how they changed, cause they didn't, not really. It was still them, all along, but I guess they own themself a bit more every day.

For Fun

34. What’s their room look like right now?

It's a pretty big room, but essentially on the minimalist side. Very clean and shiny, with its marble floors and big window on the High District. It's not cluttered and Apate doesn't spend that much time in it, but when they do they find it more peaceful for it to be essential but pretty and expensive looking in its decor and composition.

35. What are they like as a friend?

Devoted, sometimes harsh and too up-front, but also generous and affectionate.

36. What are they like as a partner?

They haven't had much experience in that field yet, so, maybe, distant, even if not on purpose. They are not really used to the practicality of building ties so ever-present and strong, they are still very much used to deal with things on their own. But very sweet, very tactile, very inquisitive, playful.

Of losing themself in someone's idea of them. Again.

38. Did/do they go anywhere special for vacations?

They haven't taken a vacation in ages, they want to quite bad. Anything different from Nar Shadda would be welcome, but they probably want the pampering vacation treatment. They do have an affinity for water, because of their ex, so maybe somewhere they could swim a bit.

Everyday something different, they don't like caff but drinks it daily so spicing things up is their way. Now it's usually Terjam that buys caff for them, so they enjoy being surprised.

40. What time do they go to bed, usually?

It depends, the Rose usually "opens" late in the morning and closes later at night, but it depends if there are events or not, and if Apate has plans or not. They are more akin to the night life, and Nar Shadda Never really sleeps, so it's not unusual for them and some friends to have late evening shopping sprees or date nights or such. It will depend on how much work there had been during the day.

41. What’s their morning routine like?

They take their time. They wake up slow and then stretch and drink water and then shower, quick breakfast with either milk/yogurt/sweet cheese and some fruits while listening to radio/the news, and then make up and dressing up and then to the Golden Rose where they take a coffee and some pastries with Terjam before starting work around 10:00.

Thinking it was a good idea to escape to Nar Shadda with no money or friends or knowledge of the city at the peak of 15 years old.

There's been two. One when Mikawlas died, and Apate found themself mourning, furious, hurt and dependent on the little skills they had to survive from there on. The second was when Madame picked them up and helped them detox and then got them back on their way to manage themself independently and redefine boundaries in a way that could better connect them to themself and a thriving comfort zone.

Apate almost lost themself, and skipped many steps of their emotional and practical development growing up in not-so-healthy environments. They never really had a family, they rushed and yet mellowed through their adolescence without any real friends of their age, they suffered a big loss pretty young and then started living off favours and on the street without really a support and foundation to evolve. 

Then they got back to their feet, and found their ambitious drive again, and created the Golden Rose and wasn't that just *chef kiss*.

Former drug addiction, stunt in personal growth and past trauma being overcome, sex work and its relation to their own sex drive and desire, curiosity and extroversion, sex positivism, grooming, fashion and beauty care.

Tell me all about Wynn!

O GOSH, if you are ready for the wall of text, I shall tell you all XD Short version: Abandoned kid, who mixed with a wrong bandit gang, caused him a lot of issues and trauma, but he’s recently been trying to recover and move forward. VERY VEEERY LONG AND WINDED version under the cut (a lil gruesome too) No, really, it is very long, you have been warned:

Wynn is a child of two Scarlet Crusaders, (neither originally was one, but dad met a girl and she got mixed up and mind filled with nonsense, and he dumbly followed her because love and rest is history), he also has an aunt and cousin (Elyonn) through his dad with whom he only recently rekindled, as they fell out of touch as soon as father became a crusader. Mother was a zealous fanatic, always pushing Wynn to learn and study, as soon as he was able to grasp what letters are, something he really had no interest in, or really much talent, he preferred to run around and play with animals. He also befriended every single cat in the monastery, much to his mother’s annoyance. His dad, while also pretty zealous, at least from parent perspective, was a decent guy and understood that Wynn was his own human being and let him run off and play, cover up for him when he did that, help his study so it wasn’t as tedious and one of the fondest memories Wynn has of his dad, was sneaking out the monastery to go to Darkmoon Faire, and he still enjoys the event as it reminds of simpler times. Scar on Wynn’s cheek is actually from his mother, when she was disciplining him, and he has very little memory of the woman. His dad, per mother’s insistence, took Wynn on one of the crusades, in the attempt to expand, only to perish to the undead, Wynn being the only survivor. Wynn was temporarily placed in the orphanage, and letters were sent to the mother (which she ignored, in a blind zealousy of ‘Light will bring my son back to me’ sort of thing), and after many fruitless attempts, and zero replies from either the Crusade or the mother, Wynn was placed for adoption, under the presumption, his mother was dead. Wynn had no idea what his aunt’s name was, otherwise he would’ve mentioned her. (mother dies years later in Northrend, killed by some adventures for a bounty, while part of the Scarlet Enclave. Wynn saw the poster and had zero emotion on the matter, even when he found out the bounty was fulfilled)

