Why the fuck are teachers making assignments that require generative AI? Genuinely it's fucking wild that an educator is like "Here you go students, learn a horrible 'tool' that serves to only harm you in the end" what the fuck.
I have heard good uses for AI, HOWEVER it is A) not generative and B) all the meaningful work is still done by humans. So literally unless you're a grad student in like for example an astrophysics class, and you're using AI to sort through an insane amount of data (that is impossible for a human do by themselves) and you are still doing all the work to determine what that data means is this data actually useful, how can we use this data, etc etc students shouldn't be using it!
I'm almost certain though that these assignments that teachers are making students do are using chatGPT. Dear God I hope I dont come across a teacher who'll do this.
ur future nurse is using chapgpt to glide thru school u better take care of urself
