Honestly so crazy to imagine what 15/16 year old Sae going back to Japan after the worst few years of his life. Seeing Rin on the soccer field looking miserable and thinking in any way possible he needs to get his brother out of this damn sport but being so disconnected from his emotions because of what Spain did to him he doesn't realize the type of motivation he can make burn in Rin's heart because his is so cold and wrung out

Hmm I don’t want to spoiler too much since you will get to know them more during the story! But here’s a little peek:

Mom: Delilah "Dee" — definitely unhinged. Would rate her a -10 out of 10, not good mother material.

Dad: Ivo — let’s just say... he belongs to the streets. The trash can, specifically. Also a -10 out of 10, not good father material either.

Uncle Ben: The cutie-patooty who mainly raised MC and Maud, a 10 out of 10. He took care of them from when they were about 11 and 9. But after the incident, everything changed. His fear got the better of him and he stopped going out entirely. The MC basically became a caretaker at 17 for both him and Maud so let’s downgrade him to a 7 out of 10. Still a great guy but now with too much trauma and fears that hinder him from living a ‘great’ life.

You’ll actually get to decide in the story whether to support Ben or let the relationship break down for good. As for grandparents, none that the MC or Maud know of. Ivo’s parents have already passed, and Dee & Ben never talk about their own parents. Thanks for the ask! ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

while lacking on the speaking part, he can understand and read a handful of languages (fun fact: he's obsessed with Greek, it's his absolute favorite)
