Genesis 2:1-2 (NKJV) -
Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.

Rhythms of Rest
God rested (Gen. 2:1-2). Rest is important.
Israel was commanded to rest one day a week (Lev. 23:3). God’s rest is our model.
The land was to get a rest every 50th year (Lev. 25:8-13). Rest is important.
Most of us don’t truly rest—enough. To put it another way. We disobey God, and no, we are not Israel, but the principle of one day of rest a week is still a goof process for human flourishing but…

ROUND 1
Genesis belongs to @peachiesnake
Pup belongs to @scizzors-theawsome
Find out more about them below!
Genesis the Hedgehog:
Genesis is basically the project made before Shadow that went horribly wrong! Like a bit too much of the alien juice was used and he turned out Incorrect. His fits of destruction hit heaviest when his emotions were at their peak and in order to keep everyone on the ark safe his project was shut down. (He IS still Shadow’s brother) His personality when he opens up is very fun and silly but he’s typically locked in a soldiers mindset and silent to the point of selective mute! He really loves taro, and despite being an ultimate lifeform he doesn't speed around like Shadow or Sonic, it makes him motion sick. I don’t know how much is too much to give but I can tell more if you need me to!!
Pup the Dingo:
Pup is a young dingo who was left at birth, he spent most of his life having to steal to survive. Eventually he made friends with a robot named x-l. And now she takes care of him and the two have an unbreakable bond with each other. Pup is very smart and clever, and is super sweet but he knows when to stand his ground against others.

You know what would be cool? A Darksiders animated series, potentially in a similar way to Arcane. Maybe it could focus the Four Horsemen before they became the Horsemen, and the rest of the Nephilim alongside them. It could focus on the balance of power in the universe and how the spawn of Angel and Demon create upheaval for all of Creation. Who knows, maybe taking a page out of Arcane's book it could explore the animosity between Heaven and Hell, a bit like how Arcane did with Piltover and Zaun.
Maybe it could potentially give a bit more insight into what makes Humanity so special, since in the games it's pretty vague, at least from my point of view. Or just give a bit more of an idea of what else lies in the Darksiders universe. We're at least given hints that there are things beyond Angels, Demons, Humans, and Makers. It would be cool for pantheon of other mythologies to appear or get mentioned. For example what could Anubis be like in Darksiders.
I'm just throwing out random ideas at his point. If you got an idea you want to add, go ahead.

A gift for the bebes.
Depending on your age you might be well aware of the glory days of Anipike but if not or you're younger, BEHOLD!
This was THE place to find the goods. Google was still only a few years old at this point. Nowhere near the resource it is now (arguably) so if you wanted to find out about a show you needed to check forums and fansites. Enter, Anipike.
The biggies of the 90s and early early 00s are all here. At least, the ones we knew about in the west at the time. The sites were getting enough traffic on anipike that most probably still work, even if they're clunky. Go wild and explore. You might even find some relics that didn't make it beyond this point (year 2000 though anipike chugged along for a while).
FF.net was also only a few years old at this point so fic archives were very popular.
The larger shows will have their own sections for fic, fansites/shrines, image galleries, webrings etc. Smaller shows will just have a list of all of them together.