There was a noble High Elf couple. Not a loving marriage, girl got married of to the guy from status/money, and he completely ignores her for his studies. He ignores her so hard she can't even get him to do 'husband duties' of having kids, so she eventually manages to convince him to at least adopt for now, so when they do have kids, they have a sibling. He waves her off as 'yeah whatever go for it' so of to the orphanage she goes, and meets Wynn. She find kindred spirit in his situation, and they bond, and after several visits, she signs the papers and formally adopts him. Husband doesn't even realize she adopted a human boy, he was glad he could focus on his studies and she was out of his hair, but when he did notice he just '???? why a human?' she explained that she bonded with this guy the most and he needed a loving home. He just shrugs and even tries to teach Wynn to be a warlock like him, 'cept turns out Wynn had zero magical affinity, in that direction at least and his magic was more nature based. His new mom signed up with one of local hunters and that's where he learned to be a hunter, and eventually got his first pet, a wolf named Timber. Fast forward a few years ahead, Wynn is 14-ish, his parents finally got a kid of their own ( a girl, Wynn gets a long with her wonderfully) but husband starts dabbling in magic more hardcore, to the point of borderline fel corruption (he also becomes a blood elf). Before anything bad happens, mom scoops up the kids, moves to Dalaran, and sends the dad divorce papers in the mail, through her family. 

Dalaran is city of magic, his mom goes to become a teacher and an archmage eventually, as she's a mage herself, sister also becomes a mage and Wynn just...can't put himself anywhere and he feels a bit left out but he does eventually manage to get a job, as turns out with a gang. He doesn't mind because they, seemingly, just bunch of smugglers, which is what Wynn does at least, stealing and smuggling. As it later turns out they go much deeper, murders, kidnapping you name it. Wynn stick to his little branch and keeps his head low, but when he finds out about their darker dealings, he becomes afraid for his family, so he decides to leave and go to Stormwind branch, to keep them safe, in case he fucks up, god forbid. (Never happens, I will bring it up later) He witnessed guys hands cut off because they upset the leader or people be thrown to the dogs for worse etc that sorta brutal, like fallout raider level brutal. They're an average crime gang tho as long as you don't piss anyone off. Dating someone on the outside of the gang wasn't forbidden but you know, you gotta be careful like I imagine one would have to if they are in a gang and their SO isn't. Wynn briefly had a bf in the gang it didn't work out, dude got salty tried to get Wynn killed 'cept he got looked on like an idiot and got killed instead, for 'abusing power'. Wynn did get a girlfriend outside the gang later on. Cute girl, simple farmer's daughter on one of the many farms in Elwyn Forest. He told her he's in a gang, didn't tell which, but he wanted to be honest. She was fine with it, and they made plans to run away eventually and start a new life. All was well until the gang got a whiff of them wanting to run away. Long story short, this guy named Fist, slits the girl's throat in front of Wynn, saying no one leaves, and now that he has no reason to leave, he shouldn't want to, "And if this, didn't convince you...' as he shoots Timber as well, and if he is still thinking about it, they'll come for his mother and sister too. I honestly have no idea how Wynn didn't fucking snap completely in that moment, but he gained a lot of anxiety and commitment issues, it take a while for him to even establish something with Fred, who is thankfully patient, and loves Wynn and is willing to do whatever as long as he is comfortable.

