What do you do when two alters front but both are trans in the opposite directions (transmasc and transfem)

Finding clothes to wear whenever Sadie fronts is a fucking dysphoric nightmare.. I'm transmasc but she's transfem so whatever each of us put on just doesn't work well

I can't fucking stand super fem stuff but she loves fem clothing so what do we do :( I want her to feel seen but I hate the thought of people seeing the body as a girl

For now, our only solution is representing her in a more subtle way, like jewelry and makeup (since I love both)

🤎Normal Type🤎 : What do you and your F/O do on an average day?

Chae-Yeong will go for a run in the morning, but we'll eat breakfast together before we both go to work, with her making coffee for the two of us. She'll text me every now and then during the day, though it's always pretty periodic. Then we meet again for dinner and she goes out to do some Scarlet Shepherd stuff before returning home to come to bed with me (ideally with little to no injuries I need to help her clean up)

Neither of us love cold weather, but Chae-Yeong has a better tolerance for it than me. We'll usually stay in when it's cold and just kinda hang out inside like we usually do

Chae-Yeong is almost impossible to scare with like. Real things, so by default I'm the one who scares more easily. I feel like going through a haunted house would be easy with her tho, her Semblance is sensing danger so she's great at reassuring me there's no actual threat

See, I technically realized I was plural 3 years ago when Sadie first formed. I was in an extremely vulnerable mental state and freshly out of a situation that caused me a lot of trauma. She was my therapist during a time when I couldn't access mine. She brought me joy and happiness. She was the friend in my head who'd speak to me when I got upset, distressed, or started to spiral. She saved my life.

Eventually, a month or so after she formed, she went dormant, partially because she didn't feel as needed anymore, and also because I started denying her existence. I didn't fully understand what plurality was; I only vaguely knew of DID, and that's it. Didn't know what OSDD (which may be what I have, we may never know considering the medical landscape atm) was or even the fact that systems can be non-disordered.

At the time, I just blamed her existence on a hyperfixation during a fragile time where I was lonely and away from my friends. So, even when she wanted to come back, she couldn't fully anymore because I didn't acknowledge her, causing a 3 year dormancy. She may have influenced me a few times, but overall was silent.

She came back on May 5th (hey exactly 1 month ago!), soon after I discovered Archimedes.

Archimedes was in a bit of a similar situation, except much worse because they were unable to be heard since I was a small child. They've been around for a very long time, for as long as I could speak. It wasn't until April 29th I finally confronted the denial and opened the doors.

I feel very bad about denying for so long... My headmates forgave me and tell me it wasn't my fault, but I still can't swallow this guilt. I try to have them be as loud as they want to now, because they deserve that. Especially after so long.

Friends, especially plural eggs, if you suspect you're not the only one in your head, even if it's a small sign, please please do research on plurality. Ask within yourself and listen for a response. Alters try to show signs of their existence in subtle ways. Ask a system if there's any doubt (which is exactly what I did and they helped me awaken)

wonder how many people are plural and just straight up are in denial or ignore the signs longer because they don't feel like they qualify.

this was honestly me, I was suspecting there were other friends in my head with the way I suffer from depersonalization, but I pushed that denial further cuz I felt like a faker. i accept myself now despite having some shortcomings but my heart goes out to systems that are too scared or prefer to be secretive.
