Summary: You and Copia had your 3rd date. He had taken you to your room. But it was much too early to say good night.

Copia took a step closer to you, his fingers brushing over your flushed cheeks.

 "Why so nervous?" he asked, his voice deep.

You shifted from one foot to another. "I don't know," you replied, looking at him.

Your nervous movements made Copia chuckle softly. He could see the uncertainty in your eyes. And he found it rather cute.

A hand came up to your waist as he stepped closer to you. The simple touch sent a shiver down your spine.

"There's no need," he murmured, pressing his body a little closer to yours. You let him pull you closer, so enchanted by his whole being that having him so close to you made your heart flutter in your chest. Copia leaned closer and whispered in your ear, his breath hot against it.

" I want you to know that I've been thinking about this moment all night, Mia Cara," he said softly. "Every time I looked at you, I wanted to touch you... to taste your lips!

You swallowed hard and looked at him with wide eyes. A smile played on his lips. Seeing you react like that to his words pleased him.

Copia's hand ran up your sides, making you shiver.

Another dream post since I keep seeing them A LOT. Weird one but here goes what I can remember.

I had to go see a dentist and he did his job. Apparently I had only one tooth which needed tiny fixing. His assistant saw me out of the operation room, holding the door open for me as I entered in waiting room while talking with her. I don't remember what we talked about.

I halted when I noticed young tall man dressed in white suit sitting on one of the chairs right across the operation room. It was Aomine Daiki from Kuroko No Basket anime! (my first Aomine dream :D) He was leaning backward, hands behind his head. When I came out and the female assistant greeted him, asking him to come in, Aomine groaned very softly as he started to sat up straight, letting out soft and silent moan: 'Oh, great."

It was obvious he did not want to be there but he had to. Something wrong with his tooth / teeth. He got up and walked past me.

Next I'm in my old home, standing infront of 2 closet next to the door to hallway while facing the kitchen (we had open kitchen, dining etc area back in 90's already). My little brother is in the kitchen and he's trying to bake something but he struggles a lot. My sis is now on my left side, saying I should watch another video of my brother baking. I dig out my phone and the video is right there on the screen. I press play and I do see my bro baking exactly the same dough what he's working on now. Only difference is that I hear no sound in "real life" from him and from the video I only hear my father's voice who's commenting my bro"s baking. Not good feedback, I tell you that.

Then the earlier assistant lady from the dentist comes in my home, standing on my right. She told me something like the hole in my tooth was caused by a bunny. I tell her we have no bunnies. She gets a chair, places it infront of closet and tells me to stand on it and search the top part of the closet. I do that. I feel something soft and squishy so I grab on it and come down. In my arms I now have milk-coffee colored bunny, which looks more like a toy, but it's alive and has 2 bigger lumps on her side and back. They look like golf balls under her skin and fur.

I'm surprised and tell the assistant I already had searched the top of the closet, not finding this bunny. She says nothing, turns the bunny to face me and opens the zipper on her back! Inside her is 4 or 5 baby bunnies! I think all others were white except one who was dark / black. They have fur, eyes are open and so on. They try to come out but this woman closes the zipper and tells me to put the bunny back on top of the closet.

Next I'm still on the same spot, my sis by my side. She handles me this special pencil which is somehow connected to Grimmjow. It could be his pencil, but it's special still. Apparently what you write down with it, you manifest it into your life. I'm holding a notepad already while sis tells me to write down it all what I want. I already had write a note my brother before this scene and before accepting the pencil from sis, I open my brother's reply and I hear him say something like:

"It's nice if you can get what you want. Moving into a new place. It's scary but it's nice, still."

Then I woke up.

Last night’s meditation is the 21st in a row in which my attention hasn’t got caught up with my immediate surroundings. In 21 days, I would typically have at least 2 meditations with my attention refusing to turn away from my senses. This is the longest running streak of my attention turning inwards at my suggestion.

I have added an improved version of yesterday’s diagram. For years, my meditations have had a cyclical pattern. A handful of meditations would be about my attention stepping back from the externals while still facing the senses. These meditations would be followed by another handful of meditations when I would make inward progress by getting used to the newly found depth of mind by observing it.

In the diagram, the 3rd circle from the outermost one represents years of how my meditations went. It is only 21 straight sessions now of me being in the circle immediately within the 3rd one. I have only just been introduced to the 4th circle. I am yet to get used to the new norm. I am yet to accept it as the new normal. Besides, I have no idea what it does to have one’s attention turn inward at will, meditation after meditation. If I go on like this for another 21 meditations, I can’t even imagine what the 42nd meditation is going to look like.

Today it felt like 'the fever' broke. I went to the gym despite my feelings and final 5-10 mins felt really great. I love the feeling of my body being sweaty when I'm finished and I'm catching my breath. I need to get back on my pilates and lifting now. I have had almost a week of work commitments and late night travel and it's really torpedoed my mood. But no more for a bit. I was able to go home and ask for space so I could make a healthy dinner of some sweet Thai fish dish with fresh herbs from the garden, then into a hot shower and into fresh pjs. I actually didn't mind the evening shower even though I rarely do it anymore. I think it was the exercise though, truly. I didn't even need to take anxiety meds this evening or afternoon, after a rough morning. I think I'm going to have to also brain Bleach myself in terms of other lifestyle choices like media consumed and scrolling time etc. It isn't optional. And the good news is I've bought time too away from bio family clusterfuck. Things feel like they're going to be okay. I do think I need to remember this feeling and let myself get here however I can.

This morning,I didn't heard the 2 alarm clock again,Slept about 2 more hours,Not on purpose!!!!

This morning,I didn't heard 2 alarm clocks again. Not on purpose!!!! 2 alarm clocks ringing at 05.45,I sleeping like a big good meow,Didn't know they ringing……………… I sleeping as deep as a big good meow,didn't know any thing………… One of the 2 alarm clocks ringing about 50 minutes,I didn't hear the sound………… Or,It didn't work normal???? I will check 2 alarm clocks.

I sleeping until 07.33,Suddenly I found that I slept a long time,Almost 2 hours more………… I almost jumped from the bed………… Today is the 2nd time I didn't heard the 2 alarm clocks,May be all the summer I used up many physical energy……………… I am pay more attention to the alarm clocks,I will recover the normal time wake up………… I slept about 2 hours more,Not on purpose!!!! That affected my learning Czech language.I will check the alarm clocks………………