The whole thing actually pushes Wynn to run away anyways, goes fuck knows where under a new name, tries to go clean, gets taken in a by a older widowed blacksmith and his two sons about his age. All goes well for like 6 months. Wynn finally feels he ran away and moved on, 'cept that when he comes home one day, to find blacksmith and his sons dead (along with 2 bandits) with clear signs of fight. Blacksmith has a note on his back stuck with a knife 'We told you: no one leaves'. Wynn runs away again, joins smaller scale gang near Lakeshire for protection, goes back to petty thievery, and that's when he gets caught by Fred who throws him in the Stormwind jail which is a no no. They keep doing this thing where Wynn runs away Fred puts him back for like 5 times before Fred asks why does he keep doing that to which Wynn just '...did you really just ask me why I don't wanna be in jail?' 'No I mean people usually welcome staying in jail for safety' 'well it ain't safe the for me'tldr he is basically just afraid to fall in love again in fear off that person getting killed again. Arguably, Fred is not a defenseless farm girl, he'd like to see them try and kill him, but still that is genuine fear, and he has a break down when he accidentally lets 'I love you' slip, they fucked that boy up pretty hard.

Wynn and Fred relationship is another filled rant, but to keep it short, they didn't really like each other at first, were together because Wynn was helping Fred clear out his former gang, as Fred is a mercenary and there were contracts for some of them. Along the way love blossomed, so Wynn almost left, and when Fred questioned why, Wynn said 'I am falling for you, and it would be better if I just forgot you were ever a thing, it's safer for you' 'Have you thought about how it'd make me feel if you left?' 'Relived I'm gonna presume' 'No, actually I'd be rather upset. I grew to like you a lot too' To which Wynn literally went 'Like??? ME??? are you nuts? You must've hit your head a lot as a warrior' Fred laughs at that but basically tells him he had a hard life too, and he is not telling Wynn how to mourn, but he doesn't just want to date him, he wants to be his friend too, and if he needs him, he is there for him. He smooches his cheek and walks off, saying choice is Wynn's he will be there for him either way. Wynn scoff, and turns around to climb on his drake but just....doesn't. He curses and calls out to Fred, as he runs up and hugs him saying 'That doesn't mean I like you' 'Yeah I know'

Wynn lets 'I love you' slip and has a break down, trying to leave again, finally explaining to Fred who blocked his path, everything. The girl, the wolf, his life story. Fred tries to reassure him it'll be fine, but Wynn is inconsolable, but he does manage to convince him to stay. When he wakes up in the morning, Wynn is gone. Obviously Fred is heartbroken, but knowing the situation, realizes Wynn is set in his ways although he obviously can't help but feel sad about it. Wynn didn't actually leave, he stuck around to get last look at Fred before he leaves and when he does, he sees how distraught he is, realizing he truly loves him, and he realizes he'd hurt Fred more if he left. He comes out of hiding, to surprise of Fred and Fred is about to say something but Wynn just 'Let me...speak, please' to which Fred nods slightly 'I...I was selfish. I only thought about myself while thinking I am looking out for you. I didn't think about how you might feel if I just up and left and I'm sorry. I might not always say this but...I do love you and...you have come to mean world to me and...it might take a while for me to get over this, and if that's fine with you I'll never leave again...' and he looks away. Fred just smiles and comes up to him and holds him close 'You never have to tell me anything. I know. And I will say it for the both of us.' Wynn just stands there for a second, but then buries his face in Fred's shoulder and cries, apologizing profusely.By the events of Legion, Wynn is a lot more lax and confident, he just straight up goes 'You know what?! I am tired of being afraid, they wanna get you to get to me, they're gonna have to go through me first' He is still not fully out of his shell but he's a lot different than when Fred first met him few years back for sure.

