What I learned while writing this post is that I can picture pretty much everyone in a bathtub with their lover lol I should keep in mind that “would” and “should” are different things, aaah…!! How come I never draw this kind of scenario..? Anyways!

Riddle – I think this is a secret wish of his that is so secret that even he isn’t quite aware of it. Vulnerability, comfort, relaxation – all of those things would be very good for Riddle! Plus, he never normally has bubble baths, and he would probably be very cutely excited about it. But if you asked him, he would be against it – sounds like a waste of time and water to him, not to mention how inappropriate it is.

Ace – he finds the idea too embarrassing, but he still might end up sharing a bubble bath with certain someone at some point… while complaining about how lame it is and also blushing lol In general though, I think he would prefer to do it in a shower.

Deuce – he would be even more embarrassed than Ace because he never imagined himself in a “bathing with someone” scenario. Jade – both of the tweels prefer pools because staying in water for a long time without actually swimming feels very weird, and with Jade specifically, I think he isn’t super into bathing with someone. He wouldn’t mind sitting by the bathtub and taking care of someone for shits and giggles, pretending to be a butler of sorts you know, but this would probably just a part of the bigger game Jade would be playing in his head.

Floyd – like I already said, he prefers something bigger and comfier than a bathtub (for his subjective eel self), but unlike Jade, I can picture Floyd sharing a bathtub with someone more easily. I think he would be more into all the stuff that comes with it: bubbles, a ducky toy… He would be more into the bath itself than into his partner, wouldn’t he? They don’t do it as often as they used to nowadays, but Kalim loves it whenever they get to do it: he always considered bathing together to be like a playtime, but at the same time, cherished moments together with your favourite person.

Jamil – while he probably shares soooome small percentage of nostalgia for this kind of thing, for the majority of time he considers this to be another manifestation of their unequal status, which is ironic because this is the opposite to how Kalim feels about them bathing together. Idia – wouldn’t; it sounds like a nightmare to him. He doesn’t like spending more than ~a minute for anything shower-related anyways, god bless super powerful S.T.Y.X. showers! Ortho – he would and he really really really really wants to!! He is working on a gear that is perfect for that! But if we’re talking about real!Ortho, the answer is still yes: he is nostalgic about the time he used to take baths with Idia together and they spent over an hour playing with mecha toys and ships and stuff. He will use this nostalgia talk to pressure Idia into doing it with him again, even though this time he clearly isn’t interested in sinking little robots and plastic ships.

Lilia – another person with a nostalgia… even though bathing with a loved one isn’t really his style, he would still get super excited about bubble baths. He would add so much of this stuff that there would be not a single centimeter of space that is not covered in bubbles. how do each of the decepticons prefer to give and/or receive aftercare? it's ok if u don't do all of them, im really thinking about soundwave, shockwave and megatron or whomever other favs urs are! knowing that some of them are into more rougher sex, would that translate into aftercare being brief? or would they prefer to be held and cleaned, maybe a shower together? I’m just going to do Soundwave, Shockwave and Megatron since they’re the one I have the most practice writing, but maybe in the future I’ll give some other cons some love

Soundwave treats aftercare like a mission in some ways when he’s giving, he’ll have everything ready to go be it towels, energon, or extra blankets before he even thinks about touching his partner. His basic routine before he modifies it to suit his partner is to get them set up with a snack/drink and some blankets and let them settle down whilst he runs an oil bath, once the bath is run he’ll get in with them and go over how the scene went. When he doms it’s definitely in a service top way, so he treats aftercare as an extension of those responsibilities. On the flip side he can be a bit weird about receiving aftercare, his need to be of service run even deeper when he subs so often times if it’s a rough session or even if something was to go wrong he’d see it as part of his ‘duties’ to kinda just deal with it. He works best with a no nonsense partner who can tell when he’s just saying he’s fine. Soundwave is easily overstimulated so the best aftercare for him is to have what he needs in reach and his partner passing them to him as needed.

Shockwave is very similar in how he gives and receives aftercare in that he makes sure everything is in working order, gets a ‘report’ on how his experiment went and then sends his partner on their way. He provides things to eat and a place to clean up but aside from that he’s relatively hands off, unless his subject asks in which case he’s willing to change his usual post experiment debriefing (as he would call it) to suit his subjects needs, but his partner would need to be able to take some initiative. In receiving he’s likely to just state plainly what he wants his partner to do, if he’s going solo he ideally wants to be able to clean up and make sure he’s not done any damage but most of the time he’ll end up taking a quick nap. (He probably has a system that alerts Megatron or Soundwave if he’s still sleeping after a certain amount of time)

Megatron is very direct when it comes to aftercare, he’ll do the basics of cleaning his partner up and making sure they’re cared for appropriately. He’s an old man with lots of experience so he’ll usually insist on discussing what aftercare will entail beforehand regardless of whether he’s giving or receiving so it can feel a little like he’s just going through a routine. He does pay very close attention however and those years of experience lend themselves to him spotting when his sub needs something but won’t ask for it. When he’s receiving he prefers just a quick wipe down and a bit of energon, and if he’s feeling affectionate a nice lie down with his partner whilst he discusses literature he’s fond of. John Doe absolutely goes by he/they pronouns. No ya'll can't take this from me.

Even in their female form which is often referred to as "Jane Doe", I feel like that would just piss them off. I think just bc he changes his presentation doesn't mean you get to misgender them. I think despite presentation changes he'd still be himself and still go by John Doe.

So Regular Guys are pretty much pests in the Uncanny Valley. John Doe's eyes are kinda of explained in House Hunted 2 that he has to physically split his eye in half so he blends in. Personally, I think that's got to be uncomfortable all the time, so at home he does go from two eyes to one eye since he feels comfortable about it.

Many would think he's controlling which I think he can be occasionally, but not on purpose.
