Oh yeah, 100%
Do your mental health a favor and read some of this. It's a giant compilation of good news newsletters that is very good at finding big stories and has a very large-scale and international focus: https://futurecrunch.com/goodnews/
Future Crunch's top story from two weeks ago, for example:
"Humanity has made astonishing progress on access to water, sanitation and hygiene in this century. Between 2000 and 2022, 2.1 billion people gained access to safe drinking water, 2.5 billion gained access to safely managed sanitation, the number of people using unimproved facilities has been halved, from 1.1 billion to 545 million, and the number practising open defecation has fallen by more than two thirds, from 1.3 billion to 419 million. Summary: It's a fine day in Edo, and Gintoki would very much appreciate it if everyone could get off his case. Also, Hijikata really ought to dress for the occasion.

how to get a good night’s sleep
Sleep hygiene tips for if you have a hard time falling or staying asleep. (Note: this list was given to me by my therapist and is not my original writing, though some points have been paraphrased by me.)
Try to get some exercise during the day. Even light exercise like walking or seated workouts will suffice.
Try going to bed at regular times every night, even if you’re tired in the morning.
Don’t try to force yourself to sleep. If you are unable to fall asleep after 20-30 minutes in bed, leave your bed, engage in some relaxing activity (listening to music, drinking tea, reading) and do not return to bed until you are sleepy.
Avoid heavy meals before bedtime, but also avoid going to bed hungry. A little snack before bedtime is fine.
Try to avoid heavy alcohol consumption before bed, as this may disrupt sleep.
Turn yourself down during the last hour or two of the day. Avoid vigorous physical or mental activity, mental upsets, etc.
Reduce caffeine and nicotine consumption as much as possible. If you must have coffee, have it in the morning.
Develop a sleep ritual before bedtime. This is an activity you do every night before you get into bed. A hot shower or bath may help you to relax.
Eliminate non-sleep activities in bed to strengthen the association between bed and sleeping, unless these activities are part of your sleep ritual or include sex.
Try to avoid napping during the day.
Reduce noise using earplugs or use a white noise machine.
Keep your room temperature between 60°F and 70°F (16°C - 21°C). Too warm or cold a room tends to interfere with sleep.
Don’t clock watch. It only increases your anxiety and further interferes with relaxation and sleep.
Don’t be afraid of not sleeping. Work on accepting those nights when you don’t sleep well. You can still function the next day even with little sleep. The less you fight, resist, or fear sleeplessness, the more likely it will go away.

World is Okay! 🙂
When I have no other coping skills, positive affirmations are mental hygiene!
Dear Jacob JiLG, https://hauvu.com/
software ﹤/﹥ engineer, proud hermit, quiet ranch/farm boy, independent
when my thoughts feel like poison, your positive affirmations can be mental hygiene even with no other available HALT maintenance which are coping skills.
EXAMPLE:
Affirmation: World is okay! 🙂
1. We are all equal and equally blessed.
We are all vastly more gifted, vastly more talented, vastly more strong, and vastly more harder-working in ALL each our own personal areas in life.
2. In a world with No natural obligations or roles, we are ALL super okay! 🙂
My life is over-joyed and full of endless blessings!
I've never gone one day without!
World is oKay! 🙂