They helped during Dalaran evacuation in begining of legion, and after all said and done, Fred convinces Wynn to reunite with his mom and sister and Wynn just 'Okay buster just because I said I wanna be more open doesn't mean I wanna be this open!' 'But you do care for them too, why not make sure they're safe too? I am just suggesting if you don't wanna go-' 'No you're right...I'm just still...not out of the mentality yet' and they go and reunion goes incredibly well,  mom and sister really missed Wynn and glad he is alive and well. His mom tells the that they can stay in her house if they need a place while they're in Dalaran, so that's where they live during Legion. After they reunite with Wynn's mom, and Wynn learns gang been after her a few times, but his mother coldly remarks 'Oh those guys? Yeah their ice solid corpses kept the sewer waters cold' and Wynn just 'JFC mom you're metal!' 'Don't mess with my children and then come threaatening me. I will destroy you. I had one scumbag in my life doing that, never again' (referring to her ex) Wynn goes to Fred 'you know how through out our jobs we've been dispatching small groups here and there ye? 'Yeah?' 'I am in Dalaran, I'm tired. I am gonna stab the snake in the eye.' '...are you sure?' 'I am not a scared boy anymore I am tired of running. I need you to go with me though,but as a worgen, scarier that way.' Fred chuckles 'Whatever I do, don't stop me. I need this.' Fred nods.So off the go in the Underbelly, and Wynn, accompanied by an 8 foot black worgen in heavy armor sure makes people whisper. They go into one of the inns and just chill, eventually a thug comes up and says 'Fist wants to see you' so they go, Fred intimidatingly leans at the door they entered from, Wynn sits at the table with Fist. 'Look what the cat dragged back in, it's Wynnie! How is it going sweetie?' 'You got promoted from Stormwind huh?' 'Yeah, demon invasion and all, every one wants supplies. Look, Wynnie, I am gonna cut the bullshit. You cause a lot of damage and we got a score to settle' 'Oh yeah we do!' and with that, he swiftly  pierces Fist's hand to the table. Fist's guards obviously jump in as he's screaming, but Fred straightens out and they kinda stand there hesitating. Wynn then grabs Fist by the hair 'You see me? Look very closely because I am the last thing you will see' 'What do you want?! Money? I'll give you anything.' 'How pathetic you are when you realize I am not the little boy you can push around anymore. This is for the little boy, who's life you destroyed, and that little boy came back, and ended yours. And by the way? My name is Wynn.' and with that, he slams Fist's head into the dagger hilt, through the eye, killing him. One of the guards finally drops a pair and charges at Wynn only to be slammed into the wall by Fred. Rest back up, as Wynn incredibly unceremoniously removes Fist from his dagger and wipes it on Fist's clothes, 'Tell the Big Guy, Wynn is back, and if he sends anyone after me or my family, tell him what I did to Fist. I'll be waiting.' And with that, he grabs a bag of gold off the table, puts his dagger away and walks off, as the entire in whispers inn awe.They go to the park, and Wynn is just very silent, and Fred asks 'Better?' 'Actually, yes. Sorry I went so gruesome back there.' 'Not my style, but you needed it, and he had it coming for long time' 'Do you... mind if I have some time alone for myself? I'll stay safe, I promise' 'I know, and of course, I need to run some errands anyways' 'Thank you for coming with me' 'Anytime' Fred kisses his cheek and goes about his business, leaving Wynn alone, who cries with relief that he is somewhat free finally.

That’s basically all I got at the moment figured out, which a lot I am so sorry if you actually sat through the whole thing, bless your patience. Their BfA events are still WIP largely, but they do go to Kul Tiras and Fred goes back working for Grawymane, but that a smuch as I got so far.

MUST HAVES for newborn twins:

BOPPY NEWBORN LOUNGER!!! - ESSENTIAL for bottle feeding two screaming babies at once, good for naps (babies should ALWAYS be supervised if napping in them due to suffocation risk). They’re about $35 each and I found mine at Target. They’re so essential I bought an additional set for my parent’s house for when they babysit so we’re not constantly toting them back and forth.

4moms mamaRoo: So, I have one of your run of the mill swings for my babies, which is wonderful, but sometimes a fussy babe just needs something a lil extra; the mamaRoo is EXACTLY the thing for that. With five different motion settings, five speeds for each, and four different preset audio choices and an auxiliary function for your phone, this thing soothes my screaming, fussy children almost instantly when nothing else works. They’re also a good, gentler option for reflux babies you don’t want swinging back and forth, effectively turning baby into a volcano. Now I’m not saying run out and buy two, at $176 each brand new they’re not the cheapest thing ever. But I have one I bought used (so my model is a bit older, it looks like there’s a new gen out) and if I had the option or finances to buy another one, you’re darn tootin’ that I would.

