I've said this before but a conversation with my brother reminded me that 1) most conservatives will agree with things like universal healthcare/UBI/etc if those specific terms aren't used and 2) conservatives and especially Republicans are usually not actually arguing against specific things, they're just throwing random buzzwords around (corruption, government overreach, mass immigration, and even more general things like "government guidelines") and hoping no one asks for specifics that they can't offer.

I've met so few conservatives who can actually give ANY examples of the supposedly terrible things they're fighting so hard against. It's all either hypotheticals or complete nonsense.

"Before the Dobbs decision, OBGYN practitioner supply patterns were similar between the 12 most restrictive and 14 control states (Figure). Practitioner supply increased overall across all states, but statistically significant decreases in OBGYN practitioners were noted after the ruling. Compared with the control group, the most restrictive states had a 4.2% decrease in practitioners per 100 000 reproductive-aged females"

Keep in mind - this is not "did abortion providers leave when abortion was banned"; this is all areas of OB-GYN practice, including cervical cancer screening and treatment, pregnancy care, delivery, etc. Overall availability and access to routine health care is decreasing because of abortion bans.

The one piece of evidence I’m 100% sure was planted is that manifesto. Are you lonely

I have been reading a lot of ghost cultures/instincts prompts and the plot bunnies in my brain are popping.

Ghosts can make a wide variety of sounds since their vocal cords are limited by essentially nothing. It's important for their growth and to destress themselves.

Jason is not really a halfta since he got dragged back up to the living before he finished forming a core and then was dipped in the Pit, which stunted the growth. He has all the instincts, but not the right body.

Luckily, Gotham has enough natural ectoplasm for his body to fix itself.

He patrols Crime Alley near obsessively and seems to somehow always know when there's a bat at his border; he chalked it up to the Pit's side effects (Ra's the only one experienced enough in this, and he's not asking that madman). There's also this hunger that, no matter how much he eats, seems never to be filled. Whistling is Jason's favorite activity to do whenever he's alone; he does it as often as he patrols (Jason doesn't know, but before he was dipped, thrills and whistling were the only languages he would use to communicate). He's not stupid enough to always do it as Red Hood, but he couldn't help how much the tune calmed him down whenever the loneliness(?) got too much.

Unknown to Jason, the little tune has been echoing for miles like a haunting whale song, audial for every ghost that is currently existing in the living world.