Zip sleepers: y’all. I have SO many cute snap up sleepers for my babies.. but the million snaps drive me INSANE at diaper changes. I just don’t have the patience for them, and frankly, neither do my 2 month old children. The quicker the diaper change, the better in our book. Target has them I believe, and you can always trust Amazon to have what you need, when you need.

GRIPE WATER!!!!!!: Now, always consult with your pediatrician before giving ANY types of supplements or OTC meds of ANY kind before you administer them to your babies. But, with that being said, Gripe Water is a GODSEND. It’s a bit expensive at $10 per 4oz, and with us having twins and giving it in their milk at damn near every feeding.... we run thru the stuff. But I can DEF tell when they haven’t had it, so we use it constantly. It makes for happier babies, and a happier momma. They ALSO make a NIGHTTIME version, I recently discovered, and my babies never slept so well thru the night and it’s a blessing I will not give up.

GAS DROPS: Another must-have we use at every feeding is gas drops. Now again, consult with your pediatrician before giving them to your baby. Like the gripe water, we mix it in with the milk in their bottles to prevent them from just spitting it right back out. Cause then you don’t know how much they got, if any, and you’re pretty much SOL so that you don’t end up overdosing your child.

A Variety of Pacifiers: These are trial and error. If you’re breastfeeding exclusively it’s recommended to hold off on pacifiers for I BELIEVE 2-3 weeks to prevent nipple confusion. Hayden (my baby B) loves only the Phillips AVENT Soothies. NOT the vanilla scented which are supposed to be calming. The vanilla scented ones make both my babies gag for some reason? It may be because when they had feeding tubes in the NICU, the pacifiers they used were vanilla scented and they have an aversion because of that? Who knows. But Harlow (my baby A) loves both the AVENT Soothies (non vanilla), AND the Baby King pacifiers? I have NO clue where they’re from. Dollar Tree?? I got them at my baby shower and Harlow actually PREFERS these over the AVENT ones. Wild stuff. 😂

Soothing Babywash and Lotion: you won’t regret using calming nighttime scents for your babies baths, esp if your baby doesn’t enjoy bath time. We always try to do bath time before their last feeding of the day before bed, and Tho they’re not the biggest fans, we ALL sleep much better on bath nights because of this. We use the Johnson&Johnson brand and have had no issues with the products.

Dishwasher Basket for Bottle Parts: necessary for the standard size bottle nipples, pacifiers, tiny breastpump parts, Dr Browns vent bottle parts, etc. to keep them from either getting lost or melting in the lower part of the dishwasher when they inevitably fall to their death from the top rack of your dishwasher. Amazon has all the options you could possibly need. My husband found mine on clearance at Walmart 😂😅

LOTS OF BURP CLOTHS: At least for us- our babies spit up A LOT. Reflux is a real problem for us. The BEST ones we’ve found so far are the Gerber Newborn Baby Unisex Prefold White Gauze 6-Ply Cloth Diaper, 5-Pack; make sure they are the PREFOLD! We bought a pack thinking they were the thick ones and they were like the single ply super thin cloths that weren’t good for jacksquat. 😭

Bottle warmer: we got the munchkin bottle warmer (I got one at Walmart that now lives at my moms, and a slightly more stylish version at Target, same brand/model just different color) and it warms bottles in 90 seconds or less! Note that if you use the Dr. Browns bottles with the vents, take the vent out while heating or it could overflow, causing a sticky&stinky mess!!

ALSO, while we’re on the topic of Dr. Browns bottles, the 8oz size makes it the PERFECT size for heating two newborn feedings in one bottle so you don’t have to heat two separate times. For example: my babes both get about 3-3.5oz each at a feeding, and I just pour 6-7oz in the big bottle and heat it up! I use the cap from a spare milk collection bottle from the hospital that I had, or you could just use the nipple that comes on the 8oz bottles, either way! I’ll make a post later over how feeding times go with my little ones.

Travel Changing Pad- I use this on the go for sure, but if there’s ever any especially nasty diapers to be dealt with, I whip this baby out at home and my couch, bed, carpet, wherehaveyou stays pristine. Magic.

WALMART BRAND DIAPERS: my favorite brand name diapers are Pampers. That’s what they used in the hospital and I LOVED them. Then I realized how expensive they were. Omg no. And my mom let me in on a little secret: the Walmart brand are almost exactly the same as Pampers, if not THE same. They are just as reliable and the blowouts I’ve dealt with in them, are equivalent to the blowouts in Pampers. And those were the apocalyptic type diaper changes where even God himself could not stop that s*** from coming thru. Bless.

LAUNDRY DETERGENT: PODS. PODS. PODS. Pods for YOUR laundry, and the Tide free and clear or whatever their dye free/scent free pods are for the babies’ laundry. The simplicity and time saving nature of just throwing pods in the laundry instead of measuring detergent saves so much time you didn’t realize you needed. “But...Does it really make that much of a difference?” Yes. Yes it does.

A SLEEP MASK FOR YOU MOMMA!! (and for dad): NAP WHEN YA CAN!! A sleep mask is perfect for when you manage to get both babies down at the same time in the middle of the day and you want some sleep too!!! Essential in my book.

What DIDN’T Work for Us:

HALO TWIN BASSINET: Y’all-I wanted to love this SO badly; with completely mesh sides and a mesh divider so you can see both babies always, and it SWIVELS to get to whichever baby may need you, and the sides lean down slightly to get them out of the bassinet without you having to get out of bed. But...my babies HATED this, it’s quite large even for a double bassinet, and the price tag is even larger at $470 retail. And it’s immobile. Once it’s in one spot, that’s where it lives until you completely disassemble it. I much rather would’ve spent about 1/4 of the price on the Little Folks Twin EZ Fold Ultra Compact Double Bassinet by Delta Children, (available online at Walmart) at $138 that not only wheels to where you need it, but FOLDS UP when not in use or for travel.. at least if my twins hated it too, I wouldn’t have spent half a house payment on it.

HALO SLEEPSACK: ....Sorry again Halo... We had the Halo SleepSack that got sent home with us from the hospital, and tbh they were just okay in my opinion. My girls somehow would wiggle further into them (this may just be a preemie baby problem, we finally quit using them.), and their faces would get covered or their arms would escape thru the little openings in the sack. I would LOVE to try the SwaddleMe or the Love to Dream Swaddle UP ones, but we’ve become pretty good at blanket swaddling for the time being. Again, these are kind of trial and error to see what your babies like. If you’re good at swaddling with a good ole fashioned blanket, that’s great!! But if you don’t have the time or patience to practice, no shame in going the easier route.

A “DIAPER PAIL”- y’all. This is the most useless thing I spent my money on. I don’t even use it. We tried to, and it’s pointless. My house doesn’t smell like baby poo, or if it does nobody has told me. The amount of diapers that we as parents of twins run thru warrants the trash being taken out almost daily, if not multiple times per day. It just wasn’t worth my money, and I bought a highly reviewed off brand. Save the cash and put it towards something extra.

A Changing Pad- Also pointless. I change my twins wherever we are in the house. If they’re really nasty I use the portable changing pad someone gifted me, the kind that folds up and fits in a diaper bag. I get that the big pad with the little sheets on it is cute for the whole nursery aesthetic, but tbh my nursery is just a room in my house that you don’t really use for a newborn (or two+) anyway. Not practical or realistic.

Baby Shoes: I, for one, don’t see the point in buying baby shoes until they’re up and walking. They outgrow them too quickly. Socks will do just fine. Unless you live in a verrrryyyy cold climate. But I’m sure they make super insulated baby onesies for those types of outings. But here, not necessary. $ave dat money.

WHAT I WISH WE HAD:

Snoo: A SMART BASSINET. It has a built in swaddle, and it rocks your baby with different speed settings, AND can detect when your baby starts to wake and will rock in response to baby fidgeting. WHAT?! I really wish I could afford even just ONE of these, let alone two. They come in at a WHOPPING $1290 😭 they apparently also have rent options? From what I’ve heard. But I can’t even imagine what being able to actually afford two bassinets for $1600 would be like. A momma can dream.
